3 Things That I Learned From Tony Robbins | Mitesh Khatri - Law of Attraction Coach

In this conversational video, Paridhi Dhingra and Mitesh Khatri share their experiences from attending Tony Robbins' five‑day "Date with Destiny" workshop twice (once in Australia, once in the US). They highlight three core takeaways: (1) the importance of practicing personal freedom—while they often grant freedom to others, they realized they neglect it for themselves and must assert their own choices; (2) the insight that problems are not objective realities but fleeting emotional states, so shifting emotions can dissolve perceived problems; (3) the power of self‑honesty, illustrated through a personal conflict with a friend that was resolved once they recognized their own lack of honesty. They also reveal a bonus realization: during a moment when Paridhi’s partner was absent, she felt disconnected and recognized how much she relied on his presence as an emotional anchor for learning. The video concludes with a promotional call‑to‑action inviting viewers to a free Law of Attraction masterclass and encouraging likes, shares, and subscriptions.

Three amazing lessons that we learned from Tony Robbins, our mentor. Very recently, we went to U.S. to attend his workshop, Date with Destiny. It was an amazing workshop. Five days, super duper powerful. Like one of the best programs we've had in our life. Best part is second time.
In fact, as per me, this is the best.
This is the best.
I keep telling all my trainer friends that you must attend. This is the best program I have. Ever attended in my life. And I— we attend a lot. We attend a lot.
I just told this same workshop we attended second time.
Same workshop. First time where?
Australia.
And second time?
Second time in US. We went all the way again to attend the same workshop. It was super powerful. So let us share some of the lessons that we learned from Tony Robbins. There are so many, but we want to definitely share 3 with you. The first one—
the first one I learned for myself was the freedom. I practice freedom for others a lot, But I don't practice freedom for myself.
So you realized this in the workshop?
I realized this in the workshop. There is an activity where he makes you do a lot of values and emotions you want to practice. When I granularized, I realized the freedom comes first and that I need to start practicing.
So you're saying you give freedom to others?
I give freedom to others a lot, but I don't practice it to myself. Example? For example, I want to do something, I want to say something, I want to go somewhere. If I get like say you only influence me, I get influenced. Or somebody else says something to me, I get influenced. And then later I feel अरे यार नहीं मुझे ये नहीं करना चाहिए था। Yeah. So I don't go with my own view. I end up getting influenced by people. Correct. So I should start practicing freedom for myself of saying, putting my point. Especially if there is a conflict, I should stand stand up and say my point. That's a major major lesson learned.
So giving yourself the freedom to sometimes to say something, to do something, to not do something.
Go well with others, but you feel like saying it, so you should say
it. So the opposite of freedom would be you sacrifice a lot for others, right? Sacrifice, or you will do what they like instead of.
Ha, sacrifice is zada looking good. I would say sacrifice is too heavy.
Looking good with means, like looking good means.
उनके सामने अच्छा दिखना। Okay, ha. अगर वो लोग बोल रहे हैं, तो शायद वो लोग ज़्यादा चीज़ें जानते हैं। मेरा point शायद valid नहीं है, so let me not do it. Let me go with their point. It's something on those lines. So looking, not putting my points very, very strongly in front of people, letting people dominate me, something on those lines.
So now you're allowing yourself to have the freedom as much as you allow others to have the freedom to do whatever they want to do. Beautiful. That was her learning. One of my learnings from Tony Robbins program was problems are not real. They are only emotional states. He said something amazing. He said, anytime you have a problem, that problem is in that moment as an emotional state. Like, if you're sad, it's that emotional state that is making you feel that problem. But when you're sleeping at night and you're fully sleepy and you have like— you're not thinking of anything, you're so sleepy that you just crash on your bed. In that moment, where is that problem, right? Or if you're suddenly walking on the road, you're thinking about a problem and you fall down and now you're hurt. So now entire focus is on that hurt. So where is the problem? Problem is gone, right? So all problems are just emotional states of mind. If that emotion can be changed, problems can be resolved.
Yeah, he took it to so many stages. He went on like you fall down, you break the thingy, later you again went ahead, then somebody in the family is not well. The problem is shifting all the time.
Yeah, if the family is not well, suddenly there is COVID situation now.
The problem has shifted. The problem has shifted. The emotion has shifted. No more family problem.
Yeah. So remember, problems are not real. They're always a momentary emotional state of mind. If you can change the emotional state of mind, you can shift out of the problem like this.
Like this.
Right, so that was our second amazing learning. Third one.
Third one. Third one was the biggest one for you, but I'll remind. That was being honest. With myself. Being honest with myself.
So that was one of my biggest learnings. I realized during the workshop, I was struggling with a friend of mine during that time. We had some conflicts just before I had gone for this workshop. And I realized during the workshop the reason I had this conflict with my friend, because I was not being honest with myself about something, but I was angry with him that he's not being honest with me. And I realized that, and I remember Tony said that everything you feel for other people is a lot of times a reflection of what you have for yourself. So I was like, okay, reflection. What am I angry with my friend for? And I said, my anger with my friend is he's not honest with himself. I'm like, hold on, maybe I am not honest to myself and that is why this conflict started in the first place. The moment I realized that, that evening I remember we called him up and I said, I said, I realized that I was upset with you, but actually I was not upset with you. I didn't realize I was actually upset with
myself.
Myself, that I was not being honest with you about what I really wanted you to do or not do, and I was just expecting you to understand me. Without even communicating that to you, and you were just doing what what what you were honest to yourself actually, right? But I was not 100% honest with you. I was not transparent with you about my expectations. I was just assuming that you should have understood what I liked or what I didn't like, what I wanted you to do, what I didn't want you to do. The moment I was honest with myself about it, and I spoke to him clearly that evening, relationship problem was resolved. It was I think. One of the most enlightening experiences that I had talking to him so honestly about what I feel about what I should have done or not done.
And after that, the conflict just resolved. Just resolved. Just resolved. We we got back same situation, same everything. The love has come back. The bond has come back. Everything has come back. So it was very very powerful. Honestly, that one learning and one conversation itself was paisa wasool of the entire event.
Completely. So this is the three amazing lessons we learned. I'll give you one more bonus. want to give a bonus?
Okay, go ahead.
Do, do you want to give a bonus?
No, he doesn't.
You said go ahead, I said you want to give a bonus. No, I don't have— Okay, I'll give a bonus. So one of the bonus learnings that I got from Tony Robbins program, which was completely unexpected— I had not expected that this was the realization and the learning I will get from that workshop. On the 4th day, or yeah, on, on the 3rd day, on the 3rd day of the workshop, because 4th day I remember we were leaving. On the 3rd day of the workshop, in the after In the evening. Evening, US time, which was India time, was pretty weird, right? It was an India-US time problem. So she got very sleepy and she went to the bedroom and she said, I'll take some rest and I'll come back. I said, okay. So I came to the room, I left her, I went back to the workshop and I was quite fresh. I wanted to attend. We had gone all the way to attend Tony Robbins. You know, he's my mentor. So I was attending, then I was sitting there and suddenly I started feeling very lost. I see she remembers that. I start, like, literally started feeling lost, as if I started asking myself, as if I'm not feeling connected to these people around me. And in my mind, I was not even listening to Tony. Suddenly he was speaking right there in front of me. Such a huge privilege for me to even be that close to him. He was literally 10 feet away from me, and here I was in my head not connecting with him for the first time in my life. Like, what's going on? So I got up from there, I started taking a walk. It was a huge group of some, I think, 5,000 people.
Couple of thousand people,
yeah. Couple of thousand people, more than 2,000 people were there. And it was a huge conference hall. So at the— on the side, there was a huge alley and I could walk while he was talking. So I was walking over there and I was just not connecting. I was just not learning. So finally I left out of that conference hall and I said, what's going on with me? Like, what's missing? What am I missing? Tony is there. This group is there. What am I missing?
I'm sure the group can answer.
I don't know if you can, but I for some time I really didn't realize. Okay. The next break after Indu was all right and we kind of came back to the session after she came back with me after she took her break. Suddenly I was feeling connected. I was listening to Tony. I was feeling comfortable. Everything was back as if it was supposed to be for the last three days. And then I realized what came back in this break. She came back. So one of my weirdest realizations was when she's not there, I don't even learn, right? I felt so incomplete. Yeah, she's like my anchor. She makes me feel that completeness in that environment, and I feel like I can grow, I can learn when she's with me. The moment she was gone, I started feeling lost. I started feeling like I don't belong here, and I think I had this feeling of missing her after a long time. Probably because she doesn't let me miss her. You're 24 hours with me. How am I supposed to miss you? Right? But that day I really, and I didn't realize that I was missing her.
And it was just for 1 hour.
It was just for 1 hour. But I felt really odd. I felt really disconnected. And I could feel the comparison when she came back in the next session. And that's when I realized, oh, I was missing her. And that's why everything around me was present and yet everything was missing. So that was some of my amazing realizations and learnings from Tony Robbins program. I wish that if you're a coach, you're a trainer, even if you're not, and if you really want to transform their life,
