This is a YouTube video titled "Want to Succeed? Stop Doing THIS!" containing a motivational or self-improvement talk discussing the pitfalls of setting bundled goals and the importance of focusing on immediate, achievable milestones. The content appears to be a monologue or single-speaker presentation without indication of multiple participants or conversational exchange.
I think the same applies to bundled goals, where people have say that they want to achieve something or pick an income number, or want to achieve a certain level of status or whatever. Oftentimes those goals are bundled in the sense that the person doesn't actually know what is required in order to get there. And so what happens is you compare yourself to not the next milestone, but the bundled goal, which almost creates this, like, vicious loop of, I'm constantly let down because I'm not at the final goal yet. And it's like, well, no, yeah, you can know where you're going, but really the next most important thing is, like, achieve the thing right in front of you.
