This is a YouTube video titled "Want to make money writing online? Treat the internet like a video game and master it." The content features a single speaker sharing personal experience as a top-ranked World of Warcraft player and relating it to writing online as a game that anyone can learn and succeed at. The speaker also references their book "The Art and Business of Online Writing."
When I was 17 years old, I was one of the highest ranked World of Warcraft players in North America. And I tell this story in my book, the Art and Business of Online Writing. And the idea here is that as a pro gamer, I learned a lot about the Internet, and I started to view writing online as a game. And so that's the big point of view I share in my book. Writing on the Internet is a game. It's a game anyone can play. It's a game anyone can master. And as long as you understand the rules of the game, you can be successful. If you've never written anything on the Internet before and you want to get started, think of it like a game and grab this copy. It'll show you everything you need.
