Exclusive Interview with Dr. Joe Vitale | The Secret to Manifesting Anything | Indu & Mitesh Khatri

Welcome everyone. Dr. Joe Vitale is coming in a few seconds, and he's the man from the movie The Secret. But most importantly, he has coached millions and millionaires and billionaires all across the world. He has helped people become millionaires. He's helped people become billionaires. There are people who've written a book after becoming a billionaire and thanked him on the COVID page of the book. There are many such people in the world. And he himself has recently come up with his own movie called Zero Limits. He says the word zero limits because he believes in the idea that we are all unlimited. We are all— we have unlimited potential in the world. So everybody please type in zero limits. His movie Zero Limits, I don't know if you've seen it. I've seen it. It's a beautiful movie, has got 27 awards. But let me tell you why this man is called as Zero Limits. Little bit of introduction about him, which is Probably not even 10% of everything that I know about him. But here's a little bit about him. First thing, he was a homeless guy once upon a time. But today he is the author of 90 books. Give me one word in the chat window. What do you say about that? 90. We have a difficult time writing one book. He's talking about 90 books. He's going to cross a century, 100 books very, very soon. Imagine that. That's why he's called the Zero Limits Man. And he's got 30 movies, not one. He's got 30 movies, amongst which now the latest one is his own movie and the Secret movie, of course. Not just that, he's produced personally himself 15 music albums. Can you imagine that? He creates music. He learns how to create albums, and he's delivered them, 15 of them already. And not just that, he's got the US Presidential Award of the Lifetime Achievement Award in the year 2024. You've heard Amitabh Bachchan ji getting a Lifetime Achievement Award on IIFA. We are talking about he getting a Lifetime Achievement Award by the US Presidential Award. Now give me one word. What do you think about that? I think this is a benchmark that everybody can't even imagine here. He's achieved things which are, I mean, beyond our imagination. That's why we've got him here so that we have his energy, right? And he's got the Los Angeles Tribune Lifetime Achievement Award. And here is the crazy part. I've got this in red for you. I'll tell you why. Everybody type in strongman. I'll tell you what is the meaning of strongman. Strongman is a word used for bodybuilders of a category of people in the world who can bend horseshoe with their hands. He can he can take a metal piece right now and bend it with his own hands. I don't know if he's going to give us a demo today, but that's the kind of strength he has. And at the age of 71, he learned mixed martial arts. Most people are scared of learning mixed martial arts at the age of 18. He's learned it at the age of. 71. Do you believe he is a man of zero limits? Type in yes or no. And of course, one of the biggest reasons he's here today, because he's got the Ho'oponopono Healers certification course, and he's part of our course as well, of Ho'oponopono course. This is amazing. I'm flattered. I'm honored. What a special occasion. What a special day. Thank you for inviting me. I'm—

My pleasure, my pleasure.

Thank you, Dr. Joe. I think I'm not gonna do much of questioning today. We are just here because there are few things that we wanted to get from you. Is one is your energy and to understand the power of manifestation every day, because all these students who are here with you today are people who've been practicing Daily Magic Practice with me every single day.

Okay.

Many of them have been practicing with me for up to 5 years back to back. We've been doing Daily Magic Practice for 5 years every day, and they've— many of them been with me for 5 years. So, uh, I think the first thing we would love to start with as a question is What is possible in the power of manifestation, and should they keep manifesting every day?

It's a beautiful question. Yes, you should manifest every day. You should treat each day as a whiteboard, as a window of possibility. Anything is possible. It's no accident that the book was called Zero Limits. The movie is called Zero Limits. What I'm telling people is You can live a life of zero limits. With that mentality that anything is possible and the slogan is zero limits, you should be thinking about what would you like to have, do, or be every single day. Wow. As soon as you wake up in the morning, this should be your daily practice to be opening your eyes with gratitude. You're looking around and you're grateful that you have another day of life. You have life and you have another day of life, and that day of life is wide open to anything happening, anything being possible, wonderful, benevolent things taking place in your life. And you begin it with the daily practice of choosing. How do you want to feel? What do you want to experience? What would you like to have, do, or be? So to answer your question, we live in this time of magic and miracles. And waking up every morning with the daily practice of choosing what you'd like to experience is incredible. What an opportunity for each of us.

Thank you, Dr. Joe. Would you be able to maybe share with us a story from your life which brings tears to your eyes even now about the kind of miracle that is possible sometimes? Because I remember there are miracles that have happened in my life which I still get goosebumps just thinking about how did that happen with the power of manifestation. And I can't have— like, I can't help have tears of gratitude when I think about it. Is there something like this that you can share with us that gives us the possibility that anything is possible, that zero limits is truly, truly possible?

I love the question. And you're kind of challenging me to think of one thing when I have— I'm 72 years old, and I have a lifetime To look at.

So true.

We want to look at the idea, first of all, as you mentioned in the introduction, that I was homeless and I was in poverty for 10 years. To transcend any of that is a miracle. And so I'm living the miracle right now, and I can reflect back to really struggling, really being unhappy, and waking up every morning now In this lifestyle of of the impossible that has become possible makes me humble, and it makes me grateful, and it makes me realize that this is really just the tip of what's possible. There's so much more that's possible. But let me try to answer your question with a more specific example.

About ten years ago, I was invited to go to Thailand. And I was going there because some man, he was a young man who was incredibly wealthy. He was a fan of mine and he wanted me there. And he was willing to pay a lot of money, willing to fly me first class. I didn't want to go. It's a long trip from, you know, I was in Texas at the time, Texas to Thailand. That's a long time. But something in me said, go. Okay. And so I went and I had this life-changing experience of meeting this young man who was 35 years old at the time. Who told me he had been homeless.

Oh,

he was sleeping on the beaches of Thailand with nothing—no car, no job, no relationship, no food, nothing—and because, as he told me, he did my work—he saw the movie *The Secret*, he read the book *The Secret*, he read a lot of my books, he applied all of that—he went from nothing to being a billionaire, a billionaire.

And I get from sleeping on the beach to billionaire.

To billionaire. He was 35 years old when I met him. 35-year-old billionaire. And the reason he was spending so much money is he had—

and he sent me to Thailand to say thank you to me. But more than that, he had me speak on stage at his very first event. He also paid for me to have an entire week at a resort all by myself. In Thailand to say thank you to me, and he paid for food. He paid for massages. He paid for all kind of wonderful gifts that he was giving me. And I remember I was sitting on the edge of the beach, looking at the water, reflecting over my life, reflecting over being in Thailand, reflecting over meeting this man who was homeless and now a billionaire. And I heard the voice of God. I heard this voice of divinity say, "Joe." This is your blessing for helping so many people.

Wow.

You are helping people. And so we are gifting you with this excursion, with this relaxation, with this gift that's coming through the billionaire.

Wow.

And I was so moved. It was like this, this anchoring of a miracle. I mean, I was homeless. So was this guy. I was in poverty. So was this guy. I went on to having this lifestyle, the rich and famous, this guy went on to becoming a billionaire. It's stories like that that just, oh, make me want to just sit down and cry in gratitude.

Wow.

It's just, just amazing.

Everybody please type in zero limits. This is what is really possible. Imagine a man from a beach to a billionaire because of what he learned from Dr. Joe, and then has the heart to call him all the way to express his gratitude and share that wealth with him. This is Amazing. Dr. Joe, I

want to tell you, I helped him write a book. It's called Homeless to Billionaire. When he told me his story, I said, you have to write the book. I mean, you have to tell the world about this. It gives people hope. People know my story, homeless to who I am today, but they don't know his story. And he hired me to help him with his book. Wow, amazing. Dr. Joe, I want to share with you how I met you first. One of the reasons I heard about you was because I was going through a tough time in my relationships with Hindu ones, and I had made a mistake of cheating on her. I was in an extramarital affair, and then she caught me, and I was given a choice that either you continue doing what you're doing or remain in the marriage and have your integrity. Goes without saying, I chose my integrity, but we were both hurt. I was hurt, and we didn't know how to handle it at that time. And my mentor Sahil, who is still my mentor to this day, introduced us to you and to your article that you had written many, many years ago on Ho'oponopono.

Ah,

and from there we started practicing Ho'oponopono, and I and Indu, who were stressed and crying almost every day, we healed ourselves using that power thanks to your article in just about 30 to 45 days. And it's been more than 15 years to that story. But the reason we are together is because of that healing power that you gave us through that article. And I promised myself, I said, I'm going to spread this magic to many people. So as you know, we started the Hope Noop Noop Healers course and then we reached out to you asking generously if you could be part of it last year. If you remember the conversational Hope Noop Noop course that we shared with you and graciously you did share that with your students as well. And we thank you for that. It would be really our privilege if we can experience a little bit, not only understanding of Ho'oponopono from the master himself, which is you, but also if you could give us the privilege to practice Ho'oponopono with you.

I would love to. Well, first of all, thank you for sharing all of that. I am very proud to be the person who helped bring Ho'oponopono to the world, because as you mentioned, Dr. Hew Len was pretty private. And he was doing workshops, but there were only five people in the workshops. Nobody knew what Ho'oponopono was, and because I searched for him and found him and loved him, and he liked me enough that we agreed to write that first book. Now the world knows and is learning even more because I wrote four books after that. And of course, as you pointed out, I now have Zero Limits the movie. That is out there at zero limits movie dot com. People can watch it from anywhere in the world. So I'm very lucky and I'm very grateful that I knew Dr. Hulen, worked with Dr. Hulen, did workshops with Dr. Hulen, and learned Ho'oponopono firsthand. And so I love talking about Ho'oponopono when I want people to realize there's a lot of depth to Ho'oponopono. When people first hear about it, they hear about the four phrases. And that's enough for people to start using, and you can spend most of your life doing the four phrases. But there's so much more to it. This is why I have advanced teachings and advanced workshop, and we're going to be doing something for your platinum members. We can talk about it later. And I want to include some of this deeper aspects of Ho'oponopono because I found Ho'oponopono actually helps you create by God miracles. In your life. But sometimes it needs a little bit more than the 4 phrases.

Now, having said all of that, you've invited me to go through an experience of Ho'oponopono with everybody here. So what I invite people to do is to think of something that's bothering them. And it could be an actual emotional pain. It could be a physical pain. It could be a frustration. There may be something you're trying to attract in your life and achieve in your life. But it seems out of reach and you feel like there's a block, there's something going on. I don't know if it's karma, if it's my belief system, but you know something doesn't feel right because you're wanting to have, do, or be something and it's not there.

Right.

So whatever that is is fine. And I invite you to feel it right now, to feel it right now and make this a very real experiential test of how this works. So feel whatever is going on in your life right now, whatever the problem happens to be. You don't have to name it. You don't have to tell anybody, but you feel it inside yourself. I think it's really important to understand that everything that you're going through is only in you. It's not outside of you. This is an important ingredient of Ho'oponopono. Because everybody wants to change the outer world. And they don't realize the outer world is a reflection of what's going on inside of

you.

And the way to feel this is to know the only, only, only place you're feeling the discomfort is inside you. You can blame other things on the outside, but the feeling is inside.

100%.

That's good news. So you got this issue you're wrestling with, you know that you're feeling it, it's inside of you. As you're feeling it, You say these 4 phrases to your connection to what I'll call God. And it could be called divinity, it could be called the cosmos, it can be called infinite intelligence, but it's the power bigger than you. It's the power bigger than your ego. And so inside yourself, you got this issue, you know you're feeling it, and now you're saying quietly as a kind of a prayer, I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. And you can cycle through it, and you can say it in any order. I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. And you're saying it silently inside yourself as a kind of prayer or petition to this higher power. And you're basically to just dismantle this a little bit. You're basically saying. don't know how to solve this. You do it. You're basically saying, I'm sorry, I don't know where the problem came from. Please forgive me. I don't know what aspect of me or my ancestors created it. Thank you for healing it, resolving it, clearing it, cleaning it. I love you for Ho'oponopono, for the clearing, for the healing, for resolving this for the highest good of all right now. So the 4 phrases are kind of a shorthand for a longer unspoken prayer. And I'm spelling it out here as a gift to everybody so they understand there's more to Ho'oponopono than just—

I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. There's a whole mindset. There's a whole psychology. There's a whole metaphysics. There's a whole philosophy. that's underneath Ho'oponopono. And I'll unpack some of this for the Platinum members when I do my very special exclusive arrangement.

And only them. But for now, people are feeling what they're feeling. Totally fine. It's inside you. Say the 4 phrases to a higher power and notice that it'll start to ease. It'll start to dissolve. The unidentified beliefs will start to be removed. And then as you go through your day, you'll start to notice things are different on the outside because you changed the inside. And so that's kind of a condensed version of a walkthrough on Ho'oponopono.

And while you did work with Dr. Hew Len, before we get into the piece of what are we going to do special for the Platinum members, Could you share something miraculous that you experienced about hope while you were with Dr. Hew Len? Like the story, the original story about how he healed people who are mentally sick, because we've only read about it in articles. We've never really heard that story from you. It'll be nice to know. I mean, that article changed my life, so I'd love people to know that story directly from you rather than reading it.

Yeah, it's amazing. That story that you're talking about, that article, Probably was seen by 30 million people because everybody was sharing it with everybody else. And it became very inspiring. And that became the seed for the book Zero Limits, that very article.

Wow.

But let's go before that article. I was hearing this strange story about a therapist who helped heal an entire ward of mentally ill criminals in Hawaii. at a state institution for mentally ill criminals. They're sentenced there. They're rapists, they're murderers, they're doing terrible things. And somehow this weirdo therapist was practicing some unknown, esoteric, controversial self-healing method. And as he healed himself, they got better. And I heard the story and I thought, that doesn't sound right. That doesn't sound true. I'm pretty open-minded. I like miracles and magic and stories about, you know, the impossible becoming possible. That one seemed like it was fiction. It seemed like it was an urban legend. So I dismissed it, but I kept hearing it.

Oh.

And then I thought, if there's any truth to this, then I gotta find out what was he doing? Because if he was doing something I can do, it can change my life. And if I can teach it to others, maybe I can help a lot of people. True. And if it's really profound and unheard of, maybe I can heal the planet. And it was with that curiosity that I went looking for the therapist. I couldn't find him because back then there was nothing on Ho'oponopono. I didn't know his name. This was in the early days of the internet, so it was clumsy trying to find anything. I actually hired a private investigator.

Whoa.

I, I hired a private investigator. I said, I can't find this guy. You find him. He did. He did. He told me he was in California. He was from Hawaii. He gave me a phone number and I called Dr. Hulen up on the phone. Total green cold call. And he answered the phone. And I told him, I'm, you know, curious. I wanted to know, was the story true? He said, yes. And I said, what were you doing? And he said, I was cleaning myself. And I said, what do you mean you were cleaning yourself? It made no sense to me. He said, I am only here to dissolve the data in me. What does that mean? It was frustrating to me because nothing he said computed.

Made sense.

Nothing he said made any sense to me. He's cleaning what? And he's getting rid of data? What? And he helped heal the mentally ill criminals? What? Anyway, he was very kind. He spent 45 minutes on the phone, mostly confusing me. But he said he was doing he was doing a workshop in a week or two. I got on a plane and I went, and I was in the workshop. I met Dr. Hulan, liked him instantly. He was like a lovable, mysterious, eccentric grandfather to me, but he was very open to me. There were only maybe nine people in the class.

Wow!

And it was weird. It was a weird class. He talked about Ho'oponopono. We talked about the four phrases. I did my best to be open-minded, but most of it was weird. That night when I went back to my room, and this is to answer your question, what was the beginning for me? I started to get a urinary tract infection. So I felt the pain of that beginning in my body. And I thought, okay, let me try this stupid weird thing called Ho'oponopono. And I didn't know the 4 phrases. I wrote them down on a piece of paper. And so I'm looking, oh, I'm supposed to say, I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you. I wrote them down to remind me. And so I started saying them, and I went to sleep pretty much as that was my mantra and that was my meditation,

right?

And I woke up and I was healed. There was no pain.

The pain was gone?

It was gone. It was completely gone. And so I went back to the workshop and I went back to Dr. Hewlett and I said, I don't know what this is all about and I don't know how this works, but I think I need to understand it and I think I need to write a book about it.

Wow.

I think this can help the world if I can understand it. And short story is he and I worked together to write the first book, Zero Limits, which came to me. I wrote it in 2 weeks. It was like channeled. I mean, I just downloaded and I was a stenographer. I just wrote it. It came very easily to me. Dr. Hew Len didn't even read the book. When I showed him the manuscript, he put his hand on it and he said, divine says it's perfect.

Wow.

And we released it. And then he and I, of course, went on to spend a lot of time together, and we did 3 3-day workshops over a 10-year period to teach people this deeper aspect of Ho'oponopono. But it all began with me hearing the story, me researching the story, finding out it's true. I did more research. I went and found some of the social workers that were at the hospital where Dr. Hulen had worked, and I talked to him about it. I also investigated Dr. Hulen himself, asking, what did you do? Did you really not work with patients? And he said no. He saw them because he would walk through the halls and he would see them doing things, but he didn't do traditional therapy. He really did pick up their files, look at their files, and clean himself.

This is what I heard about in your article. You said he would go to the hospital, he would not meet those patients, he would not do any therapy, no injections, no medicines. He'll just sit with this file and clean himself.

Yes, he worked on himself. And that was the whole purpose. And the whole purpose of his life was to clean in him whatever he was being aggravated by. That he saw on the outside, knowing it's not on the outside. That's all an illusion. The trigger is inside. When you feel the trigger, that's what you're cleaning. And that was his life mission— clean, clear, delete the triggers in him. He also understood that as he cleaned those triggers in him, the world got better. The world itself on the outside got better. So yes, the story is true. All aspects that I put in the book were true. I got it firsthand from him and some of the people that he had worked with.

Doctor, do you remember how many people in that psychiatric ward were mentally at what level and for how many years there and then got released because of this healing? How much time? Do you remember any of those?

It was one particular ward. As I remember, there were about 40 different inmates in there and they were in there for violent reasons. They had done violence of one sort or another. They were analyzed and deemed to be mentally ill. So they didn't go to a traditional prison because being mentally ill, they had to go to a hospital.

Right.

This hospital in the 1980s was just converted into being a prison hospital. It was a mental hospital before it. And so when Dr. Hulen got there, they were just starting to bring in criminals. who are mentally ill. So the ward itself didn't really know how to handle them. There was a lot of roughness around it, a lot of unpredictability around it. Dr. Hulen said the ward was so dangerous that he, nurses, and whatever other doctors would visit would walk down the hall with their back against the wall because they were afraid of being attacked. Oh. And most of the patients had to be shackled or sedated every day because they were dangerous and they were unpredictable. When Dr. Hulen got there and he said, look, you need to have a staff doctor here. I am a licensed therapist. I can be on the staff, but I'm not going to do traditional therapy. Traditional therapy already wasn't working.

True.

It wasn't helping these people. And so there was an entire ward of, I think, about 40 people. And what Dr. Hulen told me was everybody got better except one person. There was one person who said— he said his name was Billy. And I, for privacy reasons, I can't find out who that is or was. But outside of that, it's like a 99.9% success rate.

Wow. And these people were left home?

And they were released as being able to go back into society and go home and carry on normal lives.

Wow. Thank you, Doctor. Thank you for bringing that story to us.

Yeah, it's, it's— I love it. It's, it's inspiring. It really tells us— and this is the reason I got intrigued by the story— I thought, if this method works for mentally ill criminals at a state hospital, What can it do for you and me?

So true.

Leading our lives. If it can do that level of a miracle, what can it do for you and I just going through our days, having relationships, trying to get our, our lives in order, trying to manifest things, trying to attract or achieve things? If it can do that for mentally ill criminals, my God, it can make us almost walk on water.

True.

It's amazing what's possible here.

I've always said, wouldn't you rather have a car to park in the parking place? Let's just— let's up the level of manifestation here. So the first level of what I'm doing for the platinum members, and this is an exclusive, is all about the deep dive into the law of attraction so you really get it. The second part of it is advanced ho'oponopono. Now I definitely will talk about the four praises like we've been talking about because that's the beginning, that's the foundation. There's so much more, and I want to talk about some of the things I learned firsthand in private from Dr. Hu Lin. That man was completely committed to listening to the orders from the divine. He didn't care what you thought because if the divine told him to do something, he was doing it because he was loyal to the holy message that would come to him. This is important for all of us because too many of us are still giving our power away to the outside world, whether it's social media, whether it's news media, whatever, other people. And we need to be centered. We need to have that strong connection to the divine, to God. That's what Dr. Hew Len was really preaching. He wanted us to be a guru to ourselves. And I think that line is even in the book Zero Limits. So in my presentation on Ho'oponopono, I want to go beyond the superficial, and then I want to tie this together, and I want to show how the law of attraction and ho'oponopono work together. Because there are people who hear about the law of attraction and they just want to do that, and there are people who hear about ho'oponopono and they just want to do that. And I'm saying you can put them both together, and if you put them both together, you can create a power force that knocks down the walls to getting virtually anything you can have, do, or be. Anything you can name. Again, my movie is called Zero Limits. The book is called Zero Limits. My message is we have zero limits. Zero. And if you really thought that you have zero limits, what would you go for? And in fact, that's where we should start thinking. And everybody that's going to be a Platinum member and come to that Platinum presentation should be thinking, if there are truly zero limits, what would you welcome in your life? Yeah. Oh, that's a big question. What would you welcome in your life? Now, as I've been talking to you, I saw a couple of the comments come in, and one of them was about healing a child with autism. And I want you to know that autism has already been healed, and people have healed autism. One of my very first experience with miracles was way back in 1985 with a family who had autistic children, and at that time they didn't have any remedy. There was no recourse. In fact, the medical authorities said, "Well, you got other kids focus on them." It was like they didn't accept it. They healed their child of autism.

Wow!

That was 1985. Since then, there's other tools and techniques. The law of attraction—we didn't really understand it in 1985—and the secret made it public in 2006. And then with Ho'oponopono, with Ho'oponopono. You are healing your perceptions of somebody with autism. You're not necessarily focused on a child with autism, but you're experiencing in yourself your judgments of a child with autism.

Mm-hmm.

Ho'oponopono focuses on you and what you are feeling, as we talked about and demonstrated earlier. So when you take care of that inside of yourself, the child will reflect it.

True.

And it could be a complete healing from Ho'oponopono. So it's all of this and more that you can tell when I get excited about this, I don't want to shut up. And so I'm making this exclusive.
