Does Self Belief lead to action or action leads to self belief? In conversation with @Sidwarrier

In this segment of a conversation, Paridhi Dhingra and two other speakers describe a hands‑on motivational workshop designed to push participants out of their comfort zones and instill self‑belief. The session begins with a motivational talk, followed by a bar‑bending exercise where a six‑foot, six‑millimetre rod is placed on participants' necks and they must bend it by moving closer together. After the bar‑bending, participants are asked to walk across a six‑foot fire‑bed made of a one‑inch‑thick coal layer weighing about twenty kilograms, producing flames up to two feet high. The fire‑walking is framed as a metaphor for accomplishing the seemingly impossible. The facilitator, Indu, repeatedly fuels the fire for each of the eight participants. The workshop concludes with participants delivering their performance numbers, indicating that the physical challenges were intended to translate into measurable outcomes.
