Breakup Ho'oponopono | Heal After Breakup with Mitesh Khatri

In this YouTube video, hosts Paridhi Dhingra, Indu Khatri, and Mitesh Khatri present a comprehensive approach to recovering from romantic (and even professional) breakups using the Hawaiian forgiveness practice Ho'oponopono. They begin by explaining that post‑breakup emotions are not caused by the breakup itself but by each person’s pre‑existing emotional pattern, illustrated through personal anecdotes from Indu and Paridhi. A detailed case study of a Platinum‑member client in the US demonstrates how the method works in practice: the client first writes down her feelings, then identifies past instances where she caused similar emotions in others, and then performs an “advanced conversational Ho’oponopono” using the four phrases – I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you – each paired with three personal reasons. After emotional clearing, the client creates a vision board and affirmations focused on the feelings she wants in a future relationship, leading to a new partnership and marriage. The hosts outline the step‑by‑step protocol (take 100% responsibility, list feelings, find five past instances of causing those feelings, conduct the conversational Ho’oponopono, then set affirmations/vision board). They conclude by inviting viewers to a free introductory lesson of their Ho'oponopono Healers Certification Course and encourage comments, likes, and subscriptions.

The Queen of Hope, no, no, Indu is going to teach us the solution of how do we really heal and move on and attract the love we really want in our life. So ready? Awesome. My name is Mitesh. For those of you who don't know, this is
Indu Khatri
and Mitesh Khatri. We are national bestselling authors of this book, *The Law of Attraction*, and we are manifestation coaches. Let's begin with today's video on how to heal yourself from any breakup in life, whether it's personal, sometimes even professional breakup, right? So let's begin. Let's start with understanding why people feel what they feel after a breakup. Now the reason I'm saying this is because. If Indu goes through a breakup and if I go through a breakup, we— now she's already saying cancel, cancel. You heard her whispering. Whenever we say something negative, we always say cancel, cancel. That's a great habit, pick it up. So in case somebody goes through a breakup, does everybody feel exactly the same? No. Someone feels sad, another person feels very angry. Some people are just so blown away by a breakup that they go into a shock. and they don't do anything for the next few days. Yes. Some people work very hard. How people feel after a breakup has nothing to do with a breakup. It is only something to do with what I call your emotional pattern. So if I'm used to feeling sad, a breakup will only make me more sad. If I'm used to working hard, a breakup will only make me work more hard. Don't believe me? Let me give you an example. Let's start with Indu. So Indu, when you had a breakup before meeting me— after meeting me, you never went through any breakup because I didn't give you a chance. But before you met me, you did go through a breakup.
Yes, I did.
How did you feel? Try and remember when you broke up, what did you feel?
Okay, so when I broke up, I, I, of course, I was disheartened first because I was not prepared for it. It came as a surprise to me. But then afterward, I, I did react, as you correctly said. That's my pattern. I reacted in a very different way. I did not go— I used to cry and I became sad, but I put in all my energy at work. And then I became like high-performing employee of the organization. Almost every award on the floor was mine.
So that year when she went through a breakup, she got a lot of awards.
Loads, right? Almost Employee of the Month, every month Employee of the Month, any award.
So it wasn't such a bad thing.
It was not such a bad thing. And then I found you.
Then she found me. Now, how she felt after a breakup? was her pattern. I'll tell you my story. When I went through a breakup, I went into my shell. I felt more sad, and I became so lazy after that that I did not work for the next 3 months. Forget about getting awards, I was just not taking any action. So how I felt after a breakup was very different. How Indu felt after a breakup was very different, because that was our
pattern.
Pattern. So what I want you to know is what you are going through right now, if you're going through any breakup right now, And whatever you felt in the past is your pattern. It's very unique to you. So the first step you should do is write down, what am I feeling? Because you can't heal something before you don't know what you really are feeling. Makes sense? So that's the first part of our today video about understanding why we feel what we feel. The breakup doesn't make us feel anything. It only multiplies what we are already feeling in our life as our pattern. Don't worry, we'll give you the solution in step 3. But let's start with a beautiful story about part 2, where we'll give you a case study about somebody who went through a breakup, but now after breakup, how when they heal themselves, are going through an amazing relationship in life today. So one of our Platinum members who's living in US, after she joined, she went through a breakup. In fact, one of the reasons she joined Platinum was because she went through this breakup and didn't know what to do in her life. When she joined, the first question she asked Indu on our community where People have access to ask us question answers, but only platinum members have that kind of access. So when she asked this question to Indu, what should I do with this feeling of hurt? And in her case, the pattern that she was feeling was hurt. She was also angry. She was very angry about why, like, why did this guy do this to me? She was not able to focus on work. And when she asked Indu what to do is where Indu gave her a solution.
So I asked her that write down first All the complaints she has, for which she's complaining about that person, that guy. What happened? Why she's saying XYZ? Whatever are the reasons, I told her to write down all those reasons very clearly in on piece of paper. I said, "Don't do it in mind. Do it on piece of paper." She did that. After that, I every time I was giving her an assignment and asking her to come back. Then she when she came back, I told her that now write down three places we where you did exactly same thing. It can be an action, it can be an emotion, it can be a feeling. That means—
Give me an example.
I can, um, very hard example if I can give you is somebody slapped you. That's an action. But after slapping, the person felt humiliated. That's an emotion. So it can be you may not slap somebody, but you may make somebody feel humiliated.
So she's— you asked her to write down
3
places where in her life She did exactly the same to somebody else in their life, in her life,
to him as
well. So for an example, if she felt humiliated, you're saying write down where in her life she made other people feel humiliated. Is that right?
Exactly, exactly. So if that guy made her feel humiliated or disowned or broke her heart or cheated her, then I asked her to write down 3 places where she felt that. Once she did that, she came back and she said yes, she did it again on paper. Not in mind. Once she did that, I told her to do advanced open up, which we teach in open up. This is my don't worry, we'll teach you that
right now.
So then I told her to identify every situation and do advanced open up. Advance open up on what places where you did something, not the guy did. Okay. I told her to do that. Once she did that, she literally calmed down. After she calmed down, after she thought, okay, now I am letting go of that person and I am. Fine. She got neutral about the person. Then I told her to create a new vision for herself, where I told her, "Now you write down what do you want to feel in your relationship? What do you want to have in your relationship?" She wrote down. Then I told her to make a vision board and affirmations around it.
What happened as a result of this exercise?
As a result of this exercise, she found a boy. She's very happy with that person now, and she's getting married. And I told her not to write कि लड़का स्मार्ट होना चाहिए, टॉल होना चाहिए, हैंसम होना चाहिए. I told her to write. What do you want to feel with that guy? What is the emotion you want to experience with that guy? And when she wrote that, she found exactly that kind of person. So her criteria was not कि उसका package इतना होना चाहिए कि वो U.S. में settled होना चाहिए। उसका criteria था कि with him I feel good, I feel friendly, I feel transparent, I feel trust.
So not only she healed herself, because she healed herself, the next step that you gave her about manifesting a new relationship in three months she found another partner.
Yeah.
Perfect. Now let's understand how did she really give her this solution. I'm going to give you step-by-step steps for that, so take a notepad, write it down right now. But before that, did you find this story inspiring? If yes, tell us in the chat window below in the comment section. What did you feel in this story? Did you find that you could relate with this story, either with the story that Indu told her about her pattern, my pattern, or this story about this lady from US who's one of our Platinum members? So let's now understand simple steps to implement this for you right now. Ready? Let's do it now. Step number 1, always write down that I take 100% responsibility for what I'm feeling in this breakup. Whether it's hurt, whether it's sad, whether it's angry, doesn't really matter. I take 100% responsibility for feeling what I am feeling. Am I right?
Yes.
That's step number 1. Step number 2, write down the feelings that you are feeling. Example, in your case it could be sad. In my case it could be just shocked. In her case it could be angry. Whatever is the feeling, write those feelings down. And in step number two, you identify all those places in your life. All is probably difficult, but let's say five three or five three to five places in your life where you have made somebody else feel the same.
And don't say मैंने नहीं किया है किया है.
So if you are feeling angry. Find out five places where you've made somebody feel angry. If you are feeling hurt, find out five places where you've made somebody feel hurt. If you're feeling shocked, disowned, disowned, find out five places where you have made somebody feel disowned or hurt. And as Indu said, first thing your mind is going to say is I never disowned anybody. We all have made somebody feel something that we are feeling today.
Yes.
Do this exercise of step number two, and then step number three is very critical, which is doing conversational hope note no. It's difficult to explain in detail what is advanced conversational hope nope no, but let me give you a little clarity on that. Start with one emotion that you felt towards this guy and that you have also made other people feel, and do conversation with that hope nope no. Example: hope nope no has 4 statements: I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. Take one emotion that you're feeling hurt about and start saying I am sorry with 3 reasons to say sorry for that particular emotion. Example, let's say we are doing hurt as an emotion that we want to heal. So how will we do it as conversational hope note? No, I am sorry with 3 reasons.
Yeah.
So here's how we can practice this. Indu will say the reason statement of I am sorry because, and I will give reasons. Ready?
I'm sorry I'm hurt because,
because I have not been taking care of myself.
I'm sorry I'm hurt because,
because I did not love myself enough. To protect myself from this breakup.
I'm sorry, I'm hurt because—
Because I'm not taking responsibility for how I am feeling, and I'm believing that you are responsible for the way I feel.
Okay.
So now we've done it for I am sorry, 3 reasons.
Yes.
That's good. Now we take similarly 3 state— each statement of hope, nope, nope, and give 3 reasons of why you are saying that statement. So please forgive me, 3 reasons. Thank you, 3 reasons. I love you, 3 reasons. Let's continue this and complete this as an experiment.
Please forgive me because—
Because I did not take responsibility when I saw some red flags in this relationship.
Please forgive me because—
Because I knew this relationship was actually not right for me.
Please forgive me because— I'll find a better person.
Because I am thinking that you are the last person on this earth to love me. Now, so thank you because—
Thank you because—
Because you made me emotionally stronger and made me realize that I need to love myself.
Thank you because
you're giving me the opportunity now to find a better person in life. Thank you because it is making me a better person. And now we take the last statement of hope, nope, nope, and give 3 reasons for that.
I love you because,
because you did give me love for whatever time I had you in my life.
I love you because,
because you're now giving me an opportunity to find love for myself on my own.
I love you because
Doesn't matter, I love you. And in the end, you simply say, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. So you've got to sit at one place, take one emotion, and do conversational hope nope nope. This is what we call advanced conversational hope nope nope, for each emotion at a time, and heal it. Yeah. And the more you heal it, now you are not into that pattern anymore. So because you're not in that vibration, you're not going to attract similar problems. problems in your life, similar breakups in your life anymore in the future. Fourth and the last step, which Indu made her do: write down affirmations for what you want to feel in a happy married life and create a vision board for it and make affirmations for it.
Example, after you are healed properly, it doesn't work without— right now, no. Right now, if you are emotionally charged, don't do it. Do healing for a few days and then you write down the affirmations. Okay?
Right. After the healing part, now when you're doing the affirmations, It's as simple as, I want to feel happy in a new married life. Okay, so then make an affirmation: I'm already happily married and I'm feeling very happy and secured in my new relationship with this person. So you write down these affirmations, put it on a vision board with maybe your picture and a picture of another person whose face may not be visible. But when you have this vision and these new affirmations of what you want to feel in that relationship and you're already feeling it, now you know that you will attract a new relationship. Because if you don't do this last step, the healing doesn't work because you go back to feeling what you were feeling earlier. Because your mind says, I might not find love again in my life, so why not create that love instead of waiting for that love, right? So follow these steps. But I know these steps are not enough.
