quite a variety of different types of issues, you see. So in Ayurveda, which is what I base a lot of my method on, um, basically disease resides in the gut, okay? And there's usually quite often when people get chronically sick, they may have before that gut health-related issues. And when that's left unchecked, then disease kicks in. And often the gut's trying to tell you something. The gut has its own brain, okay? It has its own mind. So, you know, for a lot of people, the gut is being ignored, like the voice of the gut. And, and that's what we have to, um, deal with, right? Is what is my gut trying to tell me? What's my gut instinct trying to tell me? So my cure for people— and I'm not going to say it works for everybody, right? Cure simply means bring people back to who they were before they get sick. But here's the problem: it's who you were before you got sick that got you sick in the first place. So actually, I prefer to use the word transform, because you have to become a whole different person with different beliefs, different habits, different lifestyle patterns, and then you may become a different person as a result. And what drug companies do is they try and cure pain or treat the symptoms, which is bring people back to who they were, right? Which is just dealing with the symptoms. So what we need to do is look at what is the real cause of the issue, and often it's lifestyle related, right? So if you try everything, if you, if you, um, change your diet, and one of the easiest ways to start helping your gut is to go on a no-factory diet. So basically eliminate all foods that come in a factory to start with, right? That's the first step. And then there's a process of elimination you can go through to, uh, kind of pinpoint if there's any food that triggers your problem. So what that would mean is that what what happens is sometimes the food that's undigested and certain plants don't want to be eaten either. So they have certain carbohydrates that trigger allergic histamine-like responses in the gut, which leads to things like IBS, IBD, inflammation, even ulcerative colitis. So one of the things you can do is go on an elimination diet. Like eliminate first all factory-based foods because factory-based foods, things that come in a packet, they come with a lot of chemicals. Just even if it says additive-free, chemical-free, they tend to come with a lot of chemicals, right? And preservatives and other stuff that can be the trigger. Plus, they're often kind of dead of life, so they're not as easy to digest as real whole nourishing food. So that's the first step to try. The second step is the SCD diet. SCD diet stands for Specific Carbohydrate Diet. And I actually recommend this to people who have all kinds of different range of symptoms from not just gut issues, migraines, headaches, inflammation, arthritis, sometimes just eliminating the plants that cause histamine-like reactions in the gut and cause leaky gut issues can help. Right. So there's a whole list. You look that up, specific carbohydrate diet. There's a whole food list that will show you like what to eat and what not to eat. And there's certain types of carbs, mostly most of them are root vegetables, right? And then there's some kind of carbohydrates you find in plants. If you eliminate them using the list, okay, I can even show you that right now, right? If any of you've got— I mean, you don't even need ChatGPT. You can just go straight into Gemini, right, on Google. And do it like that. So I'm just going to ask, give me the— me a list of banned foods and good and approved foods for the specific carbohydrate diet. So I'm going to type that in. I'm going to show you this. Okay, do you see this?
Okay.
So approved foods. All right. So this allows single sugar carbohydrates, legal foods, while banning complex carbs with double or multi-ring sugar molecules that can feed harmful gut bacteria. What it also does is causes the allergens that I told you. Right. So there's certain meats and proteins that as long as they're unprocessed. So like I said, no factory diet. This can really help, right? So fresh vegetables that are non-starchy, like broccoli, asparagus, spinach, zucchini, kale. You have to be careful on some of these as well. I've found that some of these can actually be irritating and cause a lot of gas and bloating. So they should be really well cooked. If you're going to eat vegetables, they've got to be very well cooked. Don't eat them raw. Raw foods Tend to cause more gas in the gut, right? And then dairy is okay. So like fermented yogurt, real proper good yogurt is good. You can have nuts and seeds and then obviously healthy oils, right? But the banned foods, you'll see it's what we all kind of know, right? But some of them you might be surprised. Because you've got quinoa on there, millet, buckwheat, bread, pasta. So I mean, those you shouldn't be surprised about, right? These are known allergens. The gluten is hard to digest, okay, in some people. All right, now depending on how severe your symptoms are, I recommend you try this first as the first fix, okay? Just cut these out of your diet. Okay, so I'll leave that there for a minute. And but then once you change that and you go on a bit of a fast of these unhealthy foods that cause all the problems, the next step is you want to fix the gut itself, the lining of the gut. So what I use for that Okay, is colostrum. So this is my now shameless plug I'm going to give you. This stuff has helped so many people around the world. I've— that's why I keep selling it. I wouldn't sell it otherwise, right? I just believe in it so much. Okay, I mean, for example, Like this has become so mainstream now, colostrum, right? That Tucker Carlson, who you probably have heard of, promotes it on his podcast, right? It's because it works. Like he wouldn't put his name to it, somebody that famous, if this stuff didn't work. So colostrum, right? It heals the gut lining. It repairs it. Okay. The reason why it works is because this is actually what we used to consume as babies. Right? We used to consume colostrum, the first milk, right, as babies. And what that does is it feeds and heals the gut lining that allows you to then consume adult food. Right? So colostrum is essential. If you're not given enough colostrum as a baby because for whatever reason your mum didn't want to breastfeed or she couldn't, or so on and so forth, and you get deprived of it, you're, you're more likely to get childhood diseases and allergies, right? And you know, there was a whole campaign many years ago to get people off breastfeeding and onto Nestlé products, which was wild, right? And some of you may have been in that generation where that happened, okay? So If you're deprived, then you know you can revive it with oops oh no the I I misspelled it that's why ignore that one I put a typo in it I'm gonna retype it somaholistica.com with an a somaholistica.com Okay, sorry about that. Thank you for letting me know. Post it one more time. Okay, so, um, can you see this? Can you see this? Yeah, so you can read all about it on here and you can get my gut health protocol on here. I go through everything in here, right, in a lot of depth on exactly what you need to do. Okay. So check this out. Now, cow's colostrum has the same translation into humans. Cows produce tons of this stuff, so only a certain fraction of it is used for human consumption. No calf is harmed with this. All right. It's fully ethical. Okay. So, I mean, I know some people have a problem if they're vegan, so on and so forth. No problem. But if you don't have an issue with that and you're okay with dairy, I just want you to be— I mean, you don't— this isn't dairy as well. Remember, this is pre-dairy. It's not lactose-rich, right? Actually, with colostrum, you can actually heal the gut lining to a point where you can actually have lactose again and gluten again. I drink milk, no problem. I eat bread, no problem. When at one point I couldn't do any of that stuff. It's horrible, right? But I can now completely. I can even have spicy food. I can literally eat anything I want, which is great, right? But there was a point where I couldn't do any of that. So this stuff really works. And I went to search for the best stuff. And then what I found was that the stuff that I used was the best stuff. And I made a deal with the supplier of that in the US. And that's why I've been selling since 2012 or something like that now, right? So 2013, I think, is when I started. And people love it. We have incredible testimonials. You can see on Amazon the amount of amazing testimonials we have. So yeah, so go with that, check it out. And what I recommend, okay, Because the number one healer of all, right, for gut health is, as I said, you're going to listen to your gut. Okay, okay, question here. How about getting your colostrum from coconut oil? You can't. Colostrum is not coconut oil. It's completely different things, right? Colostrum is, is a product from the first milk. Okay, it's Coconut oil is plant-based. Very two totally different things. Okay, I'll come to questions in a bit. So, so as I said, the most important thing though is you've got to understand what's the cause of this. So I'm just giving you a way first to just help with some of the symptoms because they're horrible. And then once you can actually minimize some of the diarrhea, some of the bloating, some of the gut pain. You strip out all the allergies, then you can start addressing what is causing this. What is the cause? It may be simply that you've been eating the wrong stuff, right? You may be putting diesel into your petrol engine for many years. And the real food is not stuff that comes in a packet. The real food is just a factory-based food. And here's the thing. Forget about obsessing over diets and this and that, right? It's too stressful. Just eat what you love that doesn't come in a factory, that doesn't come in packets. Go to a real supermarket, learn how to cook your own food. Don't worry about, you know, whether this has got this much vitamin C or this got this much vitamin D. Forget about all that. Just eat what you love. Don't overeat. Eat 80% full, chew your food, and then watch what happens. Okay. When you start giving your body the real food, right, that it needs, then start to address what is going on. Why am I sick? Like, why? What was happening, right? And when you look, think deeply about it, and you're very honest with yourself, you often— some of the things that comes up, it's the environment you're in, okay? Your gut doesn't feel comfortable with the people you're around, maybe a relationship that you've been in that you just are too scared to let go of or something, right? There's— or a job you've been doing for ages that's made you disillusioned, right? Or bills that are stacking up and you just don't know what— don't want to deal with it. It's too much. So the real core cure is with the actual real transformation, let's say is to address the real cause, right? And this is what— you have to be very honest, and it's hard to do on your own. And that's why I wanted to build a community where we're able to just share freely with people who get us, right? Because people I've noticed who suffer from a lot of gut health issues, they're very driven people and they tend to be quite creative. And sometimes the gut health issues happen because they're actually very much creative people trapped in a left-brain world, or they think outside of the box, they see what's going on, and their gut's getting really angry and frustrated because anger and frustration gets stored in the gut. Anger and frustration. So who here agrees that maybe sometimes they started— they store anger and frustration, or they get angry or frustrated with things? Yeah. Like, you're just like, why don't they see it? Why can't people around me see this? Do you get like that kind of frustration?
Yeah.
And would you say it's more than other people around you? Like, would you say you, you get more frustrated about things than the normal person around you in your environment? You're more sensitive, let's say. Or what I mean is, do you— okay, are you— do you feel like you feel it but you internalize it? Yes, I get more— that's what I was looking at. Yes, I get more frustrated because I'm aware, right? So like what I've realized, I put it down to this, is people get a lot of gut health issues because the gut is your drive, it's your power, right? It's where energy comes from, okay? And the reason we get health issues there is, right, why it deteriorates is because it's the mind that we often ignore. Because it makes— it wants us to take action and do stuff. But another part of us gets frustrated that we can't, because of the fear of doing it. So this is our seat of courage. Okay, so I'll give you an example. Perhaps you, you know you need to change your job, right? But you suppress it, you suppress it and suppress it, and it internalizes, and you're frustrated at work, and you're frustrated with your situation and all of that. And maybe it's other people around you, you feel like, oh, if only they would change, and so on and so forth. There's control, an element of control here that we wish we had. Because we see what could be better for everybody else. We could see how my job could be better or how things at work could be better, right? Or maybe you just don't agree with the core values of the company you're working in, right? And so that makes you angry and frustrated. What I want you to do is I really want you to go deep on this. What are you most angry and frustrated about? Like, write it all out. Like, really write this down, journal it.
Right.
Go through this exercise. To get really clear on this. This is another classic reason, right? I suppress it because of interference from others, the need to help others, not putting myself first. Yes. Yes. This is so common. Yes. I feel so much of others' environment. I hold it in because I can't change them.
Yes.
So here's the thing. This is what I've realized. Is that you cannot change anyone. You cannot change anything around. You have very little control of what's going on in the outside world. The only thing you can do is change the way you react to it. That's the only control you've actually got. All right? And the only thing you can do is change your situation. So This is where courage needs to come in. And this is where having a really good support group is important. Right? Having a really good support group. That's why I built, right, the Skool community. So what I realized is there's a common thread between everyone who suffers a lot from gut health issues like mine. They're often the suppressed artists, okay? And once they're shown another way, right, suddenly boom, they go into flow states. And they just need—
it's—
I tell you what, sometimes it's just one bit of information that's the actual immediate cure. It could be one book, it could be one recommendation, it could be one resource. could be one opportunity away from breaking free of your system that you're in, the frustration, right? And I, I realized that, like, once— what we become is our environment. So unless you change that environment, even if it's virtually, it's very hard to get new pieces of information in that helps us break free of frustration. And sometimes all you need is groups of people that you can speak to who are like-minded that get you to help you break free of the frustration and anger. Because you realize there's actually other people you can vent with, communicate with, and there's new friends you can make. And that can help you deal with whatever environment you're in right now that's keeping you stuck.
Right?
So what I've built— I just want to share this page. I don't know if you can see this page now. Let me have a look. Just want to make sure you're sharing. I'm sharing this.
Okay.
So this is my new Heal Your Gut community. Okay. And this is where I've put together a lot of my resource. On, um, gut health. Okay, so I'm just going to log into this. Actually, I just need to log in to show you, then I want to share this with you. Okay, so school is an amazing community of very like-minded people. Okay, I've just launched this, and you'll see in the classroom I have the 7-day gut health challenge. Okay, I have, um, we have a soon after that it's going to be coming the 21-day awakening journey, right? Um, we have colostrum. Okay, so what you want to do is start here and just go through this. Lots of good information here and just do the 7-day gut health challenge. Right, there's a lot of good value in this, and we have a 7-day trial on this. Okay, so I'm just going to give you a link to this community. Okay, I'm surprised I've got the domain name healing. That's crazy. Or slash healing.
Wow. Okay.
That's amazing. Our URL, I didn't realize, is just school.com/healing. Okay, so I'm gonna just post this in the group, and I highly recommend you just do the 7-day gut reset, okay, and practice it. All right, and then once you are in the community, we can start talking, interacting. I can, I can answer your questions much deeper. On a case-by-case level, right? And we're also offering coaching support for this as well. So what I'll do now is let me just see some of the questions that come in, see if I can put any of you on your good track right now. So I have lymphocytic colitis and collagenous colitis. I was put on budesonide for over four years. Hmm, yeah, classic. Resorin glucocorticoid toxicity. No one told me. No one followed my health. Currently can't walk. I'm so sorry to hear this. Idiopathic osteoporosis. Crutches. Oh my god! Many broken ribs. Okay, yeah, so this is the problem, right? I mean, I I'm not sure if you went on the specific carbohydrate diet, right? And I don't know your exact diet, Kristin, but when I went on a veganish vegetarian diet and I was drinking wheatgrass and all that stuff, that's when I got the colitis myself too. I got it really bad when I had completely switched. So As I said, when I switched to more of a paleo diet, which is the specific carbohydrate diet, in fact, I went on bone broth, beef, literally all meat for about 2 weeks and colostrum. That's when my gut started to heal again. Right before that, eating fiber, fruits, vegetables, all this stuff was making my symptoms worse. And that's actually when I got sick. So like, there's got to be like I and this is like a very serious case, and this would take way more than this call for me to look at. And it's you know this is like a medical case. This is a serious medical case where something has triggered this. Your doctors. Instead of looking at what could have caused this, have put you on some pretty hardcore steroids to help with the symptoms. But then there's not been any coaching follow-up and there should have been a medicine review. And now all these side effects have happened. And when I was a pharmacist, we had to do medical reviews. We had to do— I made it my habit that I would do medical reviews To make sure whether people are getting side effects or not. This—I was a very unique pharmacist, by the way. Most pharmacists don't do this, but I really cared, right? So I would do these follow-up reviews, and any advice I gave on lifestyle, I'd always do follow-up reviews because you know you have to, right? This is again why I've created this community. I've created this gut health community because it's impossible for me to help everyone. On a 1-hour Zoom call every few months. I can't do that. I need more interaction. I need more information. I need more connection. And you need people around you that you can connect with. So one of the things I recommend, even if— look, this is, this is such a case now, I can't even say that I can help much at all other than the stress relief. that you can get from Soma Breath practices. So what I highly recommend is, um, the breathing techniques. Okay, so we're going to move into that now. So like, aside from what feeds our guts and the cause being, you know, the trigger, like the true cause, the What is the anger, the frustration that's got suppressed? Is there any emotions? And one thing you can use just to help that is the UDDIN checklist, right? Use this list. This is what I do with coaching clients. I go through the checklist. UDDIN stands for high-impact trauma events that follows this acronym. U stands for unexpected. D stands for dramatic. So unexpected events, very dramatic. That are isolating. I stands for isolating, as in only affects you, where there was no strategy. The N stands for no strategies to get out of it, right? So I've had several of those in my life, okay? High-impact trauma events. One of the first ones was when I lost my business when I was 19 that I grew into a huge, huge event that then got taken away from me by quite a few matters around my hands, but also my own self-stupidity. And then I, you know, was very depressed doing a pharmacy job that I didn't want to do for many years. That was one of the big high-impact trauma events, but I had others when I was younger. And if you can find events that have triggered this, high-impact trauma events, anything that's happened that fits that checklist. This is what I do when I work one-on-one with coaching clients. We go through this. Often you'll find what it is when we go through our meditative process. We often find what this is, right, pretty quickly. Okay. And then when— what we do is we use breathing techniques and neurosomatic programming to reframe that, to change your perception of that. And that, that can sometimes be the thing that triggers the healing. Right? So we do all this as a coaching program, but I've just given it to you now so you can start to identify, has there been anything like that's happened to you? And sometimes just the awareness of the event can actually release the energy from it. Okay, so then breathing techniques. The breathing techniques can help you with the inflammation. And the stress, control of stress. So what I highly recommend you do is go on the new Summer Breath app, go to the Summer Breath app and download— oh, I mean, sorry, yeah, get the Summer Breath app and access the, um, Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety course on there and start practicing those practices. And then use those as a tool to help you when you get stressed, when that anger comes up, that, that frustration, right? That fire, the inner fire that starts to burn. I highly recommend you do that. So if you go to courses on the Soma Breath app, you'll see there's the 2 I really recommend you do is breathworks The Healthy Breathing Challenge and the Breathwork for Stress and Anxiety. They're all free, all right? Free courses. I highly recommend you do those courses, all right? So that's a bit of a tip for you now, and that will teach you, um, how to turn off the stress. And what we'll do right now to end this in a moment, because, um, we'll do a little breathing track from the app. That we can all practice together. Okay, so let's see here. By the way, anyone get benefits from the app already for their gut? School. Oh, I love your app. Thank you. School is already live, so move to school now. All right, move to school now. I mean, sign up for the, for the membership now, right? school.com/healing. Okay, um, somebody from support will get back to you, um, soon, Susan. All right, about 21 days. In my case, yes, I know the extreme trauma event that triggered the disease. Okay, that's great. Awareness, right? So then you can work with that with the soma breath transformational coach. They can help reverse that. Okay, and inside the school community, I'm going to start doing events around this. Okay, okay. So. Flash frozen meats I can eat because of lower histamine. Great. So many foods, greens, nuts, berries are high in oxalates. It messes up my guts and joints. Yep, it's true. You have to just— does meat not aggravate histamine? Not in everyone. You have to find You have to experiment yourself, okay? It doesn't do it for everybody, especially if it's proper quality meat. It has to be good grass-fed quality meat or organic meat. You don't want that battery-farmed meat. That's bad, right? I don't mean the cruelty to animals meat. Okay, just go for the really good stuff, right? If you're going to eat meat, you also don't need to eat meat. I'm not saying you have to go and eat meat, but go on the specific carbohydrate diet at least. So let's just keep going through this. What's your thoughts on breathwork and gut health? So that's what we're going on to right now. Yeah. So sometimes Crohn's is As you say, I grew up with Crohn's. It comes from my parents' dynamic and C-section. Yep, it's something that triggered very, very young, and then sometimes it's inherited, right? There's part genetic component to it, but genes only turn on under certain situations, right? So yeah, so this, this is where I want to get at. Like, I see people have already probably done this exercise. They know that something happened in childhood. So, you know, what we do is this process, okay? And what I'm going to do right now, just to demonstrate it, I'm going to show you this process, okay? So who wants to volunteer? Who knows the time this happened? Like, has a The earlier the better, like an Odin moment. Who already has one? Who is ready and willing? Who's committed to, to, to release the charge of it once and for all? Anyone want to volunteer? It just really does mean stepping up. Right now. So what to do that, I just need somebody to raise their hand. Okay, so click on React. I'm going to close this share. Sorry. Anyone wants to volunteer? Bonnie. Okay, so Bonnie is very brave, um, but actually this is actually for your— all of your benefits. Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to demonstrate, um, a process I do, but I need you on the video, Bonnie. Are you okay with being on video? Um, so the question was, who wants to volunteer for me to do a little transformational exercise on them? That I usually do with my, like, clients, which is, um, you know, a very special service that I do, um, as part of the coaching protocol for releasing the energetic charge. Okay, fantastic. Bonnie's online. Okay, so can you, can you hear me, Bonnie?
Yes, I can.
Fantastic. Okay, so do you just want to tell me quickly what you were, um, kind of suffering from? And I don't want to know your event, I just want to know like the symptoms you've got right now, if any.
Um, intolerance to gluten, and I, I think I've had that for a very long time. This all goes back 15 years from the trauma, and I've suffered through SIBO And the whole histamine thing and mast cell activation syndrome from the histamine.
Okay, but do you feel this this started because of a something that happened in the past? Yes. And you know what it is? You're you're clear on it. Okay. And are you ready to release the charge of this? Oh yeah, that'd be great.
Yeah. Okay. Yes.
So I'm going to talk you through a little process, okay? And the cool thing with this, and everybody watching, that I don't need to know anything about the event. I don't need to know any of the story behind it, nothing. We don't have to do hours and hours of talk therapy or any of that, okay? And you're mostly doing this to yourself, so that's why all of you can actually participate for your own selves. I'm just going to talk you through a little process, very easy. So get comfortable. Okay. And the way this starts is you just close your eyes. Yeah, we're going to start with just an easy, um, practice, very easy one, right, where I'm gonna show you the power of your own somatic intelligence. Okay. And how we can change feelings. So I'll wait for you. Ready?
Yeah, I'm just gonna set my phone down rather than hold it so I can relax. Yeah.
I'm gonna try something very easy first, okay? So I invite you to close your eyes, and what I'd like you to do is imagine there's a movie in your mind's eye, right? And I want you to think of something you really love to do. Like, really love, like absolutely love to do. Like, think of something that you, you did that you really loved in the, in the recent future. I mean, sorry, the recent, um, memory. And when you start to see something, I just want you to tell me when you start to see like a movie in your mind of you playing that scene out of you doing that thing.
Okay.
You got something? Okay, so what I want you to do is just point to where you see that movie with your finger. Like, point to where you see it. Keep your eyes closed, but just point to kind of the location where you see that movie. Okay, up there, right? So up there, um, is where you store recent memories that are good. Okay, our mind is holographic in nature. It projects images and memories out in all different directions and stores memories in different locations. The cool thing with this is once you know that, it's like a code and we can change these things around, right? Okay, so you can put your hand down, but actually what you can do now is put a frame around that movie. Put a frame around it. So imagine you've got a black pen and you can draw a frame around that movie. So just draw like a frame with your fingers, bring your body into it. You can even use both. Okay, you got it? All right.
Yeah.
And then hold that frame with both your hands. Hold the frame with both your hands. Okay, like it's— you're gripping it from the sides. You're gripping it from both sides. Okay, so imagine you're holding it and you can actually Stretch this frame out. Just stretch the frame out. Stretch, stretch, stretch, stretch, stretch. Okay. And notice what happens to how you feel when you stretch this out. Does it change how you feel anyway?
It just seems larger. Okay.
You got a larger screen. Okay. So I want you to bring it down again. Okay. So what it was, that's good. If it seems larger, keep it there. Now what I want you to do is start to play that movie. Is the movie still or is it, is it a motion? You can put your hands down.
It's a motion.
It's a motion. Yeah. So I want you to start playing that movie and start to turn up the lights, the colors, the sounds of this movie. Make it really bright and vivid and Imagine you're like a movie director of this and you, you can just have fun with it and make it even more fun, right, than what it is right now. And notice that that makes you feel these good feelings even more. Do you feel these good feelings?
Yeah.
Coming up? Yep. So now I want you to know is where do you feel those feelings in your body? Where do you store good feelings? My chest. So point to where you feel it right now. Yep. Great. Yeah. Now if there was a color associated with that feeling, what would be that color?
Red. Red.
Okay. So now what I want you to do is hold that movie again. Hold that movie again and really start to play that scene of that movie out. Like even more, like turn it up, right? And notice that when you start to move your arms apart and you open this out and stretch this out, that the feeling grows inside. Does it feel— do you feel more of that feeling?
Yeah.
Yeah, now you start to feel it. Okay, so this is it. This is your somatic intelligence. We're in tune with it now. So bring it back. And just leave it there, right? I could just leave you all day feeling like that and you're gonna feel great, right? But now let's work on the other scene. So now what I'd like you to do— and we're not going to keep you here for a long period of time, okay? Just, we're gonna do this quickly, all right? I want you to change the channel of the movie, okay? And I want you to just step into the movie of That scene that you were talking about that caused the Odin moment. You see it? Where? Point to where you see that movie. Over there, right? So do you see how people store memories in different locations? The good feelings was up close, and then the— so how far away is it? Far away or nearby?
About the same distance, I think.
Okay, so it's quite a significant memory, right? But you saw it in a completely different location. Yeah. Yeah. So this is, this is good information. Okay. So now put a border around that. Yeah. Put a border around it. Now grab that again. And as you hold that, do you feel the feeling coming up from that scene?
Yes. Yeah.
Okay, so just feel that feeling right now, but just notice how it feels if you just put it behind you. Put it behind you. Literally take that movie and put it behind you. Imagine you're putting it behind you, like right behind you, like so it's Totally out of sight. What does that do to the feeling?
And they're gone.
He's gone, right?
Yeah.
Crazy, right? So, so stay there. Now I want you to see if you can create that scene. Is it harder to create that scene?
Yeah, it is.
is it? Okay, so what I want you to just do now is just for a moment is see that where you pointed, where you feel the, that, that scene, that energy. Um, do you feel anything more there or is it gone completely?
Like it's confused. It's like it's disappearing.
Yeah, yeah, right. So now what I want you to do is, is do something more fun. So I want you to play with this, like create a new movie in your mind. And I want you to imagine, like, if I was to say to you, what would you like instead? Like the magic word instead. Let's say you could play that out. And the whole, um, thing went in a different direction to what you'd rather have happened instead. Can you see that movie play out?
Yeah.
You can see that movie play out? Yep. And how does that make you feel if you just start to play with that?
Kind of muddled, actually.
Muddled, right? Okay, so what's really cool here is that you've, you've already done a lot of the work getting rid of the charge because it's hard for you to even go back to that, that moment. So let's just do another thing, right? Let's focus on what you love, right? So let's say that you were able to eat the foods you want to eat. Let's say you were able to be free of all these symptoms, right? Let's say you're living and breathing an average peaceful day where you're at peace. Like, what would that— start to play that movie out. What would you see? What would you feel? What would you hear? Start to play those scenes in your movie right now. Just give yourself a time to play with that. And then when you see a movie, point to where you see it. Okay, so it's over there. Now, can you put a frame around it? Okay, amazing. So what I want you to do is grab it by the frame. Okay? And I want you to imagine just you can move that frame, stretch it out a bit first, stretch out a bit and notice what happens to the feeling. How does that feel? It feels like it's stretching. Does it change the feeling of it?
Yeah.
Now imagine you can put this movie up and down through your head. Play with it like it's like a band of energy around you. Notice what that starts to feel like. Do you feel anything in your body? Anything? Play with the energy, like replay it. Imagine it's like a band of energy. Okay, so now do you feel a feeling in your— where do you feel these good feelings in your body?
Just calmness.
Calmness. Okay, where do you feel calmness in your body? Calmness is where we want to get to. Where do you feel calmness?
In my stomach, actually.
So point to where you feel it. Point to where you feel it. It's great. Okay, so now you can, you can put the frame down. Keep the frame like that as it is. Point to where you feel it. Point to where you feel it. Now imagine there's a color associated with that feeling. What's that color? Do you see one?
Blue.
Blue. Blue is color of calmness for you. Okay, so I want you to imagine now you're like a channel, right? And with every breath you breathe in, you're breathing this calm energy to every cell of your being. Okay, and we're just going to do a simple breathing pattern. Okay, and you can use this anytime and use this color. Okay, whenever you're feeling any kind of challenge, right?
Yeah.
If you want to feel instantly calm, what you need to do is breathe in this color like this. So I'm going to count a rhythm. In, 2, 3, 4. Out, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. In fact, the way you want to do it is breathe in fully through your nose For about 4 beats. Now imagine you're holding that calm in, and then breathe out for about 8 seconds slowly through a tube, through your mouth, like you're breathing through a tube. And imagine as you're doing that, you're filling up with that blue color even more. And you can— you don't need to point anymore. But just only to repeat that for a few times, okay? So whenever you feel, once you've exhaled, right, then whenever you breathe in, you want to breathe in that color, the blue energy. Hold for a few seconds, and then breathe out like you're breathing out through a small straw. Slowly for like 8 seconds. You can keep expanding that and just repeat that, and then notice what happens. Okay, and notice how you get more and more calm. And that's what I want you to do. And that's what everyone needs to do from now on. Whenever you feel the pain in the gut, because your gut will tell you something. It's just telling you something. You can calm it down with this method of breathing in your calm color. And then you need to do— you need to start taking action with, with, um, with everything we have in the 7-day gut reset. You need to take action on it. You need to heal the gut lining. You need to give it the right foods. You need good quality probiotics. You need to have clean food into your gut, and then you need to do the exercises on dealing with the cause, the stress, right, which may be happening right now in your immediate situation that's triggering the anger and frustration. And then slowly, step by step, you'll see the change. And I've done this with so many people that it tends to work. How do you feel right now, Bonnie, after doing that for a bit?
Good. My shoulders dropped. I can feel that.
You feel more calm?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's great. Thank you.
There you go, right? Thank you so much for stepping up on your very—
Yeah, well, I appreciate the offer. Thank you.
No, of course. So let me know how you get on, right? I know you're part of a community, so keep me up to date with how you get on with this, okay? I want to see you get fully Better. Okay. All right. So thank you so much. Um, that gets us towards the end of this, uh, session. I just want to check in. How did everyone feel doing that yourselves? Like, I just did that with Bonnie, but I think some of you hopefully would have tested out on yourself. How are you feeling doing that right now? Really good. Very calm and connected. Yeah. Great, great, amazing. Okay, so again, I'm going to give you the link to the school community. This is where I highly recommend you join. And then we can really go deep on everything. So there we go. No, the instructor's course is not on school, okay? This is just my special gut healing protocol. All right, fantastic. Thank you, Mindful Karen. I move pain out my scapulas. Amazing. So on my gut health community, we'll be doing more of these sorts of calls. I'll be doing this more often. These sorts of calls focus on gut health because it's probably one of the most common problems people have, and it's the first thing we need to address if we, if we want to prevent diseases. Right. So join that. And there we can go much deeper on your individual situations. And then we also offer coaching programs. And also, like, once you heal yourself, what often happens is people get inspired to become instructors because they want to use the same methodology to help other people, right? So we have a whole coaching framework and methodology in Soma Breath where I teach you how to be really good coaches, like, and do stuff like why I just did right now, transformation coaching. And these sorts of techniques work so well, so fast. And if you pair that with my physical health protocol, which is for fixing the gut lining, the leaky gut protocol, which I shared earlier today in the call with colostrum and changing the diet, that's it. You have a winning package. Now, I can't say that's going to help everyone because everyone has different varying degrees of severity. For some people, you know, if they've been on a lot of medications, if they've had damaged gut from operations, and, and if it's been going on for a long time, not addressed, is much harder to deal with than if you're just starting out with some issues and symptoms. All right, there's a whole spectrum of, of issues, but what I can say is that everyone gets relief from the stress of Whatever they're suffering from. At the very least, at least it can give you some relief and pain relief, right? And stress relief. Okay. What happens when you had treatment with antibiotics? So I highly recommend a special probiotic called VisiBio. Okay. I have no affiliation with this company. Okay. I have no affiliation with any of these. Except for my own brand of colostrum, which is magic. But there's VisiBiome or VSL3. They both are the same thing, basically. Right. They're super high potency, very high potency probiotics, very different to what you normally find. They come in a fridge. Right. Highly recommend it for going on that protocol. All the information on that is in my Gut protocol. Okay. So, and then colostrum is here. Okay. Soma Holistica. So with that said, I think we come to the end. I hope to see you in my gut health community. You know, really, I think that's the best place for me to serve you best. And through that, I want to create loads of amazing testimonials and more instructors to tackle this biggest issue we've got in the world today. Of gut health issues because of all these different sources of attack that we have to our guts from, you know, stress from the government, the media, social media, frustration with that, frustration with working like robots, slaves in corporations, doing jobs we don't want to do, bills, deadlines with ever-increasing housing costs. And then sometimes it's just simply being in a relationship that's no longer fulfilling. And you just need community. You need people to hang out with to vent about all this stuff. Sometimes all you need is venting, right? To people that hear you and agree with you. Because we internalize stuff when we can't share what we believe, and then we feel like we have to hide things, and we hide it in here, and then it gets heavy, right? Our guts get heavy with emotion. So sometimes all you need is just to vent it. Like, we can't change anything that's going on in the world. I figured this out very early on that I have literally zero control over anything that a politician or president chooses to do, right? There's going to be a war in the Middle East and I'm going to be moving to a country and suddenly I have to leave that country because of the war, right? Even though I invested in this country and all this shit, there's very little I could have done to predict that or do anything about it at the time. But in the olden days, Niraj, I would have got really Freaking angry. I would have got riled up. I would have been like, right, that's it. You know what I mean? I would have lost it. Okay. Today, Neeraj, I just look at the next opportunity. Come back to Ibiza. More opportunities open up. There's a reason I'm back here. I always believe that the divine light, right, is always looking out for me. Okay. And that's what I want you to all believe. Once you believe that, you stop getting frustrated and angry with the world. You just go with the flow and have a good fun ride instead of trying to change everything, control everything, and make everything right. Right? So that's, that's all we can do. And all we can do is put out good vibes, positive messages, and do our little bit. And that's all you need to do. You don't need to do any more than your little bit. That's it. Right? You're already doing enough as it is. And that's another thing people like us suffer from, is we feel like we're not doing enough, right? It's nonsense. We're doing a lot, okay? And you'll know it. Your gut will tell you if you're not doing enough, okay? It will tell you. You'll be like, shit, you're being lazy, get up. Because your gut also speaks when you're not doing what you should be doing too, right? It gives you other symptoms, okay? Anxiety is constipation. You get blocked up when you're holding on to emotion as well. Constipation. When you get heartburn, it's anger, fire, right? Actually, wait, I need to give you something. Special gift. Okay, I'm going to give you a tool, extra tool to help you with coaching. Okay, I just want testimonials off this one. And to test it, it's the new Life OS. It's the new bio-individuality test. Test this out, give it a go, right? And let me know how you find this program. It's just for the people on here. And, um, just give it a go and write in, uh, to niraj@somabreath.com with your feedback. Just make sure you're very clear in the subject line that you're giving feedback on Life OS, okay? Feedback, because this is a really cool tool I've built. People in the, uh, Leaky Gut, uh, will be actually doing one-on-one consultations using this tool. All right, so thank you all very much. I think this has been great. Love you all very much and see you next time. Peace.
