And the best way to really not fall into the trap is to get back with your own inner feelings and your instincts. And how do you feel when you consume a big lump of flesh? How do you feel when you lie on one of those expensive grounding mats? How do you feel knock down a bunch of green protein powder? Does it make you feel better, worse, or not at all?
