Morning routine you should do. What we need to create are the chemicals of transformation dose, dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins. The ways we get doses is by a couple of different ways of exercise. Anaerobic exercise is a very quick way to do it. Shaking is another good one. So I usually do a combination of dance, anaerobic, body weight exercises and shaking. And it takes minutes to do. Then I do a breathwork short track, seven minutes. So in our Soma Breath app, we have loads of different tracks you can choose from. Then I make a smoothie that makes you feel really good. I eat a lot of things that make you feel good, like cacao or avocado bananas. Things like this that are potent in things like magnesium and minerals will naturally make you feel good. Colostrum is the other thing. There was a point I was shitting 40 times a day and I had no money, no job. I didn't know when the next paycheck was coming in. So all I did was focus on this little routine first. This is the routine I did that started to get me back on my feet.
