Affirmations For Healthy And Happy Relationship | Mitesh Khatri - Law of Attraction #affirmations

In this video, Mitesh Khatri, a Law of Attraction coach, presents four concise affirmations designed to improve all types of relationships. He begins by urging viewers to take notes, then outlines each affirmation with detailed explanations, practical rituals, and underlying Law of Attraction principles. The first affirmation focuses on maintaining a loving, respectful relationship with one’s parents, recommending daily quality time, phone calls, and morning gratitude rituals, and explains how unresolved parental issues can attract similar negative patterns in other relationships. He shares a client story illustrating how a woman’s attraction to a man resembling her father stemmed from a disconnected paternal bond. The second affirmation encourages self‑love, treating oneself as a best friend, and suggests spending solitary time without distractions to build comfort with one’s own presence. The third affirmation promotes patience in relationships, advising repeated subconscious programming (e.g., reciting the affirmation 10 times daily for 8‑10 days) to reduce irritability. The fourth affirmation emphasizes compassion, distinguishing judgment from compassionate judgment, and recommends affirming compassion toward self and others while maintaining healthy boundaries. Throughout, Mitesh stresses a 21‑day repetition schedule, invites viewers to join a free Relationship Mastery workshop for deeper insight, and includes multiple calls to action (subscribe, share, comment).

Today we are talking about 4 powerful affirmations to attract magical relationships in your life. A lot of people struggle with relationships, and I've been getting a lot of questions on what are the 4 powerful and yet simple affirmations that you can do starting today that can give you a lot of love and happiness in all your relationships. Ready? Let's go! My name is Mitesh Khatri. I and my wife Indu Khatri, we are Law of Attraction coaches and best-selling authors of this book, The Law of Attraction. Let's begin with the first affirmation to attract lots of love and happiness in your relationships. You'll be surprised what this first affirmation is, and that's why after I tell you the affirmation, I'll have to explain. But make sure that you have a notepad and a pen, and if you don't, pause this video right now, go quickly grab a notepad and a pen, because believe me, otherwise you will forget these affirmations. So hope you got it. Yes. Okay, so let's begin with the first affirmation. The first affirmation is: I always have a loving. And respectful relationship with my parents, and I always spent quality time with my mom and dad both. Now, in case for some reason, let's say your parents don't— are not on this earth right now, but they're there in energy, in that case you will still spend quality time with them. How? In the morning, you will at least spend 1 or 2 minutes in front of their photograph, or at least 1 minute in front of their photograph every morning, saying I love you to them, saying thank you to them, Starting your day by saying thank you to your parents. And for those of you, you still are lucky enough to have your parents, every day invest at least 5 minutes of quality time with your parents, minimum one time in a day. If more, amazing. Laugh with them, have a good time with them, talk to them, connect with them. If you stay away from them in different cities, call them on a regular basis. And do this in the morning before you leave home. I have created a ritual That whenever I leave from my house, whenever I leave from my house for any work, I may be going nearby. The moment I sit in my car, the first thing I do is I call my mom, and then immediately after that I call my dad. Now, why do I do that? It becomes a ritual. And then I invest that 5-10 minutes talking to my mom and dad comfortably, with a lot of patience, with a lot of love and respect. You'll observe a lot of us, we are a lot in hurry when we are talking to mom and dad. Like mom is con. You'll observe when mom is talking to you or dad is talking to you, they go on and on. They're not trying to keep the phone. They'll say the same thing again and again. But we are the ones who are saying, "Ha, ठीक है, ha, okay, ha, ठीक है, okay, ha, ठीक है, okay," and we are giving signals that I now want to keep the phone. But if you observe, they are not giving those signals. They are giving the signals that I want to talk to you more. So spend at least five to ten minutes with them. Give them quality time. So by the end of the call, they are satisfied. satisfied and they don't feel like you left the call incomplete, whether that's physically or on a phone call. Now, why is that important, you would say? Here's the explanation part of it. Do you know that all the relationship problems that we have in our life is because of the problems that you have with your parents? Let me repeat that. All the relationship problems that you have in your life is because of the problems that you have with your parents. Let's take an example. If I'm angry with my father that he's very aggressive and he's very short-tempered and he never prioritizes me. If I have all these complaints with my father, believe it or not, these are the exact people I will attract in my life in the future. Now you may continue saying affirmations that I'm happily married, I have a lot of good friends in my life, but if you have that complaint with your father, you will attract people who will be aggressive with you, who will keep making things difficult for you, and who will not prioritize you. Why? Because subconsciously I hate that about my father, and if subconsciously I hate that about my father, I'm vibrating at that frequency. So what am I going to attract? Similar people in my life. Surprising, right? This is a science very few people know about— law of attraction. Please start resolving all your complaints with your father, all your complaints with your mother. Have a good relationship with them. And that is why the affirmation is, I have a loving and respectful relationship with my mom and dad. Both. I'll give you one amazing example. There was this one girl. This girl was crying in our session one day in Platinum Program. Platinum is a program, those of you don't know, is a lifetime coaching program where people work with me as a lifetime coaching student for their life coaching. So she was talking to me in one of a Platinum gathering that we had once upon a time, and she said that there was a guy she fell in love with. He did something that shattered me. She said, I found out That I was chatting with him on WhatsApp most of the time, and most of the times I was talking to him on the phone in the last 6 months, and the photographs that he shared with me about him were somebody else's photographs. And she said, for 6 months I fell in love with this guy, and now I'm shattered. I don't know what to do. And the day she came to know is the day she was talking to me about it. She was full of tears at that time. She was completely broken down, and she said, I don't know what to do right now. The morning when she came to know about this photograph being somebody else's, she went to Google and she found that actual guy with that photograph. She called him up somehow through Facebook. She connected with him and she told this guy that there's another friend who's telling me that you are this person and I'm actually falling in love with that guy, but I'm actually more in love with your photograph. Now the person whom she really found, who's that photograph guy, says I'm already in a relationship with someone else. There is no way I could get into a relationship with you. And she was totally shattered. Now, there was no hope that she could ever fall in love with that photograph again because that guy is already engaged to somebody else. What, what should she do? And I told her, I said, right now you are not in love with this guy. You're in love with the photograph because you're a visual person, and you're in love with your father whom you're disconnected with. So any person who looks like your father, you're going to fall in love with that person. And you're not trying to desperately fall in love with this person, you're still trying to connect with your father. And I asked her very confidently, I said, if I'm not wrong, you're disconnected with your father, right? You're angry with your father for a few things. She said yes. I said, I'll tell you how I know that. Any person who breaks up in a relationship for any reason, if they are totally shattered and their sense of identity is down, it's because they don't have a great relationship with their father and their mother. But if they have a good relationship with their parents, they'll recover faster. They're not going to be totally shattered. So I told her, I said, show me your father's photograph. She said, why? I said, just show it to me. And I said, I guarantee you, the person who is in this photo and your father's photo is going to be 95% similar. She fell in love with a guy who looked very similar to her father. Subconsciously, that image of father's face is somewhere there in her mind. So any person whom she now meets who has a similar face, what are the chances she's going to be attracted towards that person? Pretty high chance, right? So we go into details of this in our Relationship Mastery Workshop. For some of you are probably already part of that workshop. If yes, tell me in the comments section. Now let's go to the second affirmation of relationships. I love myself and I have an amazing relationship with myself. I am my own best friend. You'll observe most people get bored alone, so very quickly they go on a mobile, they're watching a video, they're scrolling through Facebook. Why? Because they're not comfortable with who they are inside their mind and their heart. They're alone for some time, they get bored. Very few people have this habit of going alone for a holiday and being comfortable with themselves for days together. I love doing that. Every 2 months I go for a holiday alone and I can spend enough 2 to 3 days with myself. Now I'm not saying I can do that for 1 year, but after 2 to 3 days I feel now I can get back to my family because I love them too, right? But I love myself to spend time with myself alone. Cultivate that habit starting today. Invest at least 10 to 15 minutes alone with yourself, and don't do it by watching a movie. Don't do it by Reading a book, I would say just sit in a coffee shop, take a cup of coffee, and imagine it as having a date with yourself. Being present to yourself is the best gift that you can give to yourself, but you would only do that if this affirmation became real to you. Now the third affirmation is something that will help you not only in your relationship with yourself, but with almost everybody in your life. The third affirmation is: I have a lot of patience in relationships. See, most people have the ulta affirmation. They say. मुझसे ना लोगों की बकवास नहीं सुनी जाती, and I'm sorry I'm using this slang word, but unfortunately these are the words we use in our life many times and we say मुझसे लोगों की बकवास नहीं सुनी जाती, मुझे बहुत जल्दी गुस्सा आ जाता। That is you programming your subconscious mind that you don't have patience for people. But when we don't have patience for people, we also don't have patience for ourselves. So if you really want to have a great relationship with yourself also, I would say develop patience by saying again and again, reprogram your subconscious mind by saying I have a lot of patience for myself. I have a lot of patience for people. The more you say this, here is what will happen. If you say this even 100 times, which means let's say 10 times every day, in maximum 8 to 10 days you will realize that when you're talking to people and you'll be silent, you'll wait for them to finish, you'll have a lot of patience. Why? Because you're saying it, because you're programming yourself. I have a lot of patience for myself and for people around me. Makes sense. Please develop this affirmation starting today. The fourth affirmation is even more powerful. The third one is for patience, and the fourth one is for compassion. I'm compassionate with people. You've heard that a lot of people get into trouble in relationships because we judge each other a lot, don't we? Think of it this way: we are in a party. A person comes and talks to us, and we are standing in a group of three four people. That person comes, we smile with them, we giggle with them, we say hi to them. Now that person goes away. The moment that person goes away, we three four get together and we start judging that person many times. Don't we do that sometimes? That happens because there is lack of compassion. A lot of times you must have heard people saying, "Don't judge." It's never easy to not do something. In fact, it's not possible to not do something. You can't stop thinking negative. A lot of people ask me, "Mitesh, how do I stop overthinking?" You can't stop overthinking, but you can start over-positive thinking. That's a good thing. See, overthinking is not bad if it is positive. So instead of trying to stop over-negative thinking, start over-positive thinking. Just like that. Stopping your judgments is not easy. In fact, there's nothing wrong with judgments. If you wouldn't be able to judge, your mind would stop working. So there's nothing wrong with judgments, but start having good judgments. How do you have good judgments? By being compassionate towards others. So say this affirmation again and again to yourself: I'm compassionate with myself and I'm compassionate with others. Now, if some of you are already having a question, but if I'm always compassionate with others, they will take me for granted. Listen, you're an intelligent person. You will come to know when somebody's taking you for granted and you can stop it. But don't let that one reason be a strong reason to be judgmental and to have lack of compassion. Because when you have lack of compassion for others, remember you will also have lack of compassion for whom? For yourself. Makes sense? So please use these 4 affirmations every day in your life for 21 days. Tell me how you feel after that in the comment section.
