Welcome everyone, welcome to our air— our air— Sunday Soma Breath Session. We are together another day, another session. Let's take a breath in together, shall we? Let's take a breath in together. Breathe fully in. And release the breath. Breathe fully in and release the breath. One more time, breathe fully in and release the breath. Welcome, welcome, welcome one more time to every single person that decided to join us today, Sunday. We are welcoming August. It is August already, the 2nd of August, if you're watching this live. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you're tuning in, breathing in from today. We are so excited, as you can probably see, clapping away already. Yes, we're so excited to be with you, and the fact that we can do this via Zoom, and the fact that you will be receiving a beautiful journey that is prepared by the one and only Chiara Francesca Young, the amazing, incredible Summer Breath Advanced Instructor. And of course, I will give her the mic in a moment. But before we do so, please type into the chat because we're making this interactive. Okay, whoever is watching this on YouTube, there's more and more people joining on YouTube. Monica— hi Monica— our customer support back of house during Sunday Breathe Togethers, um, is sharing the link in the YouTube channel. So just make sure you click on that link and you join us in the Zoom room. So I see somebody— someone is already typing into the chat what I was It's connection, it's connections, like brainwave frequency, mind. You knew exactly what I was going to ask. Yes, Steve, I was going to ask where you're breathing in from. Beautiful. And the chat is alive. Good to see that. Good to see that. I am currently in the Republic of Ireland, in County Kildare, in Kildare town. If you are in Ireland, let me know. I actually did an amazing adventure trip journey through the west of Ireland, Kerry and Tipperary and Limerick. And it was just so beautiful, fantastic to go to the west of Ireland and see the beautiful gifts that we can able to— there we can see through our eyes and then feel the connection to the land, to the sea, to the breeze, to just incredible colors of nature. That's what the Republic of Ireland delivers. And so let me just read out, because you're not just typing stuff into the chat and I'm just ignoring it. Not at all, because I will be here when, um, Kira will be, um, guiding her session. I'll be also making sure as well that anything like some challenges or anything at all that you might be having, I'll be answering them back to you. So, you know, you're not left alone. This is a safe container. Did I even introduce myself? My name is Piotr Ciepiel, by the way. My name is Piotr Ciepiel. I'll be your host today. I'm a Summerbridge Master Transformation motivational coach, mentor, retreat leader. And of course, today is Sunday, so I am the host of the Sunday Breathe Together. So we have the United Kingdom, South Carolina, more people from the United Kingdom. We have Holland, we have Florida, United States, um, Texas, Canada, Manchester. Much love and gratitude from Western Washington. Thank you so much, Heather. Thank you so much. We're taking that in, receiving your love and gratitude and sharing that with you back. Uh, we have Finland, Hungary, Canada, Georgia, New Mexico. Amazing, phenomenal. And who's here for the first time? Who has never done Soma Breath before? Who— this is your first time doing a Soma Breath Sunday Breathe together? Let us know. We have also on YouTube, we have Romania in the house and Texas. More Texas is in the YouTube channel. Um, So amazing. We have pre-wired, says me for the first time. Welcome. Of course, this is also a beautiful opportunity for you to let us know how you got to know us, how you got connected to us. Maybe it was during Mindvalley where Niraj is finishing now the second week of Mindvalley University in Tallinn, Estonia, where, you know, Summarit was hosting incredible events. If you've seen Niraj there and the team, I know that Brooke was there as well. Just make sure as well, if you're still there, I think today is a closing party. Just give them a high five and a hug from us all, um, here from the Zoom room, um, because Niraj Naik Naik, again, is sharing the light and love for breathwork all around the world. And currently he is in Estonia at MindBodyU. Amazing. And PreWired knows Keira through TikTok. Ah, Keira's social media— if you're not following Keira on social media, you're missing out. Like, I mean it, this girl is a natural, amazing, incredible human being. And her social media is just funny, down to earth, also grounded, but also just letting you know, um, all of the emotional challenges as well that that incredible instructor has gone through in her life. And she's sharing that on her social media platform. And we're all about authenticity and sharing from the truth, from the power. So, um, we will be sharing as well how to contact Kyra later on, because of course right now there's another question I'm going to ask during the Sunday We Together. Who knows? Who knows what I'm going to ask? How are you feeling? How are you feeling right now? And we're using a scale from 1 to 10. Please feel free to share in the chat how you're feeling right now. I will be very honest. Again, I mentioned about authenticity. I gave myself full permission this weekend to rest, and now I am more tired from resting than from doing. So great stuff, fantastic. That's what happens when you're a Capricorn and you're highly productive, performant, and you're constantly doing, doing. And then Saturday I was like, no, rest. This is my time. I'm ready for August, but I'm gonna allow myself to rest. And now I'm like, tired from resting. That's okay, it's fine. It means that my nervous system needed that and needs a bit more resting. But of course, in today's session, I know that Kira has some dancing prepared, so I will be dancing as well. Okay, to wake up that energy. So how are we all feeling? We've got 7, vibe is a 6 from Sheila, we have an 8 Patricia, 9, 7, 7, 9, 7. Beautiful. I'm so grateful that you all are able to tap into the current state and your energy. Because throughout experiences like this, coming together for the Sunday Breathe together, breathing together in sync, coherently breathing with the tribe, hopefully we'll see that number going up. Okay. So if you are a 7, hopefully you'll be an 8 or stay at a 7.5, maybe 7.5 or an 8 or a 9. So this is exactly why we always want to measure the level of vibrational frequency, L-O-V-E. Okay. And my camera just decided, yes, uh, we're not in Mercury retrograde, but hey, here we are. And that's my beautiful picture. That's not, um, and I'm back. Okay. Your Irish accent keeps coming through, bring a big smile to my face. Yes, Paul, thank you so much, I appreciate it. Thank you. The accent, the Irish twang, is definitely part of my coded DNA. Okay, I think I've covered everything and I did it in 7 minutes. Proud of myself, really proud of myself, celebrating myself right now. This is, you know, if you know me, and so many of you do— exactly, thank you Tracy, exactly, thank you— go this and this and this and this and also covering this But hey, more and more people are joining, which is phenomenal to see. So much love as well in the YouTube channel. I feel the same from Donna. Amazing. And I'll be monitoring both channels. So without further ado, of course, what we're going to do after this incredible session, guided by our Somabrett's unique voice, and if you've done her sessions before, you know that I always like to say let go of expectations and come in with a beginner's mind. But at the same time, if you know Keira, you know that the delivery and the uniqueness through her guidance will be felt in every cell of your body. And today's session is called Romanticize Your Life. Isn't that wonderful? Romanticize your life. And Keira will explain not only the theme but also how you're going to be breathing. So if you're here for the first time, like some of you have mentioned Don't worry, this is a safe container. You'll be helped throughout. Make sure as well that right now you can eliminate any distractions that might be around you. Your spouses, invite them in. Don't eliminate them. Don't eliminate your pets, invite them in as well. Okay, if suddenly the, the, the postman comes in, invite him, her in as well. Okay, just invite everyone into the Soma Breath Sunday Retreat Together. But anything that you can eliminate, eliminate. Have a sip of water, headphones for the greatest experience ever, because it is all about music, sound, and then the beautiful guidance and the voice of Keira herself. So are we all ready to welcome Keira to the stage?
Are we?
Can I see some love hearts? Yes, Diana, we love you. I love my life. Absolutely. Yes, her voice is beautiful. Good. Plenty of hearts taking a breath in together, releasing a breath. Kira, I'm gonna unmute you. Ah, there you are! Welcome, my dear, dear friend.
Oh, hello, hello, hello, hello! Hi everyone! I feel like I haven't been here for what feels like an eternity. My voice is a little bit raspier than normal because I have been out there living life, guiding workshops in person, and just really enjoying the summer that we're having in the UK. Um, as you probably might have heard if you're not in the UK, or if you are in the UK, you'll be well aware that we are having a heat wave beyond all heat waves. And it's— for the Leo Sun in me, I love it, I love it. Um, so I have been living my life. Um, you made me laugh there, Piotr, because you said about invite the postman in. And I used to actually do that when I was little, to come— I used to invite the postman in to come and watch my Spice Girls routines. And I'd be like, do you want to come in and watch? So it really just made me laugh then because I've done that. So I do recommend, you never know who you're going to meet and you never know what their story is.
Um, today's session, if you don't, if you don't mind, really quickly, I usually don't do this, but because you said Spice Girls, I do hope that in a couple of weeks' time You will give us a little bit of a taster. You'll give us a bit of a routine that we can follow along to as well, because it's all about body activation with Summer Bird. So I cannot wait. Which song was the favorite? Wannabe, or which one?
It was Stop Right Now.
All right.
Yes.
I love that song as well. Thank you. Yes.
Thank you very much. I need somebody human.
I'm a '90s baby. It was like my vibe. It was like what I grew up to. Maybe I'll—
I promise I'm muting myself. I'm muting myself.
Perfect. So today's session is actually very dear to my heart because we spend so much of our lives thinking about tomorrow, all right? And all— like, I love manifestation as much as you guys do, but also we're really like forgetting to celebrate our everyday. And some of these little rituals that are, uh, Ceremonies, like our life is a ceremony and we are taking a lot of it for granted all of the time and forgetting to celebrate. And I genuinely do the same myself. And recently I was in a container and we got asked to basically celebrate each week. So like we would celebrate ourselves, we would celebrate the magic in the mundane, we would celebrate all of these little things that we often take for granted. And it made me realize that that was actually the power of manifestation, because when you start to celebrate and you find joy in the everyday, you start to vibrate on that higher level and you start to attract more in. All right, so I really want today to be a chance for you to remember that we don't always have to strive, we don't always have to build. Yes, there is purpose in that and it is part of life, All right, but also I want you to take some time to like look around you, because past you would be so happy with what present you is living. All right, they would be so happy with the morning routines and the people that are around you and your friends and the warm cup of coffee, and maybe it's your favorite coffee mug, whatever it might be. But we haven't taken the time, a lot of the time, to just celebrate that. So today is going to be almost a celebration of what we often take as boring within our lives. All right? And I want to remind you today, and for you to remind yourselves through the breath and through this discovery, there is magic everywhere. We just have to look. All right? There is magic everywhere. We just have to look. You know, those walks that you take in nature that you forget to look around, you know, that really— that moment that you take that nice hot bath and you just forget to really experience that and land in that. All right, so today we're gonna bring that back, that juiciness of life, and remind ourselves like what it feels like. All right, so we're gonna do some movement first. And then we're going to go into the breathwork. As you know, with Soma Breath, we love to move our bodies, and it's such a good way of really just getting you out of your mind and into the body. All right, starting to just switch off from the noise of the world and really come back into the present moment. It starts to wake up the body. We start to get more in tune with actually the vibrations and the sensations in the body, and it helps to land us just that little bit deeper into the breathwork. All right, after that we're going to be going into the breathwork component. Now some of you have done this many times, so I will be preaching to the choir, all right? But I want to talk to you, for those that have never done breathwork before as well, and maybe haven't experienced Soma Breath, because maybe you've done a different type of breathwork but you're not used to how we breathe at Soma Breath. And it's a beautiful nourishing breath. And if you're used to this, you'll know it's meant to feel good in your body. All right, so each round of breathing— there's going to be 3 rounds today— they're going to be comprised of 3 components. The first component is rhythmical breathing, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Okay, in through the nose and out through the mouth. There's going to be no pause between that inhale and that exhale. So you don't want to stop after the inhale and you don't want to stop after the exhale, right? You want it to be a smooth circular rhythm. You also want to be making sure that you're breathing diaphragmatically. A lot of us tend to be breathing into our chest. Okay. And then we wonder why we're so stressed all the time. Now it doesn't mean you're breathing incorrectly.
Okay.
It's just the way we as society have ended up creating this habit. We are a stressed out planet.
Okay.
So a lot of us tend to be in the sympathetic response a lot of the time, and we're not quite sure how to get out of it. So I just want you to take a moment now to put one hand on your stomach and the other hand on your chest. All right. And just close down the eyes. Just give yourself a moment, and then just take a deep breath in through your nose for me, and then out through your mouth. Now do it again and just see if you can realize which is the first hand to rise. See if you can notice. Is it the chest? Or is it the belly? All right. If it is the chest, do not worry. All right. You're not doing anything wrong, like I said. All right. But we want to, for today's session, we want to be breathing diaphragmatically. So what I encourage you to do is imagine that you've got nostrils, okay, on your back at the bottom of your spine. All right. And you're going to be breathing through that. And imagine that belly rising first, the ribs expanding. All right, and then exhale. Breathe in, imagine those nostrils on the back of the spine.
Exhale.
Notice how much better that feels in the body. All right, it's just a signal to the body to calm down, to rest. To relax. Okay, so that's how we're going to be breathing— in through the nose, out through the mouth. Now, you don't need to remember any of this. I will be reminding you at every single twist and turn of the meditation. Okay, so you can just relax and let go. All right, but that's the first component— rhythmical breathing. In through the nose, out through the mouth. No pause between your inhale and your exhale. Making sure we're breathing diaphragmatically, belly rising first, chest following. All right? After the rhythmical breathing, we will then go into a breath retention phase where we do two types of breath retention. We take a deep breath in first of all, and then we let go of all of the air out of our lungs.
Okay?
You want to get to about 96-98% of that air. Okay? Because if we say 100, a lot of people do this, and you've seen me do this before if you join my sessions, we do this. And then we hold and we quiver and we shake and it feels really uncomfortable, and then we wonder why we can't hold our breath. All right, so I want you to just release slowly. Imagine you're a balloon, just letting that air seep out slowly. All right, and when you get to that sweet spot— and you'll know how that feels in your body, all right— when you reach it, then you're going to hold your breath. After full exhalation, you're going to hold your breath for as long as you can. All right. We really want to kind of push that past the comfort zone as much as possible because we are trying to create the right conditions in the body. Okay. These hyperbaric conditions of intermittent hypoxia, which are incredibly healing for us and can actually help us with cell renewal and the circulation of stem cells. All right. So we normally tend to reach intermittent hypoxia after about 60 to 90 seconds. So the breath holds will reflect that, but I don't want you to worry too much if you can't get to that today. All right? See if you can push your limits, but don't push yourself too far. Take a small sip of air in at any point if you need.
Okay?
A quick— and hold. All right? If you need to take a few of those, you can. If you need to go back to your natural breathing, you can. Remember that you're in control. Something I always say in my sessions is that I am just a guide. Everything I ask you to do is just an invitation. You know your body best, so please listen to it. All right, I encourage you to meet your edges, but I don't encourage you to push past pain and torture. All right, so hold your breath for as long as you can. Take those small sips in if you need, and then when you need to, we'll take a deep breath fully in, and this is the second breath retention where we're going to hold our breath at the top of the inhale. Deep breath in, hold full lungs this time, okay, and gentle squeeze of the sphincter muscles, so engaging the pelvic floor. All right, when you do engage the pelvic floor and you hold your breath at the top, don't bring up your whole body with it, okay? It's quite a natural response but if you notice yourself doing it, just drop your shoulders, squeeze the pelvic floor. It's called a mula bandha lock, all right? And what it's going to do is it's going to flood the body with feel-good hormones. We're going to place the awareness on the midbrain in between the eyebrows, all right? And what this can do is it can cleanse the brain with cerebrospinal fluid, which then brushes against the crystals in the pineal gland and often then switches on the third eye. So you might actually start to see some light, feel some colors, feel some good blissful feelings. We're releasing the dose, okay? Dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins. It feels yummy in your body. And then we're going to release with a sigh. All right. Now everything should feel good. All right. Everything should feel good. If you are really used to soma breath and you want to really take it a little bit further, At the top of every inhale, you can do a little squeeze of the pelvic floor, just a little squeeze, okay? Squeeze and then let go. All right, and I'll remind you through that it's a bliss pump, okay? So this is going to activate that creative life force energy, and it's going to help us to really start to actually really embody that joy and that bliss and really take us deeper into that manifestation cycle. All right. So that is enough of the, the routine and the instructions. There are some contraindications that you need to be aware of. So the rhythmical breathing is fine for everyone. Everyone can do it.
Okay.
Everyone can breathe in a rhythm. It feels very good to breathe in that harmonious way. But the breath retentions, the breath holds, please avoid if you are pregnant, if you've just had any recent surgeries, if you have epilepsy or you struggle with seizures, okay? If you have any severe heart conditions, all right, pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, if you've had a recent heart attack, heart surgery, that kind of thing, please do not do the breath retentions, okay? All of the rest that you can do. So is everyone ready? Is everyone feeling good? Do you want to get up on your feet and do some movement first and start to move our bodies? All right, so how I kind of lead this is intuitive rather than telling you what to do, because I think there's too many rules in the world. Okay, so I want you to let go of the rules for today, and I want the music to guide, and I want you to just feel how it wants to move through you, what wants to be expressed and what wants to be communicated through your body today. All right, the tune is a really good one, it's called Kamba. I actually hadn't found it yet before. So today I had a little groove and a boogie to it before choosing it. So I'm excited to do that with you today. All right, let's make sure I share my music. I've done it before, as you probably are aware if you were on that session where I didn't share my music and everyone starts shouting at me. All right, so let's get up on our feet everyone and let's have some fun with it.
Okay, can you hear my music?
Give me a thumbs up.
Amazing.
So let's start to gently move. Feel how the music wants to be translated. Notice how your body responds. Remember, dancing is not a performance. We often only see the performances, but we forget the freedom. The freedom that we can feel. The freedom that our body gives us.
Explore your body's wisdom today.
Notice what it wants to say to you. How does it want to translate? Our body is always having a conversation with us, but a lot of the time we're not listening. So I want you to listen today. Listen to the restrictions. Listen to the nudges. Listen to the twitches. Romanticize this moment. Let yourself feel joy. And it doesn't matter if you can't get up and dance. Someone said that your daughter won't let you do it.
That's okay.
Move the little fingers.
Express.
Right, let's take it deep, guys. Twist, turn, move your body in ways that you've never moved it before. Maybe you always dance with your hands. Maybe you want to dance with your legs today. Maybe you never move your toes. Maybe they want to have a little jive. Maybe the jazz hands want to come out. Don't worry what anyone thinks. We spend too much life worrying about other people.
Let's live our lives.
Let's find freedom in our bodies.
Yeah!
What does freedom feel like? And when it slows down, like, explore that. Sometimes people feel a little bit more uncomfortable with the slower rhythms. What does that say about your life? Maybe you find it hard to slow down. Maybe you need that structure, that beat, that routine. Maybe you need chaos. Your body is talking to you. Listen. Move, groove, shake, roll. Okay, let's start to bring it down.
Ah, just take a little shake and a deep breath fully in. And a long breath out.
Thank you for moving and grooving with me today.
Ha! I love listening to the body, don't you?
So if you want to take your seats if you want to lie down or sit up. I would recommend if you are new to this practice, definitely lie down. If you are an experienced meditator and you prefer sitting up, absolutely fine. Okay, headphones are best for this experience because the music is epic. All right, if you want to get really immersed in it, if you've got an eye mask and you want to pop that on, you can. It is your rules. All right, but we are going to just find our spaces, take some time to arrive. Just take a deep breath fully in and a long breath fully out.
Aah.
And let's just arrive. Closing down your eyes if you haven't already. Just taking a deep breath in through your nose and then just sighing it out. Just allowing your face to soften, your shoulders to relax, and just start to become aware of your body. Just feeling that support underneath you, feeling the rhythm of your breath, beat of your heart, a gentle rise and floor of your chest. Let yourself feel stillness. You've spent your entire life moving, growing, learning, planning, building, always asking yourself what's next. When I get there, when I earn more, when I lose the weight, when I find the relationship, when I have more time, when life slows down, then I'll be happy, then I'll finally enjoy my life.
Perhaps without even realizing it, life has become a waiting room, really, always standing at the doorway of tomorrow, rarely walking fully into today.
We've become experts dreaming about our future, vision boards, manifestations, goals, goals, 5-year plans.
And while dreaming is so beautiful, sometimes in all that reaching, we forget to notice where we are now.
We forget that this moment, this ordinary day, this cup of coffee, this walk around the block, conversation with with someone you love.
This deep breath is your life, not the rehearsal, it's not the practice round, it's not something to rush through.
This is it.
How often do you truly taste your morning drink? How often do you really feel the warmth of the shower?
On your skin? How often do you stop and listen to the birds or watch the sunlight dancing through the trees? How often do you cook yourself a meal as though you, you love yourself deeply and you're preparing it for that? How often How often do you actually slow down to notice that your whole life is already full of quiet miracles?
Perhaps they don't look extraordinary anymore because you've become familiar with them, but familiarity has a funny way of disguising magic. So today we're going to remember. We're remembering that joy isn't hidden in a future version of ourselves.
It's often found in the moments that we've been rushing past. So today we're not manifesting a better life, we're learning to fall in love with the one that is already unfolding. So in a moment, we're going to get ready to breathe together in beats, breathing in for 4, out for 4. No pause between your inhale and your exhale. You're going to keep that breath moving, keep it flowing, keep it circulating. Let it feel good. Let's get ready to breathe.
Breathe it in.
Let it go. As the breath just allow those inhales and exhales to guide you deeper into this present moment. Letting go of the need to rush, to be anywhere else, to stop planning tomorrow, to stop manifesting. Just stop being. Be in your breath. Be in your body.
Celebrate it.
Keep breathing. And just notice how often your mind is racing ahead to tomorrow. To next week, to next month, the next vacation, the next holiday, the next chapter.
And then I want you to gently bring yourself back here, back to here, back to now, back into your breath, back into your body.
In. 2, 3, 4. Out. 2, 3, 4.
Ask yourself, what parts of my life have I stopped seeing?
In. 2, 3, 4.
What beauty has become invisible simply because it became familiar.
Perhaps it's your home.
Perhaps it's your morning routine. Perhaps it's someone you love. Perhaps it's your own body working tirelessly every single day without any recognition.
Breathe in, 3, 4.
Allow that gratitude to awaken naturally.
In, 2, 3, 4.
Out, 2, 3, 4. In, simply remembering in this moment what is already in your body.
3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4.
Wherever Have you lost sight of that? Where have you forgotten it?
3, 4.
The past version of you would be so happy to lift it.
3, 4.
So breathe.
2, 3, 4. Out.
2, 3, 4. Keep breathing.
2, 3.
Keep remembering. What are you taking for granted? See if you can recognize that in this moment. Use your breath to guide you into some of those areas of your life, just restore Breathe in, 2, 3, 4. You're doing so well, keep breathing. Remember, you're breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth. No pause between your inhale and your exhale. Keep the breath moving, keep it flowing, keep it circulating. Allow that life force energy to awaken you, awaken you to your truth. Your life is your ceremony that often we forget. Wherever you—
listen.
We're getting close to that first breath retention, so charge up that breath. Take it deeper if it feels good.
Listen to your body.
Now take a deep breath fully Breathe it in through your nose, breathe it all the way in. Hold for a moment and then release slowly. Imagine you're that balloon just letting the air seep out. Find that sweet spot. Sweet spot at the bottom of that exhale. And hold your breath and just tune in to the miracle of life in this moment. Feel your body. Feel your heartbeat. Allow yourself to surrender to what is, this very moment in time. You can take a small sip of air in at any point if you need it. Quick, go straight back into that breath hold. You can roll the shoulders, swallow, or mimicking that Breath to the body. See if you can push past your comfort zone.
5, 4, 3, 2, One.
Take a deep breath fully in through your nose. Breathe it all the way in. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor, activate those sphincter muscles. Drop your shoulders, drop the diaphragm, but send the energy up through the body, placing the awareness on the midbrain. Feel this tunnel of light filling your body. Flooding your body. Feel-good hormones, love, light, bliss, expansion. Send it up, send it out. The higher version of you is not into modern It's in today, buried underneath, ready to be seen. And now release with a sigh.
Ah.
And see if you can just sink that little bit deeper into your body now. See if you can relax just 5% more. See if you can soften those shoulders, unclench that jaw, and allow yourself to fully let go. And I want you to just surrender in this moment to stillness. Notice what it feels like to stop wishing, wanting, building, pushing.
Forcing.
What does it feel like to just be? And we're going to get ready to go into our second round of breathing. Breathing in through the nose for 4, out through the mouth for 4. No pause between that inhale and that exhale. The breath guiding us home into the present moment. Let's romanticize our lives now. Let's remember how lucky we are. Are you ready to breathe?
Let's go.
Breathe. As the breath deepens in the second round, I want you to see if you can imagine yourself walking through life with fresh eyes, as though you've arrived here today for the very first time. Imagine making your morning Feeling the warmth beneath your hand, watching the steam rise, taking that first sip slowly. Imagine stepping into a shower, feeling every drop of water washing over your skin. No rushing, just simply receiving. Imagine walking outside, breathing into that outside air, watching the trees and moving around, maybe seeing colors that you've never noticed before. Hearing sounds that maybe doesn't seem to make sense. Imagine preparing a favorite meal, cutting beautiful vegetables, stirring those ingredients, pouring the edge of that glass of red wine. Knowing that you're incredibly, incredibly amazing, and that you're nourishing this beautiful fire that carries you through your day. Imagine making your breath light and calm. Opening your curtains to the outside world. Watering your beautiful plants. Laughing with someone you love. Watching a beautiful sunset. Reading an amazing script. Wrapping yourself in a blanket. These aren't interruptions to life, these are life.
Every tiny act is this beautiful opportunity for devotion.
Every ordinary moment is an invitation into presence. Every day is a ceremony. Let yourself remember. Keep breathing.
Keep going.
Let yourself fall in love with the ordinary. Because the ordinary becomes extraordinary. When we're fully present in our awareness, the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
Breathe.
Release.
Breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth.
Keep it going. Let's get ready for that breath out. Take a deep breath fully in through your nose. Breathe it all the way in, up to the top. Hold. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Release slowly out through the mouth. And hold your breath. Remember, remind yourself in this moment How delicious your life is when you allow yourself to notice all of the colors, all of the with the light, with the smells, with the sounds, sensations. See if you can tune into your fingertips, feel the energy dancing through them. Each vibration connecting you into this beautiful life, reminding that we are constantly moving and evolving, so we have to really enjoy These fleeting moments. Take a small sip of air in if you need at any point, straight back out. Hold your breath. Push past your comfort zone. Meet your edges. You've got this. You've always had this. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 2, 1. Take a deep breath fully in. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor. Activate your mula bandha. Send the energy up from the base of your spine. Feel it moving up through your body. Feel it resonating through your heart. Send it up and out of the third eye. Feel that Feel that light entering the body, become the lighthouse, remembering who you really are and the beauty that your life holds. Keep holding. And then release with a sigh.
Ah.
Taking a moment to come back to your natural breath before we get ready to take it deeper for this final round. Breathing in for 2, out for 2. No pause between that inhale and exhale. The circle of life inside of you. Let's get ready to charge it up.
Breathe.
Every breath of this round is a celebration, a thank you. Imagining your entire life standing before you. Not the life you hope to have one day, this life. With all its imperfections, with all its messiness, with its beauty and its tenderness, with its lessons and the people. So breathe, breathe.
Breathe, breathe.
Can you honor your life today? Can you celebrate it? Can you stop waiting for permission to love your existence? Feel your heart starting to open, expand, overflowing with appreciation. Not because everything is perfect, but because you're alive. Alive enough to experience it. You don't have to wait until you feel completely You don't need to wait until you've earned more. You don't need to wait until you've found the perfect partner or until you've reached the goal. Joy was never waiting there. Joy has always been quietly here. Breathe.
In, out. In, out.
And as we breathe, let's make a promise. A promise to stop rushing through your life, to stop treating today as something to simply get through. Make a promise that you'll start to notice, that you'll start to feel, you'll start to touch, taste, see, or celebrate. Because your life is calling for presence. Your life deserves your attention. Your life deserves your love. So celebrate your life now. Breathe. Enjoy. Let your breath remind you what it feels like to be alive. To be able to live this very moment, to do these kind of things, to taste life at its fullest. Breathe in and out. Breathe in and out.
Out.
Keep breathing, keep celebrating, keep awakening, keep remembering your life is a ceremony. You just forgot it. It's time to fall back in love with the everyday, to find magic in the mundane, to turn the ordinary into extraordinary, because you get to choose. Are you ready to celebrate your life? If you want to go deep with the breath, you can. If you need to dial it back, do. Listen to your body. You're in control. But let it feel good. Let it nourish you. Find your ritual in this moment. Squeezing the pelvic floor at the top of that inhale if it feels good. Charging up that energy.
Celebrating.
Maybe taking up a bit more space as you breathe. Awakening that body. Keep going, keep breathing. Getting close to that final breath hold. Take it deeper if it feels good. You're in control. Charge Push it up. Now take a deep breath, belly in through your nose. Breathe it all the way in.
Hold.
And release slowly. After full exhalation, hold. And just experience the bliss, the bliss that lies within. If you're sitting up and it feels good for you, you can dip your chin to your chest, creating that Jalandhara Bandha, that throat lock. See if you can Take it a little bit deeper now, a little bit further. Allow yourself to enjoy, enjoy the present moment, enjoy your life. Take a small sip of that in if you need at any point. Remember, it's there for you. See if you can tune into the sensations in the body or a sound in the music that's drawing you in. Let it take you deeper into the subconscious mind. Where you can find truth, remembrance, love. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath fully in through your nose. Breathe it all the way in, up to the top. Hold your breath at the top of the inhale. Gentle squeeze of your pelvic floor. Place the awareness on the midbrain. Send the energy up from the base of the spine. Maybe the arms want to raise too. Become that channel of light. Send it up, send it out. Celebrate yourself in this moment. Celebrate your beautiful life in this moment, the life that you have created for that the past version of you could only wish for. And then release with a sigh, allowing your breath to drop back into its natural rhythm. Just feeling your heartbeat, feeling that spaciousness within you. Notice what has softened. Notice what has opened. Notice what has become Clara, there may not be anything different about your life when you leave this room. Your home will still be the same. Your routines may still be the same. Tomorrow morning may unfold exactly as it always has. But perhaps you won't be the same. Perhaps tomorrow you'll drink your tea a little bit slower. Maybe you'll notice the colors in the sky.
Maybe you'll smile at a stranger.
Maybe you'll put your phone down for a few extra moments. Maybe you'll breathe before rushing to the next task. Maybe you'll stroke your dog just that little bit longer. Maybe you'll cook your dinner with a little more care. Maybe you'll stand under the shower and actually feel the water. So you'll remember that these moments are not small things. They are what make this beautiful life. Life isn't only measured by milestones, it's measured by the thousands of tiny moments in between. And when you begin paying attention to those moments in your life, they can really transform you. So may you leave here choosing presence over perfection, wonder over urgency, devotion over distraction. May you stop waiting for a life worth celebrating and realize that your life has been working all along. Take a deep breath at the end, hold, and then exhale. And carry this moment with you, carry this feeling, because from this From this moment on, your life is no longer something that you need to rush through. It's something to savor, to fall in love with. So welcome home.
Enjoy it.
Because life is fleeting. And our whole life can be our ceremony. Let's start to bring some gentle awareness back into the body. Some wiggles and rolls and stretches, maybe some smiles and yawns, whatever feels good for you in this moment. Taking a moment to honor the breath. A moment to honor the body. A moment to honor the practice. A moment to honor yourself. And a moment to honor your life. Because it's yours and it's beautiful. We just need to look. Take one final deep breath in and one long breath out.
Niraj Naik.
Now open the eyes to the external world. Maybe look around where you are and look at something that maybe you took for granted once. A book on the shelf, a picture on the wall, the carpet, whatever it might be, and just savor it for a moment. Just savor it. Thank you so much for breathing with me today. I hope this session really helped you to understand that we really need to savor life and remember that magic is everywhere. We just have to open our eyes. Thank you so much.
That was so beautiful. Thank you so much, Kira. Thank you so much for your beautiful guidance and for the words, phrases that you've used. And it's all about remembering, it's all about coming home and celebrating the small things. And what you said as well, you know, don't wait to celebrate your life, don't wait for the perfect this, that, body, job, partner, don't wait, start celebrating right now. Because I always like to add this as well. This is not a rehearsal. This is not a rehear— you've got this incredible opportunity to cherish who you are as you are in this lifetime. So thank you so much, Kira, for your incredible guidance and for bringing us through this journey, to this experience, because it was truly felt. So can I just ask anyone as well into the chat, just give yourself this promise and just put into the chat, I am celebrating myself. Just put into the chat that, just give it to your subconscious mind that you're typing this into the chat. I am celebrating myself. I am celebrating myself. Because we forget, we really forget. Because you're worthy, you're enough, you're seen, you're safe, you are celebrate. You're the celebration of life. And I love that so many of you are typing that in now. Yes, I am celebrating myself. Absolutely. And feel and tap into that every— with every breath, every morning when you wake up, and just before your head hits the pillow and you snooze. Because again, the beautiful rewiring that is happening at nighttime, it will receive that message. I am celebrating myself. And there's plenty of things, plenty of moments in your life worth celebrating. So thank you all so much. Exactly. And I'm going to read out, of course, a couple of, uh, the beautiful testimonials that have been sent out also via YouTube. We had a big audience today on YouTube. Loved your direction today, Keira. Thank you so much for the session. So beautiful. Thank you, Keira, from Mary. Uh, absolutely epic. Oh my gosh, that was spectacular. Truly magical. Thank you. Namaste from Illuminate Your Life 6086. I am celebrating myself every day. I love my life. I am celebrating my life. That's from YouTube. Thank you all so much for still staying with us. And of course, this is also because, you know, quite often we forget that you'll need space and time to come back. You know, just because you opened your eyes and you're coming back to the external world, doesn't mean that your entire nervous system, your energetic being, has synced in with this reality. So give yourself some space and time, sip on that water, cherish and nourish the thing that you saw in your room, and give yourself permission to slowly come back after such a session. And I do hope, um, maybe not today, but from— for the next sessions that you— when you do them with us, that you'll put a time in your calendar as well to not just rush straight into something else, another activity, but actually be after the session, be with the grounding, be just with yourself, so that you can really integrate the experience. Because just to, just to give you that as a, as a bit of news, we quite often rush through spiritual practices, we're just going from one thing to the next, third yoga session, breathwork, journaling, and then nature. And we're just like, that's not what it's about. It's about taking these moments to celebrate. So I hope, you know, I was able to, to give you that bit of an insight from my own experience, by the way, from my own experience. Let me just read out a couple of extra comments that are here in the Zoom room, and then of course, Kira, you'll have the final say. If you want to know and find Kira, Kira has her social media platform, um, just there, The Wild Rebirth. Follow her, as I said before. You know, you're gonna just love the content that she's putting out. And of course, feel free to contact her as well via the social media platforms, any events and workshops that she's creating as well in the United Kingdom or abroad as well. Who knows, maybe retreats are coming up in a moment. Kira will— yeah, exactly, collaboration, co-creation. Let's, let's make this a beautiful time in our life. So let me just read out a couple of the comments that are here because they are pouring in. That was magnificent. Thank you so much for reminding. From Claudia, blissful and magical. Thank you, Kira. Plenty of thank you, thank you, thank you. I am celebrating myself, my joy. I am celebrating another amazing journey. I am celebrating my life. Thank you. From Michelle, that was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for this beautiful journey so far in my life. Wow, wow factors, epic explosion from the inside out, filled with the purest form of love. From Coach Tammy, hi Tammy, welcome back to our sessions. Uh, I love this community as well, cuz we, we seem to know each other now as well from all the sessions that we do. And Kira is also, um, hosting longer sessions in the Summer Breath app. So Monica, if you can just put into the chat the, the newest updated Summer Breath app, um, because all of our instructors that you meet during the Sunday Bootcamp together have longer versions or longer journeys in the app. Um, Sunday is kind of a taster. We invite you into our world,. And then as, as Keira beautifully mentioned before, you have to then take that step forward and walk through that door. And then when you walk into that beautiful experience, that is Soma Breath and the app, you'll find us on Monday and Friday, Breathe Together, and Wednesday, Move Together. It is my session, by the way. Wednesday is my session. So I'll be, I'll be in the app, the real mind-body connection, something that I'm so happy to bring to the world. Um, we've got beautiful. Thank you, Keira. That was blissful. I am celebrating this moment and this community and me from Raven. Merci, merci. From 6. Yeah, exactly. How are you all feeling right now? So Corinne is an 8 now, and she was a 6. So just tap into again that number that we mentioned at the very start, your level of vibrational energy. Where are you right now on that scale? Yeah, Suzanne, the Instagram, I will type it in here as well. The Wild Rebirth. I always like to— yeah, I always like to make sure as well that I'm adding some sound effects to anything that I do. Pam-pam-pam!
Make life more exciting.
Do it totally childlike playful me. Like when I look back, my childlike self is just so happy that I've tapped into that energy and that I can bring that 6-, 8-, or 10-year-old wherever I go. Um, and we have Michaela, I'm celebrating myself, thank you. I saw Seraphim, oh, detailed flowers and gray, a gorgeous moment, movement of blue light, indigenous images. And Steve said, think, think this is the longest breath holds, um, even with some extra tiredness from all the space weather. So beautiful, Steve, you got longer breath holds today with us, amazing. And very first, very first round, I cried a bit already and I felt goosebumps. Thank you so much, Carissa, for sharing that with us. And yeah, all the numbers are 9, 9, 10, 8, 10, Diana, 100, amazing, 77, better than a 5, absolutely celebrate that, celebrate that mini jump up, celebrate it by all means. Yes, 99, amazing. So Kira, any final words that you would like to mention, um, to the community?
Um, just really take this on board. If there were any realizations that came through today and you realize that ways that you are not actually allowing yourself to get the juiciness out of life, just see if you can bring some of that joy and magic in. So really, when you wake up tomorrow, just really be mindful of like going out there, making your cup of coffee, really holding it and enjoying it. All right, after this session, I recommend going and having a little movement a little bit of a dance. If you follow my Instagram, you know I love to boogie, but it's also a way of actually anything that came through today needs to be moved. And we as human beings often bring it into the body rather than express it. So go and put on one of the tracks on the app, have a little dance, shake it off and move it through you.
Beautiful. And somebody just added as well a question. Carissa mentioned about the morning gratitude track in the app. And can you suggest a track that I can use to end the day with gratitude? And I'm just gonna, um, answer that really quickly. And then, Kira, if you want to obviously give your answer, I would recommend you to go through nearly all the tracks, everything, because something will resonate with you, with your vibration. So something that is for me for the morning might be something that you will use for the evening. I love the Forgiveness track. I love forgiveness, and it's such a beautiful, gentle journey as well. So if you have the app. And I know Monica also put in the, the link to the app, but if you have the app, check out Forgiveness because it's one of my favorite ones as well that will actually help you to also obviously tap into the forgiveness, but also allow you to just nice and beautifully connect to your subconscious mind and just allow yourself to just gently, gently, slowly fade into the night, into the evening. Yourself, Keira, any favorite tracks?
No, I would say the same. Like, I think we go through them because we all have different vibrations. Exactly, exactly as you said. I think what works for one doesn't always work for another. But I like Quiet Your Mind for Inner Peace. Uh, that's a really nice one because it's a 4/8 pattern, and it's a really good one before bed because it just takes you into that parasympathetic, it takes you into that rest and relaxation, and really helps you to sleep.
Beautiful. Amazing. Well, listen, to the whole tribe that is still with us, thank you so much for joining us during the Sunday Breaktogethers. I will have one announcement just because obviously we mentioned the app, but also right now you've got your— the final— if you're not an instructor yet, okay, and you want to become an instructor, all the certification programs are 20% off, but only for another 10 hours, 36 minutes, and 42 seconds, okay, just to be very precise here. So 20% of all the certification programs because you have to book your call by August 2nd, which is today, and you can then avail of the discount when you select the certification. And of course, our incredible team will be very happy to, to guide you as well through the different pathways that you can take with SOMA Breath. And I do see you, Diana. Of course, I'm gonna unmute you in a moment so we can boogie a bit together. There is a request though, Kira. I don't know whether you want to hop onto that request. Somebody's mentioning, should we maybe finish with a song and a boogie? Now, if you already mentioned a bit of a boogie— you're muted, you're muted.
I'm muted. Let's see what I have. Have you got anything to hand? Oh, I have. I do.
Oh, you do? Okay, I have as well.
I do.
Let me, let me just— let's, let's put—
perfect.
There's Diana. Hello, Diana. Welcome, welcome.
Right, let's see.
Beautiful to have us. Yes, and we'll do a little— oh, I am.
Diana, you ready to boogie? Yeah, you are still sharing. You are still sharing. I haven't taken, taken that away from you. Celebrating. Okay, Diana's ready to boogie as well with all of us. Let's do this. Thank you all so much for joining our Sunday Breathe together, and we are back next week for another Sunday Breathe together and throughout the week. We have the abs.
Let's have a little boogie before we leave. You don't need to know how to boogie. You don't need to worry about what it looks like. Bye everyone!
Thank you all so much for joining. Kira, thank you so much. Monica, thank you so, so so much. Everyone else, blessings your way. Keep celebrating yourself. Keep remembering who you are, where home is. Thank you.
Hi everyone, sending you so much
