The thing that I try and educate talented writers on is you will probably make more so that Valley of Death. You will probably make more money just doing what you do individually and scaling your pricing in a niche and being the best person in that niche. Just working for yourself. You will probably make more money. You don't need an agency. And whenever someone thinks about scaling themselves with an agency, I always try and stop them. And I'm like, you do not need this. Like, you're actually probably going to make the same or less money because now you have other people to take care of. So if you're a really talented writer, you might as well just work for yourself.
