Every person that you meet in business that has any sort of version of like thick skin or can bounce back really quickly, the only reason they have that skill is just because they've experienced it a lot. I have dealt with a lot of really difficult people in many different businesses. And so after you do that for 10 years and you've gone through it 500 times, the next time it happens, you're just like, yup, here we go again. But the first time and the second time and the fifth time and the 10th time, you're still building that muscle. You're still getting used to that.
