In this Hindi‑English workshop, Paridhi Dhingra argues that many recurring problems in marriages and careers stem from repeatedly fighting over the same few, worn‑out topics rather than introducing new perspectives. She critiques the common habit of using goal‑oriented affirmations (e.g., “I will get a job”) and proposes shifting to frequency‑ or emotion‑based affirmations that raise one’s internal vibrational spectrum. By affirming feelings such as “I feel successful every day whether I have a job or not,” participants can break the loop of repetitive conflict, create space for innovation, and solve problems from a higher emotional frequency rather than merely trying to solve the same old issues.
