And we are live. Welcome, welcome everyone to our Sunday read together session with the one and only best community in the world, Soma Bread. Let me just make sure that you can all see me. Perfect. Welcome everyone, big kiss and hug. I hope you're all doing phenomenal. If not, don't you worry, Soma Bread will lift The spirit and elevate your energy because that's what we're all about—the love frequency, right? Level of vibrational energy. So my name is Piotr Ciepiel. I'm a Sonabrit Master Transformation Coach, and I'll be your host today. Lovely to see you all. Thank you all so much for all the hearts, receiving them all from you all for the community, for myself, for the lovely duo that we have today, Chantal and David. And of course, they'll be introducing today's session. To us all in just a moment. But first, as you all might know, I'll ask you all: Where are you tuning in from? Just type into the chat where you're tuning in from. I am in Los Alcazares near Murcia in Spain. So welcome everyone that is also tuning in from Spain. It's six p.m. here, but of course, welcome everyone from all around the world. We've got Dublin in the house, we've got Canada. And of course, whoever is on YouTube, please make sure that you join us to the Zoom room. Monica, our dearest Monica, customer support, has shared the Zoom link so you can join us as well in our Zoom room. So don't stay on YouTube, you'll have all the interactions here in the chat. Okay, good. We have Italy, we have Norway, we have Cancun. So many of us joining from all around the world. And of course, the question, the other, the second question, How are you feeling today? From 1 to 10, just let us know how you're feeling so you can tap into the energy of the current state. And we will be lifting that energy up through our breathwork journey. I'm going to be very honest with you all. I am probably a 3. I had an accident. So I'm here with y'all with my hand with the claw. It's okay. It's okay. I'm like, and I think today's session as well is a special session that I'm going to do myself as a participant tomorrow morning. Because today, of course, I'm your host. And I'll be looking at the chat. I'll be making sure as well that everyone's looked after. But yeah, so I am at 3, but I know breathwork, and in all fairness, somabreath has helped me a lot when, you know, they were putting stitches into my hand, because knowing how to breathe really helps you when you're going through all these external stressors. So here I am with the hand waving at everyone. Hello. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So if you probably, if you know me, I'm probably, I'm always in this high vibration state. But because I really wanted to be your host today, I really wanted to be here with you all to celebrate both Chantal and David, Soma Breath, the Sunday Breathe Together tribe, and for us to come together. So it's so beautiful to see you all. So let me just go through the chat. And I do hope I'm also right-handed, by the way. So now I'm not using my dominant hand, which is so much fun. So now I'm really mindful. Okay, I'm very mindful, slow and mindful. We've got a lot of 2s in the chat, a 3. There's a 6, a lot of 3s as well. 4, 5, 7. Okay.
Wow.
So today's session will be a session that we all need. Okay, we are mid-September. Summer is kind of nearly over in Europe. I know some parts of the world are obviously entering spring. Different seasons, but here we all together for our Sunday beat together. And let me just quickly scroll down. Bear with me. I'm gonna give you live commentary as well. What I'm doing? Somebody has a hip pain. Oh my goodness! So be attracted. This is this is gonna be such a great session today. Thank you all so much for sending me all the love. Amazing. Okay. Without further ado, because it is a breathe together session, it's not host Piotr continuously talking on during this session. Today's journey will be brought to you by the one and only couple duo, my friends that I just love dearly, and I cannot wait to be reconnected in person again because we've done many retreats together, and they are just the power couple, the duo David Genéconte and Chantal Genéconte. So they are partners. Yes, they are. If— okay, winking, winking at you all. And if you've done sessions before, if you've done sessions before with that couple, you know how powerful their journeys are. And today's journey is called Acceptance: Let Go, Learn, and Grow. And it is a journey brought to you by the one and only Chantal and David. David, Chantal, the floor is yours. I'm handing you over the mic. in a very slow motion, I am. Thank you all. Enjoy the journey, everyone.
Hello, everyone.
Hello, welcome.
Yeah, today, acceptance. Big topic, big topic for everyone. We tend to focus often on the mistake, on not being enough, Being misunderstood, rejected, and because we made mistakes. So we don't make the things we think are the right things. And today it's a journey about first realizing that mistake is good. So for instance, if we take tennis, the best winner from Of course, Federer from Switzerland, or Nadal, or all the guys. In their career, they have lost more than they won, but they lost less than the others. And whatever skills you acquire, you have to fail. You have to make mistakes. It's— repetition is the mother of skills. And when we do something we don't like, like I broke a vase. So I can, you know, blame myself. I can just repeat the stories. But it's broken. It's done. So either we concentrate on what's new or we can respond differently and move forward. And often we've got this ideal image that everything has to be perfect according to my templates. And in personal development is often the case. We follow an intention and suddenly we go left and we miss and say, "Oh my God, I am so bad." Blah blah. No, just it's just part of the experience. It's the part of this duality world where there is the good, there is the bad, there is the warm, there is the cold, and so on. So it's really to look into. What you don't accept? How— because sometimes we are misunderstood and we want to be heard. Sometimes we are— we feel rejected. Sometimes we don't bring our points. Sometimes we— yeah, we miss things. We lose things. We lose people. And there's all these things we cannot accept. We would like that our template is different. So it's really— the first part of this journey is really to look where you've got your resistance, your trigger, and just go through there. And we're going to clear it with the colors. And the second part, we are going to bring something to counteract this. What can we accept? What can we trust? What can we accept that we need to learn, to experience? And to have fun. So this is the journey. And before that, we are going to explain to the newbies and the people how we breathe in Soma. So we are going to do rounds of breathwork. Within the round, there are 3 steps. The first one is called rhythmic breathing. You will hear the counting, like in 2, out 2, 3, 4. And you will breathe in through the nose, into the belly, and out through the mouth. Circular, non-jerky, no force. It's going to last for 5 minutes. Then we are going to cue to take a deep breath in with the nose, fully in, and out. You are going to hold your breath as long as possible. And when you've got the first urge to breathe, just try to override it. No pain. And then when you cannot hold your breath anymore, just take a little sip in with the nose. And again, blow the air fully out and hold. And repeat as needed. At the end of the out-breath retention, we are going to cue you to take a deep breath in with the nose.
1, 2, 3, fully in.
And you are going to squeeze gently the pelvic floor, contract the sphincter, and you imagine you shoot energy like a beam, an electric current along the spine, in the midbrain. And you are going to hold 30 seconds.
And then we are going to cue you to let it go with a sound, with a humming sound.
Summary: 3 steps. 1, rhythmic breathing. In through the nose, into the belly, out through the mouth. 2nd step, out-breath retention with a couple of sippings. 3rd step, in-breath retention. Good. Contraindications?
Yeah, so we increase the the volume of the mic.
No, but the volume is good.
Yeah, but it's a little bit louder now.
Okay. For you. It's it's it's much better. It is much better now. It is much better now. It was a little bit too low, too soft.
Thank you so much, Chantal. So contraindications: slow rhythmic breathing techniques are generally safe for most people. Breath holds should not be practiced. In any of the following cases, please pay attention: recent surgery, epilepsy, pregnancy in the third trimester, serious heart conditions like pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent heart attack. In most other cases, the practice is considered safe. And as always, you know, listen to your body, and if you need to skip a breath hold or You know, just listen to your body.
It knows best. Thank you.
All right, let's move.
Get up. We're going to do some movement, some body activation.
Come on, Barry.
Hey, Tracy Laura.
Hey, Tracy Laura.
Sharon Stacy. Who am I?
Raise the energy, give me a big smile.
Imagine a brighter day, knowing there's got to be a better way. I don't know where to start, but I won't be stuck no more. So release, let go, no holding me back.
This is Jenny Beats. This is Jenny Beats.
Oh, all right.
Take a comfortable position and welcome to this session into full acceptance. You can be seated in upright position or lay down. Lay down on your mat, the arms by your side, the legs extended. The key is comfort.
Hmm.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out and close the eyes. Take the time to arrive in the space. It is a safe container. Relax any tension. Let your jaw relax, your shoulders soften, and let your breath slow down. And allow yourself to be here, fully present. We ask for healing energies to arrive in the space now. And today, you are opening yourself to acceptance. Acceptance doesn't mean that what happened was right. It doesn't mean you agree with it, and it doesn't mean giving up. Acceptance means releasing the fight with what has already happened because you cannot change the past. past, but you can change what you carry forward from it. Now imagine a movie beginning to play in your mind. See a moment, an experience, or a part of your life that you have found difficult to accept. Perhaps it is a mistake you made, a decision you regret, something you did or something you didn't do. Perhaps someone disappointed you, a relationship ended. An opportunity was lost. Life didn't unfold as you expected. Maybe you're still replaying the story, wondering, why did this happen? Why did I do that? Why didn't I know better? What if I had a chance? To choose differently. And notice the resistance, the need to go back and change what cannot be changed, the judgment you hold against yourself, the guilt, the shame, the anger. Or the feeling that you weren't enough. Allow the movie to play for just a moment. What do you see? What do you hear? What are you telling yourself? And most importantly, What do you feel in your body? Perhaps you feel pressure in your chest, heaviness in your heart, a knot in your stomach, tension in your throat, your jaw, or your shoulders. Place a hand or point a finger towards the part of your body where you feel it most strongly. Don't try to change it. Simply acknowledge what is already there. And always the first impression that comes to you. Notice a color connected to this resistance. What color represents Either the guilt, the judgment, the regret, the sadness, the anger, the fear, or the story you are still carrying. See this color clearly. Notice its shade, its texture, its weight. And now imagine another color beginning to appear, a color with the power to soften and dissolve what you have been holding. Color of compassion, color of release, color of love. A color that reminds your body you are allowed to let go. What is that color? Trust the first color that comes to you. And as we begin the breathwork, breathe this new color directly into the place where you feel the resistance. With every inhale, allow the new color to enter, and with every exhale, allow the old color to leave.
So we're going to start To breathe in a rhythm.
We start with the 2-4, breathing through the nose and out through the mouth.
1, 2, 3, 4.
Be ready. And breathe out.
In two, out two, three, four.
Breathing through the nose, out through the mouth.
That's right. In two, out two, three, four.
In two, out. Let the new color move deeper into your body with every breath. See it surrounding the old color, softening it, breaking it apart, dissolving it.
In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out.
Keep breathing, keep clearing.
In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4.
Breathe into the guilt, the shame, the regrets, not being enough, and release it.
In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out, 2, 3, 4. 2, 3, 4, in, 2, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, out, 2, 3, 4, in, 2, out, 2, 3, 4.
Out.
In, 2, out.
Let the healing color flow into every cell of your body.
In, 2, out. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out. 2, 3, 4. In, 2, out.
Faster, 2-2.
3, 4. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out.
Just let it go.
In, 2, out, 2.
Now you can choose differently.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. 2, out, 2, in, 2, out.
Keep breathing.
In.
Keep releasing.
Out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2. Out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2.
Ready?
2. In. 2. Out. 2.
Fully in. And out. And hold your breath. Become completely still. In this space, without breath, allow the whole movie to fade. The images become softer. The voices become quieter. The color of resistance begins to disappear. Whenever you've got the first urge to breathe, just try to overwrite it and then take a little sip in. And again, blow the air fully out. And repeat as necessary. The past has already happened. You don't need to keep recreating it inside your body. Just allow the fight to end. Allow the judgment to end. Allow the story to release its hold over you. You have You're not denying what happened. You're choosing to stop suffering against it. On the count of three, we are going to take a deep breath in all together. One, two, three. Fully in. Squeeze your pelvic floor. Contract your sphincter. Bring the healing color into all your cells, into the place in your body. Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. And be ready to fully release.
And release. Ooooooooh.
And return to normal breathing.
Now, my loves, imagine that you're standing in a wide open space, maybe outside your garden, beach, mountain.
Forest.
Behind you is the path you have already walked, traveled. See the experiences along this path. Choices were made. Some moments you wish were different. Times you fell, times you lost your direction. Now notice stones along the path. Each stone representing something you have carried: a mistake, a regret, a disappointment, a failure, a judgment against yourself. And maybe you believe that carrying These stones would protect you from making those mistakes again. Now reach down and pick one stone up in your hand.
Feel the weight.
Feel the weight in your hand, the texture of the stone, the temperature. And see and feel the experience it represents. What did, what did this experience teach you? Not how did I fail, but what did I learn? How did I grow? What would I choose differently? From this moment forward? And allow the answer to come without forcing it. Maybe it's protecting your boundaries. Or trust your body. Asking for help. Walking away from a situation. Or picking yourself up and starting again. Now notice the stone changing. The stone becomes lighter. What was a burden, it's wisdom. What once felt like failure is becoming experience. You are learning, growing, becoming. Now you can either place the stone on the ground or you can throw it away, but still keep the lessons without carrying the burden. This is past. You can look back at the path behind you. Nothing needs to be erased because every part of the path brought you here. Now turn again towards the path ahead of you. And take a moment to feel the sensation in your body, feeling the lightness, and see yourself moving forward without the weight of guilt, of shame, regret. Imagine how you respond when life does not go according to plan. Now, instead of attacking yourself, you pause, you breathe, and you ask, what can I learn from this? How can I grow through this? What is my next step? And see yourself making decisions without being paralyzed by the fear of getting them wrong. You're trying, you're learning, you're adjusting, and you continue Forward, no longer obsessed by failure. You're here to grow and to connect with the feelings of complete acceptance. Connect within, connect with it, connect with acceptance in your body. Where do you feel it? Place your hand or point a finger towards that place and notice the color that for you represents acceptance. What color comes to you? See it becoming brighter and more vivid, color of freedom, of learning, of moving forward. And during this next round, breathe this color into every part of your body, every cell of your Let acceptance become more than an idea. It's a feeling. It's part of you. And be ready for the second round. It's a 2-2.
Exhale, then inhale. Two out, two in, two out, two. Breathe in a rhythm. Two out, two in, two out, two.
Breathing in the color of acceptance.
In, 2, out, 2.
And letting go.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2.
With every inhale, fill your body with understanding.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2.
And exhale to release the need to change the past.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2.
As you use your breath, let the color flow into your heart, your mind, and every cell in your body.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. Out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out. In, 2, in, 2, out.
Let the color become brighter.
In, 2, out, 2.
Let acceptance expand through your entire body.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2.
You fall, but you rise again.
2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out.
You learn and choose wisely.
2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2.
Breathing acceptance. Breathe out resistance.
In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. In, 2, out, 2. 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2, in, 2, out, 2.
Take a deep inhale through the nose. Hold just a few seconds.
Exhale, coming to stillness.
The past is behind you, but the lesson is inside. Remember, sip in through the nose when you have that first urge to breathe, and exhale through the mouth, and repeat as many times as necessary. You are here to experience You're here to experience. You're here to grow, to learn, to share your love and your joy. Rest in this acceptance. Nothing to fight, nothing to prove. Only the freedom to start again. On a count of three, we're going to take a deep inhale through the nose. One, two. 3. Inhale and hold. Gently squeeze your pelvic floor, your sphincter. Hold and feel the color shining within you and around you and in your aura. Feel it. See it. And exhale. Gently come back to normal breathing.
Allow your breath.
to become soft and natural. Feel your body resting beneath you. And that is the space you have created within yourself. The past remains part of your story, But it no longer needs to control your future. You can keep the wisdom and release the weight. You can make mistakes without becoming the mistake. You can fall. Learn, rise, and continue walking your path.
Now bring the color of acceptance into your heart. See the color getting brighter into Every cell of your body now is expanding. And repeat to yourself, I choose to accept what has been. I let go of what I cannot change. I learn, I grow, and I move forward. Feel the truth of these words. Acceptance is not the Acceptance is not the end of the story. Acceptance is the space from which a new chapter can begin. Slowly start wiggling your toes, move your fingers, gently move your body. Take your time, and when you're ready, open your eyes.
What a beautiful session. We all came back from the journey. Welcome back, everyone. Please mind yourself and just be very kind to yourself as well. And I saw someone in the chat mentioning that They have a difficulty with breathwork, and they feel like sometimes they might even hate the practice. Remember that you're unique, and the way you'll be breathing is the way your system breathes. But by consistency, kindness, gentleness, you'll be able to go deeper and deeper each time with sessions like this. So once again, thank you so much, Chantal. Thank you so much, David. I'm going to be reading out a couple of the comments that we have. in the chat box. So just make sure as well that you, you put the comments in. I'll be reading them out so they will stay with us as well during replays. So whoever is watching can see as well what you all have experienced during this live session. And please make sure as well that you put the Sunday Breathe Together in your calendar because we've got incredible instructors, beautiful, different, unique voices coming through. And the softness of Chantal, the gentleness of David is just magnificent. And I'm so looking forward to doing that session. Tomorrow, I was listening and taking in the words and taking in the emotions and the feelings, and it was a very powerful, beautiful, beautiful journey. Even my camera decided not to work for a moment because that's how powerful it was. Let me just read out a couple of the comments that we have. We have many thank you, thank you, amazing guys. Thank you so much. Much love and gratitude to you, Chantal, David, and all. That was so beautiful. We've got. Comments pouring in as well. We've got still 11 people on YouTube. Make sure as well that you join the Zoom room next time, YouTubers. Why not? You'll have so much fun here with us during the chat. Beautiful words. Thank you. Thank you. This community is a gift from Heather. Well, that's exactly how I feel as well. And even through the words, I'll be very honest with you, Chantal and David. Like, I felt so much healing energy that came through to my physical body. And the fact that, you know, it's what you mentioned, the growth. And growth is not linear growth. It's just, you know, with challenges, with the evolution, transformation, we all kind of forget that through the process, we actually finally meet ourselves, even sometimes the deepest wounds of ourselves, the traumas, the emotions, the thoughts, the feelings. And knowing that there is a possibility to actually release it, let go of that pebble, let go of that stone, don't carry it any longer. Don't feel shame, don't feel guilt, don't— you know, everything is a lesson, and as hard as it possibly can be, but if you take it as a lesson, you learn from it, you grow from it, you can really see that there's so many opportunities in life to look at all your experiences, right? Hello, my experience right now. What is this teaching me? Right? And again, I have to surrender. I have to accept, and I have to grow and evolve. Lara mentions the sun came out. I feel deeply relaxed and energized. Beautiful. Thank you. I want to also mention right now we do have the Sumabrit app, and the Sunday breathe togethers are kind of appetizers, tasters of the bigger, longer experiences. Just remember that because we've got Monday breathe togethers, Friday breathe togethers. longer journeys. And then we've got the Wednesday Move Together. Somebody mentioned as well, and let me just do this really quickly, where to find the replays in the app. So if you've got the app, there's a tab below which with you in it. So if you click on the you and you scroll down, you've got the live schedule and you've got live events and replays, and you'll find then upcoming events. And we have Claudia Solís tomorrow, The Body Knows What the Mind Forgets. We've got Chantal with some breath yoga. Yes, yes, yes. On during the Wednesday Move Together, we have myself guiding you through a breathwork journey on Friday. And listen how lined up this all is because my session is themed Let Go to Grow. I mean, imagine, like imagine. So we did not synchronize this. Okay, so on Friday, you'll have— I have the absolute pleasure to guide you through a breathwork experience. It's on the Soma Breath app. And then of course, we've got next week Sunday, Nigel, You Were Never Meant to Fit In. So it's all under the tab Live Events and Replays in the tab button. You just want to clarify this as well, because I know so many of you are Soma Breath app members. If you're not, Monica, Please do share once again the Soma Breath app link so people can join and experience longer journeys. Go through so many of the beautiful challenges and courses that we have in the Soma Breath app, and then you'll feel that with the practice, with the breathworks, with the move-togethers, you'll see how you can use the breath in so many different situations. It's not only just emotional healing, but actually also physical well-being and how your body, mind, and energy can work as one. Amen to that, everyone. Okay, so we've got Wendy saying, so healing and so powerful. Thank you so much for a beautiful session. I so needed this. Letting go today has brought me some peace. It feels great to let go of, of the past. Yes. Relaxing and calming. Beautiful. And of course, again, Chantal and David have not only in the app sessions, but you can also contact them for private retreats, workshops, one-on-one sessions, because they do specialize in longer journeys, emotional healing, and beautiful releases. So if you feel like you're connected to David, you're connected to Chantal, definitely contact them. And of course, we would also like if anyone here would like— Diana, I see your hand is up. And of course, I'm going to unmute you in a moment. And the beautiful smile on your face. I've already healed my hand now. Actually, put in the chat as well, how you're feeling right now, because we all did this check-in with ourselves, with the energy at the very start? Remember the 1 to 10? I said I'm at 3. And I definitely, as I mentioned, with the words, not even doing the journey, I just did a couple of rounds, I feel definitely like I'm up to 6 right now. And that is perfect. That is enough. I'm very happy with that. So please use the chat as well now to, to let us know your state. And whoever would like to Take the stage with us and give us a bit of a live feedback of the journey, the experience, some of it. And I see Adele is already there, so I'm gonna unmute you in a moment, Adele. Just give me— let's, let's give Diana a shout out, everyone. Here we go, added spotlight, and I'm gonna ask to unmute. Hi, Diana! Ciao, Diana! Hello, hello, hello! She was a little bit late to the session, but then enjoyed the powerful. I saw your comments on YouTube that you're coming into the room, and you did. So we are so grateful that you're here with us. Thank you. Mwah! Mwah! So much love, Diana. Thank you so much for being part of our Soma Breath Tribe and coming to the Sunday Breathe Together. Amazing. Thank you, Diana. So much love. So much love. And Adele. Let me just unmute Adele. Here we go. And added the spotlight. Here we go. No, you're still muted. Still muted. Now you're—
Oh, now I've gone to— sorry, just a minute. Whoops. I don't know.
I might have lost you. We see you and we hear you.
Okay. I've lost you guys, but At any rate, what I wanted to say is thank you to— well, the instructors and the host and everybody here. It was a beautiful session and well worth repeating. So that's the beauty of getting the app, because I do repeat these often. And I wanted to mention— so weird when I can't see you. I wanted to mention that one thing I really liked today Was that in the counting for the, you know, the soundtrack at the back, counting the breathing, there wasn't a lot of talking because sometimes I find it difficult if I'm listening to the counting and the instructor is talking and trying to get an important message. I'm, you know, focused on one or the other. It's hard to focus on both. And I usually go to the counting and then I miss the important message. So I really appreciated that today. It worked very well for me anyway. And, um, yeah, I was thinking I might go out today for a walk and get some stones and put some— write some negative things that I carry on the stones, and then I can walk and leave them behind. And I think—
So beautiful.
It's kind of nice to have a bowl of stones. They're everywhere. And write what you're struggling with And keep those stones, and every now and again just throw them away.
Cool, that's an amazing idea. Thank you, Adele. It's great. I love it.
Have a good day, everybody. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Adele.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much, Adele. Appreciate you also being part of the tribe and coming to the session. Just so much beautiful, um, additional comments that are in the chat now. I just love you too. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us. Much love to you all. Fantastic session. Beyond grateful, the acceptance is the space where the new chapter is being born. I so much needed to hear this. Yes, absolutely. I'm in the middle of a conflict at work. I imagined I did the breathing together with the person I have the conflict with. That's incredible. That is so powerful to be able to do that breathwork experience. This was a deeply transformative process. I feel surrounded by healing energy. Isn't this just beautiful and powerful? It's just—I always feel like there's some sort of transformation that comes true in these journeys. If you're just being more kinder to yourself, gentle with yourself, you can see as well how deep you can go with every single breath through the journey. Is there anything additional, Chantal and David, that you want to mention?
We have on the 20th of September a masterclass, Escape Survival Mode and Reconnect with Your True Self, Even If You've Tried Everything Else.
And David just put the link in the chat. Please join us.
And we read partially the comments. We'll enjoy to read afterwards. But yeah, we are really touched by, you know, your testimonials and just now accept and learn and grow. And we'll be back in October? No?
Yes, October.
I think we've got a session. But it was a lovely session. Thank you. Thank you very much.
Thank you for—
we can host or we can facilitate this. And yeah, if you want to join us, you are welcome on the 27th. And either in the app or for the next Breathe Together. We love you guys and girls, everyone. And Piotr.
Yes, absolutely. Thank you all so much for— first of all, to the tribe for coming and deciding to be with us during the Sunday Breathe Together. And if you have not got enough of Soma Breath, the app is there, the 21-Day Awakening Journey is there. So there's just so much content and so many possibilities for you to Rediscover, remember that acceptance and growth and evolution is part of the journey, the human experience. We all signed up for this. Okay, let's, let's remember this. We all signed up for this, although it might sometimes not feel like it, that you haven't chosen this path. But the soul decided to come here at this time in this body with everything going on externally, internally. So there's a lot of healing that is happening now. for on a community level and being together with Soma Brett and with all of you and David and Chantal, with your energies as well, we can really feel that the healing is a process. It's a journey. So thank you all so much, the entire tribe. We appreciate you. We love you. You can meet us in the, in the app. Monica, thank you so much for all your help and your love hearts that you're sending throughout. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Monica. Thank you, everyone. David, Chantal, much love. And see you all in the app and during the Sunday Breathe together. Thank you all so much. Bye-bye. Stay well, everyone. Stay well.
