And so we are here today to celebrate five years of the creation of this legendary 21 day awakening journey. And I see some of our students who have taken the course are here to tell their stories and. But first let's hear from the man behind this creation. Neeraj. We are ready for you. Warmed up. Warmed up everyone who's here. Hi, Neeraj.
Hello.
Hello. Welcome. Did you like that?
You guys are hilarious.
That's how you want us to be, right? So and I think you all saw my screen and what how many screens I have open there. I don't know what Zoom was doing but you saw a bit of insight into my screen there and why have going on while this goes on? So Neeraj, we have you here.
That's what I was laughing about.
Is that what you're laughing about? I know I said share screen. I picked the screen.
Don't look at my screen. Focus on the music.
It worked. They danced, they grooved, they moved.
Good stuff.
But yeah, I have some amazing people here to who've joined us. I made a special welcome to Shinzo because I think it's 2:30 or 3 in the morning morning where he is and you know, he's joined us. We've got Freeman, Sarah, Maria, people who've done the 21 day journey to who are here to Talk to us as well. So, Neeraj, you're the man behind this amazing creation. Over to you.
Amazing. All right, welcome everyone. Super cool to be back. And let's just make sure the. This whoever's speaking gets spotlighted. So. So that when we make the videos, we can see your lovely faces. Yeah, Cool. All right. So it's been five years. Are you serious? I can't believe it's been five years. It doesn't feel that long. It's like time has just gone past so quick. But do you know how many students that's been in five years? Do you have any ideas here?
Drop it in the chat box. What you think, guys?
Whoever guesses gets a prize.
Come on, get guessing if you want the prize.
I think 2,500.
Okay.
6,000. 2,200.
YouTube. Drop your. Drop your thoughts in the chat box as well.
Well, I actually don't know the answer, so I'm going to find out what it is. Hopefully we can find out by the end of the call.
Someone in the team, maybe Gary knows.
I think Amber, I think it's in this. In the Slack messages. If you have a look. The numbers on Asana.
I think so.
Just make me the winner. Leanne says. Yeah, Leanne, what haven't you done that Soma breath? You've done practically everything we have. I think.
Just make me hilarious. It's been a lot, but a lot more than 2500, I'll tell you that.
I remember the last time we looked a couple of years ago. It was probably more like it was around five or six thousand. Maybe more. Maybe more. It's been a lot. Anyway, let's say it's been a lot. So.
Who'S done the. Has anyone, everyone here done the 21 day awakening journey?
Okay, so it's way better to actually hear your results with it after I give a very quick.
For those of you don't know what it is, a quick description. So. So 21 days is a. It's a. It's a journey. It's really a journey that you go on. And the. The reason for creating it is, is because I wanted to try and replicate in a system.
All the things I had learned over the years and practiced and experienced myself to heal myself from a chronic illness. But not just that, but also.
Turn that into a gift, into a strength and actually create a very thriving, you know, business. Several of them over the years, I've created a few different things, things that have done really well in different ways. So.
So, you know, my background was I was Very different to who I am now. So I really believe that we all have the power to change quite dramatically if we have the right journey or system or roadmap and a mentor. So the whole thing with the 21 days is empowering our instructors to become mentors to guide people through. Through a road map that I'd already been down that is based on a lot of.
Research and also methods that people I've met over the years have taught me or have used themselves. And it's based on a system that actually.
Changes the. And it works on the root cause of why we don't succeed in our life in the first place. And where do actual thoughts come from in the first place? It's understanding that the nature of reality. So if you go through it and do all the additional exercises that go the 21 days, you'll see it's more than just the breath work program. It's really filled with a lot of different exercises is that gets you start thinking about yourself in different ways and who you are. And, and so I'm going to give you a quick overview of the philosophy and the science behind how this program works. And just from that you should gain a lot of really good insights. Okay, so. So over the years of me getting through this crisis that I was in, transforming and turning around, I came across a few books that had really powerful lessons in them. One of them is this book called Prometheus Rising by Robert Anton Wilson. And that book is basically based on Timothy Leary's 8th Circuit model of consciousness, which I believe is the best way model of understanding how thoughts are created, how our mind works, and basically all the lessons that they're trying to give you in these, these complicated esoteric religions and mystery schools, it's like drilled down into simple model of the hardware and software. So just use this analogy right now for yourself. Okay? So if I was to ask you like what all the things have had to happen for us to be here right now having this conversation, right? So you'd have to go back in time and have a think about it right now. Just, just think about all the things that have had to happen in your life life for you to be here right now. Right?
And I can even play a little video actually that goes with this that I made ages ago. But you can even write in the chat some key things that have had to have happened in your life, right? That you can think of the first impressions, the first.
Little details.
That have created you right. To be here right now watching this. I'm just going to give you, like a minute while I find this video for you. Because this video really is a great little summary of all of this. One sec.
Bear with me one sec.
I'm just gonna.
Okay, I'm going to play this quick video while you're having to think about this question. The beginning there is. All right.
Okay, so we're having some answers, like inner calling, which has always been with me. Multiple dark nights of the soul. Listen to the high voice trauma. Okay.
So let's just watch this quick video while we're all thinking about this.
Birth. Okay. Yeah. If you want to go far back enough, could say birthday. Oh, I have to quit. And re. I'm going to come back into the room because I'm setting up this on a new computer. So keep thinking. I'll be back in one sec.
Okay, so keep putting your messages in the chat box and if it's very personal, you can just send it directly to me and I will respond.
Read it.
Read it out for you. Many more of you. Put your cameras on. It's great. It's really nice seeing your faces as well. And Manu, could you send me your email address, please? And just write to me directly and send me your email address because I did want to reach out to you after our chat on the last power hour.
Thank you.
So lack of consistent mental stamina says Krishna. My soul was ready and I was led to use. This kind of ties in with what Sarah just wrote above. She wrote stumble. She stumbled on us online. She was in a place that was bad so that she was so willing. And she signed up for the instructor program and in fact actually signed up for the 21 day first and then was called to do the instructor program. So here we go. Neeraj's screen is now here. It's probably going to do the same thing as me and show. Show you all everything that we've got on.
There we go.
And YouTube as well, please. We have. Please feel free to drop in your comments as well on YouTube. So I will pick them up and read them out to Neeraj.
Unshakable resilience and YouTube. You're saying that you can't get in. You should be able to. Everyone else has managed to come in with that link. So just try again and I'll see if you are in the waiting room.
Are we supposed to hear anything? Neeraj?
Oh.
Now.
Okay.
Yes, we can.
All right, so watch this. And this is just a quick video. It's going to just explain in a nutshell the concepts I've been Talking about? All right.
The beginning. There is a question. And that question is one, do you think that life is just a game with a set of rules which, if learned and played out to the max, can bring you anything you desire?
Or two, do you believe that you are a victim of your genes and your fate is already predetermined? Right. Just want to check. Can you hear the sound?
Yes, we can.
Okay, which of these two statements do you feel is more self empowered? Empowering? To answer this, we need to find the answer to some more questions. What are all the things that have to have happened for you to be watching this video right now? Why did you land on this webpage? Did someone recommend it? How did they come into your life? Why are you interested in stuff like this anyway? Who turned you onto it and how long ago? What factors in your childhood inclined you to be more interested in these subjects later? Why are you even watching this video in this room and not some other? Why did you buy this house or rent this house or apartment? Why are you in the city and not some other? Why are you here at all? How did your parents meet? How did they move into that space and time where their paths intersected to create you? Did they even have a plan to have you at all? Why is this planet capable of creating life? And especially the kind of life that makes weird videos like this one? If you are watching this on a computer or laptop. Laptop. How did they come into existence? How did this invention get to this continent? Who made it? What's their story? What's your story? When you think deeply about all of this, you'll realize what a miracle your story really is. Or is it really a miracle at all? Well, let's first start with your story. The reason you're here is because way back, your mum and dad decided to make love. And in doing so, a lucky sperm fertilizer.
An egg.
The chances of that being around one in 400. Quadrillion. Yes, quadrillion. When you take into account that your mum makes about 100,000 eggs in her lifetime and your dad around 1 trillion sperm, this chance encounter of a lucky egg meeting an even more lucky sperm had to be repeated many, many, many times throughout the history of all your ancestors, going back to the first Homo sapiens, the first Homo erectus, and the Homo Bil. With perhaps your chance of an alien encounter meddling with your DNA thrown in for good measure. You are the net result of a lot of lovemaking stretching back over 4 billion years.
Now, what about our planet, the home of you and Your ancestors. That was a result of a big bang, supposedly that was supposed to have happened around 13.798 billion years ago. Go. Then stuff collided, cooled and heated, exploded, imploded, fused and formed into big balls of mass stars and planets. The chances of our planets with all the conditions for life existing here are all pretty slim. And so is the fact that you are watching this video at all. So perhaps you really are a miracle. So as a miracle begins in the mum's room, your brain was formed. You popped out into this world. And your new brain starts getting bombarded with new information from your new environment.
Your parents.
Parents, Your friends, your school, the tv, and all sorts of other things hypnotizing you to do things normal culture wants. You imagine your brain is your hardware and your mind is your software. Your software gets programmed in these early years, and your new operating system guides you through life and then on and on and on, constantly evolving and being programmed along the way. You then do the normal, acceptable thing of going to college. College. Falling in love, making love. Creating some new little versions of you. Getting a job in the big city that feels like working in the factory. Giving up most of your fantasies and dreams. Getting a mortgage. Spending more time at work than at home to pay the bills so you and your new use can repeat the same cycle over and over and over again, with it all ending in a wheelchair or hospital ward, surrounded by people you hardly know, all wondering how you ended up here and where did all the time go? Now ask yourself this question. Are you the software or are you the hardware? Or are you both and is that the life you really want? When you start to meditate on all this and all the questions I just asked, you will begin to realize that you become your environment. Your inner world becomes your outer world. Thoughts become things. Things. And your very best thinking has got you where you are today.
All right?
Does that make sense?
Cool. So I made that video years ago, actually. And it's basically like what I think is like a really good analogy for how the mind works and how we've. We're created, okay? And it's this idea that we're actually.
A lot of us and you just only have to look around.
We're all robots to a certain degree.
We're.
We're computers. We've been programmed. And so if you do this exercise and you go back in time, right? And the idea is to understand, like, what. What are you in control of anything? Or have you been programmed to be here right now? You know how much of the thoughts that come into your mind are your own, right? And how much of them are just a product of your environment and circumstance. So the more you go back and back and back and back to all of the different experiences and events you've been through in your life.
Really what we're. What everyone's looking for is some kind of result. But when you go back and back and back, where do results come from? They come from first actions, which is the outer world, and then the inner world. On the inner world, right? Before an action comes a decision. You have to decide to do something. So where do these decisions come from? Well, they come from thoughts. So but where do thoughts actually arise from? When you go back in even further, it comes from the physiology and our feelings and emotions and emotions are, we say, energy in motion, but really feelings and emotions are created by our nervous system, impulses, neurotransmitters and hormones in the body. So have you ever, like, got really drunk and then done silly things and said things you don't really mean? Yeah, a lot of us have done that. So that's just a great example of that. You can change somebody's feeling and state and influence quality of decisions and then eventually their results just by getting them drunk, right? So British culture really revolves a lot around that. Getting everyone wasted, wasted and doing stupid things. And then, you know, that's pretty much what I grew up in, that culture. So.
So what my point is, is that we're actually more chemical and hormonal than we actually realize. And so in the Tibetan, like, tantric philosophy, okay, they say that to try and control the mind is completely foolish. The way to control, to actually go into the mind and actually have some kind of control over the mind, right? Because the mind is constantly changing all the time. It's constantly being programmed and fed with things. The way in is through the body. All right, so soma, it means body. It really is the method of.
Actually.
Controlling the mind through the body. That's what Tantra is. Tantra actually means body, right? The tan is body. So with Soma, we're all about using different somatic practices and breath work and breathing techniques to actually.
Learn about ourselves, who we truly are. Peel back all the layers, Understand where have our thoughts come from, where have. Where is our thinking coming from and where, how we make it, our decisions in order to create the results that we really want in our life. Okay? And that's what the 21 days is, a journey to discovery, okay? It's a discovery of your truth. And it takes you through various Exercises for you to figure that out, to come to that realization. But it also gives you all these tools to reprogram the operating system of your mind, which I call the mindware. So I've changed software to mindware. And mindware is the operating system of who you are. And then we have a hardware which is our physical body, okay? So the hardware and the mindware which is, is programmed into it are like apps that get built into your hardware in your chips, or you could even call them more like chips that are built in your hardware over, over the years. Now if you've got a computer, you know that it does whatever is programmed to do, whatever apps are installed is what it will do, right? And actually human beings are very much like this, okay? So marketing companies of big, big corporations, they understand how predictable human nature is because human culture has been programmed along the way to make very, very predictable behaviors. You just have to look at Covid as an example of how conformed human beings can be. You know, we've just give them just a few things, right? Then they get into line. Bits of information, they get into line, right? So we're very programmable and very much. It makes me wonder, is there such a thing as free will? For me, the last four years really has given me a lot of proof in this kind of debunking of free will. Like, is there really such a thing as free will? This is really what we're to do. Trying, trying to understand here, right? So the Buddhists don't believe there is a free will, that we're completely programmed and that we need to surrender to this, okay? That's the only way out, is to surrender to it. The Christian idea is the Judeo Christian system is all about. There's. Everything is free. We're born into free will. We all have free choice, and every action we take is our. Is our fault, right? So it's. It's up to us. And so if you don't do the right thing, you go to hell. If you could do the right thing, go to heaven. But there's a third path. The middle path, which I'm more adhered to, is this idea that actually that we're all robots, okay? Until we wake up and we wake up. The awakening, that's why it's called the oi. We wake up out of this trance. We then understand that we can actually, with the right tools, reprogram ourselves and cultivate a sense of free will. So we have two parts or even three, you could say three sides to us. We do have this robot, right? And for a long time and for a lot of people's lives, they just are the robot. They're just this robot carrying out programs, instructions, and, and that's what. How, how they live their life. But there are different conscious states, states that make us wake up suddenly. So for some people it's going and doing ayahuasca, others it's smoking a joint, right. Others, it's a near death experience. There's different things that happen in people's lives or an intense period of trauma that can wake them up. And then suddenly their path gets shaken up. The predictable patterns get replaced by new ones and then they go down another path. There may be more alarm. Blind, right? Others don't really have that.
So, you know, like, it's hard to say, is there such a thing as free will? But I've come to peace with this idea with. Because to say there's no free will at all is kind of terrifying actually. A concept. Right? But.
But basically the.
So there's a point here that Krishna made here, actually, if you're already really familiar with the 21 days and you're already into it and you don't want to hear me go on about it again, this, this talk may not be for you, but if you want to have a revision to all these concepts and a better understanding, I'm gonna, that's what it's gonna be. So you can stay. But I know you're coming to the retreat as well as, well where we'll be going very deep into this stuff. So if you've got other things to do, go for it. Yeah, so.
So yeah, there's a third pass, middle path. All right, so let's just talk about how we get programmed first so that you get this understanding, this context. So I like to use this analogy of apps, okay? We, we are familiar with smartphones and apps and desktop compute laptops with apps. Okay? So we get programmed right from the womb to when we're the first.
Nurture with our mum, okay, when we're breastfeeding, that first interaction. And this is aligned with the formation of our reptilian brain. Probably heard a lot of people talking about reptilian brain, but we really do have a reptilian brain right in the middle of who we are. And this deals with awareness and all it cares about is survival. So I call this first programming, the first app that we get installed into us, the, the survival app, or you can also call it the instinct app where we learn our autopilot instincts that we do Instinctively to lead us towards safety, towards pleasure and away from pain. All right, so towards safety, towards what's safe and away from what's unsafe. Okay. So if you think, if you've got a baby at all, study a baby like going, you know, growing up like, you'll see them developing these different imprints. The first imprint, the first app a baby will put everything into their mouth, right? They'll try and taste everything, buy everything, feed everything, everything. What they're trying to do is determine what's safe and what's not safe. Okay. And they learn pretty quick what not to put in their mouth again. Okay. So you know, every child like, well all of you probably know what a shoe tastes like because you've probably all tried to eat your parents shoe at some point, right? And your parents said no, don't do that. Okay. Or try to pull out their mouth. All right, so we, we all know what shoes taste like. Even though we might not think it right now, we all do. So this is what is formed here. What's our sense of safety and what's unsafe, what's going to lead us to survival and what's going to kill us. And this gets formed here and it's a hard wired, it's our instincts, it's like why it's very hard for people to change quite often is because this survival instinct is very powerful. The reptilian brain is extremely power, powerful, especially when there's fear. So that's why the media, when they can put fear into us, they can control us a lot more easily and make us conform and buy that we don't really need or line up and do stuff that we don't really want to do. We're doing it for survival. Okay. Like we become irrational. All right, so.
Also the imprinting that happens here with the mother is very important. So your mother relationship is the most important imprint of all. Okay. So trauma can happen here. It can happen at that point where maybe your, your mum's not able to breastfeed you properly or some, your mum's very stressed out, she's in a stressful environment environment. So all of the, the stress from your mother or the environment that she's in or you're in will affect this imprinting and it can, it will change your filter, I call it perception filters of how you see the reality. Do you see the world as universe has got your back or the universe is out to get you? Right? So just have a think about yourself. If you're, if you, you were like, if you're Somebody right now who believes like the world's a hostile place and the universe is out to get you. Imagine how different your world would be if you were to have the opposite belief system. Or if you, right now you believe that the universe has got your back and you trust people and you're open hearted and that every action you take is leading you towards your, you know, your big vision. Vision, right?
Do the opposite. Put yourself into the frame of mind of somebody who thinks the world is out to get them, the universe is out to get them, doesn't have your back. There's no such thing as God. Or God hates you and hates everybody and punishes each and every one of us. Now look, that sounds extreme, but I, I was that for a while. I believed like that. I changed my perception filter. I went in the early years of my life when I was very successful with my music business, I had that vision and then I lost everything and I lost hope as I became a pharmacist. And over time I lost my faith in humanity and that's perception field got changed. So I started to see the world in a different way. And I'll tell you what, it really did have an effect on my level of self esteem, luck, drive, motivation, inspiration. You know, I was half the, I mean, a third of the person that I am now, right? So big part of my cure was changing the filters, right? These early filters that get programmed. So this was the first one, the second one.
There was.
This gets formed is your emotions. I call it the emotions app, right? So this is formed when you start to crawl around, interact with other kids. And your father imprint comes in much more, right? So this is like maybe after one or two years you start to, you know, engage with people around you in the environment.
So where, you know, this is where you start to create your self esteem, your confidence, your, your significance. Okay. So if you're in a, in an environment where you're put down a lot, you're heavily disciplined, you're told no, no, no all the time you're punished for this and that, right? You may form a different emotional response from somebody who is filled with confidence. Self esteem is, you know, encouraged to take actions on things and take, you know, risks and do things. And so just think about yourself, your own imprint. And if you were to go back in time, you know, what was your. That, that period? Like what was, what is your emotional app programmed to. To believe, right? What's your belief system? So here in each app you get different codes of behavior, right? Of how to think how to act, what to believe about the world, your belief system. System. So that's the second one. These first two are like microchips that installed in your hardware. They're very hard to shift. And that's your reptilian brain and your limbic system, okay? This is your, the brain, basically, right? Then later on, after a few, when you start to learn to read and write and language and religion and all this stuff comes into play here, you actually will fall form. Your neocortex starts to form, which is your human part of you, all right? So that's your language, your reason, your logic, okay? And this forms another layer of conditioning to form who you are. Then the fourth layer of your, your bio computer, all right, is when you go through puberty and you start to produce sex hormones and you actually have your first orgasm, orgasmic imprint. And in this moment, you create your sense of sexual preference, taste and your kind of lust and what you're attracted to. And also here you start to form moral codes like are you a family person or you're a complete anarchist? And all these sorts of things start to form here. So the first two codes or acts, apps are your hardwired instincts and behaviors. They're very hard to shift and they stay with you for the, for long term. The second two, right, are a bit easier to shift, but they're also quite ingrained into us. And this forms our bio computer, okay? So you are kind of the product of that. And if you think about it, if you go through your different levels of, levels of programming that I've just given you, if you do a little exercise on this, you'll realize that actually you're running a lot of different programs that have given to you by the environment and experience, right? And conditions. Now, reason why people don't change, okay, and get the results they want is because they don't know how to change the programming of these apps. So they end up in a constant loop and a cycle of, of just basically being in a hamster or just going round and round and round, never changing. You know, if you, if they're sick with a disease, they just stay with that disease forever. The reason you got the disease is because of this programming. So waking up means you wake up out of this trance, okay? And the way you get into that is the higher states of consciousness that are the other apps beyond that which we can install. Now, most people haven't installed them yet. So the 21 day awakening, what it does is it installs these higher level apps that updates you upgrade you, right, so we have the fifth one which is now beyond your, this level of consciousness. And it's bliss. It's the fee is the full body bliss states. You can get into orgasmic bliss states. You can get into things like breath work, cern, meditate techniques, certain drugs like cannabis can get you there and so on. Right? So tantric practices, orgasmic practices, sex, they can take you into these heightened orgasmic bliss states. Okay, now this begins the ability for you to reprogram this fifth state. The bliss state allows you to rewire, reformat the drive and start. Start to shake up that imprinting, to step out of it. Okay? Then you have higher levels from that. You have ones where you can tap in to your ancestral code, your DNA which has been passed down from generations, and you can reprogram that. These are higher breath work practices. This is like in the week three of the 21 days. Again we build you up to this. Then there's the one above that. The 7 7th app, which we can install is the app of.
I call it the meta programming or the it's your self improvement app is where you can actually become your own software programmer and reprogram and change your how you see yourself and the world completely. And you go, you can be completely become a different person. You go from a PC filled with thought viruses to a Mac that runs completely smooth and free of any viruses. All right, so that's what we do over 21 days was we reveal to you your programming. Okay, we do in a very simple way. Then we start to look at what is it you really want? What is it that you really want? Why are you not getting it? What your limits and beliefs, what's the blocks? And then we show you with very advanced yoga practices is how to go back and reprogram yourself. And this is all done over 21 days. But that's your, this is your mind where it's working on at the same time because it's breath work. Breathworks with both mind and body. You're also upgrading the hardware and we, we give you the drive and energy to actually do exercises to, to do very simple exercises that help you get super fit and help healthy. We teach you how to eat according to who your truth, who you truly are. Right? The Ayurvedic system and so on and so forth. Like so it's a complete upgrade of both your physical hardware and your operating system, your mindware. All right? And then you become armed with tools that you can use to continuously keep programming yourself how you want because you're always going to get forget people throwing at you all the time. The media is always going to try and brainwash you all the time. So once you're very clear on your purpose and mission, those things no longer have that effect. Same effect on you. And you start to think in a more. That's what enlightenment really is. You think in a more enlightened way about how to take control of what you really want. Right. Your results.
So does that make sense?
Yeah. Would that be cool, like, for those of you who've never done this before? Like, is there anyone on here who's never done the 21 days before.
Or is everyone here a believer already?
Manu. Manu says she hasn't done it, and she was on your life last week, that surprise life that you sprung on us. And she told us what an amazing journey she's already had without it. And so now she's, I guess, ready for the next step. And this would just be the be what you're looking for. Really?
So awesome. So let's. I mean, before we get to Manu, we're gonna. I'm gonna ask Manu a few questions, but before we get to that, why don't somebody who's already done it and has. Can understand what I'm talking about, about kind of tell their story and inspire, you know, Manu or anyone new to this to get involved? Anyone want to do that?
Yeah, Sarah. Because Sarah's very, very recently completed the 21 day. So if you would like to unmute. Sarah.
Hi there. Hi, guys. Welcome, welcome.
What do you think about what I was saying? Does that relate to the 21 days?
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
I had, like, chronic fatigue and physical pain and, like, a lifetime of anxiety. I'm 43 years old, and, like, at age 40, I thought maybe I was dying.
And the 21 day. So I stumbled on you, like, at the end the day of. Of April, because I'd been watching a lot of chronic fatigue videos, like, recovery videos, and somebody mentioned soma meditation, which is different. But since I Googled that, some of your stuff popped up. And I watched, like, five different things, and it just hit me really hard.
For me, like, I remember, like, going to the ground just with some of those YouTube videos, because I just had stuff coming out of me, like, emotionally, not really in a dramatic way, but just sort of in a release. And like, the next day, I just felt like, on impulse, I signed up for the 21 day because I know it's good to follow your gut. And my gut was saying that, like, I don't want to just randomly watch videos. Like, I want to program. And this feels right to me. So I signed up for the 21 day and started, I think, think May 3rd was my first one. So I didn't finish that long ago. And it was super profound for me. Like, life changing. Like, literally, I feel like I got, like, it felt like my brain started working again because I was having. With that chronic fatigue, like, so much brain fog and so slow, you know. And.
Also I had so much. I felt so happy. Like.
Yeah, it makes me emotional even now. Like, it.
I just. I just started feeling really good and functioning better and feeling more confident and excited. And I did all the exercises as well. And at first that was kind of a struggle for me to, like, think.
What do I want to do? Or whatever. But I followed the process and by the end of it, I felt really clear and actually ended up signing up for the instructor program. But, yeah, I. I guess I'm somebody who has just had a lot. It was interesting when you just mentioned about mothers because I really struggle with my mom. And like, she, like, definitely. I was raised with a lot of stress. Like, she has a lot of stress and like, fear based on. And so some of the stuff in the 21 day that you also just touched on about, like, that the universe has my back or however you phrase it, in the 21 day I have that up on my wall and on my fridge. Like, everyone's my friend and, like, the universe has my back and I'm supported and nobody's out to get me or against me.
Yeah, I would say.
I was somebody who was really bogged down with, like, thoughts, you know, like, negative thinking. And I feel like a lot of that is gone, like, guilt, worry. And now I just feel, like, excited about life. I literally. I'm not religious, but I literally feel like I have new life.
Wow.
Like, I can't really recommend it highly enough to anyone because what if that could happen for you too? Like, why not try it? I mean, it's really been a miracle for me. I'm super honored to meet you, Niraj. Like, I'm really grateful and I'm so excited to continue as well with my process and hopefully give that back to others who maybe have struggled in similar ways. You know, self hate is another one that I think it's interesting when you talk about programming because I'm like, is that a program? I've always thought of it as, like, a coping skill that I developed in childhood. I know that sounds odd, but. But excuse Me, but that's kind of what I learned. But to, to download new programs and.
You know, I just, I'm so excited because I can really. I really didn't want to. I mean, of course, hopefully I'm years and years away from death, right. But I really didn't want to like live my life in the way I was living it. Like not fully, not really fully there and not really like seeing what's inside me and what is my potential and manifesting that. And now I feel like I can do that and like I feel, I already feel the way I want to feel and I'm excited to go on. So thank you so much.
Amazing. Wow. What a great feedback and share. So this is exactly what I'm talking about. This is like the real life example of exactly what I'm talking about. So how is your relationship with your mum now?
So I would say I just don't care as much. I'm not going to say it's fixed yet, but I just sort of don't care because I'm so happy that I just don't care as much. So I can be around her and it's like there's a distance where it doesn't hurt me because I already have my joy and my process and my thing and my. So I just doesn't bother me as much.
Much good. And that's actually what is the beginning of the change. Like ultimate will be the, the piece being made with the past. And sometimes that's all you need to do. It doesn't mean you have to fix anything other than your perception of the situation. So you can make a lot of peace up there by simply just letting go of things in the past. It doesn't mean you have to be your best friend with mum or anything like that. It's just making peace with the situation. So I had to do that with the pharmacy world big time, you know. But that was going back to also my relationship, my mum, because I blamed her for a lot of my life problems. But the more I went back I realized that she was just playing out her own programs. Okay. And through that we can do is, is have compassion because ultimately we're all robots. We're all robots, we're all carrying our programs. All you can do is have compassion because it's not their, it's not anyone's fault.
So you know, I really believe that there is a sense of free will we can cultivate, but also we got to have kindness and compassion with each and every person because ultimately we're Robots until we wake up and a lot of people, it takes them a while to get to that point where they have that boom or they have to crash really low to wake up unfortunately you know, or take enough drugs but not many people do that. So my mum has over the years has definitely started to wake up and I've made a lot more peace with her and it's made our relationship a lot better and because of that I've started to see the changes in her there too because for me to do what I do, I cannot be holding resentments. I wouldn't be practicing my preach. So that's another reason why I. I recommend people become instructors, right go down that path even if it's just yourself benefit benefit because you start to hold yourself if you're teaching somebody stuff, you've got to hold yourself accountable more when you become a teacher you hold yourself way more into account then I mean there's a lot of. There's also a lot of Charlotte and teachers who say one thing but then do a totally opposite thing but you don't want to be one of them. But I found that by becoming a teacher myself it definitely helped me to stay as high vibe as I can and be practicing these and putting these things into practice as much possible. So yeah, that's great feedback. Thank you so much. Anyone else?
Thank you Sarah. And Sarah is on the path to becoming an instructor so well done Sarah.
So cool.
Yes Shinzo, can we hear from you please? If you'd like to unmute Shinzo.
Here let me see.
Can you hear me?
We can hear you.
Yeah, we can hear you.
Oh wow. I. I have oh God mirage so much things to share with you and I will mature and first of all I like to express my gratitude and love to you and so breath it's really changed my life and almost impossible to share what happened like last one and a half years since I took this course 21 day awakening course it was simply my gift to my 68 years old old my birthday gift and since then everything completely transformed. First of all after this course three weeks.
I took exam my health exam and doctor found out my cholesterol was extremely high and they asked me to take medication right away so that was a great, great, wonderful challenge for me. So I talked to Niraj and it's okay and I can do really hitting myself deep level cell level actually So I asked Dr. Just give me three months. Just give me three months. I eat well, I exercise every day the same things but breath work with consciousness and three months later my cholesterol level was over 50 down.
And doctor could not believe it and I lost my weight over 10 pounds. I didn't do anything, just breath work. Wow. Now that I really start believing in breath work and the consciousness, the awakening my true essence. Not this is about my Japanese genes or nothing. This is about me, about my universe, my life itself. Then now I start to change my business because I was not good at business at all. I was always depend on someone else and I did okay. And.
Since then I really start to teach with my partner as a sunny for Japanese people and completely transformed. Now I have over I don't know how many people. Like last week and Saturday I had 136 students show up in my class.
Every week minimum 120 students show up. And the online course, three months course just like 21 awakening course course over 40 students and they pay over thousand dollars. And they all transformed with me, with me. But the best part of this course is I'm not teaching. I'm growing together with my student, Japanese student and everyone help each other and support each other. We transform together. That's the biggest part. So I don't have. I don't feel like I have a courage to do this one. I feel like we are as a team working together and I'm not doing for myself, I'm doing for all Japanese people and Japanese people doing for me together and as a team. So I think I told you.
We went, me and Asmi went to Japan for six weeks to see my student and share. And every class was completely fold filled and my healing session too. And we decide to go back to Japan and teach much, much bigger scale. So we purchase a condominium.
And we create a office and. And I just impossible to imagine what happens in the future from 30 years from now. I'm 69 right now. I know I'm going to teach all my life. This is my, this is not my dream or anything. This is my mission. Mission to share this wisdom and simple breath work. Everyone doing it. Just simple wisdom into this breath work and consciousness. We can change together. So that's it. Basically.
That's so cool. That's amazing. Well, that's the perfect story that I'm talking about is like not only did you have your big transformation yourself but you went on to pass it on and build a career out of it. That is like. That's the ultimate.
Ultimate. Yeah.
Like next level. So yeah. Thank you. And also you're such a master manifesto by Faye. I met this guy who 1 in 20 people in Japan has this guy's books, a guy called Ken Honda. He's the number one author in Japan, right? For financial education. He's like the man. He's the master. And I hung out with him so much, we had such a good connection at the mindvalley event just now that he was like, I want you to build Summer Breath in Japan. I said, well, we already have an instructor, Shinzo. So he's like, okay, I'm gonna put him on stage. So boom. So Ken Honda speaks to like thousands of people at a time in Japan on stage. So now Shinzo is gonna lead it it Sermon Breath in Japan. So what a manifestation. Hey, Shinse.
Thank you.
I really appreciate this incredible transformation. And I cannot wait to meet Honda because we love him.
Yeah, he's a man.
Incredible manifesto.
So. Well, so one in 20 people might have his book, but one in 10 people are going to have your yours.
That's what's going to happen. Awesome. All right. Amazing story.
So what he's. What Shinzo said about instructor and student transform together is just beautiful. What, what Niraj said as well. The deeper the instructor, the instructor knows the content and the information. So I think they get more and more awakened with each journey they go on with with their students. Students. So, Shinzo, fascinating. And I think we all misheard when you said you were 69. I think we all heard 49. 59, something like that. I don't think it was 69. Amazing. Thank you so much for sharing.
Cool. So let's just. Let's speak to Manu quickly before we. We wrap up for today, but be.
Great to speak to find Manu. There you are. Manu, would you like to unmute and join Neeraj on screen. Screen.
Hello, can you guys hear me?
Yes.
Super.
Thank you so much. What a pleasure.
Yeah, I saw you bouncing around dancing with to the music. She seems pretty cool.
Thank you.
You guys, like lift my energy every time.
Nice. So what, what. What's your. What's the result you're looking for for if you could have anything? Anything?
Oh, absolutely. I've already, like, gotten so much results, so many results with Soma Breath work. I. I had realized, I had said the other day in the video was a year and a half ago that I started Soma Breath work. But actually it's been two and a half years and it already reprogrammed my breathing. I had a sympathetic breathing constantly and I had gone through so much work. Also reprogramming with a psychologist and doing a lot of meditation for Years and everything. But nothing had pointed out to my breathing in regular basis, like out of the meditations or just walking in the streets. And with some breath work I was able to actually gain my parasympathetic breathing back to normal. My nervous system was just constantly high up. And.
So I'm for that, ready. I'm super grateful and I've been dreaming about doing the program and actually joining you guys in either retreats or in Ibiza. I'm not so far. I'm friends and, and.
For everything I would love to join you guys. So I've been building up, getting myself back because due to a lot of burnouts.
Financially, haven't been able to. But it's my goal to join and become instruct. Pass this on because I feel like all you guys that have just shared your stories, that's our mission. We're here to like change together and evolve together and awaken and. And now I'm able to see all of that trauma and all the big trauma and all the, the stuff as a gift. Like you've said, you see yourself too.
And that I needed to live all of that for the awakening and not just myself, but the ancestral healing now. Now that because we carry so much and we are here to heal that together and to now change the story for our kids.
Yes.
And so I love that. I love to like be part of this community and just pass it on and grow and grow and grow and because we're one, our whole planet should be doing this.
That's the result you want, Right. So what's stopping you from getting there right now?
Right now it's financial.
Financial.
Okay, so let's say that's a, a goal.
Yeah.
What are the things that need to happen for you to reach that goal, do you think?
Well, I just got myself a job again. So that's, that's, that helps. I feel like now I'm on it.
You're back on it. So do you like the job? Is it a cool job?
I'm very happy because it's. Finally, I'm working from home so it allows me to do this whenever I want.
Right.
I had dreamt to do that because I was doing a lot of jobs. I was burning out every time in all of the jobs because I needed to. First, my nervous system was just always too much. And second, I will not have any more energy for myself and my personal life, life after, for the, the job. So this is flexible. It's part time, it's. I can work whenever I want, wherever I want. And so I literally just started a couple weeks ago. So that's. I'm on it.
I feel like basically you have a job, but you'll also have time to do the things that you need to do to, to, to basically do the course and become an instructor. Is that right? You already manifested the ingredients, so the only thing holding you back now is doing the work. Yes, that's involved. That's it. All right, so what do you need for that? To make sure you don't burn out again because you're very high energy person. So high vata people like yourself, they. We have a tendency to burn, burnout because we do too many things at the same time. So are you already also doing another project here, another one there and another course there? And.
I do take like a thousand persons. I watch all the conferences. I'm passionate about, like the biology behind the trauma. So I've been. I mean this allows me to see all the conferences that I feel like that's how I came into some. I don't even remember I did breathing, but I think it was through a conference or something. Something that I absolutely, I, I filled myself up. So I'm learning to like. One step at a time.
Yeah, yeah.
Like you said not to throw it off.
Yeah. Because that's what holds back most of our instructors from succeeding is they, they do it. They, they do a bit of it and then they go and do another course. They go and do that and then they do that and then they end up having eight different courses. And it's a. It takes. Once you've got eight courses to do, it takes eight times as long to finish one of them because you're doing eight at the same time. Which is so common, it's so common with this, this day and age because it's so easy to get access to information. In the olden days, you had to go to a university or something like that to learn stuff or go to an ashram in Tibet or something. Right. But now you just got push button. You get great courses at your fingertips like this and everyone's bombarded, guarding you, telling you that the next thing is going to change your life and all that. So I, what I found is that when you find something that ticks all the boxes is to just go deep on that and everything else is noise because it's taking you away from your result, you know, because it's, it's better to do one thing at a time. That's one thing I've really learned the hard way. One step at A time and then you don't get burned up out. And then with soma breath, the technique itself and when you're doing it every day, it gives you that energy as well to get done like really well. So then you're flow through it, you know, so that's what I recommend with people is like, you know, start baby steps and make little wins. Another reason why people get burnout is because they go for really big wins without, forget with and they forget about all the little wins that lead up to the big win and they don't celebrate enough the little steps. So all the little wins that they make. So I, I try and make to avoid burnout little wins for myself. So today I'm going to do in the next hour this exercise because I'm going to feel so good from that, right that then I can go into the next next thing and the next thing and you know, so I make little wins every single day. I don't try and overwhelm myself with 10 things to do in one hour, you know, because that, I used to do that and that's when I used to get burnt out. Because the mind can only take so much information at a time. And vata people like yourself, you've got the vata energy. We are very fast. We do everything very fast and chaotic sometimes because we're like air, we move around, we change a lot. And it's sometimes hard for vada people to stick to one thing, right, because we need constant change. But I'll tell you what the best thing for V people is, is to learn routine. Because then you get the balance of the other energies and ultimate thing about life is finding your balance, your element and going, going down it. If you become, if your vata energy is very creative, very fun class and likes change a lot, you need to be in a job that allows you to be flexible and to be able to be creative at the same time. That's why being an instructor actually gives you all of that. You're your own boss, you can work when you want. There's so many different things you can do. It's very creative, it's artistic. You can even produce your own music if you're an artist and so on. So that ticks that box. But what you have to then realize, and this is why I had to learn the hard, hard way you seem like you've already figured it out, is we have to sometimes have an income stream too to, to get the basics right, which is the kaffir, the groundedness. And we need some Structure and order, which is the pitta. Right. So having a day job that gives you a bit of discipline and focus is really good. Now, the only thing with working from home is that sometimes it can be easy to get distracted. Right. Because you're at home, you're not in an office, you don't have somebody on your case. So that's the skill you're going to need to really develop.
To make sure you, you stick to the plan that you've got.
I'm really disciplined, so that one I got down from my dad.
Discipline is my.
Thing.
Yeah.
Amazing. So then you're going to be crushing it. It's all good.
Nice.
All right. Amazing. So I think.
We'Ll look forward to seeing you in the community soon. Keep us up to date with how you're getting on.
Oh, super excited. Thank you so much. I super look forward to it.
Yeah. And we'll, we'll, we'll, you know, we'll, we'll stay in touch and see how you're getting on.
And anyone got any questions?
Just to let Manu know, because at the moment we have a promotion going on and for anyone else listening, we have to celebrate and in honor of this five year anniversary, we have a promotion going on. We've actually taken off $300 off the course. So it's, it's coming in right under $200 now. And you have access to it for life. You know, it's not 20. It's not, not just people ask us after 21 days, do we lose it? This is 21 days to the beginning of the rest of your life. Because it is like Neeraj said, it introduces reprogram for the mind when hardware, software, all of that that he said, it works on everything you know in your physical body and on your breathing and your, and the way your outlook on life. So Amber, can you drop the link in again? I've been dropping it every now and then and I think you're going to get two live sessions, sessions a week as well. So it's usually one live a week and then for someone like Manu, because I've had some students ask me this because it is a 21 day program and it's so super interesting. Reveals things about you, about your mind that you didn't know about. People have a tendency to go and Google afterwards where the information's from and where all of this is and everything we've put in that course is backed by science. So like Niraj says, stay focused, focused. Because people start looking elsewhere and then it's too much to try and complete everything. But remember, you joined to do the journey. So give yourself those three weeks and put yourself through that journey to get the best possible outcome. And like Niraj said, the rest is noise.
Right.
You can look at all that stuff up later, but do the journey first and come out of it a better person in the end. Can't recommend that high bad enough. All right, I'm wait to have Manu on, isn't it? You need her energy, you need to rein her in, like you have to rein me in.
So there's a few questions now. Yes, we can quickly go through. So Alfredo asks, do you take supplements to enhance your breathing? Okay, so there aren't any real, like, quality supplements to enhance specifically breathing. Except for, for this one drops that I really like called arc drops, which has been created by one of our instructors too, where you. It's a very potent mint drops and arc drops, basically you just put them a little squirt of about 0.25 mil. And because it's such a strong, intense mint blend, it really, you feel it like a fire inside. It's like super strong, but it opens up all your blood vessels and your airways, they expand so you get this like, rush. You feel this oxygen rush. So that's the one that we recommend to our instructors, Arc drops. That's why one of our friends.
So you could check that out. But for enhancing breathing, what you really want is to be more holistic. Okay. So what enhances breathing is your level of.
Your base, your CO2 tolerance and your level of fitness, your own, your how strong and efficient, your mitochondria, your cells. So this comes down to eating, right, eating healthily according to your energy type, taking out all processed foods. Foods, foods are difficult to digest. And also basically doing something that makes you enthusiastic every day to. To get out of bed. Right. So these sorts of things will be more impactful than any supplement that you take. Supplements are there just to make sure you have the foundation of optimum nutrition. Right, right. And you know, you may. I mean, I love chocolate. So chocolate opens up the, the, the bronchials a little bit. So theobromide opens up the blood vessels a little bit as well. So chocolate, dark chocolate is great. And you know, I tell you my supplements, I say moringa powder, I take colostrum, which you can put a link to, which is. And our proprietary stuff that we sell.
We have what else? I take maca. I say maca, and.
That'S it. And I eat a lot of chocolate and I Like coffee. So other than that, what I do is like a lot of like I do exercise. It's all in our course, the 21 days. And all this, all the supplements and everything I'm talking about as well is also within the 21 days. Days because it really is a holistic program that you can go through. Okay.
Hope that answer your question.
Any other questions?
Yes, we have a question from Carmen. Carmen, would you like to unmute yourself and join Neeraj?
Right.
Hi there.
Welcome.
Okay.
It's unbelievable that I'm on this call and talk to. Talking with you. I just, I came in late because I, I just saw it like half an hour ago and here I am. And before I'm really glad for you guys telling your stories, the ones I've heard because that's. That fires. That fires me up. And with me it is just. I thought maybe sometimes it's just, it's just some questions. Before you were asking, I think, think was it Sarah or menu. Some. Some questions to get me on track again. Because with me it's. I often am in a flow state and I love getting up and I love going out and doing things. But now I really don't love my work so much anymore. And.
And all I love almost is. Is breathing and being outside and, and still I didn't get like the impulse to.
To, to. To become an instructor. So I'm sort in a. As if in an empty space, not knowing where to go. But I want to, I want to feel that purpose. And.
Yeah.
So.
Okay, so if I was to ask you some questions like what if you had like 12 months left to live one year? Right. What would you do with your time? Everyone can answer these questions themselves. What would you do right now if you had somebody said you got 12 months left to live.
What would I do.
Then? I probably would leave to Choban to another now.
Okay.
I'm a teacher.
You don't love your job enough to keep doing it. Okay. What if you had.
Let's say.
What was the last product that you purchased or. Or used that had a significant impact in your life? Product or service?
Prolonged? Well, the breath work.
Yeah.
And so would you be. Would you want to share that with others because it impacted you so much?
Yes and no. That's where the clean.
Okay, so where's the no? What's the no?
The no is probably that I don't think that I can live off that.
I'm like, I love doing things and not care about money. And that's where the safety part comes in. With the job I am, I am in now.
But. Yeah.
What do you do?
Right now I'm a teacher for special kids, like with learning disabilities. And, and I love the kids, but I, the whole system is getting.
Yeah.
Feeling it's taken a lot of, of energy and the parents and actually I don't know what it is.
And I'm going there with enthusiasm. And at the end of the day, it's like someone said before, there's. There's almost not enough energy for.
What I love.
Okay, so you're. If I was to ask, like one of the first.
Meditations of the 21 days exercises is to map out your average perfect day, your average peaceful day is what I prefer to call it. Now is the day which you can live over and over again that you would have peace of mind. You'll be content. And it was sustainable. Right. So a realistic thing that you can achieve and you can do over and over again. Like, what would that look like? What are the things that you need to manifest that? So, you know, for me, when I did this exercise first time, I, My big vision was live in California, San Diego, big mansion on the river. I wanted one of those, those big MTV crib homes. I wanted nice car and hot tubs and spas and all this. And then I started to cost it out and I realized that this is like, holy. You need so much money just to afford like a small house in San Diego. Right. So then I realized when I went to Thailand, actually I can have that same lifestyle. Right. But better actually, actually for a fraction of the cost. So my, my whole average day perfect perspective changed when I went somewhere else and I broadened my horizons to other possibilities and I realized that I don't need to be anymore in California. I don't need to live in America. I don't need to do any of that stuff. If I don't want it, it can become a choice. And I could actually live as long as I'm location independent. Independent, I can live anywhere and quite cheap. So what I realized, the first, most important thing chunking this all down was I needed to have an location independent business that matched my current salary as a pharmacist working part time, which is around two and a half grand a month or something. Right. So that was my, that became my first big goal. So I reverse engineered that. And at that time.
I wasn't a coach or anything like that. I wasn't selling coaching services, but it's. Let's say I was a coach and I could sell one coaching Program for thousand dollars. Right. So I can do a coaching program for. I get paid way more than that, you know, per month now for long term with a handful of clients, clients that like is many times more than what my pharmacy salary was. So I've way surpassed that dream now. But going back to that point, if I had one product that gave me a thousand dollar income, one product which you can get from selling information coaching services like that, you know, as an instructor, okay, you just needed. I just needed three sales a month to live my average perfect day. So I had one. I could create one product that gives me a thousand dollars per product. Or what I could do is sell one course, a small course that's like 50 bucks.
And how many students would I need to do that? I needed about 30 students. Yeah. Is that right? No.
50. 50 students. Well, 50 customers a month to kind of reach my goal, right. If it's £50, the cost. So that's how I started to play around with the numbers. And this is the exercise in 21 days that everyone does where you reverse engineer your dream life targets. Okay. So with the Internet, because there's so many people online, there's like 2 billion people, people that have access to Internet and the whole personal development space has grown so big, right? This wellness space is huge. It's the number one growing trend on the Internet, especially since COVID because that opened everyone's eyes to their health and well being. I realized actually that it was quite easy to reach that many people if we get 50 cells was quickly I got to that number right with my original.
Trip nor meditation brainwave entrainment music therapy product I had. So I quickly got to that number. And then I lived in Thailand. And then as you get to that first target, I, I started to do other things, add more, more products and more services. That led to then Soma breath retrain instructors. And now I have a company where my costs per month are more than my whole year's annual salary as a pharmacist. You know, just to put things in perspective, it's like from that one little dream life target, I've now got more costs that I have to pay out each month, which means I'm obviously making more back than I was earning as a pharmacist in a year. Right. So which is a great problem to have. Is a problem, but it's a great problem to have, you know, I mean it's much better than back in the day when I couldn't even pay for like a pot noodle, right? So so I'm trying to say is that when you start to put things down on paper, in perspective, money starts to change.
Its meaning to you. Do you know what I mean? You start to see more in terms of. Terms of, okay, what value can I bring? And what that was our value worth, and what do I then need to learn to deliver that value and scale it? Right? And we actually, as instructors, we teach you how to do all this stuff, how to scale your own value. All right? So that's what we teach you to do in the structure. And that's constantly getting better and better. All right? So my advice is don't give up your job. Do this on the side until. Because this is what I did. Until you get to a point where your income from your coaching surpasses the job, then you can transition. Does that make sense?
It does make sense.
But.
Yes, there's one. But I. I don't manage to really do the. The average perfect day meditation.
I can wake up a feeling, like feeling happy, but I.
I'm lacking the details, so I never get to really imagine, well, what would I do? I don't know, besides getting up, enthusiastic and.
Doing my thing, going out with the dog. And I love people. People. So I probably would love to continue working with people and.
Well, the thing with you is it sounds like you don't need a lot to be happy. Right. So are you happy where you live?
Yeah.
Yeah. Do you have a dog?
Yeah.
You take them for walks?
Yeah.
So it sounds like all you need to do is just replace the income that you're making with this job with a new income that's based around what you love. Is that right?
It could be because.
Because it's your almost living average per day. But the thing is, you're just not doing the job that you want to do. Is that right anymore?
Yeah, it's been. It's been that way for years. And I'm always, Always.
Pushing myself to be happy where I'm planted and. And. But I'm losing the purpose. I don't know.
Yes. And now what you need to do is.
What is it? What is it? I live in Switzerland and lots of things are going on at schools. They're breaking apart. And one part of me thinks, well, I have to. There have to be people to make the changes. And another part of these as well. And so what? I just want to be happy. I want to get. I want to quit.
You know, like the system is propped up by people who are supporting the system. Right. By being in the system, it's very hard to change old institutions from within. It's better because of the way the world is now moving to create your own system. There is absolutely no reason why you cannot, what with patience and your experience, create a new alternative private system for yourself and, and grow that out independent of this. You don't need to change anything. Basically, you need to be the change, get out of the distraction and be the solution. That's my mantra.
Right, right. That sounds, that sounds wonderful. And maybe I could just. When I, when I'm ready for it, I could do the, the, the.
Program, the instructors program for, for myself and grow with it and see what it does for me.
Exactly.
Good. Because I'm, I'm. It's stress. It puts stress on me when I think, oh, and afterwards I have to be successful with it.
No, no, no, no. Don't. Don't make any of those sorts of. Lots of, as I said, little wins. First step is to do the course. That's a. The first step is just to do the first module, the first level. There's multiple levels in it, so just do the first level. You can already start being instructor from that and see how that goes. Just do little wins. Don't think about. You have to be successful with it and make all this money and all that. That will come if you just stick to the, the plan. You know what I mean?
Right.
I took up a lot of time. I appreciate.
No, no, this. I think this is very good lesson for everybody. Like, I think the questions that you give are actually what a lot of people are thinking, but they may not step up. The fact you're stepping up means you're already 95% of the way to, to the change. You're just. You just needed somebody to give you. You that permission. That's it.
And it's almost like you. We could hear you saying that you couldn't see your average perfect day. You couldn't envision it. And you could almost hear why you can't do it because you've just explained about the system getting in your way and you don't know whether you want to try and fix it. You don't want to stay or go. And you can see that could be your blockage because that happened to me, that there were obstacles that I wasn't willing to look. Look at, to let go of, to actually see the vision. It's like I knew it in the back of my head. I knew what I wanted to see, but I wasn't allowing myself to see it. And you've Just like explained to everyone here, I think what your obstacles are.
So you don't know what you've done to everyone else in the room that I think have the same fears. And you just need to, you know, did you do the live call when you did the 21 day or did you do self study study? Did you join the live calls?
I did one life call, but for me it was like at 2 o' clock in the morning and I fell asleep and the next morning I get up at five o' clock in the morning. So I decided I do it afterwards.
Yeah. And I gave them.
I also watched the ones with the uni rush because I.
Like but I wasn't. I wasn't on the other line.
Yeah.
Because for everyone watching who've done the 21 day program, if you belong to our Facebook group, Amber or I will be dropping. We're going to do something special for you guys. There'll be a special offer for if you do want to become an instructor or if you want to because you have the program, just join in on some live calls and there are actually some time options available for you. So. And it will probably do you good to talk rather than do it on your own own to talk to a group of people and have an instructor who will give you guidance. So make sure you join our 21 day Facebook group so that you see this offer and anyone else watching as well who said that they want to become an instructor, will. Will be dropping the promo in there. Okay. So watch out for that. All right. Thank you, Carmen.
Thank you. Thank you, guys.
Amazing.
Listen, it's good to hear your stories, guys because like Neeraj said, you asked the question that someone else didn't want to or was uncomfortable to or was hoping that someone else did. So say kudos to everyone who spoke up. Neeraj. We have gone over time as usual.
Cool. I think we got some good questions.
Yeah. And it was nice to see the support from students who've been through the journey as well. But because.
We could speak amazing things about it. But to hear it from the students themselves, it's golden. So Neeraj, I hand it over to you. We are dropping in all the links that you need to like we said. Oh yeah. This is a very important question. I think Arvid asked before that they've purchased the program a few years ago and has it changed and evolved since then? Is there some other new additions to it or.
We haven't really changed. I've updated the. The sound quality of some of the tracks, but we haven't really changed it because it would just work so well. So it's like, why try and fix something that isn't broken? There may. It may be a bit more holistic.
As in there may be some of the health protocol stuff in there. But.
And I think the instructors who are imparting, starting it are so much more verse. Better verse.
Oh, yeah, the instructors are. Yeah, They've been doing so many thousands of students. I'm not going to say what number it is yet.
We found out. We've got the answer.
We need to find out. Yeah, we have the answer.
Amber has the answer. I think she sent it to you privately. Yeah, send it privately again to Nirajan.
Yeah.
And guys, drop it in again now. Now, you've heard Niraj speaking. Drop in. How many students. Students do you think we've had on our fifth anniversary have passed through this course? What would be interesting to know is how many instructors have come from it? Because there's loads that have come from this, right? Six, three, eight thousand.
Talking thousands. Okay? Six thousand, three thousand, eight thousand. Niraj, do you have the answer now? Amber sent it to you.
No, I haven't got it yet.
10K. 10,000. 20,000. 5,000. I think some of you are talking about our goal, the goal that we'd like to get to 9,500. And actually, Niraj, you should say, how many instructors did you start with to how many have you got now that are imparting these lessons?
Right?
You're a very small group on a small island before. What, two or three of you?
Yeah, but in terms of instructors, we've got over 2,000 instructors now. Yeah, yeah, but it's a little bit less than I thought, actually. But we've had actually 5,000 students.
We can't give a prize to Shinzo.
Shinzo, Come on, man. He just wins everything. He's just so lucky. I wonder why.
I think we had your story and the power station, right?
Anyone who smiles like like that is just going to be lucky. So, yeah, man, Shinzo wins.
That's incredible. I'm gonna go right to the beginning and see if anybody said 5,000 at the beginning.
Yeah, yeah. See if anyone else got it.
Let's just see. Hold on. Let's see. When did you ask? Right? 2,500. 20,000. 2,500. 6,000. 7,000. Nobody else put in five.
Bang on the money.
Power of manifestation, guys, he did the 20. One day. He's an instructor now. It works. It's magic.
I have to think of another price to give him because he's got everything.
I'll send him something cool, amazing.
So I think that's it. That's a great roundup. Thank you everybody, for all your time.
We have Kee Gong tomorrow with Carla Espenshade, if you're part of the membership. And we have Breathe together on Sunday and then they know on Friday and then on Sunday, Neeraj, I'm not sure you know this either. You put together an amazing breath work meditation with hypno fractals that no one's ever seen. So we're going to stream that to YouTube and get everybody to experience that because so, you know, for this one, keep your eyes open. Sunday, 12pm ET. And keep your eyes open and watch this. We really, really want to hear your feelings feedback because I saw a bit of it and it's absolutely amazing. You're going to love it. Absolutely love it. Okay, so tune in on YouTube and it will go into the membership afterwards as well. So lots going on as ever. Thank you so much, Niraj, for everything you've done, for creating this amazing organization, having us here with you, you know, and that's it. I think we're gonna go out.
Yeah.
With your average peaceful day. Think about it and hopefully see lots of you inside the 21 day group. Thank you so much, Neeraj. Thank you everyone for your time.
Much love, everyone.
Take care. Bye.
See you soon.
