This is a YouTube video titled "Trainable Skills for Success" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the trainability of various business tasks, emphasizing that many skills thought to be unique are actually trainable. The discussion focuses on the nature of tasks like writing emails versus broader business goal setting.
It's what should each email be about? Right. The positioning of each email. So anyway, all of that to say is this has just taught me a lot about the components in our business where we think no one can do what we do. And in reality, it's all of those things are very trainable. And anytime you are doing something, you have to ask why you're the one doing it.
I've yet to find something that is not trainable.
Yeah, to be honest, I haven't either.
It's just a spectrum of how trainable is it. Right. So it's not whether it is or not, it's writing an email is far more trainable than goal setting of the entire business.
Right.
