To go deeper. Expand. Integrate. Yes. To dare. Yeah. Motivate. Connect. Grow. Clarity. Connection. Discovery. Coherence. Yes, we are coherently breathing humans changing the world one step at a time. One breath at a time, actually. Express, open, to feel better, to teach, elevate, expand, getting high. Yes, it is all about getting high on your own supply. Do you know our techniques, they do get you high, but they also teach you how to really be grounded in yourself, in your talent, in your skill set, in your energy, So that from that groundedness, there it comes, the leading with confidence. There it comes to be able to hold space. There it comes, that unwavering inner trust that no matter what happens, that deep desire, that deep trust you have in you enables you to help your clients to have transformations just like how you have. Okay, because the depths that we can take our clients to depending on how deep we were prepared to take ourselves into. So that's one of the things Soma Breath really helped me to really explore the depths of my inner world, have that transformation. Actually, one of my very first experiences was our 21-day awakening journey that's turned on this complete new path for me and changed the trajectory of my life So yeah, it's our flagship course, 21 Day Awakening Journey. Since then I was like, right, this feels amazing. I want to tell the entire world about Summer Breath, about how you can actually feel just using your breath, using our techniques. So Niraj Naik is going to talk about all of that. And I feel better, successful in business. Yes, I'm still reading the comments. and during Connect Healing Reconnect. Exactly! So, you know, we, we have really powerful tools and techniques that you're going to be learning about today. And also, to actually make a difference in this world, to touch lives, that requires us to step into our power, our full potential. That means to shine our light, that means to be okay to be visible. Okay. So I'm excited to learn with you because I still go through some blockages, you know, some limiting beliefs. I am a human being, right? This, this is a human experience. So it's all natural, all welcome. We're going to talk about what are your challenges and we gonna really hold your hand in this journey and see where we go from there. And before I showed up for this call, like I said, I feel super excited, I feel relaxed, I feel happy, I can't stop smiling because just before I turned up, I actually experienced a Somabreath journey for 20 minutes on the app, on Somabreath app. I recommend that to everybody, to be honest, not just before when you present something or something so meaningful coming up, which it is for me, this experience. But every day you can fill your own cup, every day, and really show up in the world from that fullness, from that state of inner peace, confidence, right? The inner joy, that, that really amazing vibration that you can create on command. So if you haven't got the Sommerbreath app yet, Please get it. And this call will be available on the replay on the app. Has everybody got the Summer Breath app? Put it in the chat box, say yes or no. And we're going to put the app link. Monica, thank you. Yes, of course you do. It's the best thing in the world. Yes, there we are. Okay. Hello everybody. I can see all of you now on camera. How long have I been talking? I'm not sure. Like I said, it's the first time I am presenting to such a large group, but I know I'm protected. I'm loved. I've got you with me. And now, thank you, Jason. It is time for me to present you two very important people. Uh, first, Niraj Naik is going to come on, but let me— I tried to practice this a little bit. It didn't work. Okay, I'm just gonna tell you as is what Niraj means to me, who he is in my life, because since I met Niraj and Summer Breath, my life has completely changed. So everybody, it gives me greatest pleasure to welcome the founder of Summer Breath, my mentor, my big brother, one of the most inspirational, knowledgeable, creative people on earth, one of the most epic DJs, music producers in the world. Niraj Naik, please come on stage.
Amazing. Thank you so much, Guru.
Hey, welcome.
Well, I thought you were going to shed a tear then. I almost did as well.
Wow. Yes, I'm so excited. I, you know, I'm like, it's all in my body. I'm feeling super high vibe. Like I said to you, you know, when I'm co-creating with you and with this tribe, I'm activated. I'm, you know, giving from that overflow. There is no lack at all. So this is a beautiful place to be, and thank you for helping me to be here.
Of course, always knew you could be a great host. So can you hear me okay? Can everybody hear me okay? Let's just get the sound right. Sometimes.
Yeah, we can hear you good.
Settings go a bit funky, so let me just set it. But, um, yeah, so I've known Brooke for quite a few years now, and she used to be just a participant at one of our retreats. And, you know, she had just almost— I think you just literally quit your corporate job, or you're in the process.
I was in the process.
And she went fully in to becoming a Soul Breath instructor. You know, um, actually she used to be like an EA for where she used to work, and she said, look, I can help you with that. So she did and started off as an assistant, but I knew that her real passion is actually teaching and guiding people. And, and she very quickly became the host of our amazing retreats that we do, um, amazing transformational retreats. Can everybody hear me okay? Like, somebody's saying you're a bit Quiet. Can you hear me okay, Brooke?
Yes, I can hear you perfectly fine.
Yeah, I think you just need to turn—
Everyone can hear Niraj. Can you tell us? Give the thumbs up, everyone.
Can you?
No. Hello? Hello?
It says quiet. It's perfect for me, Niraj.
Perfect.
Okay, let's leave it on.
All right, so, um, yeah, so, uh, Brooke actually, um, runs our retreats. We do these amazing retreats, transformational retreats and teacher trainings. And, um, and I've just seen the transformation, right, in herself from when I first met her to who she is now. And the, the passion, you know, it really comes through, the passion, um, for this work. So, you know, I know some of you may feel a little bit nervous, right? Um, because I noticed I've been looking at the, the WhatsApp group, uh, that you, you should stay in. And if you haven't joined it yet, join it for this event. And some of you may mention you're a little bit nervous actually attending this, and I think maybe that's because of the anticipation of what might happen to your life if you were to actually take action and follow this path. What could happen, right? So there's always this anticipation whenever we do anything new, try anything new, uh, take a risk in our lives to make a change, to do something better. More aligned, there's always that nervous excitement, right? Somebody just said here, Tracy, about what could happen, right? So let me just, let me just put it to you right now. What could happen, right? Let's, let's, let's start thinking, um, a little bit about that. Like, what could happen to your life? How do you see yourself, let's say, in a year's time? You've actually, um, taken on— it doesn't even mean you did Soma Breath, right? You don't have to do so. This isn't just about becoming a Soma Breath instructor. This applies to anyone who's a transformational coach or a healer or a therapist in any other field. Um, what I'm just talking about is if you were to take all the advice I'm about to share with you, right, what could happen to your life? Like, what could it give you more? Um, I'll tell you some of the things it's helped Brooke do, right? She used to live in London in a place that she didn't want to live and moved to her— an amazing city called Istanbul, surrounded by all her close friends, and she's crushing it. So location independence, right? That's definitely one. I mean, I'll tell you a story of Shayna. Shayna was a yoga teacher, um, and actually before that was an accountant. And when she took on being a Samael Aun Weor breath instructor, she started to travel the world, do retreats in 5-star hotels. She works for a cancer charity. She has— she's like a rock star. She has a huge WhatsApp community with over 1,000 people in it, and so on and so forth. So that's just another example. There's Simona. Simona is one of my favorite stories recently. She's, she's one of many that we have, but she did the 21 Day Awakening journey because she had PTSD, severe PTSD. She had a career with a business that was burning her out and she was about to have a major breakdown, right? Did the 21 days, healed her PTSD for the first time ever, like, of anything she's tried. She said, I'm going to become a Surya Ref instructor. This is too good. Trained in that, and within 3 weeks she passed the Level 1 training, which allows you to do classes. Started doing group classes, sold her business in Canada, moved to Italy, uh, built her own, uh, I think— no, she started working in a yoga studio, and, and now she's built a whole coaching practice because she's whizzed through the training in a year. And now she coaches high-exec, uh, clients in Italy and other places. And she's just a different person, night and day difference in her energy, her presence, her— she glows as a character, right? So we've got so many of these amazing, um, uh, stories, like so many of them. And what I want at the end of this today is for you to have a piece of that transformation. Okay, because I'll tell you what, before you do any certification, you've got to ask this question to yourself, right? If you choose to do a certification, if you choose— maybe some of you here have got 4 or 5 certifications already and you're looking to get another one, right? Um, this is very common. Okay. Um, some of you may be in a career you don't want to do, okay? Um, you're feeling the burnout, or you've hit a ceiling in what you're doing already, and you're looking for a next level, right? You want to ask yourself this question, okay? Uh, like, what can this certification do for me if I was to do it? Like, what What's the transformation I could personally see by going through the technique itself?
Right?
Because I know there's some people who choose to do certifications who are doing it because everyone else is doing it, like be a breathwork instructor. But how could breathwork impact your life if it was really done properly? Right? And the 21 Day Awakening Journey is one course I highly recommend. Okay. And it's included in our certification, which is so powerful that Cambridge University have actually studied it in peer-reviewed research. But not only that, they are now doing a follow-up study with me right now. We're planning it on PTSD, right? They, they're the one of the most prestigious universities in the world. They chose Soma Breath for a reason, because the method itself is like a protocol, okay? It's a prescription with a dose. I'm a pharmacist, so everything I do is like prescription and doses. Look, once a pharmacist, always a pharmacist. I can't escape from this, this career that I once did, which I despise. But there's some good, good stuff to that, which is, look, We're not into just flowery feathers and candles. Yes, we do like a bit of that, but that's not what we're all about. We're not into this woo-woo stuff that isn't tangible. No, because I want to make, uh, Soha Breath a part of the NHS. I want it to be used in hospitals around the world. I want it to be, um, really recognized as a leading method. Okay, for that you need to have science behind it, evidence, and a method that's repeatable, scalable, that is actually effective. Okay, and that's what I've really worked hard to do behind the scenes with this particular method. So that's why when people do it, when they actually do it for themselves, they get crazy transformations. And one thing I also noticed in the WhatsApp group, that unfortunately some of you are, are actually going through similar kind of health issues as even I was, right? There's people with autoimmune disease that I, I've, I read. There's people with, um, like PTSD. I think there's someone there with cancer. There's people who have trauma sufferers who've got, you know, suffered with domestic violence at home. Um, and then a lot of you seem to be here because they want to change their career, a whole new life path, right? Again, this is something that I managed to do. It's what Brooke managed to do. There's another instructor of mine called Lisa in Dubai. We did some really great work together in Dubai. I helped her with building a business there, and she took a whole 180-degree career change. She took the plunge. On the side though, what she did, and she made this her mind, she said, I'm going to do this. I'm going to give myself a 1-year timeline. In 1 year, I'm going to quit my job, right? I'm going to hand in my notice with the amount of time that I need to, to be able to quit my job. And by that point, I have to have built enough of a revenue to match my income. And in Dubai, she had a high-exec, uh, operational leadership role. So they, they're not cheap. They get— they earn quite a decent income. We're talking 6 figures plus. And she managed to match her income in 6 months. She actually couldn't wait to quit her job, but she said she'll give herself a year, you know, just get, get everything done that she needs to really qualify and, and go through all the training. Boom. She quit her job when I was there in Dubai in the middle of a war zone. Right. And she went back to Ireland because of the war in Dubai. But you know what? This is the kind of person we like to create. Fearless warrior leaders. That's what Solaire creates. She was like, no, I'm not staying here in the comfort zone of Ireland. I'm going back to the war zone. That's where people need me. So she went back to Dubai. I was like, wow, that's brave, because she's so passionate about what she does and she knows the people need it there more than anyone else. All right, so, so this is just some of the stories, right, of what could happen, right? What could happen. And what we try and help people do is to really get clear on what they want. And that's why we always— the first step we do is we have a Vision and Flow call, all right, where our Soar Breath coaches, they help align a clearer path that's right for you, whether it's Soar Breath or something else, okay. We do that free of charge, right, using Soar Breath methodology for the coaching. So these are just some things I want you to be aware of beforehand that, you know, there is a next step, and we'll share with you all the next steps for this if you do decide to work with us. Okay, so now let's move on to what you're going to be learning here in today in the schedule. So I'm giving you right now a bit of an overview about who we are, what we do. I know some of you are probably quite new to us, right? So you maybe have never done Soho Breath before. Out of interest, who's never done Soho Breath before here? Not even practiced it. Wow. A lot of new people.
Also, everybody, just wanna remind there is a react button at the, the bottom where you see the heart there. You can use any of the, the emojis there whenever you want to use them. Okay. So let's make it more interactive.
Nice. So very, very, um, new, uh, as a, a bit of a list of people there. And what I want to do is actually give you a taste of Sola Wraith, right before we begin. That's a good way to start, I think. Okay, we're gonna do a little mini Workshop before we get cracking. Okay. Um, and let's just check in a few more responses. Somebody's saying that it's not very clear, my mic. Is it clear for you, Brooke?
Yeah. Some people saying they hear me from one ear and you from another. I don't know how that's possible.
Yeah, there's something weird with, with the setting, Ron. I think it's the setting.
It's stereo sound, isn't it?
Yeah.
There's something wrong with— let me just fix this.
Yeah, can everyone hear us well?
What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna switch the mics, okay, to another mic. Let's do that. Just give me a sec.
Try muting my mic. Okay, right now we're gonna get Oh, you sound a bit different now. Speak.
Hello, hello.
It's coming from afar, like either the volume is low or— Yeah, it's not loud enough. Bit better. Speak, please. Yes, yes. That's better.
Is that better?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's good. Yeah, it was good for me anyway. But yeah, I can hear you very well.
Okay, perfect.
Everyone all good?
Now there we go. Yeah.
Yay. All right, perfect.
Okay, cool. Let's get rid of the fancy one. And let's use this one. Okay, so we're going to give you a bit of a taste of Soma Breath in a moment. And I just want to make a bit of a highlight of what we're going to cover. And what I'm going to really give you is something unique. Okay, you may not hear this in many other kinds of events like this. And that is how at Soha Breath, we are trying to become even more of a human-first company. Okay, human-first. So what I mean by that is that now, We have loads of technology, right? We have incredible technology at our fingertips. With technology comes, right, a bit of a learning curve. Okay, so we started with laptops, we started with desktops, we had internet websites, right? Now we have sales funnels, uh, Meta advertising, we have um, you know, email follow-ups, CRMs, and all of this, right? That was like the, the previous paradigm. The new paradigm is where all of the boring stuff that you normally have to do to market yourself, to get yourself seen, um, you know, to get your clients to find you and discover you That can now be done almost, I would say, like 80% by a robot. Okay, I use those words lightly. Okay, but an agent, right, or a, your own personal assistant who's 24/7, never gets sick, never, never comes late to work. Is always on and is really, really smart, like smarter than any other human being on the planet, and never— it doesn't forget. That's another cool thing, right? Doesn't forget. It remembers the tasks perfectly, right? So that is AI, AI technology. Okay, now you might think that's a bit counterintuitive, like, wait, using AI means I'm going to become less human, or what— the work I do is less human. That's not true. Just think about if— and some of you who are already coaches, therapists, healers, and so on with a coaching business will understand this— just think how much of your day gets taken up by stuff that is robotic in nature, from your accounts to setting up pages, web pages, landing pages, your emails, inbox, uh, Messenger, you know, and so on and so forth, answering to DMs. And think of how many repetitive tasks that you have to do every day to get yourself more clients, right? And to serve your existing clients, right? Wouldn't you sometimes wish somebody else could do it? Right, or maybe you've hired other people, right, and then they call in sick, or they make mistakes all the time, or they charge you ridiculous amounts of money, and you wonder, you know, is this even worth it? I could do it myself. And how many of you sometimes have thought, um, that, oh, I wish I just did it myself, right? When you go and delegate you just think, I wish I just did it myself, right? How many of you have thought that? Okay, because the output was just not good with that person, right? Now, this has been like the bane of my life since 2012 when I first stepped out as a somabreath— no, not somabreath, sorry, pre-somabreath— as a wellness coach. Okay, so I started off with an online business. I started off the music therapy site I created based around my passion of making this, uh, brainwave entrainment and transformational music. And, um, and that's how the story begins. Okay, but I learned the ropes of how to build a business on the internet, gave me location freedom. It was great. I had a 4-minute work week. I lived in Thailand. Living the dream. But then I decided to create a big business and everything shifted, right? Now suddenly I had to start delegating, I had to train people, I had to build a team, and it gets really, really, really busy fast, right? So I actually, I think, you know, we've been going for 8 years now, almost 9 years. We did a pretty good job at Siren Breath. We built a decent company, we've got an amazing brand, I work with my best friends and so on and so forth, right? But still there's a lot of robotic stuff everybody has to do where I feel like I've got like a team of robots rather than humans sometimes because they're just doing robotic tasks all the time. And I know quite a few people in my team are so smart and creative and, and really, really genius-type people, that if they could be more human first, everything would be better, right? And me included. So I was dreaming of a moment where I could find something that could automate a lot of our processes so that the heavy lifting is done by somebody else or something else. And then the last, like, 2 years, a revolution started to happen. AI came along. ChatGPT, and then these tools I'm going to reveal to you, right, the one of the sessions later came along that has completely changed the game. And I can safely say now that I could build a system for any of you that can help you like become human first, where a lot of the, uh, robotic tasks are taken care of by an agent, right? So I've got to a point where I'm quite confident with that, and I'll tell you more of that story as we, as we get to it. Okay, so who would be interested in learning about this and how they can bring this into their life, using agentic AI to scale what you do so you can be more human first, meaning you can serve clients better. You can focus more on that rather than all the boring stuff. Yeah, brilliant. Okie dokie. So what we're going to do first is, uh, we're going to do a little, uh, session to give you a taste of Sauer Breath so you can really feel it. Okay, the power of it. And we're going to just do a little basic class of Sauer Breath. Okay, and then we're going to talk about a bit more about Soma Breath, what it is and what makes it different. Okay, so to begin, what I need you to all do is first stand up because we're going to move our bodies. So a typical Soma Breath class starts with some movement. Okay, we're not just one of these sit still you know, on a yoga mat type people. No, uh, we are a movement and breath-based, uh, company where we really understand the body, right? The soma. That the mind, right, is much better controlled through the body than just the mind alone. And when you bring the body into the practice, everything becomes better. Okay, so let me pull up a track. All right, so starting up, everybody. Okay, we're gonna get ready to do this. This is one of my new tracks, unreleased, and this one's produced with a pretty famous DJ based in Ibiza as well. Um, we've been starting to attract some of the top talent in Ibiza to take on Solar Breath and co-create music with me too, which is so cool. All right, let's do it. It's called My Love. Why is it doing that? Okay, let's go. So we're just going to move a little bit, move our body, get the blood flowing. Alright, can you hear it? Yep. So just start loosening up the body. Moving. Bouncing.
Just move.
Warm up the shoulders. Stretch. All right, let's start shaking any old energy that doesn't serve you. Start shaking it. Your feet, toe, toe to the ground. Just shake. Don't forget to breathe. Breathe again through your nose. Let it go through your mouth. Just want you to just connect with the music, feel it, just let your body move with the groove. Yeah, let's do it! Woo! Yeah, yeah, that's right. Woo! Love it! Feel the love, everybody! Feel it! Feel the energy! Woo! Let's go! Big up! Yeah. Yeah, yeah, love it. All right. Coming back down. That was awesome.
Oh my God, that was amazing, Niraj Naik Naik.
It's a hit. Okay, how's everyone feeling? Feeling good? Big tune. So for those of you not familiar yet with Summer Breath, we produce the music in-house. I am fortunate, I live in Ibiza, I'm surrounded by top talent, top studios, the most famous DJs in the world who I've been starting to recruit to work with me, who are using Soma Breath themselves when they go on tour because they have a crazy lifestyle they have to deal with. And we have the amazing talent, like people like Hernán Suárez, or Nanya, who's one of the world's best, if not the best, handpan players and multi-instrumental musician, who I record and jam with in studios. Um, here in Ibiza and other places. And, uh, so we have world-class music, right? Music's the secret sauce of silent breath, right? Breathwork without the right music is not breathwork. It's, it's like, it's not even worth doing it. It's like you'll have an hour of just agony if you did that, right? So the right music changes everything, okay? So music is medicine. Music's the language of soul. So, so breath, we're all about the beats, all about the music, and the methodology itself is all about breathing in a rhythm to music, okay? Because that's the magic. All of yogic breathing practices are rhythmic in nature. So when you breathe in a rhythm, it produces an inner harmony, because when your rhythms go off balance, your biorhythms, you— that's how you experience stress. Okay, and all your functions stop being optimal. But with the right music, the right rhythm, and slow rhythmic breathing has been shown scientifically in numerous studies. Like the, the— there's a study you can check out, the Physiology of Slow Breathing in a Healthy Human. You can check it out. And this study goes all about the rhythmic breathing and the rhythm of 6 breaths per minute, that rate being optimal. We have many different tracks, different rhythms, and we also focus on this 6 breaths per minute, under 10 breaths per minute range for creating optimum physiology. Okay. That's one of the reasons why people fall in love with this practice because of what it does to their inner world. Another thing is it turns meditation into something that you actually want to do. Okay. Who here tries to meditate but just can't do it? Like, just finds it really hard? Anyone here wants to admit it? Right. Well, the oldest, most ancient form of— yes, a lot of yes. The most ancient form of meditation is breath meditation, using the breath. I'll give you a little tip on what meditation really is. So we have this monkey mind, a voice in our head that keeps worrying about the future. And gets hung up on the past, that every action in that part of the brain, that's the speaking part, the voice in your head, any stimulation from that, even if it's excitement, right, causes tension in the body. And this actually starts to drive the mitochondria, right? It burns your, your energy without even thinking you're doing anything, right? You're just thinking. So this could cause people to burn out if it's going on and on and on and on and on. So meditation, what it does is it takes your awareness away from this voice in your head to something other than that. So a simple form of meditation can be looking at a candle that's flickering, just focusing on that because you're taking your attention away from that voice. Or it could be listen to a Tibetan bell, right? When you hear a sound like this, Like this. If you just tune into that sound, nothing but that sound. Eventually that voice starts to quieten. And if you could push those words away, like visualize pushing those words away from your voice, you start to meditate, alright, as you get tuned into the sound. So what I discovered though was that breath meditation is the most ancient form, the oldest form, and the easiest. You just bring your awareness to the breath. This is a form of meditation, right? But then I looked at pranayama. Pranayama has many different breathing patterns that are rhythmic, rhythmic breathing. And I was like, what if we could bring music to time the breath, to be the groove, right? So you don't need to count, you don't have to use mala beads, which— that's why yogis wear mala beads, to count the mantras. Okay, you, you don't need to have a stopwatch to count the rhythm. Okay, you just breathe to the beat, and then it becomes like a breath meditation as well. So with Soma Breath, with one session, you get the benefits of breath meditation We make meditation easy to do. Your voice just turns off, it goes quiet. For a lot of people, it's the first time in their life that their mind's gone quiet when they do a Soho Breath session, right? Which is amazing. That's a really common thing we get fed back. So you get all the meditation benefits, you get all the benefits of pranayama and the breath delivering the dose, and then you get it with really cool music produced in Ibiza, which you just heard, one of the dance tracks. But we have breathwork music as well. So it's like the complete package for our day and age right now, right, where people have got crazy monkey minds, um, they can't switch that voice off, there's too many distractions, too many distractions for them to focus on a flickering candle or a Tibetan bell. But with breath meditation, you get all the benefits physiologically and psychologically, emotionally from just one method, a complete package. Okay. And we're going to go into the mechanism of why it's so powerful in a moment. So let's do a session. All right. It's better to just do it. Then you experience it. We're going to do a short one. All right. For you to check out. So what I invite you to do is Sit comfortably, and what I want you to do is just follow— like, sometimes I give instructions and people get lost and confused. What I want you to just do now is just follow the instructions in the session. I'm not going to give you too many instructions now. What I will say is be comfortable. Don't do this where you're going to fall over or anything. Don't do this while you're driving, okay? Or if you're operating some machinery, don't do it. Um, be fully engrossed, turn off all your distractions, okay? It's— this is a mild session, so pretty much everyone can do it. If you're any— if you're unsure at all about breath retention, holding your breath, don't do it. You can skip out of it, but we're just doing a mild session, which is pretty good for everyone, okay? Okay, so let's just get this track up. And what this session will do is deliver a daily dose of intermittent hypoxia, which is the real secret sauce behind the core method itself. That's where all the magic happens. All right, we'll go into what that is in a moment, why it's so powerful. Okay, so find a comfortable position and just follow along with instructions and how we make breathwork so much easier with the guidance and the music and the whole package. All right, you ready? Let's go. Welcome to the Soma Breath intermittent hypoxic training sequence, where you're going to be breathing in a 2-in, 4-out rhythm with a breath retention phase. Breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth. That's right. So now sit comfortably with an upright posture, relaxed. When you hear me say in, breathe in, and when you hear me say out, breathe out. The smooth and consistent rhythm to the rhythm and groove of the music. That's right. Let's begin. 3, 2, 1, exhale. And in. Breathing in, breathing out. The smooth, consistent inhale and exhale. Breathing in through your diaphragm, then into your chest, and letting go on every exhale. This rhythm should be Effortless, relaxed, with no force. Deepen your breath slightly, taking longer, deeper breaths as staying in that rhythm. In, out, in, out, in, out, in, out. Deepen your breath even more. Begin to breathe deep, full breaths in that same consistent rhythm.
A—
just 3 breaths left before the breath retention phase. 2 breaths left. One last breath. Now take a deep breath in and breathe all the air out, holding your breath after a full exhalation, relaxing the shoulders, your chest. Let your chin drop towards your chest and relax every muscle in your body. That's right, you have 60 seconds remaining. This breath hold. If you need to take a breath at any time, take a little sip in through your nose and breathe out and hold your breath. And you can repeat this as many times as you need to until you get the command to inhale. That's right, stay calm, stay relaxed. You are perfectly safe. Allow your muscles of your body to be relaxed and at ease. Let your shoulders drop, soften your jaw, your face becoming very relaxed. You have 20 seconds remaining. You're doing great. See if you can hold your breath slightly beyond the comfort zone, going beyond what you thought was possible. Overriding the fear of holding your breath rubs off on other areas of your life where you may be having fear that holds you back. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Now take a deep breath all the way in and hold your breath after full inhalation, pulling up the muscles around your pelvic floor, your sphincter up, contracting up. You send this energy up like a spiral of light into your midbrain, illuminating you to the light, this blissful awakening. And focus now on maintaining the state of stillness by holding your breath for as long as you comfortably can. Now you have 15 seconds remaining of this breath retention phase. Relax muscles in your chest, your diaphragm, your face. Just stay calm and at ease and enjoy that stillness. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Now let go with a hum. Hum. Now coming back to normal breathing, observing how you feel, noticing any changes. Congratulations, you have now just learned and experienced how to do Somabreath Intermittent Hypoxic Training. So if this felt really good, then imagine doing a whole 20 to 60 minute full deep dive session. You can find a variety of these on the Somabreath app inside our courses like the 21-Day Awakening Journey and in our instructors' classes. Okay, slowly coming back. All right, let me know how that felt, this— that little, little dose that you just got. That felt like going home. I love it. That was wonderful. Energizing. So simple as well, right? More energy in the brain. Wow, that felt great. Beautiful. Oh, uncomfortable, someone says. No problem. That's always how it is in the beginning. Really aware of my heartbeat. Struggled. With my long breath holds. Yes. Okay, so a little bit about the method. So when you, when you can hold your breath after around 60 to 90 seconds after a full inhale, you trigger what we call intermittent hypoxia. Okay, lower than normal oxygen. And with a pulse oximeter like this, right, you can actually measure your oxygen levels, right? And this, when it goes below Oops. When it goes below 90%. Okay. That's my heart rate there on the left. 99 is the— it's 100 right now. When that goes below 90%, you trigger a state of intermittent hypoxia. And this is the physiological state where adaptation happens in your body and your body improves. It's like going on a fasting. Intervene fasting, but it's for your breath. Has all the benefits of fasting with food, but this is an oxygen fast, and this dramatically increases how you produce energy in the body, and it cleans all the unhealthy cells out of your body and replaces them with new healthy cells. We actually wake up stem cells. Now, at first you might find it very hard to do 60 seconds, and with a coach, so a breath coach, they will actually coach you to go to 2 minutes, 3 minutes, even longer. Okay. And that's when real magic happens. That's when real transformation starts to flow through. Okay. But even with just what we just did there, you start to get benefits like you already expressed on this, on this, in this chat. Okay. So then, and at first it's difficult, right? That's why we practice. It gets easier. And before you know it, you're holding your breath for minutes. It's amazing. And then you get into the incredible bliss, because hence the name Soma. Soma is this elixir of the gods. It's the divine nectar, okay? And it's released, okay, internally. It's like our own version of, of, um, the superpower, okay, that the gods used to relish in the Golden Age according to the yogic tradition. And It's released in this zone of 60 seconds and 90 seconds after your exhale. Physiologically, biologically, pharmacologically, you could call it releasing ADOSE. ADOSE stands for anandamide, dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins—natural feel-good hormones. So you actually get high, right? You don't just get high, you get higher, okay? You go higher than you were before. Elevates your states, but in a good way, right? And you don't get the crash and come down you get with substances. So this is like some of the benefits you get. There's so many more when you do this as a daily practice. And with our new Soma Breath app, which all the transformational coaches will be using, okay, we connect to a Bluetooth pulse oximeter like this to measure the dose you're receiving, and the instructors can actually coach their clients and make sure that they're doing it correctly by seeing their results. Because you want to get the dose. If you don't get the dose, you don't get all the benefits. You get some, but not all. But so in breathwork, we also have many different techniques. This is just the core technique, but we have rhythmic breathing, we have breathwork for sleep, for anything you go to a pharmacy for, there's a breathing technique for it. Okay, so we got, we got a lot there for you to, to, to, to take on board, and that was just a little taste of the method itself. Okay, and typically a class that our instructors teach starts with movement and then goes into this breathwork journey that— about longer ones, we have 20, 40, 60 minutes, even 2-hour sessions that take you into supernatural levels of consciousness. All right. So now, as we just got like 30 minutes left, is it Brooke, for this session?
Yes, about that. 25. Yes.
What I want to do now is just give you a little overview. I'm going to play a little video presentation. Okay. That's going to give you a bit of an overview of what makes Summer Breath different. And this will help you also understand, okay, as many of you are coaches, therapists, healers already, how you could potentially integrate this into your work. And we'll go through some of that in a moment. Okay. All right. But I just wanted to give you a taste of somnobreath, the somnobreath effect. Okay. All right. We've got a few questions as well. I'll answer them all in a moment. Now, on the subject of AI, right? So the old paradigm when it comes to video editing, okay, I know this is a sticker for a lot of people, right, is getting stuck producing videos, putting videos on YouTube. You know you need to do it, but you just can't be bothered to do it. Or you hire video guys and experts and they charge you loads of money, they never get it right, you have to keep going over and over again until you get it right, right? Now with AI, okay, I've managed to— this particular AI that we're going to reveal to you later, the specific tool— create a workflow where a lot of the heavy lifting is done by the tool. So I can film a video and I can feed it to my machine, right? And it will turn it into a really nice presentation, okay? Which is good enough to put on YouTube, okay? To get more traffic, get people watching it. It can be put on our website. It's good enough. You'll be the judge of it in a moment. And I didn't have to do any of the touching of the software to, to edit it. It was done by it. Okay, I could go off, make dinner, play with my daughter, go to the beach as I did this morning with the fam while this is doing the work for me. And every now and then I have to give it a little bit of a prompt just to, to improve it, fix something. Maybe it didn't get it right the first time, but once it gets it it remembers it, and then it— that creates a template that it can repeat over and over again. So let's watch this because this could also be useful for all of you, right, is to have a method for you to create videos and content without you having to do all the heavy lifting of editing or hiring somebody expensive to do it. Who would think that was useful? Who here thinks that's useful in their life? Okay, just give us a yes. Yes, it is, right? It has to be. Okay, so let's play this. You tell me what you think. I haven't put any music behind it yet because it's very fresh, but the next step I would put music behind it. But in fact, sometimes you don't need music, it can distract you from the words, I think. Okay, okay, let's do it. Ready? Oops, this is the wrong version. Sorry, sorry, the wrong one is this one. Okay. Okay, let's do it! Watch this! So why is Soma Breath different? Well, you see, most breathwork schools teach one core technique. That's like going to a dentist who only knows how to pull your teeth out. Imagine you're walking in wanting your teeth whitened. The only tool they've got is pulling teeth out, extraction. Well, that's what I see happening as breathwork explodes globally, right? It's one technique used for everything, but the wrong technique in the wrong situation can actually miss the root issue entirely, right? So at Soma Breath, we hand you a pharmacy of different breathing and somatic techniques for various different outcomes. So if you want. Energy or calm or focus or emotional reset, performance or expansion, we have a different technique for each one of those. So it's not a one hammer for every problem. It's a full toolkit. Well, our job isn't to make your clients dependent on you, right? It's to help you become your own guru so your clients can do the same. So we take a know thyself approach. Using principles rooted in Ayurveda and modern physiology, we help you identify your client's energy blueprint, their bio-individual makeup. And then from there, you can create lifestyle prescriptions tailored to who they actually are, right? Not generic advice, but personalized transformation. And the goal isn't just peak states during sessions, right? It's improving their default state, the way they feel when they're not doing any technique at all. That's real transformation. That's self-sufficiency. That's when you know you've done your job. So you can have the most powerful technique in the world, but if you don't know how to get clients and keep them, then what's the point, right? So our mission's really simple: make our instructors successful, right? That means mentorship, support, practical tools, Updated strategies for today's digital landscape. Yes, things are moving super fast with AI, and I'm really on top of it because trust me, there's incredible potential there. See, we're building an ecosystem including app integration, advanced training tools, and a location finder system. So clients looking for transformation can actually come and find you. So this isn't just about learning breathwork. It's about building a sustainable practice. This is where Summer Breath really stands apart, right? Cuz our foundation is in rhythmic breathing from the source root of all breathwork. And everything in your body runs on rhythm. So your sleep cycles, digestion, heartbeat, hormonal cycles, and stress actually disrupts this rhythm. But rhythm restores balance. But all of these rhythms are subservient to the rhythm of your breath. And just a few minutes a day of rhythmic breathing can actually begin to restore this inner harmony. Now here's the magic. The way our method works is you don't need a stopwatch. You don't need like mala beads to count like the yogis do. You don't need to count in your head or anything. You just breathe in beats to our Breathe in Beats music technology. The breath breathes with you. It turns breathwork into breath meditation. So your clients actually get the benefits of both in one immersive system. And unlike searching for Spotify playlists, which is what people tend to do these days, our music's created in-house, licensed, and designed specifically for the breath journeys. Now I'm based here in Ibiza, okay? It's the land of dance music and dance music culture, and I happen to be around some of the best studios in the world as well as some of the top DJs. And the great thing is that I've managed to recruit some of them and work with them in these top studios to engineer these breathwork journeys for you. So this is what really makes Soma Breath stand out. You see, music's always been a real big passion of mine, like since a young age. In fact, I used to run some of the biggest raves in the UK for years at university, and then I had a major burnout. I lost everything, and this is actually where my journey begins. That's how I ended up becoming a pharmacist, and then going against my passion and then discovering again. And it's a crazy long story, but for another time. But what I want to say is that I craved for experiences that could take me into those peak states without the crazy crash that comes with it. And that's when I discovered the power of breathwork combined with music that really lifts your soul and the right guidance. And that's what has formed the basis of our Soham Breath classes. So we have like breathwork journeys, but as well we have breath raves where people dance freely, have incredible somatic peak experiences just with the breath and dance music. Now I've managed to get some of these top DJs to actually use the method themselves because a lot of them have real temptation when they're on tour. There's just so much alcohol, drugs, and hedonism. Like, it's unbelievable as a life of a touring DJ. And so they're really prone to burnout. And some of these DJs have started to use somabreath to be the antidote to all that and make their careers more sustainable. Now that's awesome. So in somabreath, music is really important. And I realized that a breath journey without music It's just not the same. And the other cool thing is this works really well in an audio format. So you can lay your voice over the tracks. You can create journeys, you can distribute them, and you can stay connected with your clients beyond a session, right? Because they're going to be waking up to you every morning and going to bed every morning with your voice in their ears. That's huge for loyalty retention. So what does this mean for your clients? Well, they perform better. They make clearer decisions under pressure. They feel more balanced. They recover from stress faster. And over time, their default state improves. But not just in the session, in life. And that's why Soma Breath isn't just another breathwork training. It's a structured music-driven system for creating peak states and building lasting peace of mind. All right. I'm going to keep that slide on. If anyone wants to— if anyone's actually got psyched up a little bit about what we've been sharing, okay, you can just use that QR code right now and it will take you, um, to the information page on everything we offer inside this certification. All right, so just leave that for a moment. Um, just want to just check in. Quickly with— how was that video? It's not bad, right? Didn't take me very long to make. I just had to film myself. That's me, obviously, um, filmed. Um, you're a little— the voice might be out of sync because of the delay on the actual, um, Zoom itself, but it's perfect on my actual video. So, um, I filmed myself talking to my camera here, um, and I got the script, you know, inspiration, some of it from— obviously it's all of my own content, but to word it and structure it, I got using this amazing tool that we're going to talk about later. And I filmed it, then I sent it to this tool which then took B-rolls I already have. B-rolls are the, the video slice-ins that come in that illustrate certain points. And it made a presentation like that, those amazing slides with our brand design behind it. And made a pitch, made all the slides, put the B-rolls where I told it to. I said like, where I say this line, use a video like that, um, you know, and gave it some of my folders. So it went in, watched a bunch of my content and figured out some of the best B-rolls to use automatically, which normally takes like ages for people to do. And it did a pretty good job. It took me, um, um, and it took me, um, a few revisions to get it right because I needed to create a template. But now I'm able to make it much faster because it already remembers my style now. Okay, so once it knows your style, once your template, it can actually, um, repeat it much easier, right? So all you have to do really is just focus on filming, rest of it's taken care of, and it's all done in your own brand. It's not some just made-up stuff that it throws together, is done in your brand because you instruct it on the brand. Now, how much is that worth? Like, what would that be worth to your life if you could be able to do something like that? Okay, if you could actually have a tool like that, how game-changing would that be for your business? That's just one of the many different examples of what this can do for you, right? It can do so many amazing things. I'm going to talk about more later, and I might even extend that session because I'm really passionate about this. Like, the, the people in my team, they, they're very fortunate that they've got a closet tech nerd as a founder, right? I didn't realize I was such a tech nerd until I discovered this tool. And then what happened was in Bali, I decided, like, because we got quoted $300,000 to redo our Summer Breath app with all the features that I wanted, right? And we, we're held back by dev teams and the cost, the expense to do it. So I was like, screw this, I'm gonna Now I've got this tool, I'm going to see if that can do it. And you know what? It did a bloody good job. And now we've got to about 80% of the way there. It's almost finished. Full bells and whistles. Has that feature I was telling you about where it has a Bluetooth pulse oximeter that measures your hypoxia levels during the session, right? Tracks the dose, stores it, has a whole instructor network. Find an instructor. Where you can all be discovered. Every instructor who's on the app has their own web page that they develop, they design themselves. It's got all that feature in there. It's got a global chat room, communication tools. It's got the most incredible features, right, that I've been dreaming of having. Okay, I've been dreaming of it. It's got all of our music libraries so you can choose which rhythm you want and put whatever music you want behind it. It'll lay the counting over the beats is wild, right? So all of the things I've been wanting to do, and I was like, you know what, I'm going to figure this stuff out. So I went deep for about 3 weeks. My wife didn't see me. I hardly saw my family, and I just shut myself in a room to figure this stuff out. Then I got pretty good at it. I realized that actually by just doing that, I'm already in like the top 2%, I'd say, of the whole world who knows about this stuff, because I was ready to go fully deep, fully into it. All distractions was taken away, and my wife is so amazing that she didn't kill me at the end of it, right? She supported me. And then, so I built this app, then I was like, what else can I do? So then I started to learn even more stuff. And like, for a laugh, I got my friend who's a dentist, who has a huge dental practice and has, um, maybe like 200 dentists they mentor. And I built him— I asked him, what's the biggest problem the dentists have? And he says, like, somebody book it, wanted to book a call, and we don't get the call, and we don't schedule an appointment, they go to someone else. I was like, okay, he's like, if there was a way for somebody to make a phone call, uh, to a receptionist, and it's 24/7, always on, but is like a human, but can also make the appointment and block it into the calendar automatically so that, you know, if we're— if the off-practice is shut, it can still work. That would be the dream come true, but that's never going to happen, is it? I was like, mate, watch this. Went off, did it, made him an automated calling system. When you have a conversation with this, this tool, it sounds like you're talking to a human. I'm not kidding. And it will have a conversation with you like you're a human being. It's ridiculous, okay, how good it is. I couldn't believe how good it was. And he said that this is gonna 3x his revenue potential because at least two-thirds of calls don't get answered. They have a huge amount of calls that don't get answered because practices close, holidays, weekends, right? So did it. Okay, I did it for him. Somebody says sounds like madness. Aye, no, it's not. That's what I used before. Okay, that's the old paradigm. There's a new one. As I said, I'm in like the top 1% maybe of the world who knows about this stuff. Um, you know, I have also friends like Vishen Lakhiani who's just obsessed with this stuff too, and, uh, other— my business partner John Davie who built the Marisa Peer's company. If you heard of Marisa Peer, my business partner's husband, she's the top therapist in the world. And, um, and me and him are just obsessed with this stuff. He's become a closet techno too. So that's just many examples. I've got so many different crazy case studies I'm going to go through in a bit. I even will show you how I've used it with our instructors to help them build their business. I'll show you that case study. All right, so Um, yeah, someone says you're so connected, Niraj Naik. It's true, I'm blessed I'm so connected because I've really put the hard work in to create something of value that people are now paying attention to, right? Because I'm the breathwork teacher of Mindvalley, by the way. Um, that's why I know Vishen. Uh, so anyway, so, so that— I digress a bit, but my point is, is that We have the ability now to get so much of the work done without us having to worry so much about it. And having a big team, overheads come down, which means you don't have to work so hard to pay for all the bills. Do you know how big that is? Just that, just that alone, right? You don't have to work so hard and stress every month to pay for the bills that it costs to hire a team to get the work done anymore. Okay, it's over. Okay, it means you can save costs, you can take time off, you can work a 3-day week instead of full time, right? And you can have more time with your friends, family, and so on. Okay, that's the magic of where we are now. Okay, now that's where we are now. Okay, that's, that's the new paradigm. So we're going to reveal all that, um, in the AI session that we've got, and I'm going to probably extend it because I've got a lot of things I want to cover in that. Okay. But how do we integrate this into what you're doing? Okay. So you've just seen what CERN Breath is about. You've seen that we're pretty different from everything else. Okay. Music's a big part of what we do. Okay. The methodology is validated by Cambridge University. They're doing new study with me on PTSD that gives even more credibility. There isn't a school out there, and I hate to brag, but it's true because I'm really passionate about what we do and I'm really proud of what we create. We— there's nothing that has the credibility like we have, okay? Right? In terms of the credentials of the universities working with us. But not only that, but we've been going for 8 years, actually it's almost 9. We have 4,000 trained certified instructors. Okay. We have a huge community. We've been running incredible amounts of retreats, workshop trainings. We've learned so much. So what you're getting is all of that benefit. Okay. Of experience. And what that's helped me do is to train this AI agent I'm going to talk to you about to have the best workflows, the best practices. All of the mistakes I've made is to make all that stuff that you, you know, normally people have to figure out easy, like templated, so that you don't have to worry about figuring it all out anymore. Okay, and I'm partnering with Marissa Peer, John Davie, to build a, um, a new, um, kind of offer which is going to be based on creating agents agency, which with the training, the setup, and a done-for-you type service, but also a kind of a self— more a lower-cost self-service type service. So where most of the work then will be done by our team and you don't have to even worry about it. Okay, and you'll have the best practices from Marissa's company, from my company. We are the biggest companies, two companies in the transformation space right now in terms of therapy, breathwork combined between us. We're probably the biggest, right? And then I have all my network with Mindvalley and all of us. So, you know, if you were to work with Soma Breath, you know, you're joining not just some kind of weekend certificate type thing or Udemy, like $5 certification online. Now you're actually going to something which you can be proud to tell people you're a part of, right? People already recognize us. You know, I get stopped at airports. The coolest thing was when I was in Dubai, I had a driver who picked me up from the airport. He goes, "Wait, you're that guy from internet." I was like, "What?" He goes, "Do you do the breathing?" I was like, "Wow." I was like, "That's crazy." So we're getting recognized as well now. So that's super cool. Right. So what it means is that we helped Breathwork become what it is today. I was the right-hand man of Wim Hof. That's a whole nother story. I produced all the music to the Wim Hof Method. He was the door opener. He blew up the space, right? He made people realize the power of the breath. I was his right-hand man in that early days. And then I was like, no, I want to create a pharmacy. I want to focus on the therapeutic transformational side of the breath because I went through crazy depression and all that stuff, autoimmune. I want to be a pharmacist again, right? But in a cool way. And so that's Soma Breath, right? And so we've become the pioneers of this huge movement, this massive trend, okay? Which means if you're already a coach, therapist, healer, and you're looking to add this now to what you do, okay, right, you can be proud of the method. But here's the other thing. Right. We have the credibility so your clients will actually believe you. And the other thing is that we're holistic. Okay. So we don't just have one magic technique. There's a whole pharmacy of techniques. If you want to help your clients sleep, we have sleep sessions. If you want to help them have more energy, we have protocols for that. If they've got autoimmune conditions, you can help them with that. Gut health issues. We have an amazing community. You have access to me where if you have a client with crazy health issues, you don't know what to do and you want support, I'm there for you, right? I've also built a digital twin, believe it or not, which is basically me in a, in a chat form. It's like you're talking to me and it knows me better than me. It's got a better brain than me, where a lot of our instructors are actually using right now to answer their questions. Okay. And it gives really cool answers, really powerful, um, answers. Yeah. So this is amazing. So let's just, for the next, like, last 5 minutes, we've got 5 minutes. Let's just see, um, a list of questions so we can use this, um, going forward. All right. Like, what are the questions that you— now we've come to the end of the session. Just, just have some time now just to share them. That's going to help us make this day the most effective and more high-value day for you. Okay, because I don't want to waste any of your time. So how to start? Why would a potential client want my video and not go straight to yours on the app? Great question. Great, great question. Okay, here's the thing. We don't put the very intense, deep breathwork sessions on the app. This app are shorter sessions. Okay. The real transformational breath stuff doesn't go on the app. Okay. We only— we limit the type of content that's on the app. Okay. But they will discover you on the app because those sessions are like a taster to discovering more and you're going to be on the app. They'll be able to find you on there. Okay. So actually a lot of clients find their instructors through our app, right? Brooke gets clients from, from the app, from our webpage, from the—
Oh, so can I say something, Niraj? Yes, yes. I actually use the app for clients as well. Like, they, they— I give them a weekly, you know, journeys that I want them to experience, and they go on to— they regularly use the app as well as working one-to-one with me. So it's fantastic. It's that inner pharmacy. So it's like the Summer Breath prescription, you know, they go to the app experiencing these shorter journeys and what's relevant to the, you know, what they're going through right now. So app is super supportive for instructors, I find. Yeah.
And the app is this, it's digital, it's audio, right? Yeah. And it can never replace real human connection. What, what you have that no other AI or digital format can replace is empathy, trust, connection. And group classes where you all come and breathe together, right, you cannot match that experience. Even on Zoom, it gets close, but not even close. Like, it's like 30% of what it's like going to a retreat or a workshop, being in person, meeting people, community, real community. And connection is you can't replace that with an app. You can't. There's always going to be those people who are so insecure and so, um, uh, introverted that they will only ever use an app. So that's not your people anyway. The people who are going to find you are going to be the ones who want real human connection. They want somebody who's trained in bedside manners, it's called, as a doctor. You know, doctors, um, the number one skill that they have to learn is bedside manners, which means listening, empathy, connection. And they've done studies where they showed that sometimes that's all you need. It's bet that outperforms placebo, right? A doctor with good bedside manners outperforms placebo effect, right? It is so important. That's why I was actually a really good pharmacist, because I used to listen to my patients, even though the pharmacy hated me because I'd I never pushed the drugs. I never sold anything in the shop. I'll tell them to go to Walmart and buy their groceries and make healthy shopping lists instead. So, but I— the patients love me because I actually did stuff that made them work. I actually listened to them when no other doctor would, right? That's— you can't replace that with AI. It's impossible, right? There's no emotional connection with a machine, okay? They'll try, they'll try and get close, but it's not going to happen. So this is what you have, and it's the only thing that is going to be what humans are going to be really masters and specialists of moving into the new paradigm, which is connection, community, leadership, trust, accountability, being that, that voice and that, that ears for your client. Right. So that's why you do this. That's why you, you Any— I'll tell you what, any of you are therapists, healers, right? Like, most of what you are probably doing, a lot on the, on the actual instruction side, can also be done by AI. You can speak to ChatGPT like it's a counselor if you want, but it's not going to replace your in-person connection. It just can't replace it. And there is already a lot of people using ChatGPT for coaching. Okay, right. But I know a lot of people who use it for that but also have a very expensive, uh, human coach as well, right? So I wouldn't worry about that. I wouldn't worry about that. Okay, um, our app is designed to get clients to you. That's how I've built it. The first thing you see on the app is find an instructor. This is a new app, not our current app. The new app, the very first thing you see at the top when you log in is find a class. It's over there, you can see it up there, find a class. And then every session it points to at the end, find a— if you like this, go to a class. Okay, so I'll tell you another example of what we're talking about here. Zumba. So again, talking about connections, the founder of Zumba is my mentor. Okay. Zumba is the biggest instructor network in the world. They have 250,000 instructors and they have tons of free classes on YouTube. You know what they have? If you just type in Zumba into YouTube, it's just hours and hours of free Zumba classes. But guess what? Zumba is still running as a company. It wouldn't. Exists if people chose YouTube over going to a real person's class, right? They go to the classes even more, okay? They go to it even more because they watch a YouTube video and go, that's pretty cool, I want to go and experience that in person. So it gets more people going to the classes, right? Not less. So everything we're doing in Soho Breath is pushing people to the, to the classes. All right, I hope that answered that. Um, we're gonna— Monica, if you can note all of the questions that I have this so I can do a real deep dive on this as we go along. But I think we've already gone over time a little bit.
How much time before? Yeah, just— it's starting now. I just want to check if everybody's okay, if they need a little tiny break because we're going into the next lesson, Niraj Naik.
Yes. Okay. So keep your questions coming and I will make a note of all of them.
Yeah, we can read out a few questions if you want, or after the second lesson, it's up to you.
Okay. When's the next, how long have you got?
That also is for an hour. So that's the integrated.
When does the next, next lesson start? How long have we got till that?
It, it's starting now, like 5 minutes. Okay, so let's— it started already. Yeah.
Okay, so, so let's go into it. So, um, no break? No break. Yeah.
Is everyone okay?
Because we got Claudia now, right?
Uh, no, this one is yours as well. Yeah, Claudia will join after lunch break. So you have like—
yeah, sorry, missed the schedule. Okay, so let's keep going then. Let's keep going. I think we're on a roll. We're just gonna go, go. Yeah. Okay, so, um, all right. Okay, so let's just read some more of these questions. Yeah. How do you start business? I would appreciate tips on how to create following and find clients online. I'm studying Level 1 right now, willing to start teaching soon, part-time along my current job. Okay, so this is all what we, uh, train you inside BIG. BIG is our business building, uh, side of the business where we, um, of the certification where we have the library of music templates, breathwork templates ongoing, um, produced particularly for the sessions, plus all the mentorship on building your business. Okay, so, uh, we— Claudia is going to be talking more about that. Okay, listen to Claudia's session on that. Okay, um, is this dangerous for people with glaucoma or a risk of glaucoma? Um, I did a Sudarshan Kriya breathwork course and it was voted to avoid Sad exercises is the case with Soma. Are there any conditions that Soma coaches have to be mindful of, of where— yes, we have a whole list of contraindications, but it's very few. Uh, Sudarshan Kriya is actually quite similar to Soma Breath in its way it works. It's a system of faster breathing followed by very slow breathing, fast breathing, slow breathing. It's a protocol, right? And it's got a lot of good science behind it. Soothe Breath is kind of based on that because it's also based on pranayama. Okay, we have a bit of a list, but actually I've been talking to doctors about this and most people are completely fine with the technique. If you have serious glaucoma and you're unsure, you need to speak to your doctor. Okay, it's not on our list of contraindications, but the main thing is if you have serious breathing problems You have to be careful with doing any kind of breathing technique. And if you have had a heart attack, or if you've got extremely high blood pressure and you're at risk of a heart attack, okay, they're the only real, uh, precautions. Or epilepsy which isn't controlled, okay. But on the whole, most people can do it, okay.
Okay, Kelly's saying, I'm 66. Years young and bulletproof with my health. I know Kelly's practicing Summer Breath regularly. What keeps clients returning on weekly, monthly basis to an instructor and not use the app regularly?
So this is all down to you actually, right? Whether they come back is, it's not like something that we can, as any company can guarantee, they're going to come back based on the connection and rapport you build with them and the value you create with them. Okay. And we actually, um, uh, give an example. Lisa, she has regular classes every week, right, that people attend. It's your ability to create community connection in the, in the community the rapport, but incredible sessions. If you can deliver a really powerful session, right? And remember, the sessions you'll do in person are going to be more intense than what you'll find on the app, more powerful, more potent. Um, you will get the people coming back. It will turn into a regular habit. And the thing with Soma Breath is, as a technique, it's designed to be done regularly, right? You should do— it's like real breathwork, which is a regular daily practice. Like yoga, you don't just do it once and that's it. It's a regular practice. There's certain types of breathwork which are for trauma release, emotional release. They're very intense, and actually they're designed just to do it once. You just do it once, or maybe a small prescription for a few days, then the, the, the treatment's done, right? But we also have those techniques But we also recommend these daily doses that you do often and regular, so you can have weekly classes going on. And then what we teach you how to do is build a, a value system where you have group coaching. Uh, so you start with group classes and group coaching. We give you proven protocols and templates, and then we have transformational coaching where you do one-on-one coaching, where it's like more accountability using a whole variety of different breathing techniques. You're using these pulse oximeters. You're going much deeper on coaching the clients. All right. That helps. That makes sense. Okay. Any more questions? Keep them coming. What about PTSD and bipolar people? Can they use breathwork? Yes. So somabreath is really good for PTSD. Um, this is actually what we're doing the study with Cambridge University for, because we have such compelling results with people with PTSD. Bipolar is, um, something actually that only a psychiatrist can really answer for you. I can't I can't make any claims there. But you can do it. But again, it's down to you and the level of it. Okay, there's many different levels of bipolar, you know, severity levels. That's something you have to think about. How does somabreath—
Sorry, I was gonna read another question from Herman. Sorry, it keeps moving up. Does it help with high blood pressure? I just want to say one thing before you go ahead and answer that my father actually quit high blood pressure pills just practicing somabreath, just a few simple techniques I teach him. And he doesn't anymore. You know, he holds his breath every morning. He does anaerobic walking. So on the street, like he exhales, holds his breath and does the walking. You know, he does alternate nostril breathing. So he does a lot of the reduced breathing exercises. Exercises that majorly improved his high blood pressure. So that's, that's what I wanted to share. But yeah, Niraj, if you want to say more to that.
Yeah. So as I said, we've built a pharmacy of techniques. So if someone's got high blood pressure, you can help with that, gut issues, anything that you go to a pharmacy for. We have a protocol to help with that inside the training. Okay. Somebody— let's talk on PTSD again, because I know it's a big common problem. Okay, so this is how it works with PTSD. So what they found in these clinics in Israel— Israel, they have these amazing advanced clinics where they put people through IHT protocols, intermittent hypoxic training, but using gas. We do the breath, what you just did, but they do it with gas, different air concentrations of oxygen you breathe in, right? And what they found was that emotional trauma leaves a physical wound in the brain, a scar. When they go through this protocol, the scar heals. The reason why is because stem cells get woken up out of the circulation. Those stem cells go to heal the wounds in the brain And that is what reverses PTSD, right? Because a lot of people have PTSD, but they never seem to get better. And the reason why is because of this scar tissue. Well, you can heal that scar tissue with the breath, with, with intermittent hypoxia. That's the magic. That's why Simona can come to do the 21 days in 3 weeks, having like years of PTSD. Not suffer anymore. That's the power of IHT. We're the only one, only school that I know that delivers the dose the right way, okay, uh, with the right dose to get the effect that you need to actually get the result. Because you could go on YouTube, right, and there's a lot of— and you should use this in your pitches— there's a lot of people doing breathwork now, and what they tend to do is they get— they throw in techniques together to make their own stuff up, but they don't do the breath hold correctly. And if you don't do it correctly, you're not going to get any benefits. It's like you just wasted your 10 minutes. Well, you might get some meditation benefits, but that's about it. But when you deliver the right dose at the right time, the right amount, it creates magic. So with Soma Breath, you know you're getting the dose, okay? Or you're, you're at least The session itself will give you the dose if you follow the instructions correctly. Whereas a lot of other people out there, they don't know about this stuff. They're not pharmacists. They don't know even what biology is. They never went to biology, you know, study biology at school. So they don't know human physiology. They don't understand the mechanisms even. Okay. I've met some of these people at events, conferences who, you know, running certifications and I'm like, Wow, okay, because you're dealing with people's health, with lives, you're dealing with deep-seated trauma. So you have to know what you're talking about. You have to know what you can do with the breath. The breath is like a medicine, it has to be treated like that. So be really careful when you're out searching for stuff, okay? And there may be some people throwing out their $20 certifications. If you do a $20 certification on Udemy, for example, I'm sorry, you, you are not qualified to teach breathwork on a professional level. With Soham Breath, we are all about getting you to a professional standard, which is a whole different ball game. So if you're here, um, because you want just a fast, quick, easy way to, to be a breathwork instructor and get a certification to pin on your wall right, this is not the right place. So in breathwork, yes, you can get out there doing classes quickly, right, within a month, but the real deep-seated trauma type work, that takes a bit more time. So we have stages, levels to our training, okay? And we're going to make you learn stuff like science and physiology and biology. If you want some flowery wishy-washy, let's speak to, um, angel type stuff, Again, you're in the wrong place. Okay, so let's just be really clear here. If you're into real credible serious stuff, okay, that actually works, then stick around. Okay, cool. Okay, there was somebody asking about kids, uh, children. So again, I, I recommend that children start, uh, young. I'm going to be teaching my daughter this as long as she has the attention span to pay— listen to attention. At the moment, she's 3. She's got no attention span to be able to follow any of my instructions. We try— we do this one technique. You breathe in. Oops. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. She gets to about here and then she's off playing with some other toy. Okay, but you know, I'm trying. But when they're about 11 is when they start to follow instructions really well. Okay, so that's the time that it can even happen earlier, but 11 for sure is around the time when they're more like young adults, and that's a time I, I say all the kids can start doing it. All right.
There are a lot of juicy questions, Niraj. Somebody's asking about if, if Summer Breath helps with alcohol addiction. There is another one, if Summer Breath is for corporate. I, I can take that, but yeah, I'll leave you to answer about the addictions.
So the addiction one is a classic. I don't know if Kelly's on this call. He is. I saw him. He's the best man to talk about this.
Let's put him on right now. Yeah, let me find him to unmute.
There he is, Kelly. There he is. All right, Kelly, question to you: does sober breath help with addiction? Absolutely. You know, I went through the 12 steps. I went through the 12 steps and it worked. You know, I wasn't drinking, I wasn't shooting dope, the heroin went away, all the stuff went away. But I was, ugh, this is heavy, fucking depressing. I hate my life. And it even took me into suicidality for a while. When I found Soma Breath, you know, about late 2018 or so, and I met Claudia. And at first I was just kind of floundering around with the YouTube things, but I thought, you know, it is helping a little bit. I want some more. And so I, I was pretty pretty sick, and I decided to go to Ibiza because I wanted to have fun for a change. And I went to Ibiza, and we danced and we danced. We had tons of fun, and we breathed and we breathed some more, and we danced some more. Magnificent food. His chef is world-class, top, top chef. And I came home I don't have depression. I don't— I mean, I am also complex trauma PTSD, and I don't have depression no more. People wonder what happened to me because I'm normally every day, every day, all day long. I do not have low moods no more. Thank God for Soma Breath. I love you guys so much. I am so glad. Amazing, Kelly. So thank you so much for sharing. So Kelly is going to be like the subject of a case study that I did a few days ago. So stick around to that, where— because he's become one of my instructors, where I'm helping him build his own business in a more automated way, helping people with addiction, because he's been through it and he really knows his stuff and he's got an amazing spirit and energy. So we'll be bringing him back on a bit later on. All right, cheers, brother. Cool. All right. Um, let's see a few more questions.
I have a plan.
How long have you got till lunch? 40 minutes, right? Yeah. Okay, cool. Let's go.
What was the question? Um, the question was about— I saw it a moment ago— about epilepsy. Um, I can't find it now. You— oh, maybe first you answer the ADHD question, please, Niraj, because that's— I keep being asked that too, with ADHD.
Well, ADHD is, is just a made-up, like, thing, right? Like, it's a, it's a new clinical diagnosis for something that is just a human trait. Anyone who is very creative, all right, you put them into a robotic situation where they have to do repetitive tasks over and over, or listen, or have a really boring teacher who doesn't know how to teach, their mind's going to go off on a tangent. Okay, they're just not gonna have to focus. They're gonna be doing— trying to do something else. Okay, that's— they get diagnosed with ADHD because they don't fit in, in a box, and they don't, they don't fit into the normal matrix type stuff. So a lot of people get called they have ADHD when really they just don't fit in this robotized educational system that we have. Okay, all the work, the kind of jobs where you have to do do the same thing over and over again. Okay. I would have been told I've got ADHD too, right? There were times my ex-girlfriend used to say, oh, you've got, you've got ADHD, you don't pay attention to it. I was like, because you, you, you're just not worth paying attention to anymore. So, you know, like sometimes it's just bored. We get bored too quickly, right? And in the Ayurvedic system, we have different energy types: vata, pitta, kapha. 3 different states of energy. The vata people are the most likely to get ADHD, and that's air, the element of air. So again, in Soul Breath, I've gone to the source and I've created an entire coaching system, a life coaching system that helps you balance yourself according to your energy type. And food really affects the vata people. Okay, so Vata people are highly creative and they get very inspired. They live up in this air, they're the element of air, they live up in the clouds, right? And they are the most likely— they were very fast minds— to be diagnosed with ADHD. Now when that energy is channeled, okay, into something that they really are passionate about, ADHD is gone. They're the masters of doing— they're usually the ones who get addiction issues as well. They're the master of doing something over and over again really well if they believe in that thing, and they can become geniuses at this. All right, so a Vata energy directed in the right way can create genius, okay, on the— and amazing great things. The Vata energy that is unchecked, it's all over the place, goes crazy. Now, one of the things that really helps that ground is the breath. Breath meditation. I've already shown you how breath meditation is so good at being a meditation. So meditation really helps ADHD to help train concentration and focus. Okay, focus on the breath. All right. It helps train that and it becomes like a muscle that gets exercised, the concentration muscle. Okay, so that's one method of doing it. The next is food. Food really affects Vata people. So if you throw a lot of stimulants and a lot of sugar and a lot of processed junk food and chemicals at Vata energy, they're going to become 100 times more ADHD. And what are they feeding kids these days? Sugar, sugar, sugar, sweet, sweet, sweet cereal, cereals, factory produce all day long. And then they blame the kid for having ADHD and then put them on Ritalin, and now they've turned them into a robot. A droid. That's what's going on in the world. It's sick, it's horrible, it's screwed up. And that's because people aren't aware of energy and the fact that we're all different energy. And I don't mean some wishy-washy New Age energy like, oh, we're all made of— yes, we're all made of energy, but what kind of energy? I'm talking about real science here, that we have states of energy within us, and our personality types are based on this. And yes, there may be— there's a spiritual world, there's a divine world out there, right? But the, the one that you can see with your own eyes and touch, feel, this is energy. It's a state of energy, and we have different states of energy. So understand your state, know thy state, and then you can create a tailored prescription plan, lifestyle plan for who you are ground that energy. If you're high vata, ground it. We teach you exactly the foods to eat that grounds it. We teach you the breath practices that grounds it, teach you the somatic exercises that grounds it. We teach you the kind of work you should focus on that grounds it and makes you into a master. That's the whole transformational coaching course. So as I said, like, some of you may be scared to change and a little bit nervous, and you're here apprehensive, a little bit anxious. Going, "Oh, should I do this?" I will tell you this. This is not for you if you don't want to change. Most people who go through Cellular Breath become completely different people at the end of it. The reason why is because it's magic. It's not just woo-woo magic. It's real magic. It's science. It's physiology. It's stem cells. It's mitochondrial upgrades. It's Lifestyle design according to who you are, not human design, okay, which is based on your birthday and some wishy-washy like interpretation of something that some software came up with based on the star system, which we have no idea if it's true or not. And I— you could be any one of those things. I— somebody read me— I, for a laugh, I did this one to human Zion person. I told him the wrong birthday, right, for a laugh, and they gave me this interpretation, right, which sounded just like me. I was, oh yeah, you're right, great. But by the way, I gave you the wrong number, I gave you the wrong date, everything. They couldn't— they couldn't believe it. I was, oh my God, you know, I just broke this person's like bubble. Okay, there's some truth to it. I, I do believe in Vedic astrology. Yes, I do. But I do believe also the way these things are interpreted is not how the yogis used to do it thousands ago. The rishis who really understand the stars, you're getting a vanilla version of it with Human Design. But that guy is quite deep. I do like him, the guy who created it. He, he also created Ibiza. He, if you actually watch his stuff, I would learn directly from him if I could, not some of the other ways that people talk about it. But some people swear by that, which is ridiculous. And if I have offended all the Human Design coaches on here, I apologize. But a lot of people swear by that and they believe that that is gospel. Okay. Now, this is also not for you, Saurabh, if, if you are really wanting a very quick fix solution. Because with Soma Breath, we're talking real biology, we're talking medicine, we're talking pharmacology, we're talking breath physiology, right? Respiration. We're talking mitochondrial function. We're, we're talking stuff that actually is tangible, that you feel in every single cell of your body, right? And it's based on your— who you really are. There's a lot of— with our coaching method, there's a lot of self-inquiry. You take your clients down and you all go through it yourself because the only way you can understand how to teach this is by doing it yourself, yourself. So that's why people who do the Soar Breath course, I warn them, I say, look, if you want to be the same as you've always been, go and do it, all right? Don't do it. Don't do this because you're going to be a completely different person at the end of it, and you might actually outgrow your friends. You might have to go find new friends. You might quit your job suddenly and go and do something you're actually passionate about and build a super amazing career. But that might even mean that you've outgrown your partner in your relationships. Oh my God, what am I going to do there? You might end up finding an even better partner, an even better relationship, right? You know, magic happens on our retreats. People fall in love and to get married and shit. So all of this can happen to you, okay? But you have to be prepared to change. And when you feel that transformation yourself, then you'll go, oh my God, now I get it. I now get what Niraj Naik Naik was talking about. And then it's so much easier to coach other people with the same method, right? Because it's proven, you've done it to yourself. Then you can speak with conviction, like Kelly can speak with conviction about the addiction PTSD because of what he's been through with Soar Red, the way it's transformed him. He can now really influence his clients who are addicts going through some of the darkest shit in their lives. But I'm sorry, some kind of coaching with some software that is based on the stars ain't gonna do it. It ain't gonna help those sort of people at all. It's gonna make them even more lost, okay? It usually makes them even more confused, more lost. Okay, with us, it's tangible stuff. You give people exercises to do every day that gets real results. Okay, it's not some messing about stuff.
All right, I'm gonna say something quick. The whole world there of coaching.
Okay, can I add something quick?
Yeah, there was a question about if, um, they could practice like offer some more breaths with like sound healing. You know, there may be some of us here sound healers or any other wonderful modalities like an EFT practitioner or, I don't know, hypnotherapist. Soma Breath Technique definitely complements all these wonderful techniques, actually modalities. Like last week I collaborated with a sound healer friend, you know, she did the meditation and the Shavasana and I did the breathwork in between. So it's Actually, if you're trained to do that, you can use that and Summer Breath and just guide a magical journey. So the answer is absolutely yes. If you're any type of coach, hypnotherapist, RTT coach, you know, it's such complementary work. And the transformational coaching program, what actually Summer Breath teaches you is so many different tools and techniques, it's beyond breath. It's not just breath. It's, it's a lot. It's like a toolkit that is quite heavy, but fun, fun to carry around, fun to apply. So yes, it's definitely complementary to, to all the modalities. Yeah.
Yeah. So we have, um, uh, massage therapists who do breathwork journeys with SolaBreath. As a before or after a session. We have, um, you know, actual functional doctors now using the session with their clients, right? Uh, you know, some of them just play our pre-made audios where they don't even have to do the guidance. Um, so there's so many different ways you can combine. So, right, I mean, you can get creative, you can think of all wonderful ways. And what a lot of people are doing now in our community is becoming, uh, retreat hosts. So they'll put on amazing retreats, and there they'll bring in all these different somatic practices and whatever they're experts into. And the Soma Breath would be like part of that retreat. So that's really cool, right? And, you know, wellness experiences are out performing any other type of experience that people are paying money for, right? So wellness tourism's gone up 500% in last year, right? There's 3 times more as well, um, people searching for solo wellness holidays, right, than they ever did. So what that means is that the market for retreats is really big, and we also teach you how to run retreats. So Part of our training is you come to a retreat with me and, and I'll, I'll take you through the most powerful retreat you've ever been on. So actually put in some links to our retreat in Austria for those of you might want to join. We have a retreat in Austria, a transformational retreat, which I host. I've been doing it every year for the last 9 years where we go super deep. And if you're somebody who wants to go deeper and, you know, you want to really feel, experience, and experience Therabreath in person, come to Austria for that retreat.
Absolutely. Yeah.
Okay. Which is great. So we got another 30 minutes?
Yeah, we've got 25 minutes to the break.
Yeah. Yeah. Let's go. Keep going with a few questions. I think we've covered a lot of what this topic was about. Yeah, I want to just find out where— okay, well, let's see if there's any more I've missed out. Shall I read one question?
Yeah. By Jeanette: I'm so pleased you've said this, as so many companies claim immediate results. I have been practicing breathwork solo for a while, but it has not been immediate. It was seen seen by other— before I fully appreciated the change. I've been able to stop pain relief for my back and my nerve release in my shoulder. Could not lift my arm. I cannot 100% say this was purely to do breathwork, but through rest, my healing journey, medication, and breathwork certainly helped. My biggest win though is that my son said that I was more patient and kinder. That broke my heart, but I'm so happy that I can be the mother I want for him now. And without being so stressed and anxious due to burnout, overwhelm, and I can still get stressed, but I can cope with more due to these practices. Beautiful comment.
Thank you, Janet. Amazing. Thank you. So. Uh, it's Austria.
Raya is asking, is it Austria or Australia? No, it's in Europe. Austria in the Alps. It's the most magical location and the resort. So if anybody interested working really closely with Niraj Naik Naik, this happens only once a year. It's a really small circle, very exclusive, and it's a fantastic experience. So anybody looking for the transformation, the, the actual shift, the reset, this is it.
Please come and join us. Okay, so what I'm going to do quickly, I'm going to show you another video that just goes into, um, it might answer a few of the questions for you. All right, so let's— again, this is, uh, done with that same AI template that I've produced now to edit my videos at a much faster rate. I'm going to show you this. It's a cool, um, kind of summary of of the method itself, okay, and what makes it different. And it may answer some of those questions I'm seeing in there right now. Sorry, just that sound. Ready? Let's go! Don't do breathwork. Seriously, don't do it. Not Wim Hof Method, not box breathing off YouTube, definitely not whatever your yoga teacher told you to do. Unless you know this one thing first, because here's what nobody in the wellness space wants to admit: that most breathwork's being done completely wrong. And I'm not talking about minor tweaks. I'm talking about techniques that can actually stress your body out more than doing nothing at all. So right now, the average person breathes 15 to 20 times a minute. The optimal rate is actually 4 to 6 breaths a minute. And that chronic over-breathing keeps you locked in low-grade fight-or-flight mode. Foggy brain, wired but tired, anxious for no reason. But then people try to fix it by doing more breathing, harder, faster. But here's the problem with that. It's called the Bohr effect. When you over-breathe, you actually dump too much CO2. And CO2, the gas you actually think is a toxic waste gas, is actually the key that unlocks oxygen delivery to your cells. Blow it all off and your blood is full of oxygen that never actually reaches your brain or your organs. So you're hyperventilating, feeling lightheaded, thinking you're having a breakthrough, and your body's just panicking. Then there's something called the oxygen paradox. The more oxygen you force in, the more oxidative stress you actually create. It literally accelerates aging at a cellular level. Mouth breathing? Well, every breath through your mouth bypasses your body's natural filtration system and cuts off your production of nitric oxide. That's the molecule that dilates your blood vessels, boosts your immune system, and keeps your heart healthy. But most breathwork out there ignores all of this. So what does the right breathwork look like? Well, I'm actually a pharmacist. My name is Niraj Naik Naik. I'm the founder of Soma Breath, and I literally studied the pharmacology of the human body. And I used this knowledge to actually heal myself from a chronic illness when doctors actually given up on me. So Soma Breath isn't just breathe in, breathe out. It's a dosage system for your breath. I made it like a prescription, a dose. So it consists of rhythmic nasal breathing at specific ratios, music engineered to entrain your nervous system—your body literally syncs to the beat—CO2 tolerance training so you actually use the oxygen you're breathing, and ancient yogic techniques now validated by modern science in the biggest breathwork study done to date by Cambridge University. And the result? Well, stress is gone, energy is up, your mind becomes clear, you get a natural high that no substance can actually replace. And here's the thing. You shouldn't do this alone because every Sunday, thousands of people in over 50 countries breathe together in our live Breathe Together sessions. We have over 4,000 instructors around the world leading these sessions. And when you breathe in a group, something extraordinary happens. Your heart rhythms actually synchronize with the people around you. Scientists call this group coherence. We call it a concert for your nervous system. So if you're ready to stop guessing with your breath and start using it as the most powerful tool you already own, then join us this Sunday. It's completely free, it's live, and it might be the most powerful hour of your week. See you there. Peace. Okay, sorry about that. So I'll leave that slide there. If you want to hit that QR code, this is where you can really connect with our community, um, on the app. So if you haven't got the app yet, you can download it and you can connect, uh, with our live classes. And every Sunday we do the Breathe Together Sundays, okay, which you can also tune in on the app. And that's where hundreds of people and sometimes thousands come together on a weekly basis. It's like our Summer Breath Church to breathe together, right? That's where real magic happens. Okay, so definitely do that if you haven't already. Okay, um, and that's one way you can start to experience what we're doing. And our instructors are the ones who lead those classes, not me, every week. Sometimes I pop in, but it's, it's a platform for our instructors actually. Okay, so does that make sense? So I gave you a bit of a background to the method itself, uh, about the rhythmic breathing, the focus on rhythm the fact that we're actually all about improving your default state and we're, we're there to help your clients get, you know, a better default state so that it gradually improves over time. And that's where you can gamify what we do. Okay. Because we use a different tool. We have, we have a tool called Morning Breath Hold Time, which is a measure of your morning breath hold time. Okay, you do— it's a special test you do, and with that you can mark your progress of how well you're doing with the method, okay, and your practice. And that can be something you can hold your clients accountable to, okay? Use that as the tool, as a measurement, and you'll see your clients maybe around 20 seconds, but after your coaching they can go over 40 seconds, and that's when they start to feel so many incredible benefits. right, in their day-to-day life. If their morning breath hold time, when they haven't done any techniques beforehand, just a normal inhale and exhale, hold their nose, hold their breath, what that score is. In fact, let's just do it right now. Okay, so imagine you're working with a client. This is the first thing you teach them. This is a technique that's better than any health tracker or gadget like an Oura Ring because it's, it's based on your breath hold. And your breath hold tells you a lot about who you are and your state of health and your mind. Most people can't hold their breath very long, not because they physically can't do it, because their mind is anxious. The more anxious your mind is, the lower your breath hold time. But also, breath hold time is affected by your state of health, your fitness, your mitochondrial health, your energy levels, okay? And how well you get oxygen, your oxygen efficiency. How well you get oxygen to where it needs to go. So what you can do is use it as a gauge. Okay, so this is how we do it, right? So you sit upright, back straight, and you don't do any techniques beforehand. Okay, you just rest, you just observe your breath for 10-20 seconds. Then you take a normal inhale. No, we'll do it together actually. I'm gonna get my stopwatch, um, in a moment, uh, we will time this for you. Okay, I'm gonna time this and I'll share my screen. Okay, so when I say, you breathe in, breathe out, and hold. Okay, and you just hold your nose Hold your nose, hold your breath until— you're going to do it to your maximum effort this time because a lot of people get confused. What point should I hold it to? This time you're going to hold it to your maximum effort. You're going to note your score and then I'll tell you what to do afterwards. Okay, so hold it to your maximum effort where you can't hold any longer. Okay, you ready? 3, 2, 1, normal inhale, normal exhale. Hold your breath, hold your nose until your maximum effort. Great stuff. Good breath holds coming in. Keep holding and take a note of that score. Good stuff. Anyone go past a minute? Let's see. Oh, Julian was up there. Okay, all right. Stop. Okay, so what you're going to do now is you're going to, um, work out what is 70% of that score, or just take off minus 30%. So if your score was, um, 60 seconds, you go into your calculator, okay, if you want, and what you do is you do 0.7 times 60, right? If your score was 1 minute, that'll be 42 seconds. Okay, so your morning breath hold time is usually about 30% lower than your maximum possible effort, your maximum score. So what you just took was your maximum score. So take off 30% of that and then tell me what that score is. You can write it down. Okay, and that's a more accurate score. So 70% of the— so just do 0.7 times your score. That's it, 0.7 times your score. Okay, we've got a lot of 30s, 28s, 29s. Good. So, um, average, um, is between 20 and 40 seconds. Okay, people who are below 20, 10 to 20, they often have health issues, maybe a disease they're trying to deal with, uh, usually get a lot of nasal congestion and get colds and flus frequently. They have nervous system issues, insomnia, so on and so forth. 20 to 40 is when you start to have that every now and then, not all the time. 40 seconds and above is what we were aiming for. That's the— when you're in your element, when your mind is clear, you have amazing concentration, your brain just works really well, uh, you sleep amazingly well, you have energy when you wake up in the mornings. Right? So on and so forth. Um, that's the score you're going for, 40 seconds and above. 60 seconds and above, boom, you're Yogic level. Okay, so we got some good scores here. Nice, great. Got one at 16. So don't worry if you're below 20 seconds. This is what this is all about. So a red score all about hacking that score, getting that score up. And that's when life changes for people. Okay, so we use that score as the gauge and all the techniques that we teach in Soar Breath, the whole range of techniques, the pharmacy of techniques. We teach you how to use that to support your clients to get a better score. So that's the transformational coaching mastery side of what we're doing, right? And what we do is we work on two levels: the emotional health, the mind, bringing alignment to the body. We don't just ignore the body and just focus on the mind. We don't just ignore the mind and just focus on the body. We work on both at the same time. Okay, we upgrade your body, your physiology, mitochondrial level, how you make energy. And that has a side effect of improving your mental processes, because your thoughts are a reflection of the mind, right? And your physical world, your body. So your breath and your mind are mirrors. Okay? Breath is a mirror of the mind. Calm mind, calm breath. Erratic mind, erratic breath. Okay? So we bring peace to your mind. Through the body, create alignment. Then what happens is then the third aspect of a human being, the human, the spirit, the soul, that comes alive. And we— so you are how you think, you are what you consume, and then you are what you do. So what you do for 8 hours a day is your spiritual life. That's your spiritual life and how you perceive that 8 hours. So if you love your life and you love what you're doing for those 8 to 10 hours a day at work, then you're, you're living a healthy spiritual life. If you can't get out of bed in the morning, right, if you hate getting out of bed, you can't face the day, you don't want to go to work, and you call yourself a spiritual person, you're not. You've gone against what is spiritual. You have a dis-ease, actually. Okay, if you can't get up and face the day and you're not saying, 'I love my life.' There will be days when you have a shit day and you don't want to wake— that's fine. But I'm talking consistently. That used to be my life, consistent. Every day I would be late for work. I hated work. I hated my job. I hate my career. 8 hours a day, 10 hours sometimes, doing that shitty shit. For years, and then I had a breakdown, a crisis. So if you're somebody who wakes up with no enthusiasm to do a hard day's work, you've gone off your spiritual life, your alignment, and that's why your mind and body are screwed. Okay, so we help you— your clients, the way we work is we give them something to look forward to, a future that if they do a bit of delayed gratification, put in some, a little bit of effort, practice something simple, increase your breath all the time, they get the benefits later, which means they get more fulfilling life. We use the Average Peaceful Day technique, we use the 21-Day Awakening Journey, a proven roadmap to create alignment so people start to do what they really want to do every day. They fall in love with life again. They say, God, I forgot life could feel this good, right? Or feel this way. That's the first step. And then your mind and body get into alignment much quicker. But we start with the body. The method is you work on the body, the energy, how you produce energy. Once you get clear on something that you love to do, right, that you want to bring in, call into your life, manifest, okay, then the mind comes later. Then we install better thought programs and things using a process called neurosomatic programming. Neuro-Somatic Programming is the secret source of Summer Breath. Okay, that's how we install better behaviors, programs, beliefs into the unconscious mind, the operating system. Okay, so imagine you're a super biocomputer. You have a software that's your mind. You have, uh, with an operating system, you have the physical hardware, right? But then you have this human side, the soul, the spirit. Okay. And that has the ability to program. Okay. If you know how the, the mind, okay, with new programs and habits and beliefs. So we allow your clients and yourself first to become your own software programmer. Okay. And reprogram yourself into alignment. This is what we're about. This is what we're about. Okay, this is what we're about in Soma Breath. Okay, it's— this is why it's a holistic approach. I don't know if many people make it that simple to understand life. Okay, like a hardware, software with us, with the soul. Yeah, it makes so much more sense when we think in terms of apps that we install and the neurosomatic programming, the way we guide the session. The words I say, the special guidance used, is all designed to install better programs. All right. And we, we use the art of neurosomatic programming to show you and show your clients how they can reprogram themselves to become their own incredible software programmers. Okay.
You've got 5 minutes to the break.
Yeah. So a few more questions.
Before we go. They missed what you said about when you said you are what you consume, what you— what was that, Niraj Naik Naik?
You are what you think, you are what you consume, and you are what you do. Alright, that's the three things. You are what, what you think is your mind. You are what you consume, that's your body, your fuel for your body. You are what you do. That's your dharma, your life path. That's your spiritual side. Mind, body, spirit, complete alignment. That's what we're about. Yeah. Great.
Thank you. Just looking at—
okay, this is a great question. Is there a Soma prescription for grief? Okay, this is the method. This is how it would work. Okay. So I'm going to give you a very simple way. Okay, that comes to me right now. So there's a magic question you ask your client. Okay, so they know what grief feels like, they're feeling it right now. Okay, they're feeling it right now. They know what it looks like, they can see it, right? They can probably remember it, the moment it happened and all of that. They can even create a movie in their mind and that movie, they can play out the scene in great detail that created, triggered that feeling of grief. Okay, now the magic words is, what do you want to feel instead? Right? Because grief is a state of emotion. Emotion is energy in motion. We can turn on a new state with the breath and the right guidance. So I'm just giving you an example now. What do you want to feel instead of grief, Jenny? Gratitude. Beautiful. Gratitude is the number one emotion for resetting all other negative emotions. With gratitude, it brings you straight back into peace, right? If you can practice it, it can just make a really shitty day feel good again. Okay, so let's say gratitude. Okay, so what is— I'm gonna ask you, Jenny, what does gratitude look like, feel like, touch like, taste like? What does it sound like? Just go deep into all of the dimensions. What would you see? What do you see? What do you hear? What do you feel with gratitude? When you— when I say that word gratitude, maybe we need to bring Jenny up the camera.
Yeah, we can. Monica, can you see Jenny?
Only if she wants to. Yeah, everything higher energy, clearer pictures, everything brighter. So just actually close your eyes for a moment, Jenny, as you're doing this. Okay, cool. And just, I want you to just put a movie in your mind Okay, of what you see instead. Okay, so the— what does higher energy look like, sound like, feel like? Feel it. What does it— what does everything being brighter— keep looking, keep doing it. Okay, you're doing it. Yeah, I'm taking you through a guidance. Thank you. What do you feel now? Where do you feel that? Do you feel gratitude right now? Yeah. Yeah, you can feel in your body. This is a somatic intelligence. You feel, humans feel, robots don't. Humans feel. So point to where you feel it right now. Right, you feel in your heart. That's very common. Now imagine there's a color associated with that feeling. What would be that color? Purple. Purple, indigo, third eye. Okay, so what I want you to imagine you're doing now is with every breath you take in a moment, we can all practice this breathing in gratitude. I want you to breathe that gratitude into every cell of your being, right? So I'm going to count a rhythm, breathing in, 2, 3, 4 out 2-3-4 in 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 in 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 deeper in 2-3-4 out 2-3-4 4. Deeper in, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4. Now take a deep breath in. Hold the breath in and imagine you're filling yourself up with that light of purple, indigo, beautiful colors. Fill yourself up, hold it in. See that smile on your face? And when you're ready, just release with a hum.
Hum.
And just feel the waves of good feelings flow through you.
Hmm. How's that? Wow, thank you. That feels great.
Yeah. Does work, right? So grief is a past emotion. It's an emotion from the past. It's because something happened before. And the thing with the past is that we can't really change the past. It already happened. So all we can do is learn from it, okay, and move forward. Okay, so that's why grief will come back. At moments, grief will hit you. Like, it's inevitable. It's human being. We feel, we have a heart, a soul. So obviously we're going to feel things from the past sometimes. But what we can do is use a technique like that, or even more powerful, Sarah Breath Session, that takes you into the light, right? The light meaning the color that represents what you want to feel instead. And then watch how it becomes harder to even see those old memories again. Because those old memories get replaced by the new ones. Right? Because you've asked the question to your operating system, what do I want to feel instead? So when you ask that unconsciously, from a— well, consciously, sorry, from a software programmer level, what I want to feel instead, it rewires grief into a new feeling. And then what happens is you start to open up to things in the future that you look forward to, that makes whatever you're grieving feel like it actually happened for a reason. Do you know what I'm saying? Do you get it? And it kind of— I do get it.
And I think it would take a lot more work in my case because I'm grieving the loss of my daughter. Of course. This is horrible. Yeah. I don't want to move away from the connection I have to my daughter. I just want it to be in a place that raises my energy more.
Yeah, so what I, what I, because I've had not that level of intensity, but I've had some pretty grieving moments, um, where I've lost like seriously close loved ones. And, and what I do is the, the breath I breathe in is their spirit, and it is like they're actually channeling me. They're living their life through me. They chose to use my body as their vessel rather than their body. That's how I see, I reframe it. And I'm not kidding. As a result of that, I make like even better decisions. I even flow even more in my life because it's like I've got this new spirit moving through me. And this isn't saying—
That's what I was about to say. Yeah.
So that's the purple, that's the spirit. So that's how— that's what I'm talking about. The real reframing is like, what do I want to feel instead? Feel— and that, that's going deeper. Like, what would you— like, it could be that, that what I just— you want to feel like it's a spirit channeling you, that's her spirit. Yeah, yeah.
She's chosen you, that she's in a different space, but can you give me energy and even guidance knowing or, or just that love. That love is still there.
Yeah, it's your guardian angel. Thank you. It's a guardian angel.
And thank you, thank you so much for your time on my question.
So I hope that helps. Okay, okay, amazing. Great. So there we go. So that's just a little example of how we can, you know, I just did it on the spot there, but obviously if I was doing it with a real coaching client, I would it'll be a whole different process, but it's not much different from that. And with the breath, we can do really cool, amazing stuff with spirit energies and, and emotions, right? In a good way that's actually tangible, that makes real results. So just a little example there, and you can practice that yourselves, okay? Just what I just did, you can practice that, okay? That's just one of the many techniques. That we have, these little mind magic techniques. But it really helps people who've gone through these sorts of experiences. Like, it really helps to have a tool like that, right? Because there's nothing worse than that feeling. Somebody else, uh, has that same story. I lost my daughter too. I care for both her children now. They remind me of every day. I'm so sorry to hear that. So sorry. So You know, but you're also coming from a place of pain, right, which is helping you now to align yourself with, um, work that you're going to do that's going to be even more fulfilling and, and stuff, uh, by learning this stuff, showing up. You know, there's people who grieve who never can get out of that hole. They can't, they can't, they, they, you, they can't do anything now. They're paralyzed. But you are actually stepping up. That's amazing. Like, you're participating in this, and I'm sure that she would have wanted you to do this, to, to actually to do something really, you know, amazing with your time and your life, right, moving forward. So rather than just, um, you know, some people get really in a hole, unfortunately. Now, don't blame them. It's horrible, like, what some people have gone through in their lives. And, you know, I have some very close friends who've been through similar situations, and, and, uh, and it's easy to fall into a rut, right, and, and not get out of it, right? And it becomes like, you know, almost like a handicap for you. But I'm so glad to see people stepping up, going through that kind of grief, and actually, you know, making an impact now. This is fantastic. Okay. I think we've come to lunchtime.
Yeah. Yes, indeed. Yeah. We've got an hour, guys, so you can, uh, just exit the call and come back in. Uh, the screen's gonna be here. So yeah, just, uh, we've got 1-hour break and then we'll see you after that.
Perfect.
We can take more questions. We can move on to the next lesson. Yeah. We're here to, to, to just give you our best and deliver the itinerary we planned.
Okay. Yeah. So I'll see you. We'll see you in 40 minutes. 1 hour.
Yeah. Now 40 minutes. Yeah. Okay everyone. Okay. Peace. All right. Thanks. Hello everybody, last 1 minute of our break. How are you doing? Are you enjoying it so far? Let's keep it interactive and put it in the chat box if you're enjoying it, if your questions are being answered, if you're finding inspiration. And thanks for staying with us. Thanks for still being here. We've got 151 people in Zoom. This is super cool. And Well, let me invite someone on stage. That someone has a huge meaning in my path, that was actually my mentor when I experienced my first 21-day awakening, this virtual retreat that I was telling you earlier about. And she is, you know, one of these incredible Swamis, my Swami sister, that kind of initiated this journey for me and someone that does incredibly meaningful work all around the world. Someone that empowering women, letting them step into their power every single day. Someone has a thriving coaching business. Someone who's actually right now hosting a retreat but still committed to the tribe, still showing up here, and someone who has a permanent residency in my heart. Please warm welcome to Claudia Solis, everyone!
Ah, thank you for an amazing introduction. I'm already very emotional running this retreat, so if you see me crying, you already know why. Thank you for that beautiful introduction again, and welcome everyone. I've been so excited for this meeting, and I'm so happy to see so many people willing to become instructors. And actually saw someone from Chile actually in the WhatsApp group. Um, I am from Chile, by the way. I will tell you a little bit about my story. So I'm super excited to see so many people, ah, awakening, awakening. And, um, maybe you already are feeling butterflies in your stomach on maybe this is my path, maybe this is something that I can do. right? And okay, I will share with you a lot of things that, um, it can give you more clarity, it can give you more courage to take that step, and I will show you how amazing Summer Breath is on supporting instructors in the business area as well. And also very excited to, to tell you about my story. So my name is Claudia Solis, I am from Chile. Originally from Chile, but now, like Ruth said, I am in the beautiful mountains of Nice near the Alps running my second retreat in this Europe tour. I was in Cyprus before, and now I am in Nice running these beautiful retreats with my business partner. That's another somabreath instructor, Piotr Chiapel. So, um, I am 56 years old, guys. So this means that age is just data. It's just a number. And everyone or anyone here excited to become an instructor can. And just to give you a little foundation or a story on my life doing this beautiful work, when I was 48, I had a full hysterectomy. So the doctor removed my uterus and my ovaries. And I was completely disconnected with my body for several months. I was feeling really bad. Actually, I thought that I was depressed, but something in me was telling me that I can find something, you know, naturally to help me. I'm also a therapist for almost 20 years. I work with flower medicine, and I have that awareness that we are more than a, you know, more than a body. We are energy, and and we have wisdom within and we can activate our Pharma. So desperately looking in Google, finding out something that can help me to reclaim my energy, I found Summer Breath and I did only one daily dose and my energy exploded and I was able to feel myself again. And I couldn't believe that only was because I was breathing in rhythms with music using the beautiful technique that Niraj already talked to you about in the first hours. It was a blow mind for me. Like, how can we don't know this magic that we have? So I just jumped into the instructor program. And to be honest, I was thinking on my own health. I wasn't really thinking of becoming an instructor to, you know, integrate this in my service, or I ever thought that in that moment that I was, you know, running retreats all over the world. It didn't even happen in my mind. It was like completely like crazy to think about that. So I did the training thinking of myself first. And like Niraj Naik Naik said before as well, this is not for anyone. This is for something that really are willing to change. Because breathwork, prana breath, is going to change the way you perceive your life. It's going to help you to think differently. It's not only about healing, it's not only about being healthy in your body, it's hacking the way that you perceive the world. Because as soon as you start breathing differently and with awareness and using this magic in your life, You will see your potential. You will see your really truly power that you have within. And for some reason, even that we feel fear because fear is a human emotion, you will transcend that fear on doing something that you are passionate about and making it a business for your life and have a completely full, beautiful, full a passion life and attracting energy that is money. Okay, so that is my story in a very short time because of course we have only 1 hour to tell you a little bit more about this journey and how amazing it is. So I cannot really express my love and my gratitude to Niraj and Gary and all Son of Breath team behind this to make this possible in my life because believe me, It is a community that is going to be with you in the whole path on you becoming a transformational coach. And that is something that you don't see or you don't feel everywhere. It's very special. Okay, so let me tell you about this way that I think again about business and being a woman as well, that we had so many limitations around business and money. We have so many wounds, you know, um, but it's been really beautiful on being an observer, how we can really truly start growing in that area ourselves. So everyone here in this room has a story. My story may be the hysterectomy. Everyone here has a story that is important to someone to hear. So when you come into a very authentic business, it's finding out what is that story within, what is something that you can impact other people. It can be very simple. You don't need to have this huge trauma or huge experience. It can be like something simple that you want to impact others, right? So everyone here has that. Start thinking about it, right? It can be stress, burnouts, women's circle, men healing, so many things that you already have in your life. When you find out that story within, is when you can really start thinking, okay, maybe I can do this, right? And help other people and make it, and, you know, put it like in a business path. But before that, of course, we need to understand who we truly are, what is our passions, what I really love to do, what kind of clients I want to attract, what I really want to do with this in my life. Right? And be honest on that too. It will become shadows. You will fear, you again fear, fear, fear, right? Because everyone has that in some moment. But again, it's just about breathing and transcending that human emotions that are pulling you back into this path of being successful on the, on the things that you are passionate about. So this is going to become not a work because when you do what you love, It's not— doesn't feel like a work, you know, it feels like being grateful every single day because I'm doing something that I'm truly passionate about. Yeah, makes sense. Let me know in the chat if this is making sense. Because for me, running a business has to be very meaningful. You know, I cannot be in another area if it's not meaningful for me, right? It makes sense, right? So when you find out who you truly are, and when you find out what are your power behind of your story, you can start building something. It can be again anything. Let's think, I'm going to give you some examples on how you can start, you know, opening your mind on how you can see this training and to become transformational coaches and breath instructors. Maybe you already are doing a job that you love. Let's say that you work in tourism, right? And you do beautiful hiking, or you take people to the beach, and, or, you know, you just work in, in nature, and you maybe want to have something different that it will increase your business, or it's going to give you, give your clients, you know, a better experience so that you can become a facilitator with Sonobreathe. And then you will learn how to explain the technique and then, you know, use the Summer Breath app to have an experience. Imagine in a summit of a mountain, in a beautiful beach, or any place that you're working. Maybe you are a dentist, a nurse, and you want to calm down your patients with breathwork. Maybe you are someone who is already a therapist and you want to, you know, integrate this technique into your service. So you have that first step, facilitator. You can facilitate this and already have a beautiful impact into your service. Maybe you want to go deeper and you want to design your own session. And here's when we really can and start, you know, seeing the passion behind because, okay, I am a woman with a hysterectomy and probably a lot of women here who are navigating perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, aging, right, can resonate with. I would love to design that kind of sessions with women to help them to feel better navigating this path. Maybe you have another story and let me know in the chat as well if you already have or thinking something. So then we can be more interactive on how this can be a very authentic work in your life and change completely. Maybe you work in a very different field, like Tatiana. I am a software developer, which I am good, but don't feel fulfilled. So I'm looking at complete career change to change people's life. You already have an incredible background because you come from corporations and you already know technology. Right? So then you already have a foundation to start business. But Tatiana, I will ask you right now, why you feel unfulfilled? What is missing in your life? What do you really want to make people feel doing this new career? What is the feeling of leaving a work that you don't like? Right? I want to help people find connection and purpose and joy in their life. Beautiful, Nicole, but give me more. What is the real solution? What is, what is the problem that you want to solve in people's life? We need to get deeper in this, right? Because you have it already within. So you can be a lawyer, again, someone who comes for corporation, maybe you already suffer from burnout, then you can help people to get out of burnout, help people to don't get into burnout. Yeah. So imagine yourself doing something that you truly love, impacting other people, and making a career with. How your heart feels? Right? It stands. It stands because we are doing something that you truly love. So what is pulling you back? I want to show women 55+ that they can open doors and have real transformation through floral design. Oh my God. Beautiful. Grief, Jenny. Such a very important topic. Everyone's going to die, guys. Everyone is going to die is a fact. Right? So grief is a very important topic to help people with, and breathwork can be very different. Maybe you are a death doula, maybe you are a birth doula, maybe you want to help women to, you know, give birth naturally without any medicine. Again, everything here, everyone here has a story that you can start working with in a business. Right now, of course, fear comes, pulls you back. You don't know how to do it. I don't know what, where I start. I don't know what to do first, right? That is when you have the Summer Tribe behind, because we have in the program a section that we call Big, where we are going to help you to start thinking in a more business way. But we are going to talk in human words. That's something that I really love when I do the calls. When we talk about businesses, we talk in a very simple language, you know, that sometimes people don't understand the language of businesses. But when we are together as a tribe in these big calls, when we talk about business, and I know that here I already see Kel, there's other instructors here that have been with me in some big calls. We try to get into the ground area, right? How you can really start from scratch. And we will talk about that in human words where everyone can really understand the process, not, you know, technical difficult words. It's more about really being honest on how important is to do the work also in your business background, because if not, it's getting frustrating, you know, it's frustrating. When I'm trying to do something and I don't have the return of energy in money, right? Remember that money is energy. So how I price, how I start designing my first workshop, what should be my niche, what is my statement, how I introduce myself into corporations, how I introduce myself in the wellness area, how I introduce myself and build a new community— all of that topics we talk in BE. Okay. And it's very important, even if you don't— if maybe you don't want to, like, because it's too overwhelming, but it's very important to have this kind of conversations. And it's something that I love about Summer Break is that give you so many, so much value on becoming an instructor and give you this amazing technique with science backgrounds, right, that make you, you know, really become an incredible instructor. Or transformational coach, but at the same time is giving you this area of being realistic, so you will feel that you can succeed doing this work. And again, it's very difficult to find in other places, right? Someone says, have too many, it's too heavy, too many choices. Well, what do you mean with that, Bahiyyih? I'm going to read some some comments here now so we can be as well more interactive. Um, I was a teacher but had a spinal injury which I think was a result of stress after experiencing emotional abuse. Oof, from a narcissist. I want to help other women using breathwork to regulate the nervous system. Oh my God, I want to use my teaching experience to assist young girls. Okay, this— I love this, uh, Jeanette. Yes, maybe if you want to come to this womb room and talk to me. I had a very abusive relationship too between my divorce and my second marriage, very toxic relationship, so I can resonate with you with that abuse narcissist relation. And when you see this and when you hear about this and when you read this experience from a woman, or it can be a man as well, you already hear, you have Now your niche is here, is already here, right? So it's helping women getting out of toxic relationships or narcissist relationship because no one is going to understand better than you how breathwork can help to get out of that kind of toxic relationships. Super clear, very focused niche that you can start working right away because when it comes from your own story, when you are talking from your soul, you are authentic building a business, you will resonate with other people, you will resonate with your community. Okay, that is so important. So, Janine, you already have it there. So you want to help women getting out of that kind of relationship. And of course, all the techniques that you're going to learn in Systema Breathwork are going to help the woman and it's going to help you as well. To heal that, right? Amazing testimonial. I love it. I help business women living high stress lives come back to self. I want to break into addiction field. Okay, so, um, like, do you want to work with women, high performance women, women CEO women? Give me a little more information about that. Why is the— what is the problem that you're solving with that? Right. What else? Who else? Who else wants to talk to me about your idea of a business? I want to inspire others to live a better life where they are in control of it, not feeling like slaves, being in control of their health, wealth, happiness. Okay. Give me more, Tatiana, I'm reading you. Try to give me a very specific pain. Like, for example, menopause woman, brain fog, hot flashes, lack of energy, lack of libido, joint pain. What is something that you can give me that will resonate with someone? I want to show people how to regulate through somatic breath instead of reaching for sugar, processed food, and— oh my God, I love that. To like a relationship with food or relationship with nutrition. This, this Summer Breath links perfectly with nutrition and health coach as well. Inflammation coach. Inflammation is already a huge problem in everyone, everyone's life. Okay. I know more now than ever, priority is to get me back on track before I can give to others. I don't feel I will take too long as a sort of— it's life-changing. Yes. I would love to incorporate somatic breathwork, pure sin frequency. Yes, this has also been a major healing tool for me. Love it. This is— who is this? Arlene. Arlene, give me again another very specific solution. Something that I can feel in people's life. Okay. Okay, so I'm reading a lot of comments that I love, but it's just to make sure that it's making sense, right? You already are so creative, guys. You already have so much creativity in the business that you want to run. Perfect. I love everything I'm reading. I want to help caretakers of individuals with dementia. My brother has been caring for his wife for 8 years. Again, a very specific niche to work with. I would love to help people to be more sweet with them, to take care of the nervous system. Beautiful, Audrey, too. So all of these people who are— thank you for sharing me all of this beautiful testimonial in the chat. Are you becoming instructors? Are you already, you know, taking that call with someone in Summer Breath to talk about your journey, right? Are you already taking action to this transformation? Because guys, we can give you a lot of information here, we can talk for hours about how amazing Summer Breath is and how much support you're going to have in the community, but if you're not taking action, nothing's going to happen. And I talk a lot about this in BEAC as well. Because you will have all that information. You will have the tools we give you. Even imagine, you will have the pitch, the emails to send to corporations. You will have ideas to collaborate with wellness centers, sports centers, yoga studios, corporations, schools. Every single pitch ready for you to just, you know, change it, customize it, and press enter and send the emails. But it's action. You have to be an action taker. Okay, an action taker. We will give you even in B, maybe you are confused about what kind of session I should be bringing into. You will have sessions for yoga studios, session for corporations, session for burnouts, session for sports. Everything is already designed for you in B. Because again, we understand that this support is very important for you guys. It's very important. And being— I mean, I've been in Summer Breath for 2019, and we didn't have all of these guys before. So you are lucky because we are learning and we're giving you all of these tools because we already know that it's important for you to have. In the beginning, this is like, oh my God, Where do you start, right? But now having successful instructors like Brooke, like Shayna, like Toto, like Nigel, David, so many other people in the Summer Press App as well, giving you so incredible sessions every week. We are putting together everything in our souls and in our experience to make you feel in a family because this is what we are, right? So you will not be alone in this path. Even if sometimes, sometimes, you know, feels scary, you will not be alone, but you are the action taker. It's your responsibility, okay, to really take all of these goals, valuable tools that you will have with us, and make it happen. And believe me, sometimes it's really difficult and slow. So I also want to be honest in this call. So in my first year, Just to let you know how this happened, I didn't have a community, all right? So I did a lot of free sessions for the whole year, and sometimes I had one person, sometimes I have none, but I was constant and I did it anyway. Every single month for a year, I did a summer breath session for free to start building a community and to start also practicing about how I'm going to lead sessions. Right? Second year, I did something different. Third year, I did something else. And it was work and work and really focused. And I was passionate about it. And my certainty that I'm going to impact women was so strong because I was breathing every single day that confidence in me. So Summer Breath is not only something you're going to deliver. Summer Breath is your lifestyle. That is what this is, and it's going to become your lifestyle in your life when you become instructors. So we teach how we live through. And this is something very important too, because if not, what's the point, right? I'm teaching something that I don't live through. How can I teach that? So something really amazing is that with confidence, with constancy, you know, being really sure that this is what I want to do, that I love to do. Even sometimes feels difficult, it feels slow, it feels like never is going to happen. But you breathe, you train your mind, you train your thoughts, you vibrate your body, you move your body, you are in a community, you use the tools, you choose your coach, you choose your mentor, and you put the effort, the work that you deserve to really design the dream that you want, it's going to happen. It's going to happen because you are the creator. And when you are really willing to create your dreams and your passions, it's impossible for not to happen because you're putting your heart onto it. Okay, you're putting your heart. So believe me, guys, it is magic. It is like magic. And maybe some Summer Break instructor here can put in the chat like, yeah, have you feeling the— have you feel the magic? Have you ever felt the magic in Summer Breath, right? So again, once you get into the course, once you get into this training as a transformational coach, or maybe you just want to become an instructor, another coach, because you're already a coach, and it's something that is very important for you guys as well. When you make the action, first action that I hope everyone here is already doing is book the call with someone in sales. That is going to show you the path that can help you to, you know, change your career. You take that action, and then of course for some people it's going to be only become an instructor because you're already a coach. You don't need maybe the transformation coach. Maybe you want to be with us the whole training because you want to become a Summer Breath coach, right? You are maybe thinking about something deep. Maybe you just want to lead retreats and workshops and do group sessions, perfect. You have instructor course, but maybe you want to do one-on-one consultations. You want to, you know, work with more healing process trauma, then you become a transformational coach. So don't already close the doors or the windows of this incredible experience before you take that call. Okay, talk to someone in Summer Breath. That is going to give you this path and it's going to be very honest with you. This is for you or not, because again, this is going to transform your life. It's going to change your life in so many ways that you're not going to believe. It's not only about your business, it's about your surroundings, your friendships, your relationships, your mindset around business, money, of who you truly are. You're going to be observing yourself in a very different way. So here I am running my third retreat, 2 years already running retreats all over the world, doing what I love, and I still feel, uh, fear every single time before I start a retreat. I feel so scared and nervous because it matters to me so much. That I want everyone feel the impact that I want to put in that retreat. So if again, please go to your body now. If you want to close your eyes and go to your body, and if you're feeling butterflies, if your heart is feeling more expanded, right? Take the decision, make the action, book the call, have a conversation, see if this is something for you. Be part of the community, okay? Because again, this is a family. I am going emotional now because I'm in a retreat, so I'm going to cry. But I have to say that I've been in this 5 years and I met my best friends, I've met my business partner, and it's so beautiful to see the transformation in everyone. It's just going to change your life, guys. It's the most beautiful thing that you can do for yourself. Just at least give it the chance of doing something that it will fulfill you forever. And of course, with the life part of, you know, the business, of course, because we have to talk about that too. We need to talk about pricing. We need to talk about, you know, marketing. We need to talk about how you're going to promote yourself. And we're going to give you tools and the breath tool number one for you to feel more confident, you know. To make yourself and, you know, show yourself and shine in this world because people need you, need your healing. Okay, so even if you feel scared, just do it, you know, be brave and do it because it's going to transform your life. So again, Soma Breath is not only breathwork. I will say that that's not even breathwork, it's a lifestyle. It's touch your life in so many areas. It's a community, it's a tribe, it's a family. And the online course that is going to give you so much value already with all the information and the science behind the breath. Big, that is going to give you the music library that is the most beautiful music ever with all the marketing tools, just you need to start, okay? And the support, because you will have someone behind the screen, that is me, talking to you about business every week, okay? I will, I will take your hand, and I will take your hand from someone that I did it from scratch. I didn't have a, you know, huge community, thousands of followers, you know, and I already have. Okay, with drive and focus, you see. So then you have this holistic training that is going to help you to make this life for you a reality. So I hope that this is making sense, um, it's, you know, touching your heart. Maybe, maybe you thought that I was going to talk about business and it's just like, you know, marketing and stuff. But no, this is the way that I make business as well. I just put my heart outside. But of course, at the same time, I have a strategy and I'm going to push you and kick your ass to work hard in your goals as well when you have the call with me. Okay, I will push you, of course, with love and compassion. But I'm going to push you a lot because I know that everyone has so much potential, that it's just about your limitations that you're not doing exactly what you truly love to do. Okay. Amazing. I will just— I think we have only 15 more minutes. I would love to have any questions that you maybe have for me. Anything at all, please just— I needed to hear what you're saying. I have family issues and haven't been on track. Now I have to get it back. Yes, I'm glad you feel excited, Dina. So for people who wants to make a call, please, Monica, if you can share now the link for people who get into the, um, the calls where they can talk with someone about the path of becoming an instructor. How do you get followers and find clients if you're starting from scratch? Okay, I love this, I love this question. Okay, so there's many ways to do and get followers depending on what social media you're going to choose to work. That is something that we're going to talk about as well in the But you will usually start, you know, choosing one social media. Let's say that it's going to be Instagram. Okay. So Instagram has a lot of tools to start getting followers. Something that I did in my beginning is that make a lot of new followers for me was, for example, doing live, live sessions, live calls. I invite some other coaches to have a live call with me where we talk about menopause or perimenopause or aging. I was inviting gynecologists. I was inviting health coach to talk about inflammation and how breathwork can help. But of course, I was trying to reach out people who had more followers, right? But that were in some way linked with my niche. I'm not going to call someone to talk about, I don't know, let's say, I don't know, about clothes or makeup. For example, but I will try to reach people who are linked with menopause. So that in that way, I remember actually one that was really very important for me, and it was a coach, a woman who is actually my coach as well in Chile, and she's very big in Chile and she works with women with money mindset. So I was just, I just text her. I didn't, I didn't need, I didn't know her at all. I just text her on Instagram, say, "Hi, my name is Claudia. I'm a somatic instructor. Listen, I have this technique that I know that's going to help you so much into your community. Do you think that we can have a call, a chat?" And she said, "Yes, I love it. Let's do a live." With that live, I earned like 2,000 each followers in one, in 20 minutes live on Instagram. Okay, there's a lot of way that we can start, you know, getting followers. That was a very important tool. But at the same time, again, is finding out your authenticity through social media. There's a lot of things to do there too. And again, something that I have to admit as well is that it's much more important to, to build a community in your social media rather than having thousands and thousands of followers and never going to buy any service from you. So that is important too, because I want to have high-quality followers, and I prefer to have 3,000 quality followers than 100,000 followers that never ever are going to buy anything from me. So it's also some tools that we can use to be more close. Like, for example, every single time that I have a new follower, I usually text them and I say, thank you for following me. How can I do for you? Like, be more present, more close. We can talk about that a lot in our calls, and also about how maybe Facebook may work better for someone, some people, how LinkedIn works better for people who are in corporations, how we can use AI as well, designing our our social media strategy. That is something that I do a lot, right? My assistant, like, Niraj Naik, is going to talk to you about in a few minutes. And I think, I think I am using the same one that I discovered a few weeks ago. I'm not going to say anything, but it's amazing. It's going to help you to, you know, build this strategy that, of course, we're going to help you to have more clarity about in Bee. Right? Especially the niche. For me, at least for me, the niche is key. We cannot put our energy in all the world, right? And some people feel that it's very scary to have a very small niche, but it's the opposite. It would be much better to have a very specific niche for you to work, especially in the beginning. That is going to, you know, to evolve As a person, we evolve. Your social media will evolve. Your services will evolve, right? But at least what we are going to do from day one, as soon as you get into the big flow, is to help you to find out a niche, give who are you, what is your statement, right? What is the problem you are solving? That is very important. What is the service? Like, let's say that your primary service, And what is the secondary service, right? So just for you, for example, to understand mine now, 5 years after, guys, I have a funnel where women make menopause survey. They make that survey, they will have a result. In that result, they will see a video of me talking about why they feel that way. And in that video, I invited them to book a free discovery call with me where I sell my programs. That is my flow. For you in the beginning will be different, okay? Because you are from scratch, but we need to find out how are you going to do that, okay? So we're going to get very creative. We're going to, you know, put a lot of effort in your creativity and to really understand the flow of your niche. And then everyone are going to do the work for that to happen. Okay, and we talk a lot about that too in our calls. But again, you will have the support of the community, of the tribe, and you will have the breath. That is the more important thing to have in this kind of businesses. Okay. Okay, so I think we are almost there. I don't know if Brooke is here or Niraj Naik Naik. Who wants to take over AI or not yet so I can still talk more. I can talk for hours. And I usually— not usually, sorry. Remember that English is my second language, so bear with me. AI, guys, okay? We talk a lot about that too in our big calls because it's incredibly crazy. How this assistant— I have my own assistant, and this Claudia 2.0, and I always ask this amazing assistant, how can I improve? How should I market myself? What should be my strategies for 2027? And this assistant gave me so good ideas, right? Of course, I'm going to customize it because I am the human one. I understand my clients the best, right? But it's just going to be incredible for you guys to, like Niraj said before as well, put your time in the service, in the service on, you know, on your sessions, on your coaching, on your therapies instead of, you know, being overwhelmed for weeks and hours trying to understand what should I promote myself, how should I promote myself, where I should be in social media, what should be my, you know, my communication, my everything, you can ask to your assistant. You're welcome, Rachel. You're very welcome, Rachel. I'm very glad to again to share this with you guys because it's actually my passion. So yeah, I'm trying to read anything else. Have you tried the SMART technique? Yes, we talk about the SMART techniques, of course. Something I can also tell you guys, maybe this is also going to help you with your anxiety because we can get very anxious about, you know, the business, all that stuff, and success. Let's talk about success. What is success? What is success for you? Like, we're never going to compare to anyone. Never, ever. You don't compare with me. I don't compare with Brooke. I don't compare with anyone. You have your own journey. And everyone has a different finance thermometer, I will say, right? And maybe this is going to help you too, because if I think in $1 million, I, me, Claudia, I still have that limitation that said that's impossible for me to have $1 million. But if I think in $300,000, well, I feel comfortable. My nervous system feels safe. So we'll start there. So we're going to have small goals. I'm not going to tell you, I'm never going to tell you that you're going to earn $1 million in one year. Okay. But maybe you are already, you know, winning $1,000, I don't know, $1 million. I don't know. I don't know you. Right. So that is, that is a difference, the thermometers. You know, the, the ways that we think about success are very different, and this is very important for everyone here. We're never going to compare to anyone. You have your own journey. Your own journey is already super important. It can be very impactful. It can change your life completely, but you are you, okay? So we, we start from that point as well. Next slide. Yep. Being successful helping other people. Yeah. Being happy is also success. Yes, of course. For everyone, success is different. Maybe for you success is living in nature. For me, success is having my office in my computer, and I can work everywhere. I can be anywhere in the world. I still work with my clients. I do my mentorships. And this was a plan that I designed 8 years ago. Okay, thank you, Alka. Thank you for that. I love it. Ah, Madeleine, you got me. You got me. I think that is the most beautiful AI because it's my name in French. I don't know if that is the same one that Niraj Naik Naik is going to talk in a few minutes, but yeah, that is the one that I used and it's amazing. It's amazing. Yes, me too, Tatiana. It's my assistant. Yeah, the same one. Okay, I don't see any other questions. I want to show you something, guys, that I did just for fun for today. Let me show you this, that it took me actually 5 seconds. Where is it? Where is it? Where is it? This is super fun to show. Here you go. Okay. So this took me 5 seconds. So I was asking my assistant, please give me a presentation, only 5 slides, for my amazing transformational coach speech with the Summer Breath Community. 5 seconds. Because of course this assistant knows me a lot, right? I've been putting a lot of effort in this relationship with her. And in 5 seconds she give me this. So if you want to help, if you care deeply, if you have something valuable to offer to someone, right? But someone says sales funnel and then you run away of the room. You don't want to hear anything else. All of this is AI, guys. 5 seconds. Who you are is the offer. You are the offer. Your story is the offer. Your story and your authenticity is what is going to engage clients into your business. But it's also important, your clarity on what kind of clients you want to help, what change are you helping. To create, what are you solving, and how breath, somabreath, is going to help them as well, right? All of this is AI offers that feels like you. You don't want to one-on-one, do you want to do women's circle, do you want to do men's circle, do you want to do retreats, do you want to collaborate with yoga studios, do you want to collaborate with wellness centers, do you want to implement a program So many ways. Right? So imagine this in 5 seconds. 5 seconds. Took me 5, actually, seconds to make that presentation. Right? Super fun. It's so much fun, guys, to explore these tools that is going to, again, never going to take your place because you are the human. You have the heart. You have the passion. You have the love. You have the vibration. But in a business aspect, oh my God, you, you are not going to believe how we work with this in, in B, in Summer Breath. We did like, like we design a whole marketing strategy using this. Okay. I will wait for Niraj, uh, Christy. Let's wait for Niraj about what he's going to say about AI, because maybe this is not what he's going to show. I don't know. Any, any other question, guys? Then now I'm here, or if you want to raise your hand just in case you have something to say. Everyone's good. How long did I take to— how long? Okay, how long did I take to find clients? Not that long, actually. I will say that I very fast had clients. But it was very intermittent, you know, it wasn't consistent. So I will say that for 3 years, it took me 3 years to have my foundations. Like now, it's a flow of sales, if you get what I mean. It will depend again for everyone, but I will say that in a very realistic thinking, I think 1 year, 6 months, if we have more clarity. Sometimes it can really, like we, I start with my friends, guys, my friends, my family, the friends of my friends, the friends of my friend of my friends, right? So I will say that clients is very fast. The thing is that it will take a little more time to have that community, you know, a foundation of the business that is going to give you the flow. Of the money and the growth. It's a huge difference between ChatGPT and Claude. Huge, huge, huge, huge. What would you say to someone who cannot— I don't believe that you don't have time, Tatiana. No, we can work about that in therapy. You have time. It's just you don't know how to organize it and what are your priorities. For example, if I, if I tell you this question, like, if you're already working for someone, what do you prefer in the future? Like, work hard for someone's dream or work hard for your own dreams? For me, that For me, it was pretty easy, actually, when I found Summer Breath. I worked in marketing for 20 years, and as soon as I became a Summer Breath instructor, I quit my job. I was very confident that this is going to be my path and that I'm going to, you know, be successful. And in one year, I was making double money than ever, than ever in my life. That is the crazy about not really believing in ourselves. As soon as I believed in myself, I was making double. And again, it wasn't something special. It was because I was breathing every single day. Every single day I was breathing my fears. I was breathing confident. I was moving my body. I understood that it's my vibration was going to, you know, my thoughts is creating my reality. It's the way that I present my service. It's the way I show myself into events. It's the way that I'm talking to you now from this screen, you know, because I breathe every single day, because it's my responsibility to change my vibration to achieve my goals. Something that everyone can train. Everyone can train and everyone can really feel this way. So what do you prefer again? Work hard for someone else's dreams or work hard for your dreams? And of course, we need to be smart. I'm never going to tell you just quit now. Let's have a plan. Okay, what is the plan? What is the plan that you have? Let's talk about that. Okay, how we can make that happen? How do you see yourself in 5 years? And what is the reverse engineer that you need to do to be in that moment in 5 more years? What is the difference between Soma Facilitator and Soma Instructor? Soma Facilitator are someone that is holding a space. You are going to be, you will have the ability to explain the technique, but you're not going to design or guide the sessions. You are going to use some breathwork that are already ready with other instructor voice other instructors' guidance that you will have in your app. And then you just, you know, put the headsets or the speaker, and everyone else will be, you know, being guided by that recording. So you are only going to be the one, you know, explaining what somabreath is, how we breathe, the way that we breathe, contraindications, you know, opening the circle and then closing the circle. So it's just like about holding the space. Instructors, they design the session. You will design, you will choose the music, you will be making your own scripts, you will design your own intention setting, you will use the Mind Movie, Neuro-Somatic Programming techniques. All of that is in instructor training, not in the facilitator course. It's clear. So what we can sign up for now that we can be a Suma Breath Facilitator and take 30 days to learn, are we then playing music with Breathwork instructor? I don't understand your question, Ingrid. But I am rightly thinking that Summer Breath didn't have all the resources it has now when you started in back 2019. Niraj Naik was saying earlier that on the website there's a find an instructor button. It made me think that those, uh, Summer Breath will do everything they can to help. Yeah, exactly. We have a button when you get in big as well, you will be able to build your profile, right? So you will build your profile with your picture, with your description, and you will see your tags that if you are Summer Breath Advanced Instructor or Transformation Coach, uh, people will find you in this, in the website. They can find you for either looking for the language or the location or just by your name. They will, they will, uh, find you in the Summer Breath, uh, website, and then they will be able to signing into your own sessions because in this profile you are allowed to describe your workshops, sessions, future festivals, everything. You will, you will have all that in big as well. So you will be promoted in the website of Summer Breath too. And if you become an advanced instructor, then you may have the opportunity as well to do a Sunday session where we usually promote new instructors. Every Sunday, we have a new session with a new instructor. You will maybe also be part of the app sessions that we have with instructors every week. We have Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with different sessions. You will be able to promote as well there. Yeah. So for the money, for the prices, Ekta, please, Please book your call with a sales team so they will give you all that information. And also you may have some payment plans that I actually don't have that information right now. Is Niraj Naik in the room or not? Where is my man? Yes, you will have a, a, a big content as well as a facilitator. Yep. Are you getting excited with this information? Oh, I love this question, Christine. Claudia, I appreciate your coaching style, direct yet empathetic. Is that how you describe yourself? My style, girl, is, you know, we need to channel pleasure, okay? If you work with pleasure, if you work, you embrace pleasure, you embrace desire. Desire. If you hear Madonna before, Someone asked to Madonna, what is the difference between someone that is successful? And she said, people with desires. Is, is your desire, is, is your pleasure? Do you feel pleasure helping people? I feel so much pleasure now running this retreat that you cannot even believe, right? So that is my style. I am super authentic, pleasurable woman that I will try, of of course, to help women to embrace the same, okay? Because that is what we came to, to experience in this life. We are pleasurable beings. The thing is that we get lost in all the limitations, expectations, frustrations, perfectionism, patriarchy, and so many other things. But we have everything within, everything. You are so powerful. Everyone here is unlimited. Unlimited being, powerful being. You just need to give yourself time to breathe. Okay, so Niraj Naik Naik's session will be from 2:45. I am super lost. What time is it now? So we have what, 15 more minutes? 15 more minutes. Okay, let's do something fun. Let's do something fun. Let's do something fun, guys. Knowing that you know that I love pleasure, okay? And just to show you a little bit about my work, let's breathe one of my tracks in the app that is about pleasure. So maybe you now will— I will give you this idea. Try to get an intention right now before we start the breathing. And try to find out when you breathe, what is something that really brings pleasure to your life? What is something that you really feel pleasure about? Okay, as you said, as you did before, we breathe in through the nose and we breathe out through the mouth. In this case, in this, in this example, in this experience, I will really encourage you, invite you to exhale with pleasure. Ah, your voice is beautiful. Exhale with pleasure. Inhale desire, exhale pleasure. Okay, so close your eyes. Let me just find— found the track that I'm going to share with you. Here it is. Start connecting with your breath, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth again. Think about something that really brings you pleasure. Close your eyes, sit down or lie down in a very comfortable position. This is your time. A space to come home to your body, to explore the gentle, sacred invitation of pleasure, not as a performance but as a presence. Whether you're alone or with your beloved, this practice is a doorway, a doorway to deep connection, self-surrender, and the joy of feeling fully alive. Let your body soften. Let your breath lead the way. Relax. Open your senses. Feel the sound of your breath inhaling into and Exhaling into the next round with your eyes closed or with your eyes open looking at your partner. Whatever you choose is the perfect way to do it. Put the awareness into the music. Inhale.
Reality tunnel is turning, you got to pick your way to be.
As you walk through your reality tunnel is turning, you got to pick your way to be. Come here, baby bird, you got to get out your feelings. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Breathe with intention. Keep it going. Relax more and more. You are waking up your sensual energy. You are saying yes to life. Synchronize your breath. Or just feel your breath.
Yes.
You are awakened.
Inhale. Exhale.
Inhale. Maybe you want to move small sensual movements just for you. Inhale, let your body show you what it wants. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.
Inhale. Exhale.
Repeating in your mind: I am safe to feel pleasure. I am safe to be seen, to be soft, to be powerful. In. Pleasure is my birthright. Ah. My breath leads me there. In. To. Ah. To. Make love with your energy. To. Ah. To. In. To. Ah. You are alive. Divine pleasurable being. Take a big inhale through your nose. Hold.
Squeeze your pelvic muscle. Exhale. Come back to your normal breath.
Come back to your juicy life. Yes, you are divine static energy. Have a blissful day. Peace. Love, joy, namaste. Yes, how do you feel? Woo, amazing! Oh my God, yes, you see, it is. So again, everyone will have a different signature. Mine is pleasure. I love that topic. It can be sometimes difficult for some people to talk about it, but it's how I found my power. I always been very pleasurable, but I born in a family that wasn't allowed to be like that. And it took me 50 years to, you know, say, you know what, I'm just going to bring my power back. And I really do everything feeling pleasure first. If something doesn't give me pleasure, so it's not for me. I'm not going to put energy in that thing that doesn't give me pleasure. So yes, your body naturally wants to move, right? So sensuality. So again, maybe if you are willing to do more somatic work, movement work, raves, integrating breathwork with movement, it's completely possible using somatic breath techniques. You will learn that too in the, in the program where the music, again, like Nida said before, is a being who is going to be with you, you know, helping people to change the states. That is what we do actually when we breathe and we move. We're not only using the physiology and the, and the benefits of the breath, we're also changing our vibration. And one of the faster ways to do that is dancing. That is why you dance with Niraj in the beginning. Right? We just completely change our state in seconds. That is what instructor, um, Bigan instructor is actually very focused on, helping you to understand the power of the body, the mind, and the soul to change that state. So as soon as you change your state, you're already perceiving differently, right? It's magic. Yes, it's so magic. You just shake 5 minutes, you dance 5 minutes, you do this sensual, pleasurable breath, and then you are a completely different person. You feel different and you see differently. You perceive differently. Right? So again, there's so many ways that this can be happening into your life. Yes, I love to be passionate. Like, passion again, right? Why do most of us not invest even 5 minutes to do this? Exactly. This is a 5-minute breathwork that you can find in the app. And the name is Sensual Rising. That is me. Okay. I love to work with that. But again, every one of you is different. Every one of you is a completely different universe. It's a completely different world. So I love to really mentor and it's such an honor actually to, you know, been able to meet so amazing people that now are instructors doing incredible work in the world that it's again a lot of pleasure doing that too. So Monica is sharing again the link of the app. Monica sharing also where you can book your call to the sales team to be part of this transformational coach or become an instructor or a facilitator. Also, let me tell you something very important. You have the— almost the last days if you want to meet me in person. I'm going to be leading a training in Barcelona with my business partner Piotr Chiebel this next coming weekend in Barcelona. So if you decide to become an instructor and if you are near Europe, you are near Barcelona, You can actually take the pack of the online course and the in-person training in Barcelona and meet me and Piotr next Sunday— next Saturday. We have the last 3 spots, guys. So maybe if you're hearing me out here and if you can make that happen, how cool can it be if maybe we will meet in person in Barcelona, um, 23rd and 24th of May, right? That would be so cool, so cool. Yes, pleasure is so important. It is, but we forget to connect with that a lot. The track is in the app and the name is Sensual Rising. That is the name of the app. What is CBT treatment? I don't know what is CBT treatment. D, you have to be part of the Summer Breath app if you want to hear the track again. So be part of the— I mean, it's ridiculously cheap. To be an Asthma Breath App member. And it's so much value in the app, guys. You will find short tracks, longer tracks, intermediate apnea training, breath entrainment, breath pharmacy, so many things already in the app. I've prayed this all my life. Okay, Arlene, have you already booked your call? Oh, okay, Makalia, that's nice. Yeah, my sessions in the app, when I do in the week, in the week is live, completely live. This is a recording. Yeah, okie dokie.
Oh dear, did we lose Claudia? Claudia? Uh-oh, that was so powerful. Well, anyway, everybody give some love for Claudia quickly. Um, hopefully she'll be back. But how did that feel? Anyone want to share how they felt? I know Diana does. Here, Diana, tell us how you feel. I've tried unmuting you. There you go. Yeah! You seem to always have your mic switched off these days, Diana. You need to get your mic back on. All right, anyone else want to share a little bit about how they're feeling, how that made them feel? Andrea, go for it. Hello. Andrea, the floor is yours. Trying to unmute you. Not working? I— you should see a little button that says unmute. If I click on unmute— yep, no, yes. No. Anyone else? Oh, we got a couple of minutes. Anyone else want to share something? I'll share. Chrissy Berry, you, you all need to, uh, learn how to use the react at the bottom where the heart is. If you click on that, it pulls up some emojis and symbols symbols, and you can click on raise hand. There we go. Justina, she's there. Go for it.
Okay. Hello. Hello. Hello, Niraj Naik. Hello, everybody. Yes, I just wanted to thank Claudia for her energy. And I think it is incredible what she, she's having inside of her and around her, what she creates, and how openly and honestly she shares about her story, how she began, and how she's working. So really with all open cards. And I think that brings this open community feeling. And of course, of course, the energy of Claudia is something I cannot believe that she's like 24 hours like this.
Yes, she is. I've met her many times.
Yeah, so I'm very grateful that she is in this community and that she can share and that she can be reachable anytime we want. After this meeting, I have more courage to go on personal calls because I am on the way to become an instructor, but I'm moving very slowly, step by step, because of many other my jobs, which I am not quitting them.
Okay, then you want to stay in tune for the next part.
Yes, yes.
So thanks a lot for this opportunity. Yeah, yeah, thank you, thank you. It's great, fantastic. I love— uh, I'm sure, um, Claudia, she can hear, is loving this feedback too. Let's get Christy on there, one last person. Nice one. Hello, hello, thank you.
Yeah, I want to definitely thank Claudia. I was, uh, just pleasantly surprised, um, because no, no offense to you, Niraj Naik Naik.
Love— like, loved—
I'm here, like, I thought for you, but now I'm like, I'm kind of on Team Claudia. She's pretty awesome. And it was just so cool to see someone who's taken Soma Breath, especially a feminine energy, and, you know, it just— to see how I can use it and apply it a little bit more.
It gave me some more insight. Site. It's pretty awesome. Thank you. Beautiful. That's awesome. Thank you so much for sharing. I won't take any offense, don't worry. I like it when my students shine. Let's have a guy. Let's get Anthony on this. All girls so far. Let's get, uh, let's get Anthony on. Hey, how you doing? Hey, what a voice.
Yeah, well, I definitely, um, appreciate it, Claudia, as well as you.
And I love, because I'm in this session because my wife couldn't make it, but we're both partners in doing sound healing. And so, you know, having that balance, I love her honesty, uh, being transparent, and I definitely appreciated her that. And I know if my wife was here, she would have loved that. So, but me as a a guy, I definitely appreciated the transparency. Sometimes, uh, we as guys don't— we hold that back sometimes. We can be trying, uh, you know, but, uh, some— and I've, in the last year or so, I know I've, uh, released a lot of things like that. So, so just to kind of, um, give you background there. So I, I definitely appreciated her honesty, and it was—
I definitely appreciate this session. Amazing.
Thank you, Anthony. And, uh, you definitely have a voice for guided meditations. Thank you. I'd like to hear that. Your journeys will be epic.
Niraj, I just want to say I'm back. I'm back. Yeah, too much, too much pleasure. I think it was too much pleasure, too much pleasure in my session. And yeah, I blow up the internet, but yeah, I just want I just want to say thank you to everyone who was in the session, who hear me out, and I hope that you got inspired. And I'm very curious about your AI session, but I think I already using it. Nice. So let's see. I will be with you guys in the chat. So if you have any question, I will be in the chat now. I'm listening to Niraj as well.
Very nice. Okay. All right. So now on to one of the highlights of this event. Thank you, Claudia, it was amazing. You rocked it and everyone loved it. And you missed a few amazing feedbacks that I'm sure you'll see on the replay.
Oh no. Yeah, okay.
You can watch on the replay. Brilliant feedback. Okay, cool. All right, welcome back everyone. All right, so how's everyone feeling? Feeling good? Maybe I'll give you a few minutes to have a pee break. Because we've been going for a while. It's— I think it's important you have a little break. In the meantime, I'm gonna put on some beats so we can have a little boogie, shake, stretch, move, um, while we do so. All right, so just get prepped and we'll do that. All right everyone, one more minute. I'm just gonna get a new track to play. Hello. All right, welcome back everyone. Okay, so now on to a bit of a highlight for me, um, especially with the last year of all of the new innovations that have been going on in the world of AI and technology. So first, I just want to check in. Who here is already a, um, coach, therapist, a healer with a practice, a business already? Give us a little— yep. Okay, looking at the survey, it seemed like a large percentage of you have already got some kind of a coaching practice going on, some kind of wellness practice. Um, now I wanted to ask, what's your, um, if you could have one thing that would help you achieve your goals? Like, more of— like, let's say anything. Clients, um, you know, just anything, whatever you can think of. Marketing, clients, clients help, money, more clients, transformation through flowers. Clients, marketing plan, almost everyone, everyone, this is what they say, right? And who, who here has different problem? Like maybe they got loads of clients, but maybe they're kind of overwhelmed. They've got too many clients. And like they can't manage everything like that. They got, you know, a lot of expenses and juggling too many things at the same time. Anyone like that? Yep. I have lots of things— I have lots of things all over but need to put it into business. Okay. Um, too fearful to set up a business. Okay. Lacking confidence. Shame with speaking in front of a camera. Interesting. Okay. More long-term high-ticket clients who are ready to work. All right. There's no shortage of clients in America. Yeah. We're in a mental health crisis in America. There's actually no shortage of clients. Actually, there's loads of them. It's just you need to be able to reach them. That's the most important thing. Okay, so, so let me just tell you a bit about my own journey, just concisely, in terms of, um, like what I've managed to do. So in the olden days, uh, we just had web pages, WordPress, and very simple websites, okay, and plugins and all this. And I had to learn the ropes completely myself because I didn't have any money, I didn't have a job, I just healed myself from an autoimmune disease. And, and I also didn't want also to give all the power to someone else because I was previously had my own business and I lost everything because I at one point I outsourced the marketing and I should have understood it better, and I spent loads of money and I got burnt. So I made a fatal error back then, and I realized, you know, I need to be more in control. So I want to at least learn the ropes on how to do everything so that I can pass it on. Then when I got going, I was like a one-man band. Then I hired an outsourcer from Philippines, actually, who, um, saved me a lot of hassle. He did a lot of the technical stuff, setting up pages, building funnels, and all this sort of stuff that goes into this. That, um, really helped me to break free, right? That's when I could be more human for the first time, rather than always in front of my computer. I was now finally more human, right? Then eventually, one thing led to another. I then— well, I was in Thailand, I had the 4 Minute Work week. I had a lot of things automated online, um, and, you know, I was for 2 years pretty much just doing sessions and, and growing my craft, um, in the world of transformation in Thailand, um, at retreat centers there and running my own retreats and so on. That was great until I started to create Summer Breath. And then Summer Breath, I, um, built into a company with like over 20 people working for us, maybe more now. I can kind of sometimes lose track. And, um, and now we've got people to manage, lots of different people, different personalities, different emotions, and a lot of additional training that has to go into that. So yes, I was a bit more free in some areas, but I was also very busy in others, which was taking me away me from being who I really want to be, to be the person, the voice, the, the spokesman, to go on tour, do gigs all over the place. But there were periods where we had it good, but then, you know, expenses grow. Like, when you hire lots of people, you, you have bigger overheads. So there's another headache to deal with. Okay, then last 2 years, like, ChatGPT came out and it was like a godsend. It was like, wow, I I can make content so much quicker now because at least idea— I don't like to use ChatGPT's content that it gives because it can be quite robotic and clichéd unless you train it really well, which I've, I've been working on. But still, it helped me generate ideas very fast, do research, and do some things that would take a long time, like, you know, planning presentations, webinars, scripts and all this stuff. So ChatGPT, I'm gonna just share my screen now. For those of you who don't know, looks like this. Who here has got ChatGPT, by the way? Anyone want to say? Yes, a lot of you using it. Okay, so ChatGPT looks like this. Okay, and there's my ChatGPT. You can see I've got gazillions and gazillions here of, of, um, uh, tasks and requests. And with ChatGPT, what you can do as well is you can create these custom GPTs. So I made one for our instructors, and this one is the Surabith marketing strategy. And it actually is really insightful. It's very powerful, all right? And this is what, um, is inside BigGPT as one of the tools, okay? So you, you install this GPT into ChatGPT, into your— so anyone can install it who's got the link. And what it does, I'll actually open it up and show you how it is from scratch, okay? It starts like this, okay? And it asks you a series of questions, okay? And then I'll give you a demo. I'll give you like a one that I made earlier that we just did a few, um, days ago with Kelly as an example. But it starts like this, and you press one of these buttons to start. So let's define your ideal client, right, by retracing, uh, your own. Now this is focused on marketing. Okay, now this is one of the things that people are saying they need help with. Okay, so this is really very useful. Okay, very, very useful. So you click on this, it will then ask you all these questions. Like, this is one of the fastest ways to uncover powerful marketing that actually converts. Now I'm going to give you a hidden tip right now. This can blow your minds. Okay. Okay, if you've been struggling with marketing, this could help you a lot. So in marketing, a lot of people talk about niche, having a niche, a person you want to serve. Okay, people often struggle with this, like, what, who do I, who do I want to work with? Now, from all my years of experience and training thousands of instructors, what I've found is it's the easiest to influence people who are just like you, right, who have been going— who are going through things that you've been through, that where you've come on the— out the other side, you have proof, you've got conviction, authenticity, and you can share now what you've learned with them. Okay, so what this will do, it will ask you a bunch of questions that you've got to answer in detail, like your breaking point. What was the moment everything needed to change? Okay, so we'll ask you all these questions. I'm going to do one here now. I made earlier, which is this one, and it's with Kelly. Okay, Kelly went through this. Okay, oops, it's a— open that one up here. Okay, so you'll see it's a lot of questions they ask you. Uh, the more detail you give it, the better the answers. Okay, so So we'll ask you like, why is it not going down? The breaking point when everything needed to change. Oops, why has it gone to this? I want to be on this one. Okay, the breaking point. Okay, so take yourself back to the period before Soar Breath entered your life. So this is focused on our Soar Breath instructors to find their ideal client, but you could use this for yourself, okay, uh, for whatever work you're doing, okay. Um, if you think about this, so you take yourself back to the time when Seraph entered your life, and you'd go through what was happening in your life at that time, you know, in these areas, okay. What was the biggest internal struggle, okay? And then here's examples. What was the moment you realized something had to change, okay? And what it would do is it'll go really deep deep into finding people who are just like you, to identify who they are, okay, and how to communicate to them, okay, in a very cool way. So it'll ask you all these questions like, what were you secretly afraid of if nothing changed? What were you typing into Google, YouTube, Instagram at the time, right? Before Soar Breath, what other solutions did you try? Okay, so then Kenny wrote all these answers. We just went very briefly through it. He's going to do it in more depth for himself. But even with this briefness, we got amazing answers. Okay, then step 2 is understanding what finally connected, right? Before Soma Breath, what felt missing from things you tried? Okay, and you go through all these questions. I'm just going to go through it because of time. We can't go super deep as I would with a client, but we would go through all of these questions, all these questions, and I've pre-made GPT that will ask all these questions and give you an amazing report at the end, right? So it'll ask you all these questions, you go all the way through, okay? Then at the end, it will give you a whole breakdown, okay? So your Sober Breath Business Blueprint brand positioning. Now, this is using the words that he's put in himself, right? Um, theme 1. You can't heal the mind through the mind alone. The real you is underneath that pain. Breathwork can give you relief from the constant war in your head. Recovery is not about becoming someone new, it's about returning to who you truly are. So you'll go through all of this, okay? And it will tell you your ideal client avatar, their secret thoughts, their signature philosophy, right? And then it will come up with the hook for the, for the marketing copy, right? right? If you've ever struggled with writing copy, this will give you ideas for that, right? You don't have to use them exactly. You can tweak with them. It'll give you ideas for, for the— how to structure your business. You start with a free guided session, right? Then you can have a membership community, then you can have a premium transformation program. Okay, so you can go through all of these things, all these answers gives you, take what you want, what you like, tweak it, and you've got yourself some amazing content, right? Um, here's, uh, the best performing content types: raw truth videos. I actually even got Kelly to speak this out, to act it out, and he did a good job, and it sounded like him, all right, when he read these out. And then all we had to do was add to it, right? Then storytelling content and so on and so and then you can, you can now use this GPT to generate anything you want, from articles to ads for Instagram to blog posts to so on and so forth. It's really powerful. So this is a custom GPT, custom. This was the next level that came from ChatGPT, where you can make a kind of a program within GPT that will kind of have a skill that it will take you through, right? So this one is for building a marketing strategy. And then I have other ones. I have a story engine. Okay, so what this does is helps you generate amazing stories that are very engaging. Okay, I have the marketing copywriter. Okay, this is a Kaggle copywriter, right? I have This is a story engine. Okay. And then here's a storytelling content generator. Okay. So it will create content based on stories, storytelling. So it's really powerful, right? It's really powerful. So this is, this was really already revolutionary. Okay. Like ChatGPT was like amazing. And then this came out and I was I was like, wow, this is so cool, speeds up so much stuff. And then I gave it to my team and they started— you, I mean, my instructors— and, and they started using it, getting loads of value. So, so that was great. I was like, wow. But then something else came along. Boom. This one called Manus. Okay, um, so Manus is, um, It's an agent, okay? So I'm gonna actually give you my, my little invitation link, okay? And I think you get some free credits with this if I send it to you. Um, anyway, this, um, is a whole nother ball game. So what Manus is, is an agent, okay? And it's agentic. So what Manus can do, okay, is it can Um, it can actually think and execute. So you can use Manus to build websites completely. You can use it to build apps. You can use it to build web pages. You can build funnels with it. You can— anything you can do on your computer, you can do with Manus. It's amazing. Anything you do on a computer you can do it in Manus. And Manus also integrates with Telegram, so Telegram can communicate with Manus, right? So you can be on your phone and you can run Manus from your phone on Telegram. Okay, so I actually, when I went to Bali— well, actually a year before that, I decided I want— I tried getting copywriters to write my book, right, uh, to help me, editors. Just wasn't going anywhere. They could never get my voice right, and I ended up having to write anyway. So, so I'm just going to write my book. But then I found Manus. I was like, maybe Manus can help me write the book. So I fed it all of my notes, all of my presentations, all of my videos, webinars, everything. And I said, now using this book that I've already drafted, make a better version of it. And it just started to do it, and I was like, wow, is amazing. Then I just had to humanly edit it myself. So rather than me have to sit there for hours in front of my computer writing, writing, writing books, this helps me save me so much time. Okay, but not only that, right, I was able to then create the app that I've been dreaming of, right? This is the actual, um, the task right here that I'm showing you. I managed to build pretty much the MVP of the brand new app. Okay. And it was amazing. I was like, wow, this is like a $200K app that I've built with that. But this was no joke. This was me sitting there 10 hours a day working my butt off to get it right. Right. So there's a lot of back and forth. It isn't easy. Okay. To build it. A serious app, but you can do it. So we're at a point now that anyone with no techie knowledge whatsoever— I'm not a coder, I can't program, I don't know any language, I don't— I'm not good with languages anyway. I know English pretty well and some— this kind of little-known Indian language that my mom taught me because it's where I'm from in India. That's about it as far as languages. But Computer language, forget it. I have no idea coding, nothing. So I was always put off all this sort of coding, building stuff, and always outsourced to other people. And it cost me so much money and it became a headache. And with Soar and Breathe, we built a quite complicated business with how the courses work and everything. And we had a kind of a Frankenstein machine that we built full of headaches. So I always had to have expensive people people to manage it, and it costs a fortune. It's one of the reasons why we have to charge so much for our courses and so on, is that the cost of running kind of a company like ours is no joke. It's a serious expense, and, um, and it's cool, it's okay, right? But until it's not, till it starts to hurt. So when I discovered this, I was like, wow, I can do so much more myself. I'm more in control now than I've been. But there's frustrations with Manus. It costs quite a bit eventually if you use it the way I use it to the max. It can cost a few grand a month, right? It's like, wow, okay, this can add up. This can add up. And it also means I have to kind of be on front of the computer programming. I could hire somebody else to do it. I could hire somebody to do what I've been doing, but then I have to manage them. Okay, so I was like, wow. So I would kind of like Manus. I was quite into it. I got my company onto it. Thought it was good until a huge breakthrough came through. Another one, right? And look, AI technology is moving so fast. Who knows what's going to be here in the next 6 months? It's going to be something even better than this. But I would say I've discovered single-handedly the best, um, AI agent for what our needs are. Okay. For what, what, as coaches, therapists, healers, people in the transformational space, I know the kind of business you need. I know what you need to do to get clients. I've done this over and over again with lots of other instructors, and I know what you need to build, like in terms of sales pages, workflows, emails, content, Instagram page. I believe me, I've been it, I've done it, right? In terms of marketing, I've worn a hat for quite a long time. I've been doing this since like 2012, right? And plus my business partner has the biggest therapy business in the world, Marissa Peers. So they're my mentor, right? So I've learned from the best. Vishen Lakhiani is a personal close friend and he has a company that's That's huge. It's massive. It's one of the biggest in the personal development space. So I'm around amazing people. So I know what it takes, what you need to execute to get what you want, right? So what you can do is you can program these agents with your workflows, proven templates, proven ad copy, proven landing page designs, everything. Proven workflows. So do this, get this, do this, get this. So you can actually program Manus to do that. It can work pretty well until what I'm about to show you next came along. Okay, welcome to— right, I made a little document for this— to my new tool. I'm gonna stop sharing this for a sec, and I'm going to show you something that you might be wondering, like, what, what is he showing me here? I'll show you something. I just want to check, is, is this, um, useful so far? Yep, we just started, we've just started. Okay, I'm just making sure you're following me. Okay, for sake of time, I'm trying to keep this going. Right, so this is the number one tool that I've discovered. I'm going to show you that I've been using now for a couple of months, okay, and it's changed my life completely. So let me just find it. I use it in a slightly different way. I don't actually use it like this. I think I need to share my whole desktop. But I'll just show you kind of how it looks. Oh, here it is. Okay, all right, you see this? Welcome to Hermes. Okay, Hermes is named after the Hermetic, um, philosopher, the founder of Hermetic philosophy, Hermes Trismegistus. And it really is like a prophet. It's that level of incredibleness. Now, Hermes isn't as sexy looking as Manus, okay, by any means. In fact, actually, how it really— when you first open it outside the box, it comes in this form, right, which is terminal, okay. I'm going to show you what Terminal looks like now. It's going to freak you out. Now, this is where it can get a bit scary, okay, for people who are not techie. But trust me, just trust the process. This is Terminal, okay? And this is how it actually starts. So for most non-techies, you're going to freak out. You're going to be like, there's no way I'm going near that. I can't, I'm not going to touch that. You know, you might switch off. Trust me, I thought that as well. Until I digged a little bit deeper. So actually, when you— if you— who here can copy and paste? Who can copy and paste? Can anyone here copy and paste? You can copy and paste. Fantastic. So to set up Hermes is just a case of copy and paste, okay? You just follow the instructions copy and paste. And what you do is you get it set up, right? After following— if you could follow instructions and copy and paste, you can get it set up very quickly, very fast, like in 20 minutes or less, or even maybe half an hour if you're not so techy with Telegram. And I run my business like this anyway, okay? I message people through WhatsApp or Slack or Telegram. Okay, that's how my business runs. Okay, so I'm not going to show this too long because there's sensitive stuff, but on Telegram you set up multiple profiles. Okay, you have all these profiles. Each profile is a brain for your— for what you want to get done. Okay, I'll just show you quickly again because I turned it off just to show you. Um, if I go to here, you'll see on the left I have these pinned profiles. Okay, I have one for Poo Today, pootoday.com, right? It's my fun app that I built that, um, is for people who, you guessed it, have a hard time going for a poo. All right, here's my top tips. And the reason why I, I built this, okay, was because of the fact that my most viral posts on Instagram— and we have many of them now— they are all, a lot of them, often constipation related. Okay, so I built this page, this whole website, and you can check it out, play with it. It's poo pootoday.com. Unbelievable that I managed to buy that domain name, right? Pootoday.com. How cool is that? But I did it. Okay, if you see it, you can check it out. And did I touch this web page? Did I build anything on it? No. The whole thing, from the emoji itself that I made, everything is produced 100% by Hermes. Okay, right. The only things that's really mine is my, my brain, is my knowledge in the techniques. So I talked it through doing that. So if you get— click on free tool. Anyway, let's just open the techniques right away so you can see. You'll see that there are these 7 techniques. There's one called the Walk of Freedom, so it just guides you through it. Okay, and you— if I click on the zoom controllers there, click on this, it will teach you the technique. Breathe in, breathe out, hold your nose, pinch your nose, hold your breath, walk around holding your breath. It's a maximum effort, and then you repeat. Okay, so once you can't hold any longer, you hit release. Breathe in, breathe out, hold your nose, hold your breath, and so on. It'll go— very simple tool. That's all it needs to be. It doesn't need to be super complicated, right? Um, and then we've got a bunch of them, okay? We've got all these different techniques like the squat trick, deep belly breathing, colon massage, like this. And you can rate the technique once you've done it and you've you found one that works, you can rate it, and then it will make a leaderboard of the techniques. Okay, so this was just a fun idea that I co-created with Hermes. Okay, and I would— this would never have happened before. I've never been able to get this off the ground as quickly as I did. I did this in a couple of hours for fun, right? And just to test this out, and it works. So now it's a working thing. That actually can help a lot of people and solve a lot of, you know, issues with the tissues and at the same time help bring people into the Soma Breath ecosystem. Okay. So these are ways I can get more clients by creating an app like this, something usable, build an email list and then bring them into what I do. Okay. It's just one idea. Okay, I've just shared with you. Okay. All right, just gonna put this down. This Zoom controller takes up so much space. Okay. All right. So do you get it? So, so that was all done by that. Now, the way Hermes works is it runs through Telegram. You talk to it like a human being. Okay. You literally just talk to it like a human being and tell it what you want get done, what your, um, goal is in mind, and it will create a master plan for you and tell you exactly what you need to do and what information you need to give it to execute on what you want done. So what I wanted to do to prepare for this, uh, was I wanted to actually prepare a document that would tell you everything that it can do. All right, so let me just get that document ready. One second, just need to share the screen again. Okay, I'm gonna download the new version. So I added some stuff to it, so— oops. So yeah, so you, you literally, you just talk to it like you would a human being, okay? I have like funny back and forth conversations with it because I've trained it to have the sense of humor of Ricky Gervais and a spiritual guru. If Ricky Gervais was a spiritual guru So that way it has banter. It's hilarious. And it talks to me like it's my mate. I come from the same hometown as Ricky Gervais. If anyone doesn't know who he is, he's like a very famous comedian, really funny, from England. And if you hear his comedy, he's always making fun of our hometown. He's always name-dropping it. It's where I'm from. And so it's hilarious that I can actually train it to have that voice, right? Which is brilliant. So let me just show you this now.
Okay, here it is.
Okay, so you can see this. So these are all the things that Hermes can do. Hermes for human-first coaches, therapists, healers, and facilitators. So, so this is based on my notes that I've been talking about, and what I also fed it was all the problems all of you lot have that you wanted help with. I've also fed it that, okay? So it has now come up with all of the things it can do, all the solutions you can do to make your lives easier, okay? And get more clients, okay? So here we go. Most coaches, therapists, healers, and facilitators did not choose this work because they wanted to live inside a CRM. They— a CRM is a customer relations, uh, manager, okay? They chose it because they care about people. Then the business grows and the practitioner gets pulled into two jobs. One job is the real work—coaching, listening, teaching, facilitating, helping someone move through something. The other job is the machinery around the work—leads, booking links, forms, follow-ups, payments, reminders, content, emails, testimonials, pipelines, and the strange little admin swamp that appears the moment someone says 'Can you send me the link again?' Hermes sits around the practitioner and runs that machinery. The practitioner stays in charge of the relationship, the judgment, the care, and the room itself. Hermes keeps the business moving so the human has more room to be human. All right. The simple promise: Hermes helps practitioners get clients, serve them properly, and stop carrying the whole business in their head. It can support getting leads, replying faster, managing GoHighLevel. Anyone who doesn't know what GoHighLevel is, GoHighLevel is a beast, right? But it's amazing software if you know how to use it for building your web pages, your landing pages, uh, even call centers and so on and so forth. You can do pretty much everything a coaching practitioner needs to run a very successful business on GHL, but it requires someone who knows what they're doing, to run it, to manage it. Used to be a very expensive human. You can now use Hermes, okay, as that human, and you just talk to it through Telegram and tell it what you need, just like you would if you were talking to an outsourcer, right? So it can do all these things, right? Um, booking calls, preparing for sessions, following up after sessions, writing useful content, keeping payments clean, collecting testimonials, showing the practitioner what needs attention today. This is the point. The coach should coach, the therapist should be present, the facilitator should hold the room. Hermes handles the admin gravity around the work. A practitioner can be brilliant with clients and still lose money through basic business leaks. Common leaks: inquiries sit unanswered, People ask about pricing, never hear back properly. DMs get buried. Old leads are forgotten. Discovery calls are not prepared for. Post-call follow-ups happen too late. Payment links are sent manually. Testimonials are never requested. Content depends on random bursts of energy. No-shows are handled awkwardly. The practitioner ends the week with 12 open loops and a mild desire to move to a forest. This is not usually a talent problem. It's an operating system problem. Hermes gives the practitioner a second brain for the business side without touching the human core of the work. Are you getting this? You understanding how powerful this is? So GoHighLevel and CRM support. So this is where it's very powerful. GoHighLevel is powerful. It can also become a digital shed full of half-built funnels, mystery tags, old contacts, broken workflows and calendars nobody trusts. This— welcome to my old world. This was what it was, okay, for a long time, right? It's hard. Even with very talented humans, it can get messy, right? So it's better to have a robot run a robot. That's what I've realized. Her— humans are not robots. Let humans be humans, okay? Let robots run robots. Herbies can set up and, and clean, keep clean pipelines, stages, tags, calendars, forms, surveys, funnels, booking pages, email templates, SMS templates, workflows, payment links, lead source tracking, review requests, missed call text back. The practitioner does not need to become a GHL technician. They need GHL to answer simple questions. Who is new? Who is warm? Who is booked? Who paid? Who needs a reply? Who has gone quiet? What should happen next? Hermes can make that visible. Getting more clients. Hermes can help with the whole client pipeline. Lead capture. So this is good for marketing. Hermes can create and improve consultation booking pages, workshop registration pages, retreat interest forms, quiz funnels, intake forms, waitlists, referral forms, lead magnet pages. The form should do more than collect an email. It should show who the person is, what they want, how ready they are, and what support fits. Fast replies. Speed matters. Person who waits 2 days for a reply often becomes someone else's client. True, right? This is why the dentist friend was like blown away when I showed him automatic, you know, calls the per— it calls the, the, the, the, um, uh, the person who's interested, the lead, within 60 seconds. It calls them and then you have a— it's a conversation with them like it's a human, okay? And it then books an appointment, it schedules the appointment, okay? Hermes can set all this up for you as well. It can do it all for you, all right? That what I just showed you, the example. Than I did for my dentist. Hermes can draft replies for pricing questions, booking questions, is this right for me messages, safety questions, missed calls, DMs, workshop inquiries. The reply can be quick without sounding robotic. This is the sweet spot. Nurture sequences. Most people do not book the first time they hear about practitioner. They need trust, they need clarity, they need a reason to take a step. That's why you need a funnel, right? That's why we have funnels. Okay. So, you know, when somebody opts in, they give the email, they get some free gift in return, right? So free value, maybe a free breathwork session. Okay, then they're added to your list, but then you need to follow up to keep them engaged. Hermes can do that for you. Simple nurture sequences. Day 0, send the resource, give one useful insight. Day 3, share a client pattern or teaching point. Day 5, answer a common objection. Day 7, invite invite them to book. Day 10, check in gently. Day 14, close the loop with something useful. The point is relationship, not pressure. Good follow-up feels like care. Bad follow-up feels like a funnel with teeth. Discovery calls— Hermes can support the full call flow. Booking page copy, pre-call questions, reminders, no-show recovery, reschedule with links, post-call notes, proposal drafts. I mean, the list goes on, it goes on and on, right? Are you getting what I'm saying here, how powerful this is? Hermes does this like a human would. You'd normally spend a lot. Okay, yeah, I know it sounds— I'm gonna get to that bit. Still overwhelming? We're gonna get to that, okay? I'm gonna get, get to that, how to make it less overwhelming. Okay, so normally you'd hire a human being to do all of this. They'll figure all this out, right? But it's not that hard. You, you only need about 20% of what it's telling you here to run a very successful business. You don't need to do all of it. All right. So, you know, after a call, Hermes can create a call summary, offer recommendations, follow-up emails, CRM notes, next action, pipeline updates. These are all the things that certification people don't tell you, right? They give you the certification, but then they have to get on with it. They're going to tell you what it takes to actually grow a business. I'm telling you what it takes to grow a real functioning business, not just another certification on your wall. A lot of people like a certificate, uh, collectors, they love having them on their wall, but they don't have any clients. So what's the point? I'm showing you how to get clients, but we're going to show you how to make it less overwhelming in a bit. Okay. Okay. Old leads reactivation. Um, So anyway, we're going deep, too deep here. Um, marketing without becoming a content machine. So Hermes can turn the practitioner's real work into marketing. That matters because the best content usually comes from a question client asked, a pattern that keeps showing up, a teaching point from a session, a story from the practitioner's own experience, an objection people keep saying out loud, a small practice that actually helps, right? I've actually while, uh, you guys are all doing the webinar, I got all of the questions. Monica helped me with this, get all the screenshots of all the questions, all the screenshots, send it to Hermes, and it made an entire list of all the questions that you, you have asked in this entire presentation so far. And with that, I can now create all the answers to it and also make this whole webinar way more interesting for you, okay? Because it's so solving your problems that you're asking. Okay, um, so, you know, voice notes into business assets. So you, you just talk. You can, you can talk, right? You just speak from your mind. Don't worry about it being edited or anything or perfect. Just brain dump all your ideas. If you're a typer, type it all out, give it to Hermes and tell it to make sense of it. Okay, and it will, it will do it. It will sort sort it out, organize it, and make it something useful. Like the ultimate personal assistant. So it can turn a voice note into an email, a social post, a workshop outline, a landing page section, a meditation script, a client resource, a video script. The practitioner speaks naturally, Hermes shapes into something useful, right? Usable. Offer clarity. Many practitioners know the work but struggle to package it. A lot of people struggle with this. They know the work, but they don't know how to actually turn it into something sellable. We, we train you on all of this actually as part of the certification when you join BIG, our Breathwork Instructor Global membership, which costs the same as a pizza these days every month, right? We give you continuous professional development and it will train you on all of this. It will show you the ropes on all of this. And it's really the most valuable thing you'll ever do. If you join Summer Breath and just did big, right, for a few months, you'll know more than most people teaching these $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 mastermind groups. You're going to get more value just in that when it comes to this, like what I'm showing you here, right? So you can do all this stuff with copy. Um, you can build websites, sites, landing pages. A good practitioner page should answer: Do you understand me? Can you help with this? What happens in a session? Is this safe? What does it cost? How do I book? Hermes can help with the hero sections, bios, offer pages, session descriptions, so on, so much. It just goes on and on and on, the amount of help it can give you, right? So onboarding, right? So if you need to onboard new clients, It can create all the welcome emails, intake forms, waivers, consent forms. You can make a quiz page where people fill out a document on your web page, right, to sign up for your work, right? Um, so before a session, client history, previous notes, say goals, open loops, homework, care notes. Most people don't do any of this. I'm telling you, most instructors or coaches, they're not disorganized, right? This is really— this is giving you the entire blueprint if you want to be a 7-figure kind of coach, right? You need— you should do all this stuff. But most people don't do any of this. They just— they still get by, they do all right. But if you do all this, and it's not that hard anymore because you've got the guide here, this blueprint, you just get it done by something else, right? A machine. It's so much easier, okay? And then your, your income is going to go up. Your, your, the amount of clients you've got is going to go up. The clients are going to rave about you because they're going to be like, wow, this person really cares. He's put so much effort into, or she has put so much effort into hearing me. And, and, um, and you know, and you'll, you'll read this information and you'll know your client way better because you wouldn't have thought of maybe all of this stuff for onboarding and preparing a client. Right. So, and then after sessions, personalized recap, key insights, practice and repeat, journaling prompts, next steps. So you can make a PDF or even a video. It can even create video presentations that you send, right, in your voice as well, if you want, to your client. That's like a summary of their session. Okay. It's so cool. So if you're doing a coaching session, you can send them an amazing summary, okay, without having to write it all out yourself. Okay. So it can just do everything. Okay. It can manage your calendar, can manage your inbox like a PA would. Right. It can draft emails for you if you want in your voice. It will train itself on the last 200 emails that you've written if you want, whatever you set, it'll train it and it'll write the email responses way better than you. Tell you why. Like, I don't know about you, but sometimes you've written emails and you regret sending it because you're in a bad mood? You said something a bit abrupt. It wasn't polite. You know, you made full of typos or it just wasn't communicated from the heart, right? Have you ever done that because you've been angry or stressed that day? Ever felt that, right? I've done that. Okay. Especially when you're sending out a lot of messages to people. This can actually do it for you in your voice. But always be nice. I always say the right thing so it doesn't ever come across the wrong way, because even if you're in a bad mood, that's really big. And you can obviously tweak the draft, right, and then change it so there's more in your voice if you don't like it. But it can do it for you, right? That saves a lot of hassle, and it means you send emails that connect more as well. So it can organize your inbox. Like you— it can go onto your desktop. Who here has got gazillions of folders on their desktop and files, and their doc— the downloads folder is just unbelievable mess? Anyone resonate with that? Yep. My, my desktop, I couldn't see a pixel of the background image. I had so many files on there, I couldn't see even a pixel. But Hermes went in there and organized the whole thing, put into all folders, went into the Downloads folder, completely organized out my movies, everything. It just organized everything. And I'm like, wow, now things are actually— I can find things. It's amazing. That's huge. Okay. It can help with your money side, your finances, your statements, your accounts. It can do what an accountant does. It can do all your bookkeeping, right? Um, so every day you can have a command center. Which tells you who is new, who needs a reply, who booked, who missed a call, who owes a payment, what content is due, which opportunity is warm, right? Um, it can help with, uh, weekly growth, you're running your group workshops, retreats, schedules, and stuff like that. It can help build communities, membership sites, right? It's, um, Minimal Viable Client Machine. So this is, um, This is now telling you how to do a streamlined version. Minimal Viable Client Machine. This is for you to attract clients. So one clear offer page, one booking calendar, one intake form, one consultation reminder sequence, one post-follow-up sequence, one nurture sequence for people who are not ready yet, one testimonial review request flow, one reactivation campaign for all leads, one— so just simple. This is simple. These are the basics. This is really easy to set up, right? But it will just do it for you, okay? For it, it's very easy setup. Even with a human, it can take ages, but with this, it will do it in like half an hour, right? Properly. So Eva tells you like ethical guidelines. Hermès should be configured with firm boundaries. Never diagnose, never replace clinical judgment, never make medical claims, never pressure people with fake scarcity, never exploit vulnerability, a vulnerable client language. Never send sensitive replies without approval. Never impersonate the practitioner without review. So you could put in all these guardrails, so it will never— it will always do what you want it to do, right? And because it's not a human being, it is going to stick to that, right? It won't break the rules. That's the thing with software, okay? It will follow the rules, right? But with humans, you never know. They have a bad day, they might make mistakes. Okay, I mean, Hermes might make the odd mistake, but you'll never make any guardrail mistake. It might make a mistake on putting a banner in the wrong position or saying a line and, you know, some copy that's not right, you know, so, so forth. Okay, but it would never make a hardcore mistake if you have guardrails. Okay, is this helpful? Is this useful, right? So it's going to help you, as a summary, have cleaner operations, better follow-up, more trust, more clients, more time doing the actual work. This is a human-first angle. Now, the important bit. How much does it cost? Just imagine you had a 24/7 personal agent that runs your business and does everything for you, pretty much. That a human can do on your desktop. How much do you think that costs? Okay, you ready? Nobody's, nobody's guessing. Can it do taxes? Yes, it does my taxes, it does my invoices, does all of it. Priceless. Yep. £30? You're cheap. £47 a month? Uh, actually, the person who gets first gets, gets a prize. I'm just going to throw in a prize for fun. Jessica. All right, zero. It costs zero. Nothing. It costs zero. It's open source. Course, is zero. It's free. It's crazy. Now there is a catch. There's a catch. The actual Hermes itself is free, but you need a model to run it. Okay, so the model is the brain, right? That's, that's the— sorry, Hermes is like the brain. The model is the, is the AI part of it. Okay, it's the, the super intelligence. That does all the calculation, reasoning, and coding and all that. Okay, now who's got a ChatGPT Pro subscription? All of you. How much does that cost? 20 bucks a month. There we go. So right now, the ultimate setup for Hermes for what you need, not for me— I, I'm a bit more like down the rabbit hole. I'm, I've, I'm also running a big company, right? I'm, I'm no longer just serving clients, so I'm on a different scale. I'm building apps and hardcore technology and all this crazy stuff for SoMo Breath. I need something a bit more advanced, but for just $20 a month, or whatever it is for a, um, Claude— sorry, or Claude, you can use Claude, Claude, or, um, uh, ChatGPT. The recommendation is ChatGPT Codex. Codex, it comes included with the subscription, and that is so powerful. Codex is so insanely powerful that you would never need more than the $20 a month for, for your needs, for, for this space. Unless you start to go a bit more advanced, you might need to upgrade to maybe the $100 a month plan, right? But seriously, like, if you see the stuff I'm doing and I'm just spending the— I've just got the Max ChatGPT subscription, okay? I'm not spending that much. Then you obviously have to spend for the tools that you— if you use GoHighLevel, I think that's $97 a month, right? It's not much. Um, and then there's other things, there's other tools. So the actual cost of the technology isn't that much. What does cost— and this is where it gets to what I want to say— what costs is trying to figure it all out. That takes your time. As I said, you can ask Hermes what to do, what you need to do. To get your goal. So Hermes can teach you everything, but still there's another level of intelligence that is needed, and that is experience. So what I have, right, as an advantage, and our instructors, is that we've been doing SOAR Breath for like 9 years. So we've learned a lot about marketing, the processes, the funnels, the tactics, the strategies. I have a wife, right, used to be the head of marketing with Mindvalley. My wife is a genius. I'm blessed. She's a genius in many levels. Marketing, she's ultra genius. And she took my Instagram from 30K followers last year to now 200 and what, 70-something is, right? In like 8 months. So that's a different intelligence. AI cannot do what she does. AI cannot, like, repeat that. That's— but that— there is a, there is a pattern that she has that is reputable. She uses AI, right, as well. So what she has is workflows and tactics, okay? And then from John Davie, Marissa Peer, who's built this massive therapy company, they have mass amazing workflows. They have, they figured out a lot about marketing and how pages should look and style design and everything. So they have workflows, they have intelligence, they have IP on that. Same with ourselves with Soar Breath, right? We have that. We have this intelligence of knowing what to get to the end result. That you want, knowing what to do to get to the end result. We did all of that. We've done years of experience. This is the thing that AI won't be able to do, but it will do that, all the other work for you. So if you— what you have to build with Hermes is a mind for a brain, right? If you can build the brain, that is all of the, the best practices. They're called SOPs in a way. It can work it out for you as well. It can generate them for you. Right? But to get to the level that we've got at, you would need our brain or intelligence. The only way you can get hold of that— because what we're going to be doing is we're going to be, um, offering to our instructors first, um, a genetic, um, uh, upgrade where they could have all this set up for them, and then it will have all of our brain already built into theirs, and then literally they just, they're off to the races straight away, right? They just, they just start talking, chatting to the homies. So we're going to build this out for our instructors first as a pilot. Now, who would be interested in something like this? Like, this is going to save you so much stress in your lives. Yeah, who's excited about this, right? Right now. Okay. I don't understand how you combine ChatGPT with Herbies. What's Chat's role? So, okay, this is where we need to explain a little bit jiggery-pokery. So, so ChatGPT is an LLM, right? It's a, it's, it's, it's one of the, it's the first one that was out on the market. In a big way, right? That's why everyone's using it. So what you see, ChatGPT is an interface. When you go to chatgpt.com or wherever it is, it's an interface that is running on an LLM, which is ChatGPT 5.5. Now using a little bit of a tunnel bridge type thing, a little, it's called an API. Okay. I don't know how best to describe it, but that little bridge Okay, allows agents to plug into it to use the power of ChatGPT 5.5 for building, design, reasoning, and everything. So Herme still needs a brain. Uh, it's not, it's not even brain really. It's, it needs the, it needs a model. It's called a model. Right, an LLM for it to function. And you could choose any one that you want. You have access to every single one. So unlike on ChatGPT, you're just stuck to ChatGPT. And with ChatGPT, you're also pretty much limited to the chat and a bit— it's a little bit agentic now, it's getting better, but you can't— and it's, you know, you can't do all the stuff I'm talking about with ChatGPT. You can't automate all these processes that I've got. It's not going to go and run your HighLevel for you. It won't do that, right? So you need a model. So the best models at the moment is ChatGPT Codex and Opus 4.6. They're the most powerful. Then there's some free ones, like super cheap ones, like DeepSeek. Okay, it's a super— it's free now with Herbies. Herbies is built Noose, a company called Noose, and they have their own portal for all their, their models. And they have offered this one called Deepseek, which literally is free. So you could run this for free as well. And that would be even pretty much powerful enough to run a coaching business. Okay, I need ChatGPT because it's a bit more powerful for what I need because it's tech. Okay, so Do you get that? So this is, this is, um, let me just— how much time have we got? How much time we got?
Well, we're a little over time. I know Claudia did have to step away. She's going to rest. She has her, her event tomorrow. But on the sessions, the timing, we have about 30 minutes left to the scheduled end.
Okay, yeah, well, I'm getting to the end of this. I just wanted to show you a little bit of um, just demonstrate, um, what's possible. Okay, so, uh, I'll just show you some ideas of that I put together. So you saw Poo today. I'll show you another one quickly that I did, um, because, uh, I wanted to do it for fun. So hold on. But not only fun, I wanted to actually solve a problem that I discovered. So I discovered there was a problem, okay? Um, my daughter loves— she loves bedtime stories. She just loves it. She loves stories. So, you know, I tell a pretty good story, okay? But then I decided to research for story ideas, okay? And I saw there's a huge problem of parents not knowing how to come up with stories that were interesting, but at the same time that didn't corrupt their kids' minds. I was reading Hansel and Gretel the other day, right? And I was like, this is the most evil story. It's horrible. It's such a bad story. It's like, I wouldn't want to read that to my kid. And then I looked at things like Peppa Pig, and I'm like, this is just nonsense too. I was like, what if I could generate amazing stories, right? And, and then this will help me build a following of parents, okay, who may want to do some breath, right? So, welcome to PillarTail.app, okay? So this will generate magical bedtime stories your child actually wants to hear, right? But we'll also, okay, seed positive manners. You can choose, you can have, um, here I'll show you. Here you can choose, uh, manners. You can choose here, you could choose your type of stories or adventure, values and kindness, manners, educational, personal development, guided imagery, affirmations. And I went for the religions as well— Christian, Hindu, Islamic. Buddhist, or universal. All right, um, and you can choose a voice. You could choose my voice, you can choose some really premium voices that sound just like me telling a story. It's crazy. And I just made a website and it works. Okay, it's crazy. And I use it sometimes with Anastasia, like, you know, when I'm really tired and she's like not, you know, being really really that obedient, as it were, and she's just like all over the place. I like put that on in the background and it will start to calm her down, and then slowly she'll fall asleep. And sometimes I just read out the story myself, right? So it's amazing how it works. And I just came up with an idea, I got Hermes to research the idea, and it's helped me build this. All right, so that's pretty cool, little use case. So look, I think we've covered a lot of ground there. I don't want to overwhelm you, but the way we can make this not so overwhelming, it's two ways, is one, to be a part of a community like us where we do all the live training. You have community that you can chat with, speak with it, you trust, you have mentors, they're using these tools, so you get your answers to your questions, right? If you— Hermes can't solve it, they'll help you. All right. We also will be bringing out a setup service. Okay. This is what me and Marissa Peer's company are teaming up on, more of a done-for-you service. Okay. Plus you get the intelligence of our years of experience plugged in. That's if you become— this is only for our instructors. You have to become an instructor and you have to join BIG, and then you'll get access as we roll this out, uh, ongoing. And I'm telling you right now, AI is like— it's a revolution, right? It's a— it's like, you know, it really is like the Messiah, right? Terence McKenna, who I love, said the internet's the Messiah. I actually think it's AI technology. It can— it can be the devil, but it can also be like a prophet, right? It can be the, the thing that can just change your life, right? Free your life. Okay, I've always been looking for how do I help people free their lives. I don't want to get people more trapped. I want them to be more free so they can be more human, right? So these are all things we're going to start rolling out, um, and I know some of you instructors are very excited about this. Okay, so bear with me. It's going to be— take me a little bit of time just to get it all set up behind the scenes, but not a lot because I've got Hermes, all right, who's going to help me do it. So any questions? We've got 30 minutes left. We're going to run through now like what it— what the next steps are, the career progression of being a SoulReth instructor or transformational coach. And I just want to just check in, was that exciting? Was that exciting? Facilitators included. It's going to be part of BIG. So it's not just instructors, it's the facilitators, instructors, and coaches. Yes. So much. So much. 100%. I love the name BIG. This is beyond amazing. Yes, yes, yes. I'm excited. Beautiful. Yes, and overwhelming. Yes, it is overwhelming at first. When you do anything new, it's overwhelming. It is. It's just— that's natural, so normal. Like, anything you try that you— is unknown, you're going to be a bit overwhelmed at first. Nothing is— nothing good, or let's say great, is ever super easy. It's never totally easy, right? But Hermes makes it so much more easier because it will tell you what to do. Okay, that's the thing. It will explain everything it's doing to you, right? You have a conversation like it's a human being. Okay, great. Um, yes, there you go. Can you provide step-by-step setup Hermes with ChatGPT? Boom. There you go. There you go. That's all you're gonna do. Ask your chat, GBC. So I've literally given you away a tool that is quite new. Not many people know about this yet. It's, it's— you're going to be hearing it even more and more and more and more because this is one thing I've just got, this gift. Like, I spot trends way before they are massive worldwide global trends. I did this with drum and bass music in 1999. Now it's a huge industry of its own, right? And nobody used to go to it, man. It was like 200 people at a club. We turned that into a massive organization. Then, um, uh, Wim Hof. Wim Hof. I knew he was going to be massive. Boom. Um, breathwork. Right? I've been doing it way before it was cool to be a breathwork instructor, back in 2012, right? Um, and look at it now, right? Mindvalley, okay? I was into Mindvalley around that time too, and it became one of the biggest companies in the world, right? So like, I just had this knack for trends, and the trend that is really popular right now, there's a mental mental health explosion in the, uh, world. Okay, we're going through a tough time, right? There's crazy threats of war, more pandemics, there's all this nonsense going on, crazy politicians, we have no idea what they're going to do, right? So there's all this going on, that's overwhelming. Okay, so it's more important than ever now to be self-sufficient, to have less overheads, to help you be more human so you can get out there and tackle this huge problem in this world, which is a huge opportunity where you can actually get paid to help save the world. There's never been a time like there is now. They— at scale, you can actually get paid a decent amount of money because you should. It's energy in exchange to help people and save people's soul. At scale, right? We have the tools. Summer Breath has the tools. We have the, we have the method. We have the gold standard certification, Cambridge University. We have the technology now. We have Hermes. You have an insane founder like me who's so into this stuff, like, he's so passionate that he just gives you everything he knows, right? And just tries to make it easy for you to understand. You have all of this in Soar Breath. We're a crazy ecosystem of amazing, uh, high-energy, super vibe people who are all on this mission, all dedicated to make you successful. That's all we think about day in, day out. That's all we care about. So I'm always looking for innovation. How do we help you do more with less, right? To do more with less stress, less overwhelm. Okay, so So that's soma breath. So I think today has been an amazing introduction to the world of soma breath, right? So what I want to do now is just go through any questions people might have. And if anyone wants to ask a question, feel free to ask live. Okay, go for it.
I'm going to encourage you to raise your hand using the react button if you want to ask a question, and then we'll be able to pick them in a priority sequence. While we wait for you to formulate your questions, I do want to say one thing. For one, I just hopped in. I had a chance to, uh, to rest before coming here. Uh, it is 4 in the morning, but I wanted to get a chance to join and say hi. And one thing I wanted to say, Niraj Naik, is that I know that I was one of the most resistant people to AI, right? You— I mean, I've been running A Soul Above Breath and Niraj has just been at the forefront of technology and I'm like, wait, I'm younger than Niraj. I should be someone that's doing this technology space. And I've always had a very human-first approach in everything I do. And then Niraj actually showed me how to use AI in the proper way and how I was able to actually reclaim my humanity. And one thing I find is most exciting around all the tools at the level that they are now and the way that we've used it and I've learned through Niraj Naik Naik is that— who here believes in manifesting, by the way? Who here sees like manifesting is something we should nurture, we should focus on? It's something that when you actually have a vision and you want to create your life, you want to create, you know what you want to see be brought into the world. It's a very powerful tool to have, but sometimes there seems to be something in the way. And I feel for like the last 20 years, those who truly were able to manifest powerfully were just really good at marketing. Like they were able to just get people to come on board with their vision. And one of the things I find the most exciting is— let me ask another question. Who here is very heart first and wants to serve? And like your priority is that you want to actually transform lives? Selling and the marketing is not your primary. It's a byproduct of you wanting to be focused on the love you want to give to people, the transformation. And here's the thing that I've noticed. And guys, I'm a salesperson. I love sales and I see it as an energy exchange and a way to support and give love to people when you serve them. AI is for the first time leveling the playing field between those who are successful just because they're great marketers, everyone is now a great marketer. So then why do you choose one versus the other? It's who has the biggest heart, who cares more. Honestly, this is what's exciting about AI. I was resisting it. Niraj Naik, you showed me the other way. And what I'm most excited is that finally you don't need to be an expert at that checklist that you showed, which everyone was watching. I looked at people's those cameras, they're all like, this seems like a lot. I feel like it's a lot. I didn't understand how powerful the AI can be when it's set up. It's way less intimidating than it looks, and it's just gone to a point where it is a level playing field for those who care. There is a path. And so sorry for my little rant, but this, this is what gets me excited about this whole movement. Okay, there's lots of hands risen. I'm going to go back to the background and let you—
Yeah, it's amazing. And what I want to say, okay, if Hermes seems a little bit overwhelming for some of you, you can start with Manus. That would be the first place to start, right? Manus is much more like a Mac. It's the Mac version. Okay, so it's beautiful, slick. It costs a lot more money. It's more expensive, but it will get the job done for you, right? Then you can move on to something more like what looks more complicated, like Hermes, but it actually isn't. Trust me, it's super easy. If you can copy and paste, you can do it. All right, so let's start with Kate. Hello.
Hiya.
Let me just—
do I need to— oh no, I'm done. Um, I asked this question earlier and it goes right back to the start of the day. So, um, one of the contraindications was epilepsy.
So I have controlled epilepsy, but the contraindication freaks me out so much it makes me think, should I do it or not?
There was somebody earlier who posted that they have epilepsy and they found Soothe Breath actually is the thing that helps solve it, to keep to the ground it, to stabilize it. I don't know if they're still listening right now. Maybe you want to share a little bit about how it's helped you if you're still here listening. But see, this epilepsy is a tricky one because there's many different forms and you never know what's going to trigger an epileptic reaction. So for our own bacon, right, we have, you know, we have to put it as a contraindication. Like, it's not because of anything that is 100% known, right? It's we have to do it for legal reasons, that's all. So again, so something you have to take your own, uh, advice on from your medical doctor yourself. You're going to know yourself better than anyone else. Yeah. All right, thanks. But somebody did post earlier, um, that, uh, that it helped them. That's the one thing that helped them. It was actually a response to your question. I saw it earlier, so I remember that.
Oh, okay, cool. Thank you.
If you scroll up, you might see it. Okay, cool. Cheers. Cheers, Kate. All right, here we go. Lawrence.
Hey there. Hey, buddy. Hey, I'm actually so grateful for this call. I signed up for Summer Breathwork in 2021, actually, and I did it for a little while and I really enjoyed the benefits. And then life happened and now I'm back. I'm stepping into coaching and found my path a lot since since that point. And yeah, and so yeah, now I'm really looking into marketing and getting this going. And I was just wondering, like, what are the best steps to, like, interact with BIG to really, like, be more a part of this community?
So, well, the— are you joined BIG yet? Yeah. Okay, the best step is actually to go through all the onboarding steps to you know, start using it. We are actually going through a bit of a facelift on Big as well to make it even more step by step. Um, but we have the music library. So what most people do is they use it for the music library to, to get their tracks, right? But then there's the marketing tools. So there's templates, there's copy, there's the, these tools like I shared, like the ChatGPT copy generator. There's my digital twin that you can ask questions to, right? So that can help a lot actually, Digital Twins. So best place is just to go in and just start browsing through, look at the different modules, watch some of the marketing training videos. There's a lot of marketing training videos inside BIG2. Yeah, maybe Jason. Yeah, that'd be cool to show. Hey there.
I just wanted to bring this up, Florence. You got, you got here an image inside of Bigg that's your orientation based on if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. And it tells you exactly what you can focus on and what are the things you can really do as an instructor when you want to get started and you feel that level of overwhelm. So this is actually found right inside of Bigg. It's a navigation roadmap from Bigg. Steve and Whitney put it together. And honestly, it's one of the best things for you to look at if you go into the general announcements. You'll see in the featured section a roadmap for BIG. That's a great place to start. Awesome.
And we are trying to make BIG even more because it's big and BIG is big. We're trying to make it a bit more easy to navigate. So you'll watch, you'll see a lot of evolutions of BIG over the next few weeks.
Awesome. Yeah, I appreciate it.
Thank you for this time. Cheers, Laurence. Respect. Okay, Hector. Oh, it's on mute. Yeah, there we go. Hi, yeah, thanks.
So I was wondering, with Soma Breath, I love the fact that you could do it with corporates and adults, but is there something—
I'm really thinking of schools, so Junior Soma Breath Junior. Can you do this with children? Is there an age limit? And how does that work? So yeah, so somebody asked this earlier, right? So with kids If they can understand your instructions, if they could follow, then they could start that age. Right. But I found that my 3-year-old won't pay attention for long enough, more than 3 seconds. So, um, so I recommend around 11 is the age when kids start to really follow what you're doing enough to actually get any benefits out of it. Right. But what you can do is teach the grounding breathing techniques. So like the pranayama techniques for calming down, relaxing, going to sleep, you know, controlling emotions and all of that. Around 4 years old is when they start to— like, my daughter's already using some time, sometimes.
Yeah, I'm really thinking schools because the area I'm in, you know, I approached a couple of schools and they said you can go in and do a couple of sessions with the mental health kind of section. So the children that are doing therapy, they're looking for, you know, just something like that, I think, is what I was thinking.
11. Yeah, 100%. Yeah. Well, I— at Mindvalley, at Mindvalley, I get asked to teach the kids there. They have these, uh, Mindvalley University events where they have these, um, uh, workshops for kids. Like, the kid— the parents drop off the kids and it's like a university for the kids. It's amazing. And I remember I did the young group of like, I think it starts from 6 till 12, and they actually loved it, especially I Love My Life. They love the music, they love dancing, shaking, and then they actually did the breathing. Like, actually they really like the re— like majority of the kids. At first it was, I had to do it like a role of trying to get them. It's like hurting Cats, right? It's impossible. But I managed in the end and I got them to actually do a breath session, like a daily dose for about— I think it was 12 minutes or 11 minutes, and they loved it and they gave me really good feedback. So they were even saying they're seeing colors and stuff. So yeah, it can work. And I know there's people in our community, instructors who are working with kids right now. Lovely.
Thank you for that. Thank you.
Nice one. Super cool. All right, Maha.
Hi, Niraj. Hi, everybody. Hello. Thank you. Thank you so much for this. Thank you. Thank you. I just have a question regarding the other day after you did what you did with Kelly, the— with Niraj Naik Naik. I went and did mine. And it was mind-blowing. Uh, it gave me a breakdown of everything. Like, it was crazy. But now I'm so interested in Hermes as well because I built a sales page a while ago. I ended up crying. It was like, I finished it, it took me a long time, it was so stressful. And I think that what you're doing now is amazing, it helps a lot. But my question is, can I— how can I link both, like, the Niraj Naik let's say, the story and everything that, that came already with Hermes, or do I have to repeat everything now when I like to— sorry, to feed it everything again?
Can you copy and paste? Yeah, all you have to do— so all you have to do is you just take your ChatGPT, the link of the, um, the output. So you just— well, let me show you actually, let me just show you. So because I got his here, so you just, um, I actually did this in Manus to show, um, in real time, uh, remember with Kelly on the call.
It was cut, my call was cutting like too many times. I happily, I just, uh, joined at the Hermes as well. Like I was, it was steady when I was on the Hermes side, uh, apart, I mean.
Okay, well, let me just, um, load this up again. Hold on. So it's here. So you just do this. It's very simple, okay? You go in here, right? And you get the answer. Kelly's answer was here, right? Okay, you go over here, up here to the top, and up here it says share. Yeah, so you share the whole thing. You just share it in there and say, look, I made this on ChatGPT, I wanna, um, you know, whatever you want to do with it, you just tell it. Or you could even say, tell me what I can do with this, uh, to use it. All right. So you just share here and you just take a link, copy. I already did this in Manus, so I went to Manus, right? Um, there's my Manus. Okay, here you can see my shiny new SoRef app I've developed. It's way better.
When is it gonna be out, by the way?
We're working on— we're just, uh, doing user tests with the community. It's really cool. We— it's got a global coherence where it will tell you how many people are breathing at the same time. And it's got this rhythm that goes on, on a loop forever. And it will tell you all the people breathing at the same time. That works like a dream. It will measure your hypoxia levels. It's fantastic.
Niraj Naik Naik, what you're doing is fascinating. I think a lot of people still don't, don't see that yet. I don't know.
And you know what? Most people won't. Most people, 99% of people will, will look at this and not do anything with it because it's too overwhelming, or they're scared, or they just get distracted. And the 1% will take action, and they are going— there's gonna be such a big curve, uh, learning a difference between those who use AI and those who are being used by it, if you know what I mean. It's going to be huge. Like, if they don't jump on it now, and most people won't, it's just the way is. And I know you're a doer, you take action, you, you're present, you're on it, and you're already doing it. So you're gonna be great, you're gonna crush it. So yeah, so let me just find— where's it gone? Okay, marketing plan. Okay, so what I did here was, as the world's greatest business marketing and design specialist, using this information, I about my perfect brand filter for my Sarah Breath Coaching business. Give me an entire executable marketing plan and strategy where I will want you to eventually build my website, my course, and all my marketing content like reels, scripts, videos, presentations, sales pages. I also want you to recommend all the additional tools and services I should get to reach my goals faster and easier. I want the least amount of effort for the best results possible. Read this entire chat. Boom. Does the whole thing. And it tells you what we should build next: your website, your course, ReelScript, sales page, webinar slide deck, blah blah blah. Manus is really easy to use, by the way. They've made it so easy to use.
I don't know why I feel more, uh, more— I want to go to Hermes, to be honest. I don't know why I felt more, uh, okay.
Hermes is more expandable. You can do way more Yeah. With it, you're more free with it.
So like that, like that, when you, when you copy everything from Niraj Naik, I don't need to, to go, to go back and forth because after it did what, yeah. Okay, good. It gave me like my niche.
Mm. It's already done it. Look, it's already, wow. It's already created it. I'll keep you posted on that. Yeah. So Manus is amazing. I love Manus. Hermes is my new, my new lover, right? It used to be Manus. I kind of do them both. Look, I'm using both right now. I use them both. It's like I'm kind of having an effect.
I want to try to find one place, so I'm not all over the place, you know, because I get distracted easily. So yeah, I, I will go for those of you.
So if those of you got a bit of a budget and don't want more so much overwhelm with setting up some of Hermes, use Manus. I posted the link already to get it. For those of you who are more tech savvy, but you don't need to be, it's just copy and paste. Hermes is way more expandable. You can do so much more with it.
All right, so Manus is expensive. If, if just a question before you go on, Niraj Naik, Manus is expensive even if you're not building that much, or because you said you paid a lot? Okay. No, no, it won't be that expensive.
Like, it might cost you $200 or $300 a month.
Oh, okay. Okay, great. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it.
Nice one. Cheers. Okay, Carl. Carrie. Sorry, Carrie.
Hi. I think you just were sort of answering the questions. Can you hear me?
Yeah, my camera just ran out of battery, so I need to— I know, I was like, I'm missing something here.
Yeah.
Oh, okay, it's back on, it's back on. Okay, it's back on. Don't worry. Um, okay, so I—
yeah, I was on the call on Thursday and, um, I took the script that you had created with Kelly's and, um, and then plugged that into Manus. And yeah, it brought me to tears because I was like, the thing that I've struggled with when it's come to is the wording coming with what to ask, the prompts. And I've been in the coaching world forever and I still could never figure out how to create all of that. And that, you know, it took me like 2 or 3 days to go through it and to really answer it honestly. And correctly. And then there was a little bit that I just recorrected about an hour ago, or I mean added to it. But, um, amazing. Like, so thank you very much for creating that particular script that you did, those questions that you asked, um, or yeah, you created, uh, that was like the most brilliant plug and play. And it's amazing to see the answers that you get back, and the, the ease and the pleasure in it. And it makes me feel powerful to be able to move forward and not, not just this spinning the wheels kind of place. And to do— and when I, when I feel a little overwhelmed, you know, like you're mentioning all this stuff, then I'm like, okay, just come back to the breath and just come back to, you know, a place of centering. And I'm like, okay, I got this. So the one thing that I was thinking was you were mentioning Manas first, and then you mentioned the Hermes. Um, so I did plug it, uh, you know, I pasted and copied and put it into Manas, and then I just started playing with it, ask going to create a, you know, like a landing page and stuff. Um, I'm a little confused on what you just said, that the cost-wise, because I thought you said Hermes was free.
No, I was talking about MADIS. MADIS cost.
MADIS cost. Yeah. Um, so if I just take the stuff, I know that you're saying that you sort of like both, but, um, if I just take and move everything over from Manus because you used— I was looking at like the $20 version a month, but it sounds like maybe I should just move it over, over into—
try— no, try Manus, see how you get on with just the $20 a month. Like, you, you're not doing the level of stuff that I'm doing, probably. Like, I'm doing crazy amounts of stuff, right? So you, you might get away with, um, spending less. like on the $100 a month maybe, you know. But at least with Manus, it's so much easier to use and it keeps getting better. Um, it's also— plug— is, is owned by Meta. I don't know, actually Meta's deal fell through, but they have very good integrations with Instagram. Yeah, yeah. So that can really help with things. Um, and Manus is like a Mac, you know. Macs are like outside the— out of the box, they work. It's like having a Mac version of that, what I just talked about. Hermes is a bit more open source, like it's more plugging in stuff, right? But it— as long as you can follow instructions, Hermes is also easy. So I— it's like, try it, try them both. I try everything. Okay, I, I just test everything until I find the things that work. As I said, I still have Manus on the side for quick things I might want to do when my Hermes is writing loads of stuff at the same time. Yeah.
Well, thank you for presenting this and, uh, uh, feels a little overwhelming, but, um, but it's doable. Um, and it's, um, it, I think it'll bring a lot of ease to, um, to building, you know, business and not getting hung up on all the, all the words and all the building and all the shit. Cause I've, you know, being in the coaching world for years, that's where I see a lot of people stop.
So thank you, I appreciate it. Like, from all the experience that we've had, like, with thousands of instructors now, the number one blocker people have is taking action on getting clients. So all of those things that are listed in that document, like, just stumbling on the first few of them, people who just can't seem to get past the copy, the landing page, the opt-in, building a list, and the basic marketing stuff that you need to do online, right? But imagine if you didn't have to worry about that ever again, right? Imagine if that's taken care of you. Then the only excuse left is like your own inner game to step out and be a coach, right? And help people. But a lot of the marketing stuff can be taken care of now. And you have our community as well. This is for everybody. I'm saying this. We have the community that can help you, right? Support you and engage with you. And, you know, I'm— my biggest trauma, okay, it's, it's not really the pharmacy job. It's when I outsourced the marketing for a big rave that I put on in my late 20s when I was trying to escape my pharmacy job and I outsourced the marketing to a very expensive my own agency, cocked it all up, and I lost thousands and thousands of pounds. And I was in debt to my uncle. And it hurt me so bad because I felt like such a failure. And that spiraled me down. And that's one of the things that affected my autoimmune disease. Right. And what triggered the autoimmune? There's a bunch of traumas at the same time. So I always said I'm never, ever going to just outsource, blindly outsource the marketing again. I'm going to learn how everything works, then I will outsource it. And, you know, so I think it's really important everybody understands the basics. So what I've tried to do is to make, to really drill that home, the importance of learning marketing. I know it sounds like a dirty, horrible word, like advertising, marketing, but really it just, it's just your communication communication mechanism for getting clients to— so you can serve more people. It's all it is. And it's just the art of communication through a digital format that you need to master that will help you get more clients at scale, right? So once you just understand this, right, it's just— it becomes fun, right? I love it now. I'm passionate about it. And that's why I put so much effort into training our instructors this side. We'd have big for a reason. We don't just give you a certification and let you deal with it. No, we're like, no, we want you to be successful. We really want you to be successful. Yeah, someone says, so many entrepreneur friends of mine also spend thousands on marketing without positive outcome. That's why it's so important. You know that first tool I showed you, that marketing strategy? If you get that right, those questions I gave you are tried and tested marketing formulas. So what we will provide for you, and this is our secret sauce because Hermes is free, MADIS is another software, I don't own that, right? Like, what we will give you is formulas that you plug into Hermes. It will already come with these formulas. You'll know exactly the right questions to ask you to deliver the kind of content you need to, right, to attract the exact people you need. Because people usually stumble— a lot of entrepreneurs in any world, right, any, any field usually stumble because they don't know— the product doesn't match the market. There's not a product-market fit. That's usually why they spend thousands of marketing and only get positive outcomes, because the product and the marketing message don't match. So that's why that tool, that first tool with Kelly is so powerful because that gives you exactly what you should say, how you position yourself, and what the kind of people you should serve. Once you know that, everything else starts to flow. Yeah. Okay. Where are we at now, Jason? We're almost there.
Actually, we are towards the end, and I think there's a couple of things that we need to do before we end the session. We do have prizes and we do have an invitation. Yeah. Now, first off, I just want to say a big thank you, guys. Can we send some love to Niraj, who's been on this for 6 hours, sharing all, giving all? You've probably received all the emails that we send you that told you you should definitely not miss out on this. He is showing up, giving you all, and that is what you get. So Niraj, I just want to acknowledge you. Thank you. I know how much heart you put into everything here. I know how much time you put into making all these things, revamping the products, all the right things. And the people get to see the fruits of the labor you put in. And the best part is, is for all of you who are here, you're the action takers. You're the people who have said, I'm signing up to this because I'm showing up to this. And I think the first thing we'd love to do is reward that because Showing up is what most people are not doing in the world. And what we need are people that are showing up, giving their all, and making the world a better place. It's not going to be just by sitting back and watching it. It's going to be by taking action. So for that, we do have some epic prizes to give away. And the big prize that we want to give away is a Level 1 instructor training for someone who wants to start their journey as an instructor, we're going to be giving away one of these. And to be able to be eligible on my magical wheel of winner, you're going to need to type in spin in the chat. Type spin and we're going to see your names pop up on that. Now I'm going to show you guys something while We— oops, I was showing Big as well. Let me show something really cool for everyone. While a ton of you are saying spin, but I think we deserve to take the time to figure out, well, what are you spinning? Well, you're looking to become a somabreath instructor, and as you've heard today, there's 3 major people we see be extremely successful when they join as a somnobreath instructor. We have people that have already been in the corporate world, maybe in hospitality, maybe in healthcare, whatever industry that you're in. You've done so well there, but it feels empty. It feels like you're meant for more. And we're seeing the world's changing. We're seeing jobs are being cut. There's insecurity. And you decide, maybe I want to take my future in my own hand because I know that I've been crushing it in corporate, perhaps I want to do something that's more aligned with helping others. And becoming a Soma Breath instructor is something that I've seen so many people that are in this place looking to climb. They've climbed the ladder. Now it's time to get out and build your life and do amazing. You've heard from Brooke earlier today. She is someone who has done that. Kira, who is a part of our instructors, who's teaching in London as well. She's done that. We have Lisa out in Dubai, quit her job, started becoming a Soma Breath instructor full-time within just a few months of getting certified. This is one of the paths we see people do so well. We also have existing coaches and practitioners. When you go and add breathwork with Soma Breath, you get a set of tools that attracts clients to your practice, that give them an instant wow from the moment they have a breath with you, that gets them to continue doing the other modalities that you do and so much more. We see so much people be successful from that path. And for those who are changing chapters in their life, perhaps, perhaps you just are realizing, hey, I've entered a new life phase. Perhaps you've just went from student to work. Perhaps you're just at the point of retirement and you're thinking, what is something I want to do with the rest of my life? And I want to do something that's with purpose, with a mission, and that's helping the world become a better place. This is another space we see so many people do so well. Milinski, I see you in real estate. If you already have that experience being able to do so well in real estate and sell, when you become a breathwork instructor, this would be someone like this corporate awakener, and I know you would do fantastic. In the certification itself, there's 3 major paths: the foundational instructor, advanced instructor and transformational coach. We have an entire syllabus and we'll make this, this information accessible to you. As Niraj Naik Naik mentioned, this is what's been validated by Cambridge University around the healing effects that our methodology provides. We have an expert, we have talent accreditation, we have 4,000 instructors already that are going out there and making this a global movement, and we want to add you. Breathwork breathwork is growing 30% year on year for the amount of people that are looking to bring breathwork into their own practice. And if you are a practitioner, then you're going to be in demand. So let me just share a little more about this prize before I go into the big reveal. See, our foundational instructor is Niraj Naik. This is what's up for grabs right now. You're going to learn all of the, the science behind breathwork. You're going to learn the skills it takes to lead a breathwork session with your voice. You're going to learn what is necessary to be trauma-informed as you're going to be taking people through these powerful journeys. And you're going to learn how to package an entire class, an entire session, to facilitate, to lead the breathwork, and to do these powerful journeys. Our foundational instructor also will come with 3 months of Big. So if you've enjoyed anything that Niraj Naik was sharing around big, you're going to get that for 3 months as well. We do have our Advanced Instructor, which is our most popular course, which really takes people on the deeper journey, the awakening ceremonies, and allows you to do very powerful transformational trauma healing type of breathwork journeys. That's the Advanced Instructor. And for those who want to become transformational coaches, when you learn the whole suite of modalities to build an entire business that combines finds not only the power of breathwork at the advanced instructor level, but other life modalities, so you can give a 360 in people's lives. And the best part is, you guys have heard of our 21-Day Awakening Challenge— Awakening Journey, right? When you become a transformational coach, you can actually learn how to lead your own 21-Day Awakening Journey for people, whether you're doing it on a one-to-one basis or you're doing it in a group. So you have a product on the go when you become a transformational coach. Okay, I'm not seeing a lot of comments, and I know why. You guys want to see the spin. Who would be ready to see the winner of my $2,000 instructor? I'm dragging it out. Are you guys ready? 3, 2, 1, let's spin the wheel.
Kate! Whoa, Kate! Hey, Kate! She did it!
The share— give you a chance to unmute. Unmute, unmute, we can't hear you.
You mean—
Too excited.
She's like, click, click, click, click, click, click. Unmute.
That's so amazing. I can't wait.
What do I need to do now? You already got it. You won.
I mean, you are on your path to become a somabreath instructor. Yeah, cool. Thank you. Wait, so, so had you already done any somabreath training before?
And Yeah, I've been to a couple of workshops, other people's, and I did just sign up for, um, hold on a minute, the found— uh, there's not foundation level, what's the, uh, the facilitator? That's it. Yeah, and I wanted to go for more, but obviously I didn't know where I was going with it until today.
So this is amazing.
Fantastic. Well, okay, we want to hear, what are you going to do now that you're going to become a somabreath instructor? What's the ripple you want to create on world?
Well, I'm really struggling with this, so I don't actually know, but I'm definitely going to get involved in some of the background stuff that, um, what was it we're just talking about, the AI stuff, the mammoth? No, what's it called again? Hermes. Hermes, yes, like that mammoth. Um, so actually I'm quite interested to get involved in that and see where that takes you because I'm struggling to find my niche.
Is that what I'm going to call it?
Um, my brain's so busy, I have so many ideas and I don't know which idea is the right one. Cool.
Well, use the AI to help you think. So there's, um, Manus and Hermes. They're the two, two names. Manus and Hermes. Wicked. Thank you.
So cool. Thank you so much, Kate.
You're going to hear from Monica. She's going to write to you on Slack— uh, sorry, on Zoom. Slack is the work channel. Um, and she's going to ask for your email, and she's going to get you all set up to give you that upgrade to become a full-fledged instructor, and you'll be learning to use your own voice to lead the sessions. Okay, thank you. Wow. Yes, huge, huge prize. We have more. Do you guys want more? Type in more if you want more, because next up, we talked about the 21-Day Awakening Journey, and that is also up for grabs. That will be your personal transformational journey on the 21 days. And what I'm going to do here is we're going to reset the wheel and we're going to ask everybody to type in spin one more time. Bear with me. I I actually paused the screen. That's why you're probably not seeing it upload with all your spins. Let's resume. Hey, my wheel is empty.
Why? Maybe it's a recharge. It— a lot of people put spin now.
Oh, my system has not recognized the new spin. Well, while we do that, I'm going to do a little multitasking. Now I'm in Indonesia, so you cannot see this video, but I'm gonna pause this for a second. I need to restart my wheel. Sometimes, you know, to get the wheel turning, you got to get started again. So I'm just going to exit. I'm going to do a couple nice things here in the background which you will not see, but here's what I'll do in the meantime. The 21-Day Awakening Journey is what Cambridge University studied and actually created the report that showed the healing effects of people going through this journey are just as powerful as people that are using psilocybin, MDMA for therapy, for healing. They've realized that they could recreate some similar effects using simply the breath. So if you want to take people or yourself through a deep transformative journey and you're not looking to do it with any substance, but you want just as powerful, fast results, the 21-Day Awakening Journey is what hap— is what happened. Happens when you use our modality. It's 21 days, 3 weeks, and we highly recommend that you do it in a guided version. When you do that, you have a mentor that's going to be with you every week, daily practices. You'll be visualizing, you'll be breathing, you will be doing a set of protocols that truly put you on a path of rewriting the story of your life. And we've had so many people go through this, and it becomes the catalyst to a huge shift in their own lives. And so we're extremely excited that this is going to be awarded to one more individual here. And we are going to start one more time with typing in spin in the chat. And let's see if we have it working. There we go. Our spin is here. We'll have it clear. I'm going to give it another 10 seconds. And then we are going to spin the wheel to give away our 21-day awakening journey. In 3, 2, 1, and let's see who our winner is.
Ingrid!
Ingrid, are you here? Ingrid, let's see where you are. Ingrid, let's bring you on the stage. Hi.
This is incredible.
You have absolutely no idea how long I wanted to do this. And it couldn't have come at a, at a, at a better time because I really feel I'm at a I'm at a breakpoint here.
So this is—
thank you. You have no idea. Bless you. Thank you so much.
Niraj, I know the 21-day is your baby, so I was going to ask you, what can Ingrid expect by going through this journey? What could Ingrid expect?
The unexpected. Very unexpected. No, I—
when I did the Sunday things and the breathwork. I remember when I was in Mindvalley, I'm a member of Mindvalley, and when I first got to meet Niraj Naik Naik, you did it. And I, I mean, I put even had that. I even bought this thing here and all of it. I was so ready and, and 'But oh my God, I feel like I am— I need help.' And I couldn't, honestly. It was 12 seconds and I felt that I couldn't do it. The next time it was more and more. And one of the last Sundays that I did, I did a full minute. So I know how much it can change. So this— thank you, thank you, bless you, thank you so much.
Ingrid, this is awesome. I will ask you to do the same, which is Monica is going to contact you. We need to make sure we have your right email, and we'll get you all set up so you can start this week. And you're going to have your own very 21-day awakening journey. Ingrid, fantastic. Congratulations. And thank you for showing up. This is beautiful. Do we have one more? I think we have one more prize to give. All right, guys and ladies, last prize is if you want to build a powerful practice, you want to be able to do it on the Soma Breath app. And we have a 1-year membership on the app that is going to be made available. And the best part is this is the current app and the upgraded app that'll be coming in a few months. But regardless, you will have access to a suite of journeys, breath protocols, pharmacies, all the types of things. Regardless of the condition that you're going through, you're going to have a breath protocol to support you with that. Oh, where did my— no, my thing crashed. Yeah, guys, the technical I will come back in one moment as I find my spinning wheel. Is very cute, by the way. Can you— do you guys like my spinning wheel? It's something I love doing, and unfortunately it has, it has its hiccups. Okay, um, I think what I need to do is take all the weight. I need— Niraj, we need to have a chat. We need to see how we can use Hermes to create a better spinning wheel. Yes, I know we can do it. We can do it. This is something we can do. Um, yeah. All right. The— my little bot is joining the chat. I know it. Hold on. We are connecting. I believe we are connected. And I see— yeah, we are connected. You guys already started typing in spin. I see you. The spins are coming. Okay, we are back. Nice. All right, type in spin in the chat and this will be a giveaway to 1 year of the Soma Breath app. We're going to be done in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Let's give it a whirl now. Tatiana K. Tatiana, let's grab you, Tatiana, and bring you to the stage. And you are the winner! Congratulations!
Well, thank you very much.
Yeah, well, actually, I'm already signed up for Transformational Coach. I'm going through level 1 at the moment, but, uh, yeah, I'm grateful that I would have an app for, for a year.
Well, you already have the app because you're a part of Transformational Coach and you're part of Bigg. So we're going to do something instead. Are you already signed up with Bigg? Uh, no, not yet. No. Niraj Naik, with your blessings, I think we're going to give Tatiana 1 year of Bigg instead, because she's already on the path of becoming a transformational coach. Would you like that, Tatiana?
Well, that would be amazing. Yeah, I think that's an easy upgrade.
Easy. Awesome. I'm so grateful. Yeah, I would have walked everyone through, um, what BIG is, but I think you guys have already spent a lot of time. So Tatiana, you're on a path of becoming transformational coach. You're going to have access to all the resources and the extra training that's coming with BIG, the music. You will have nothing to stop you to put you on your journey. So you're going to get all the music, the community support, the marketing tools, everything that Niraj Naik is teaching, the upcoming updates, all of it, continuing education. It's all part of BIG and you are getting it for 1 year absolutely free. And so again, Monica is going to contact you.
Yeah, it's amazing because I'm I'm having birthday in a week, so it's like amazing gift for me.
Happy birthday to you, happy birthday. Fantastic, Tatiana, congrats. Thank you, and we will see you in the community. I appreciate it. Thank you. Awesome. Well, with that, it brings me to the final thing to do, which is to invite. I want to invite everybody who is here. By the way, who here is currently a Soma Breath instructor, transformational coach, facilitator? And who here is not yet? Because there's only two choices at this point. There's a not yet and already. And if you're not yet, it's okay. You have time. And who would like to have a prize for themselves just for showing up till the end right now? Like, I know we only could give away 3 free prizes, but maybe I could do something for everyone else who is a not yet, but wants to become an instructor and give something really cool for everyone here. Would you guys like that? It's very simple. We did something incredible last month, and that was announcing the fact that we have been doing this for 8 years. 4,000 instructors making the biggest community, and you've heard that over and over again. Community, community, community. Being a part of this instructor community is a very powerful thing. You go on this path because you know you're going to create a ripple effect. You're going to use your voice to be able to guide breath journeys and get people to transform, heal, be more present in their body. You will create a difference. Yes. But on top of that, you're going to change yourself. What path you're going to go on when you decide to become an instructor is going to completely shift your life path in the process. And you're not going to do it alone. You're going to be a part of the community once you go down this path as well. And so if you are feeling the pull, you are curious, and you'd like to do it at a very special time, we're going to honor a 20% discount as a gift for any— become anybody who becomes an instructor to transformational coach if you book a call with our team. And it's really important for us to book a call. Why? Because we have to know your why. The key thing that we know makes someone very successful becoming an instructor is when the power of their why is strong enough that they're in a path to manifest their desires. And so when we book a call with you, we want to ask you questions, we want to make sure it is a fit, and we want to know your why. And when we do that, we get to know what is the best path forward so that you never answer not yet again. You're going to be able to proudly say, I'm also a certified instructor, and you're going to be influencing people, whether those are in school in your workplace, in health centers, on individual clients. We will build a path that fits what lifestyle you're looking to design because Niraj has built something incredible and we want to give you the keys so you can go out and do the ripple of the mission that we can't do alone. And so we're going to share in the chat right now a link so that you can go and fill the application. You can book a call. And for those who are doing it right now, make sure in your application, in the why, you add Mastery. Add the little word Mastery, like I was there at Mastery, so the team knows you were here and you will be able to have that 20% off. Cool, cool. If you do that now, you'll be able to add Mastery in the application itself. I'll show you very quickly so that you know how to do this right, because I really don't I don't want anyone who's been here for at least the 6 hours to miss out on the deal. So here's how we're going to do it. When you come to the page, you're going to read more about everything on instructor program and you're going to click Apply Now. When you do that, it's going to allow you to add your details. What is your motivation to become an instructor? This is where you add your details and you're going to add in there I was at mastery. Okay, so whatever you add here, just make sure I was at mastery. And if you're still unsure, you could say Jason said so, or you could say I'm Niraj Naik fan, and you can even say Hermes Ormanis the answer. Is— yes, I'm just kidding at this point. You just have to write mastery. Okay. And a few more questions that you ask, it'll allow you to book a call at this point. And one thing you need to know is we're going to ask you the questions. So to make sure that, you know, look, if you're doing this, it's going to be around like at a minimum, it's going to be a $2,000 investment. So there is a question that says, hey, are you able to invest more than $2,000? Say yes to that question. Or else you won't be able to jump on a call and we won't be able to have the conversation around giving you the discount. And then if that still seems like something that might be just outside your reach, talk with your team. Their goal is to fit your financial situation to get you moving forward in whatever way that's possible. If there's ways we need to do something with payment plans, structure it differently, we will walk you through that. At least you will have taken the action and you'll be able to see if this is the right fit fit for right now, or perhaps down the line. But have the conversation so that you can get that clarity to see if this is the fit you are looking for. Again, I think we spent a lot of time today to be able to learn things, apply to our current practice, see if this is a path we want to take. Come and have a conversation and you'll get a chance to get the answers you're looking for. And with that, I believe we're towards the end. We are a little over time, so that's why we're giving out bonuses to everyone who's still here. But, um, I do want to highlight that I'm getting an insight here from Monica saying there are two Tatiana Naiks and we need the email. And Tatiana, you're not responding to Monica's message on Zoom, so there might be a separate tab. You need to go give her your email. Aside from that, we have the link in the chat. And Niraj Naik, I'm going to pass it over to you for some closing words.
Yeah, there's just this one question. I've already had my call with Tim a few days ago. Would I also qualify for a 20% discount?
Yes. Just make sure to message Tim and just say, I was on Mastery, I'm ready to go, and I will let him know. And everyone that is currently in the process, if you've already had a call but you haven't taken action, just reach out to the team. They all know that this is the week that we're doing it. We have to do it this week. So this is a this-week-only type of thing. So book that call, reach out to the team if you had already had a conversation. And for anybody who's already an instructor and you would like to maybe upgrade to transformational coaching and you'd like to do it with a 20% off as well, that one, just send an email to jason@somabreath.com and I will have a conversation with you. And we're going to look at what are the pathways that you can take if you are inspired to take that final step and go deeper into building your practice. Just jason@soma-breath.com and we will take care of you, each and every one of you.
Go ahead, Niraj. All right, thank you so much, Jason. It's wonderful close to this whole event. I want to give a lot of special thanks also to Claudia, who did an amazing, uh, session as well, to Brooke, our host, everyone behind the scenes who makes these sorts of events happen. Um, there's a lot of jiggery-pokery that has to happen. Um, so thank you everybody for being involved and being a part of the team. And yeah, so, you know, just a quick recap on a 6-hour event, or I'll try, I'll try my best. So golden rule, um, like if you're gonna go into any kind of change work, if you want to help people, transform people, you You want to be human first, right? You want, you want to try and like manage the operation side as much as possible with the new technology we've got. All right, like Hermes, Manus, whatever you choose, right? You may find something even better. So we try and make that easy for you. We try and make it more of a community kind of tribe intelligence approach where we support you to get those results they're looking for inside our community. And we have a technique that has been validated by, you know, a leading scientific institute, probably the number one university, the most credible, Cambridge University. You know, so you have a technique that you can be proud to share, and you also know, you know, the effects of it. You're probably here because because you felt what it does to you. So, you know, now imagine going out there, getting out there, tackling this epidemic we've got in the world today of the mental health crisis, this, uh, obesity crisis, the health crisis, the financial crisis. There's so many people with problems. And what I recommend is, you know, like, just get creative. Like, use these tools, use what we learn, our content, look what teach you. And get creative, start coming up with new solutions to these problems, you know, become an artist yourself, right? I'm an artist at heart, so I know all of you are. You're all probably a bit like me where you're all pretty creative and you're probably quite entrepreneurial at heart, um, and you just need some support. So I got the support early on. I was part of a community, a mentorship group that really helped me accelerate my learning. It fast-tracked everything. It saved me hours and hours watching videos to try and figure it all out back then. And so that's what I recommend for you as well. The next step is to, is to be a part of a community that supports you. The tribes, what it's all about, it's always been about in human existence. The most successful communities who go and change the world start off as small tribes who help each out, and we're one of them, okay? We're gonna help make this world a better place. We're going through a desperate time right now, world's in need, and people's nervous systems are dysregulated beyond belief. We have a tool that gives you that power back, gives the clients power back. And the golden thing about what we do at Soul Breath is that you transform by doing it, right? That— what else can you say you can do as a career like that actually transforms you into a superior person by doing it. Not many other things are like that, right? So definitely pharmacy made me a worse of a human being than a better human being. With Soham Rath, you become a better person in many ways, and then you go out there and share that with others. That's, that's the, the course, the way it's structured. Transform yourself first so you can go out and help others and transform them too. So with that said, it's been an honor honor. Really, really love doing these. Um, this won't be the last. We'll be doing more of these Transformational Coaching Masteries. Remember to tune in to my Power Hour, um, where we go deep on certain subjects. And much love to all of you. You're all amazing. And thank you for staying for so long and spending the whole Sunday with, with me and my team. Peace, much love. Go and have an amazing rest of the week. Peace. Yes, yes. Woohoo!
Love you all. Good night, everyone. Bye.
Good night. Big up. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Bye. Thanks, guys.
Thank you. Amazing. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Have a good—
thank you. Thank you. All right, enjoy the last song. I'm out. It's 11 PM now. Bedtime. Peace.
