So welcome to Soma Breath Samadhi.
So we're sitting comfortably or lying down.
Comfort is the key. So somewhere that you will not be disturbed.
And we'll begin with an awareness.
Awareness of our breath.
If it helps, we can place one hand on our stomach and one hand on our chest.
And as you take your inhale through your nose, we're directing that breath in low into the belly.
Then we'll feel the ribs and the chest gently rising and your exhale.
Just become aware and appreciate that this simple process of the inhale.
And the exhale.
Notice.
And feel the belly rising on the inhale.
And gently relax and letting go as you exhale.
Tuning in to that natural cycle of the inhale and the exhale.
We can place our hands back down by our sides.
Or overlapping them on our belly wherever is comfortable for you.
Like a wave of breath into your nose, expanding deep into the abdomen.
Letting.
Go as you exhale.
Now let's take a full breath in this time. So fully in expanding low into the belly, abdomen, the ribs, the chest and hold on to that in breath this time. Squeeze all the muscles, pelvic floor, even your fists clenched and let go of a sigh or a tone. Or just simply breathing out.
When you've reached the end of that exhale, again fully in, breathing and expanding, holding at the top, contracting, holding for a bit longer this time. And maybe with an ah.
This time. Let go.
Just feel the body letting go. Relax.
And one last time this time when you inhale, going to hold your shoulders up around your ears. Pull the shoulders up, hold that tension, contract.
And let it go.
Ah.
Let go of more than just the breath.
Let go of any tension, any worries.
Just allow your breath to back to a natural rhythm, natural cycle.
Let my voice and the music.
Guide you through this experience today.
Allow yourself to fully let go.
Become open and curious to what comes up, what might arise from today.
Tune into these thoughts and emotions.
Don't ignore these important reflections.
Simply allow the mind to settle and the breath to find its natural rhythm.
Invite your mind to become open to an intention.
That you would like to fulfill.
Maybe this is an old existing intention that still needs acting on it.
Or it's a new idea that is coming forward.
Notice when you first feel any of your emotions from this thought.
And how did that feel?
Was there anticipation, fear, apprehension?
Or was it excitement and joy?
Inhale.
And like.
Visualize yourself in the moment about to achieve this intention.
And any feelings of doubt or worry, you can overcome them using the breath.
Inhale.
And let it go Let it go with a new sense of confidence.
Confidence has always existed within you.
You already possess it.
You see yourself having achieved your goal and all the emotions surrounding that. The success, the joy, satisfaction. Turning an intention into action.
What does that look like? What does it feel like? What does it touch like? What does it sound like?
Raise the vibration. Elevate the emotion.
Let's get ready.
Breathing beats together.
Shortly we'll begin our first round of breathing. Let's carry these emotions and these sensations with us throughout. The rhythmical breath.
In for four and out for four.
Here we go.
In through the nose.
And out to the mouth.
And go in, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. And 2, 2, 3, 4. And 2, 3, 4.
Expansion into the belly.
2, 3, 4.
And the release as you exhale.
Now, 3, 4. In 2, 3, 4. And two, three, four. In, two, three, four.
Breathing is smooth, it's consistent.
There are no gaps.
More pauses.
Three, four.
More breaks.
Two, three, four, five. Two, three, four.
It's like a perfect wave.
Four, five. Two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. In, two, three, four. Out, two, three, four. In.
Bring forward the intention, the action that you want to take.
2, 3.
See yourself in achieving 2. Fulfilling 3. That action. Seeing it through.
2, 3, 4.
Inhale it with feel. Exhale with look.
Inhale, touch.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
A simple, subtle breath.
Inhaling and exhale.
Inhale.
The rise and fall of the breath. Exhale.
Beautiful.
And become witness to all.
The life force. The energy flowing through you.
And bringing with it the excitement, the joy and the love and the newfound confidence.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
Staying with the rhythm. Stay focused. Your mind wanders back to my voice or come back to the rhythm. The inhale.
The exhale. Out.
In.
Oxygenating the cells, all the cells.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
In.
Energy flowing through you. See the vision.
Make it clear, make it bright, lifting, elevating.
And.
As we get ready for our first breath.
And I'm fully in. Taking that breath and inhaling. Expand the belly, the ribs, the chest. Inhale.
Fold it there, Squeeze.
And let go of the tone or a sigh. Or just simply breathe out.
Empty your lungs. Find the sweet spot, the comfortable spot.
Holding your breath.
Allow.
Your body to come to a natural pulse.
Sinking into the surface beneath.
Scanning through the body for any areas of tension.
If you have that urge to breathe, just override that urge. Five seconds. A good inhale and exhale.
And returning back into that place of calm.
Deep meditative states.
Let Go of the shoulders, of your jaw, relax the grip.
Bring forward that sense of confidence.
Confidence that has always existed within you. You've always possessed it.
Taking this confidence and applying it, put it into action.
Create and fulfill the intention.
Again. If you have that urge to breathe quick, inhale and exhale.
Turning back down.
Any thoughts, come forward.
Accept.
And 10 seconds.
Take the inhale and hold. Inhale and charge the body up and send the energy upwards.
So now going for the inhale. Fully in. Breathing in deep into that pound. Breathing in fully. Breathing in. Breathing in.
Hold it there. Drawing up the energy. Squeezing the mulabandha. Pulling up through the pipe, through the spine. Sending up to that point between your eyes. Scrunching up the muscles of your forehead. Looking at a point between your eyes. Holding, squeezing, pulsating. Sending that energy and that intention out and ups.
And let go with a sigh.
Or just simply bring it out.
And finding that natural limb once again.
Shortly we'll begin our second round.
What feels different for you now?
How would you like to feel after the second round?
How different would the emotions be?
Round two is in for two and out for two. Going to elevate the emotions. Breathe deep into the pelvis and Tasman. Raise the vibration.
Visualize the intention.
Taking the action.
Ready to breathe in. Envious. Once again. Together.
In two. I two in two, out two in two out.
Two.
Smooth and consistent. Move your body if you feel like moving to the music.
2 in 2, out 2.
Let energy flow through your body. Building, charging, oxygenating.
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale.
Smooth and consistent.
Can enhance this process by squeezing your mulabandha at the end of your inhale and letting go on your exhale.
Drawing up the energy on the inhale, letting it go on the exhale.
Pulsating, squeezing and letting go.
Also even squeezing your grip in time with the mulabanda and the inhale. Sending that energy upwards, elevating emotion.
See the vision. Now you can clear, make it bright, build it and charge it.
Axe active in.
Keep it going.
Smoothing systems, building the rhythm. Charging the body.
Ready for the breath.
You need the sounds, all the sounds.
Clear vision, clear intention.
What does it look like? What does it feel like? What will it touch like and what it sound like?
And you achieve the intention and take the action.
Back.
In.
Building and charging, Deepening that breath. Last few breaths and.
Feel the energy rising in.
And now fully in. Breathe in. Breathe in. Breathe in. Breathe in. Deep breath in. The biggest, deepest breath you've taken so far. Hold it. Squeeze shoulders up around your ears. Hold and let it go. Ah.
Exhale and hold your breath.
Find the sweet spot. Natural pulse.
Witness and surrender to this moment.
Let go.
Taking those recovery breaths whenever you need them.
Enjoy the blood, this.
Breathless state.
No inhale, no exhale. Time on pause.
It.
Sa.
Stepping out the comfort zone. Holding a little bit longer.
Confidence is there. Trust your body.
Sam.
And now fully in. Taking that breath in. Breathe in. Breathe in. Breathe in.
Hold it. Squeeze. Charge. Pull up that pelvic floor muscles. Draw them up. Squeeze them up, pull them up. Direct all the energy. Up, up, up. Send it up. Point in between your eyes. Squeezing the muscles of your forehead. Send it up, send it outwards.
Let it go. Holding, charging.
And let it go with a long exhale.
Another breath in. Fully.
Again. Hold, squeeze, hold. And let it go.
Breath.
To match.
Relaxing into this moment.
Enjoying the bliss.
Shoulders to relax, the jaw to loose.
The grip.
You can take action. You can go beyond. Take. Finished.
Leaving this journey and this experience today.
Move forward and knowing that you are amazing.
That you are incredible.
When you can take action, you will go forward with a new sense of energy, positivity and confidence.
These last few minutes are years and years alone. To enjoy this moment.
Together. We are the soul. One body.
One mind, one love, one life and one breath.
Just slowly coming back. Keeping your eyes closed, wiggling your fingers and wiggling your toes, your wrists and your ankles.
Turning your head from side to side, Rolling your shoulders, moving your spine.
Moving your legs.
Bringing yourself back to this present moment.
Now, placing your hands in a prayer position in front of you. Rubbing your hands really vigorously to create a bit of warmth.
Place those hands on your face, on your eyes. Covering and feeling the warmth from your hands on your face.
And repeating again, rubbing the hands together, generating a bit more warmth.
Placing hands over your ears and appreciating that warmth in your skin once again.
And if you're ready to breathe in and bring the shoulders up around your ears again.
And as you exhale to open your eyes and allow the shoulders to roll down or to stay in this moment for a bit long.
