Hi, this is Neeraj. And Happy New Year. I'm so excited that we're gonna bring in this new year with a special gift. And my gift to you is this piece of music called Bliss Breath, which comes from my new Love Volume 3 collection. And for a limited time, you're gonna have to hear this for free and use this special technique. And this technique, which is a breathwork exercise, will help you build up your own natural feelings, good feelings of love, and. And expand your heart out, raise your electromagnetic field of your heart. The reason why this works is because when you breathe in a rhythm and groove, what happens is we actually optimize our physiology and our heart rhythms, and it harmonizes our physiology from right inside, from deep inside our physiology, okay? And I've got this piece of music that has a special drumbeat to it. And when you breathe in rhythm with this drumbeat, you're going to get this heart coherence effect. And in doing so, what we can do is not only optimize our physiology, but we can actually expand our intention, our ability to set our intentions and to call in the things that we really want to attract more of in the new year. And what I want is to actually help you set an intention right now. And I'm going to give you an intention set to begin this new year, one that I've done before in the past, and it's really worked for me, and that is to be able to do more of the things you really genuinely love to do and less of the things that you don't. Okay? I want this year to be more about love and really what you really love to do from deep within and to call in the things that are. The things that are really aligned with your true purpose. The way we're going to do this, okay, very simple meditation exercise where we're going to visualize. We're going to go. We're going to use our imaginative powers to visualize a time when we were in love, when we did something that we really love to do, okay? Which makes us feel really good and really warm and fuzzy inside. And it could be even a person that you love. It could be something you do that you really love. It could be a hobby. It could be an experience. It could be anything that you really love to do. Like, really bring this feeling up by, like, going back and remembering that time when you felt this, okay? And as you're visualizing that time, you can even give it a color, all right? And you can close your eyes and imagine this. This color that's associated with this feeling, this good feeling, and expand it with every breath in and out. So this is how we're going to breathe in rhythm. All right? We're going to have our jaw loose, okay? And we're going to breathe in, inhale, and we're going to inhale into our chest. So imagine our nostrils and our chest. And when we inhale, we're going to actually breathe in a special way where it's like we're steaming up a window. Okay? So it's like.
So it's very smooth, slow and rhythmical and connected breath work. There's no pauses. You're just breathing in and out in a very smooth, slow way. Okay? And this music, which I'm going to play now. So we play this music will help you stay in time in rhythm with this groove. And when you breathe in, this consistent rhythm is when we get this heart coherence effect. Okay? So firstly, set this intention of love like, visualize this intention and try and build this up more and more by every inhalation, building up this feeling of gratitude for having this experience. So really on the inhalation, fill yourself with gratitude. And on the exhalation, you want to breathe out love from your heart. Okay? So you're breathing in gratitude.
Breathing out love from your heart, and you're doing it in rhythm with the music. So it's how we're going to do in rhythm. So you breathe in like this.
So you imagine the beats going 1, 2, 3, 4. That's the inhalation. 1, 2, 3, 4. And that's the exhalation. So it's four beats to each bar. So inhalation is four beats, and each exhalation is four beats. So it's a nice rhythm. So we're gonna do it together. Now close your eyes, set their intention, and you can even use your hands to breathe in and out, to visualize scooping up all that energy of gratitude and breathing out that love. Okay, so we're gonna do it.
So that's it. As you're doing that, you're going to start feeling really warm in your heart. And your power of visualization is going to get even bigger and you're going to have more clarity. Evoke really good feelings from deep within your core. Okay? So this is a really powerful ritual. I really urge you to take this challenge, to do this ritual every morning. Okay? I'm going to allow this video to be up for the next three days. After that, you can actually download this video and download the session and you can make this into a daily habit for 2017 to make you have this sense of coherence and feel lots of love deep within and then attract more love because you're raising your vibrational energy to that state where you can attract more of the things you love to do, less of the things you don't. Didn't watch the magic unfold. Okay, so watch the video below with Blissgreff and share your thoughts. I want to hear exactly your results and how you feel. Alright. And then check out Love Volume 3. It's one of the best pieces of work I've done so far. I know you're going to love it. Let's make 2017 even bigger, better, brighter, more filled with love for not just yourself, but for all. And let's spread this around the world together. Peace.
