Nicolas Cole explains that info products sell time compression. You spend 100 hours learning AI, package it, and sell those hours back to people who don't want to spend them. Any skill becomes monetizable when you frame it as a shortcut.

The thing that you have to internalize with info products is quite literally what people are paying for is the fact that you spent a bunch of time building skills and they want the skills for less time. That is all an info product is. And so you can capitalize on any opportunity you want through one very simple lens. If I am the one who goes and spends a bunch of time doing it, I can sell the compression of that time to someone else. AI is a great example of this right now. I am not an AI expert. I don't have any idea how these models work. But we sell AI education all the time. The reason that we're able to do that is because I, I mean, I'm not like a super smart programmer type of person, but it also doesn't matter. All I need to do is go spend 100 hours doing that on my own and learning and then going to the person who doesn't want to spend 100 hours and go, I will sell you the difference. That's all info is.
