This is a YouTube video titled "Why Group Coaching is the Future of Education" containing a monologue or presentation discussing the benefits of a one-to-many group coaching model, specifically comparing cohort-based programs with an evergreen group coaching approach for faster feedback and scalability. The speaker explains the advantages of the evergreen model for education scalability.
Our premium Ghostwriting academy uses what's called a one to many group coaching model. It allows you to take specialized information but distribute it to a wide number of people. When you're running a cohort based program, your feedback loops are longer so you can only iterate every time you run a cohort. Whereas PGA is an evergreen group coaching model, so there's people joining every single day, which means your feedback loop is every 24 hours so you can iterate significantly faster. Even though I recommend the cohort approach, I ultimately think the most scalable vehicle is using this one to many group coaching evergreen model.
