In this conversational interview, Paridhi Dhingra shares practical manifestation techniques for nurturing healthy relationships. She emphasizes using feeling‑based language instead of purely logical statements, encouraging partners to express emotions directly (e.g., saying "I feel angry when you..." rather than blaming). She advises building self‑trust through repeated affirmations like "I trust myself and my decisions," noting that lack of trust in others often stems from distrust in oneself. Dhingra also highlights the importance of parental love as a foundation for self‑love, recommending a daily habit of contacting parents twice a day. For romantic partners, she suggests concrete daily rituals: holding hands, maintaining eye contact, and saying "I love you" frequently without counting, turning these actions into habit. Throughout, she frames these practices as manifestation tools that align feelings, thoughts, and actions to attract healthier relational dynamics, and she promotes her Relationship Mastery Workshop where these assignments are taught.

and we'll place that scenario in front of you and then ask you what are the techniques or what principles of the Law of Attraction can be used to resolve it. How can I use manifestation to improve communication in my relationship?
Oh, beautiful question! Use feeling words more rather than statements only.
Explain?
Yeah, so I love you is a feeling word. As marriage extends, people start using less of feeling words and more of logical words, statements. Start using more of feeling words, which is what you did use in the beginning of your marriage, which is what communicated relationship to each other. I feel good with you. I feel excited. I feel love. Let's have fun. I feel bored. Instead of just communicating in words which communicates hurt feelings, use feelings to communicate. Use words that have feelings to communicate first. So the more feeling words we use, easier it is. Second, don't tell the other person, I'm angry with you. Say, I am feeling angry when you say this to me. Own your feelings when communicating that feeling to the other person. Don't put it on the other person saying, I'm feeling angry because of you. No, I am feeling angry when you say this. Hmm. It just makes it so much more easier to communicate. And the moment I say, I am feeling this, the charge in that emotion goes down a bit.
No, it's not offensive anyway.
It's not offensive.
It's not offensive. So they're only going to feel defensive.
What manifestation strategies would you recommend for someone who struggles with trust in relationships?
Very simple. I trust myself. Start with that. Because someone who struggles to trust others is not— the real struggle is not with others. The real struggle is with myself. And that person will usually observe, finds difficult to trust one's own decisions. Decisions about making money, decisions about who to trust, decisions about as simple as what movie to watch. Decisions. And the more extreme the trust is, or the lack of trust is, the more extreme will be the indecisiveness as a symptom. Hmm. So you can identify that very easily. So start that affirmation saying, I trust myself and I trust my decisions. I trust myself and I trust my decisions. The exact opposite you'll find in a person when they say I don't trust myself anymore in a relationship. Okay,
yeah, that makes sense.
So let's get back to I trust myself and I trust my decisions.
I think it all comes back to you in some way or the other. Your last thoughts on actionable things people can do to fill love into their lives?
My favorite part.
Yeah.
Whenever somebody joins our Relationship Mastery Workshops, one of the assignments I give, very crazy assignment I give to people, one assignment is please Go and talk to your parents twice a day, please. They are the source of love. One of the things I learned from my mentor is more than self-love is important— parents. Because that's where you were born from. You were not born with the identity of who you were first. In fact, you were nothing when you were born. You had no understanding of who you are as an identity.
Yeah.
But your parents did.
Correct.
So love them first, then yourself. And now comes the important part. If you're in a relationship, and even if you're not, Express love to your partner more regularly. I'm taking a hand. Oh, where is she? She's back to her parents already.
So busy listening.
Yeah.
So I would say express love to your partner more often. So I tell my students the moment they join, if you're married, compulsory, hold your partner's hands openly more regularly in a day. Say I love you many times in a day. Don't count them. I'm not saying twice a day. It has to—you have to lose the count. It has to become a habit. आते-जाते I love you बोलो। Look in the other person's eyes when you say I love you. At least if it's a man, my advice is look into your wife's eyes so much that at least once she has to say बस कर। She like see that? You have to do that once as a man. You have to go be so present to your wife once, just by eyes, like just while talking to her. Right? Like if I just keep looking at her, you see she's going to put her eyes down.
Yeah.
Give her that feeling of completeness. Fill herself so much with love that she's not going to ask for more because you've already filled enough. पेट भर गया है, तो nobody's going to feel hungry.
