Free DMP + Decode Your Health Through Handwriting

In this live DMP (Daily Mind‑Power) session, handwriting analyst Imran Baig explains how handwriting analysis and graphotherapy can be used to uncover and re‑program subconscious emotional patterns that underlie physical disease. He begins by engaging the audience, asking them to define health, then expands the WHO definition to include mental and social wellbeing. He argues that most illnesses start as emotional/psychosomatic signals, leading to energy depletion, guilt, fear, and chronic disease. Imran stresses that the brain is the root cause of most ailments, yet conventional treatment focuses on the body. He demonstrates the concept of “listening to your body” through a volunteer interaction, showing how people often silence bodily signals with medication instead of addressing the emotional trigger. He describes how emotions (especially anger, guilt, fear) affect physiology via stress hormones, and how a shift to responsibility and emotional mastery can prevent disease. The core practical tool he promotes is graphotherapy – daily, purposeful handwriting exercises that re‑wire the subconscious mind. He cites research linking handwriting changes to mental disorders and invites participants to a masterclass and ongoing programs, urging a preventive, mind‑body approach rather than dependence on medicines.

Those of you are attending this session for the first time, my name is Imran Baig. I'm a handwriting analyst. So every Wednesday I come to share something amazing and magical with all of you. And thank you for being such amazing constant learners that you show up every single day. But Wednesday is the day where I come and I share something very insightful about your mind and about your body. Everybody raise your hand and say this: it's about your mind and it's about your body. So my core specialization is handwriting analysis. That means to say that the way you write— I made you all write your 5 things about yourself, right? So the way you write talks about who you are as a person. One look at your handwriting, as a handwriting analyst, I can identify 128 things about you. And yes, it's a science. You can learn it, and you can also practice it and work on it. The most exciting part about what I do is It's not just about identifying what you're feeling right now. It's not just about identifying what your handwriting is saying about you. It's also a very beautiful way of— you can change the way you write and influence your subconscious mind. Yes, you can do that. You can change the way you write and influence your subconscious mind. So are you ready for it? So for that, we'll take a new recording and let's do this right now. So are you ready to learn something new? Give me a big yes if you're ready to learn something new. Today we're gonna be discussing something very interesting, and that is— today we're gonna be focusing on something very interesting, and that is about your health. How many of you are committed towards having extraordinary health for yourself? Give me a big yes with your hands up, please, with a big smile on. It's a very important thing. Are you all with me on that? You need to focus on your health. So let me understand from you, what is your definition of health? So go ahead, everybody share with me on the screen. What is the definition of health for you? So how do you define health? What is health for you? Go ahead, everybody on your screen right now on the chat box. Tell me, what is health for you? According to you, what is health? According to you, what is health? Oh my God, my chat box is on fire. Don't worry, I'm able to read all your messages. Okay, uh, no deficiencies. Okay, I see that. Uh, a good body. Okay, uh, strong immune system. Health is everything. Energetic. Pain. Uh, health is well-being. Balance. Body at ease. Everything. Wow. Thank you for all the wonderful answers. But I have something very interesting to share with you all, which most of you missed out. And that is your definition of health is incomplete if you don't understand this. So let me give you a little deeper insight into this. According to WHO, the constitution states health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing. You know what, when I was going through all your answers, many of you missed out these 2 important aspects, the mental and the social wellbeing. And by the way, for some of you, how many of you, the word social wellbeing is the first time you're hearing about your health because you thought it was all about the body. For majority of you, it was all about the body. Oh, I have to look good. I have to be fit. I have to be, you know, zero figure or maybe in a particular shape, particular weight. And for some of you, the very few percent of people actually went and said, oh, it's a mind and the body together. But the third thing is a social wellbeing. That's why, write down this, everybody, your environment is more powerful than your willpower. So how you surround yourself with people, your social wellbeing, also like your socialness, your social, you know, the, the amount of people around you also contributes towards how you approach your own health. And many of us miss out on this. You think it's your lone journey. You think it's all about you. No, it's not about you. It's also about the people around you. And there's a very beautiful saying: if the mother is health conscious, the person who runs the kitchen is health conscious, it reflects in other people's health also. How many of you know what I'm talking about? So that's why, very beautiful understanding. The speed of the engine is the speed of the train. So many of us think, okay, no, it's all about me. No, it's all about people around you. Are you all with me on that? So, Imran, why are we discussing this today and why is it so important to focus on it? It's very important that you need to be present to this. Many of us are focusing on health without even understanding about the health. Many of us want to improve their health, but they don't even know what is to be improved upon and why is it so important about it. So let's look into this. What is health and what is the disease which you are experiencing right now? Everybody, what is a disease? Disease is something very fundamental and which is very, very easy to understand. It is basically an abnormal condition which negatively affects the structure or the function or a part of the organism. For example, everybody, if you have a digestive system not operating at the optimal level, it's a disease or it's something which is internal. Not all diseases are about the broken bone, or it's not about the cut which you have. It is inside of you. You can't see it, but you can always feel it. And how many of you know that if you have constipation or if you have a gut-related issue, you have your entire body shaken up? You know why? Because your gut is your second brain. Your gut is your second brain. So whenever we have abnormalities, which is the inside, whatever is supposed to be functioning in a particular way, it does not work. For example, our hormones. It is supposed to be releasing certain level of hormones. a particular time, and if it is not doing, it hits you. So disease is basically anything which is abnormal, anything which is not part of the, you know, structure, and it is negatively impacting you. Now the question is, Imran, why is it so important to understand about the disease? Why are we discussing that right now? Many of us don't understand this about the disease. Are you all with me about that? It's not just about the body. It's also about the mind. And why do I say this? There's a very simple reason. Everybody on your screen right now, how many of you never paid attention to this? Do you know how your any disease starts? Can somebody tell me what is the first step towards any disease to get manifested in your body or in your mind? What is the first step? What is the first FIR? Firsthand information. Do you know that all diseases starts on a feeling level first? All diseases starts on a feeling level first. Let me help you to make it easy for you. How many of you have heard this or said this? Imran, I'm, I'm feeling feverish. I think I will have tummy upset. Oh, I think I'll have this. How many of you thought that everything starts at the feeling level? Give me a big yes if you can raise your hand and say yes. You know, everything starts on the feeling level first. So that means to say that it is your brain or the mind which experiences any health challenge first, then it gets into the body. That's why the world right now is experiencing a phenomenon called psychosomatic diseases, because Everything starts on the mind level first and then impacts on the physical level. And many times we fail to understand this. Many times we fail to understand this. And I want to tell you something very interesting. The first impact of any mis— you know, abnormalities in your head or any dysfunction in your body is it's a depletion in your energy. And many of us don't understand the depletion of energy, how it impacts us. When you have loss of energy, this is what happens to you. Everybody, how many of you come to attend programs to get motivated? Now you're not looking for motivation. You're basically looking at upping your energy because your diseases, diseases, your health challenge is bringing down your energy. How many of you think you have procrastination? Imran, I'm lazy. I tend to postpone things for tomorrow. No, it's not procrastination. It is basically the body's way of responding I don't have energy. That's why I'm not doing what is required to be done. That's why I'm not even dancing when I'm asking you to stand up and dance. How many of you see the way you dance is as if, you know, somebody has pointed a gun on you and you know you have to dance? And some of you are only moving your hands. Some of you are just moving your neck. You're not showing up with the energy. You know why? Your body is not able to keep up with the music, not able to keep with the Indra because depletion of energy. How many of you are able to relate to what I'm saying? By the way, dance is never about the moves. Dance is never about the steps. Dance is about how much are you allowing your body to sync with the music or the beats there. And many of you have this misunderstanding: I'm not a good dancer. No, nobody is a good dancer. Nobody's a trained dancer. It's all about are you allowing that vibration to feel that. So can you see that you don't realize this? That's why I want you to know something about the disease. No diseases happen overnight. It is a sum of accumulation of all the feelings and emotions and the patterns which you have been doing. And one fine day it shows up like that, but it's not happening just overnight. No, it's a buildup. Nobody gets migraine just like that. Nobody gets fatty liver just like that. Nobody gets cancer just like that. It's the accumulation of over a period of time. how you're dealing it and how you're operating on it. Now the question is, Imran, why are we discussing this today and how it can be helping? So let me take you to the first focus on it. The idea about having this conversation with all of you is that every disease starts and we need to focus on the root level of it. And do you know the root level of all the diseases is the brain? It's a brain. The point I am here to make is that the brain is a root cause, but generally the treatment is given on the physical level. How many of you know what I'm talking about? And most of the time, the brain, which is the root cause of all the elements, is not addressed. And that's why— how many times have you seen Many of us have developed this. It was disease which just came and it went. It was a disharmony in the body which came and went. But now it has become a pattern. It keeps visiting you again and again. It's returning you back again and again. You know why? Because you're not treating that on a grassroots level. You're not treating that on the root cause level. You're only treating your body. So let me give you an example of this. Hey, are you all with me on that? Give me a biggest if you're with me on that. How many of you realize this is something profound? Like you knew it, but you never knew this is how important it is. Give me a biggest everybody with their hands up. So what is important for you to really understand? Let me give an example of pandemic. I'm sure, you know, we saw the worst of it. And how many of you saw some of the cases during the pandemic was you got infected by the coronavirus, you got admitted in the hospital, you got treated and you came back only to see after a few weeks you got infected again? Everybody type in 2 if you know anybody, some, you know, who went there, like you got infected twice or you got it, you know, twice. And no matter, you got the treatment and you came back again and you got impacted. You know why? Because during the pandemic, the focus was treating the body. The focus was never about the brain, which was actually the main cause of it. In fact, During the pandemic, the most impact was on the emotional level, on the mind level. You know why? How many of you remember the moment you got infected, there was no sympathy towards you? People used to look at you as somebody who has committed a crime. Your, your entire area is getting locked, your entire floor is getting blocked, your home is getting sealed, and they look down upon you. And all this was on a mental level, but the treatment and the vaccine was on the physical level. And no wonder why, you know, things happen. How many of you seen people who have kidney issues? It keeps coming back. How many of you have issues related to your PCO, PCOD, and it keeps coming back because you thought, okay, you took the treatment, you got it out of it, but it came back? Thyroid keeps coming back. Why do you take tablets on a regular basis? The BP, everything is because you're not focusing on it. So write down this: one of the fundamental ways of having a healthy body is to have a healthy mind. Because my focus is a healthy mind cannot have a diseased body. A healthy mind cannot have a diseased body. So no matter how much you do the physical diet, what you eat, what you exercise, everybody's focused about it. It is also important to have that mental diet. What type of information you're exposing yourself? What are you seeing? What are you reading? What are you allowing your subconscious to believe in? All this matters. How many of you are having a bulb-on moment right now? Imran, this is like crazy, and I never thought about it. You know, I always thought about losing weight was all about the diet. losing weight was all about the exercise. You never focused on the core of it, and that is your mind. So what are the activities? In fact, you showing up to the DMP every single day is also a contribution towards the mental diet. How many of you realize what we're doing? That because that the few first, the few hours, the few minutes which you spend here, how many of you realize the energy is different? You are thinking possibilities, you're blessing people, you become all of a sudden bigger than who you are as a person. You're expanding your energy. And people come back and say, I'm able to generate better results in health. I never knew I had this problem. I was able to— how you were able to do that? Because you're able to work on it. And this is what I do as a handwriting analyst. I give you more access to your brain. We work on your brain. We make you write every single day in a certain way, certain letters, certain patterns, to focus on your health. Because the easiest and the fastest way to reprogram your subconscious mind and undo and give you the right diet for your mental is to write graph therapy, which I specialize in. That's why I propagate so much. That's why Mitheshji and Induji want me to come and share this science with you, because it's important that you get the essence of it. Whatever it takes to have the best of health, whatever it takes to focus on it. And I want to tell you this, many of our diseases— many of us don't understand this— whenever I talk about, you know, become a handwriting analyst. Are you all with me on that? I want to clarify something which I have never shared this with you before, but I want to share this with you today. If I tell Savita, become a handwriting analyst, Amruta, I say become a handwriting analyst. So technically, handwriting analyst means you are somebody who can read what people write and understand about them using their handwriting. No, it's not just that. For me, a handwriting analyst is somebody who is self-aware. He understands his emotions, he understands his feelings, he understands himself more bigger than anybody else. Everybody type in P, which is profound. A handwriting analyst is not somebody who's going to come and tell me, Imran, I don't know why I get angry, I don't know why I say what I say when I get angry. No, you are not irresponsible with your emotions. You're very responsible and present to your emotions. And that's for me a handwriting analyst, somebody who's self-aware. Somebody who is responsible about his own emotions. And why is it so important, Imran? Why is it important to have emotions and mastery over that emotions? And, and by the way, when you write graphotherapy, and by the way, how many of you felt this today when you were writing that 5 things about yourself, the 5 appreciations about your own self? How many of you felt there's some sense of shift on an emotional level? Like, how many of you had that unconditional smile on your face? All of a sudden, you like, you had that small, you know, the smile on your face, like, The only thing different you did was clicked it. I hope you were able to see that emotions on your screens right now. Are you with me on that? And all of a sudden you felt that you're a different person, like there was there was aura around you, you know, it looks like you're walking with five six bodyguards around you. It's like like I'm something different. All it takes is a shift in your emotions. And listen to me very carefully. Why am I talking about this? On your screen right now, everybody, 80% of diseases have an emotional root cause. You think you got diabetes because your mom or your dad had it, or it was genetically, or it was passed on, it, it was, you know, hereditary. It can be true to the, as per the science of the medicines. But what is also important is that it's about your emotions. It's about your emotion. You could have broke that cycle, but you allowed that cycle to work on it. And because you don't focus on it, these are how the diseases gets impacted. It could be acute, it could be chronic, or it could be psychosomatic. So let me help you to understand this. If you don't understand the importance of emotions and how you need to really master this, let me give you a breakdown on this. How many of you know, or recently some, you know, somebody who got diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension? Anybody who knows like that, type in me on the chat box. Okay. It could be some of you might be in the pre-diabetic level. That's the favorite sentence of doctors now that you are pre, you know, diabetic, pre-thyroid. Are you that? Now look at the tragedy. You go to the doctor, you get diagnosed as diabetics, hypertension. You think it is a body problem. You go to the doctor who specializes on treating the body, and look at the first question the doctor is going to ask you: What are you so stressed about? What are you so stressed about? क्या tension है आपको? क्या परेशानी? How many of you know what I'm talking about? And you went there, diabetes body में है, but the doctor says शुरू यहाँ से हुआ, शुरू यहाँ से हुआ. And the moment we talk about diabetes, everybody is thinking about okay sugar कम कर लेता हूँ, मैं ये check कर लेता हूँ. Like now the question is how many come, how many people come and ask me can I do something on the mental level so that I can take care of my body? No one talks about. Can you see the moment you get a health challenge, you're more focused on treating it on the body level than on the mind level. So one of the reasons why we do what we do is, can I help you to experience the power which is inside of you? Can you please start taking care of yourself on that level? Because everything happens on that, you know, on that level right now. And I wanted to tell you one of the biggest problems why we get health challenged. Everybody, very profound saying. The primary cause of every disease is mental and spiritual discord. You know, the connection between the mind and the body is fading away. And the only permanent basis for health and happiness is the mental and spiritual harmony. How many of you are in alignment with that? हमारा body और हमारा mind एक नहीं है, अलग-अलग हो गया। That's why when you do meditation, when you do some you know japa, when you do some you know exercises, you feel that. But after that it goes away. So that's why it's important when we do prayers, when you do a spiritual act, you need to really bring in this. And by the way, this is not my saying. You know, it's a very beautiful saying. Many many years back it was done. Now you're sitting there and wondering, Imran, how do I identify this in the handwriting? What are the things which I need to be doing that, you know, I keep coming back and telling you more about this. Every single thing which you do on the paper has an impact on it. In fact, I'm going to be talking more about this in, in the given moment right now, but I want to tell you this, this is not my research, it's not my findings. You know, there are so many research papers which is actually contributing towards it. In fact, this was basically from the Forensic Research and Criminology International Journal. And look at it, says many psychological illnesses such as depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, schizophrenia, and multiple types of all the challenges have been attributed to handwriting change in numerous studies. And as handwriting in some cases of anorexia nervosa was also been done that. So the idea here I'm emphasizing you is there is a way to fix your health, and it could be the best way to work on your mind, and the best way to work, and the easiest and the fastest way to work on your mind is to work on your handwriting, to focus on the letters, to focus on the patterns which you design. And that's what we do. And Here is our invitation. We do programs on a regular basis, but I'm doing a masterclass tomorrow, so the link will be shared with you on the chat box. If you never attended that, please do attend so that you understand. But right now, let's go and find out more about on the emotional level. Hey, are you all with me on that? Give me a big yes if you're with me on that. I see all of a sudden the energy in the hall is very intense. All of a sudden people got very focused about, yeah, I had to work on my health. And I want to tell you something. Write down this. Whenever it comes, whenever it comes to health, it is basically not the treatment. It's not the treatment when it comes to health. What is, what comes before the treatment? What comes before the treatment? The prevention. So how many of you are committed towards prevention? Because I don't want you to become responsible when it comes to you have that health problem, then you'll do no treatment needs aye. We need to work on it, and I'm not overruling the doctors. No, doctors do what they do. They're amazing at it. Only doctors can do it. I'm not against medicine. Write down this. I'm against you being dependent on medicine. How many of you have seen people like this? Every time they travel, they're going out, they're out for a function, get-together, wherever they— whether they carry anything or not, tablet is carried. The first thing which goes into the luggage or packing is the tablets. No, I'm against dependency on medicines. I'm not against medicines. How many of you like to have dependence-free of medicines? That should be your focus in the next couple of weeks, the next couple of days. Your focus should be on that. You need to get out of this circle. You need to get out of it, and you need to do what is required to be done. You know why? Everybody on your screen right now, let's understand Where is it all coming from? Why is it important that we need to focus on our emotions so much? And that's why we— yeah, one of the foremost things is you're going to be learning handwriting analysis, easiest way to decode and understand your emotions. The role of emotions in any health— everybody make a note of it. You don't have to make a note of all the things on the screen, just make an underlining of it. The role of emotions in disease is complex And multifaceted, involving both psychological and physiological mechanism. Remember, I talk about psychology is your brain, physiology is your body. And sometimes when there is no frequency, you know, alignment, you tend to develop challenges in your body. And sometimes it surprises you. Understanding and managing emotional factors can have significant benefits for both physical And mental health. Emotions play a significant role in both the development and the progression of a disease. Do you know that the way one individual handles diabetic and the another individual handles diabetic is way different? How many of you have seen this? You get a migraine attack, another person getting migraine attack is different. You know why? Your emotional frequency is different. That's why all the challenges we're experiencing about thyroid, PCOD, PCOS, menstrual issues, and everything— like, it's the same body mechanism, but the way your body handles it, the way you react, the way you, you know, manage the entire situation is different. Because when an individual experiences stress, everybody notice this, When your emotional imbalance impacts you, when you are hitting your highest level of your stress, the body activates the fight or flight response. It releases stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. These hormones prepare the body to respond. And I want to tell you this, you don't even have to get onto this technical aspects of it. I'm not going to scare you with all the jargons. Let me give you a simplest of example. Are you all with me on that? How many of you get angry easily? Imran, गुस्सा बहुत जल्दी आता है. Like I get angry, I get ticked off very fast. You know, you know, sometimes internet is not working. Sometimes, Imran, I'm trying to meditate and you're talking in between. You know, like you get ticked off very fast. And I want to tell you something very interesting about your anger, everybody. You think you got angry for that minute, that moment. That's you know. Second, do you know your body takes seven hours to come back to normalcy when the temper is hit? How many hours, everybody? Seven hours. In that seven hours, how many times you got angry again? Hello. It's like, you know, Maya got anger. You know, it spiked, and it was trying to normal back again. It spiked again. Like, so there was no normalcy because every time you got anger, it's like the equation is still high. And all my wonderful people there, they can need me. I can't sleep. Okay, I'm stressed. Not able to pay attention. I don't remember things. I'm not able to focus. How will you do it? Because you're not allowing your body to reach that optimum level of performance. You're always in stress. You're always training yourself. Are you all with me on that? And we have reasons. Imran, I am a good man, but people outside make me angry. Like, you know, I'm a good man. My mother-in-law, you know, my husband, my kids, my my colleagues, you know, they are responsible. I am a good man. That's why. There's a very beautiful saying. You know what? There's a very beautiful saying. Everybody is a good human being until I meet you on the road, right? Everybody is a good human being until I meet you on the road because on the road you're driving. You know all that. Look at me, everybody. All that it takes to change you from the person you are and the person you can be is somebody showing you a hand. All that I have to do is, hey, इतना ही दिखाना है आपको. Like I just have to show you my hand and. There's a different avatar. Yeah, we thought only goddesses have the four-five hands and the seven-eight heads. You can see that on the road. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Right? See how fragile we are when it comes to our when it comes to our emotions. How fragile we are when it comes to emotion. And you sit here and you talk about money frequency, relationship frequency, health frequency. And how poor we are when it comes to emotional management. Are you all with me on that? So I know the moment I say all these things, your brain is telling you this: Imran, what is the solution? How should I fix this? How do I control this? Can you see that your brain reacts to problems? by finding solutions rather than finding out the root cause of the problem. You're not interested in finding out the root cause. You're interested in finding out how do I shed this. So let me explain you how our body responds. Everybody, are you all with me on that? Yes. Okay, because I understood I don't want to scare you with all the technicalities on the PPT, so I'm going to make you easy for understanding this, okay? Now, how many of you know you have, you know, little gastric challenge? You know, sometimes it triggers you and you get gastric triggered once or once in a while. Everybody give me on the chat box. Imran, ये होता है मेरे से। I eat sometime outside and and you do that and I I get this gastric you know communication from my body that something is not happening. So I have this burning. I have this and a lot of burps and everything. So the moment you have gastric, what do you do? What do you do? Any digestive or, you know, any discomfort, what do you do? Yeah, so you immediately try to treat it. How many of you know? Everybody raise your hand. Yeah, only when you raise your hand I know whether you're with me or not. Okay, got it. Thank you. And some of you busy writing. Okay, got it. So immediately when your body is communicating And instead of actually listening to your body, you're shutting down your body. Okay, let me demonstrate this to you. I need a volunteer. Who likes to be a volunteer? Who likes to be a volunteer? You sure you want to be? Okay, I see Sangeeta raising the hand up, so I am just asking Sangeeta. Sangeeta, are you with me? Everybody say hello to Sangeeta there.
Hi, Imran.
How are you doing today?
I'm doing very good.
Great. And, uh, Sangeeta, how was your day today?
Extremely—
uh, Sangeeta, we muted you, so can you please unmute yourself?
Uh, it was a very tough day. It was a very hard—
oh, Sangeeta, we muted you. Can you please unmute yourself?
Yeah.
So how was your day?
I had— it was an extremely
Sangeeta, we muted you. Can you please unmute yourself?
Yeah.
So how was your day?
Uh, day was very, very hectic.
We muted you. Can you please unmute yourself? How many of you realize what was happening right now? Imran, I got it what you're saying. How many of you got it right now? Like So imagine Sangeeta is your body. Sangeeta is speaking to you, and all the time when the body is speaking to you, you're pouring the tablets like shut up, don't tell me. But again, you're telling, बात करो. Like when she's when the body is doing the talking, like so how many of you are not allowing your body to speak to you, to communicate to you? It wants to tell you what you're doing and how I'm responding, how am I feeling. You're not spending time in thinking what you made the body to go through, that the body is experiencing this. But what you'll do is you will do what you have to do, but you'll keep shutting me down by taking tablets. You understood what I'm— what I just demonstrated to you right now? Give me a big yes, everybody. Give me one word on the chat box. Thank you, Sangeeta. You know, I hope you got the, you know, activity that, by the way, please complete. How was your day, Sangeeta?
Day was very busy.
Day was very busy.
This time you're not muting me?
No, no, I'm listening to you. I learned it. I learned to listen to you right now.
It was an extremely busy day. Had a long day at work and then back to back my inner work and now my DMP. So I've been sitting on a chair from early morning, 10 o'clock till now. So it has been a busy, very, very busy day.
And I really appreciate you. No matter how your day was busy and everything, you still took some time for your own self. That makes you a different person. I really appreciate. God bless you for that.
Thank you.
Continue to have that commitment, no matter what the day was, no matter how much I did not have time in the day. But this is my time. This is my DMP. This is my time. I really appreciate everybody. Let's show some love for.
Thank you,
Sangeeta there. So now how Sangeeta is feeling? She's feeling accomplished. So I spoke. I you know Imran acknowledged my listening. I get that. And many of us do this with our health. Every time you get a health problem, immediate reaction is to shut it down rather than listening. So imagine how your body is dealing with this. And I want to tell you this, whether you like it or not, sometimes the only reason you have a health problem is because you and your body is in fight. Are you all with me? You and your body is in fight. Let me explain you. How many of you have met people in your life? They are not comfortable or they're not accepted their own gender. So the simplest example is all boys have easy way out. You know, we ladies only have to go through this. I wish I was a man. It was just a conversation. It was just a statement. You just said it out of being frustrated. You just said it out of, you know, that spur of that moment. But remember, everything is an emotion, and the body listens to it and says, you're not okay, me being you. And the body starts fighting with you. The body starts throwing issues at you. And then you think, why are you only getting this problem? Why only you are getting this? Are you with me on that? So can you see that sometimes it's important the way you need to build your own relationship with your own self? Like some of you will do that, right? Oh, look at his body, so good. You know, sometimes, you know, it's all genetic. My weight, everything, I got it from my dad. Genetic, you know. I'm not going to be ever going to be that fit. I can't wear those clothes. Can you see that you're not happy in your being? But हमें क्या चाहिए? You know, we want to understand all the you know endorphins क्या होते हैं। We want to understand all the chemicals and how मुले simple language में emotions. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Give me a big yes there. So don't blame the world. Don't blame the food you eat. Don't blame the environment. Don't blame the technology. The You know, it's just you. That's why I have a very beautiful understanding about health. Hey, are you all with me? Give me a big yes if you're with me, because I know it's not a comfortable conversation to have. It's a little uncomfortable, but let's do this because we have to do the hard talk. Most of us deal with health challenges in these 2 ways. Everybody give me 2 on your screen right now. Give me 2. Most of us deal with health challenges— on your screen right now— it's out of guilt. The moment you get diagnosed with diabetes, the first reaction is guilt. I should have not eaten that many sweets. I should have watched what I eat. My lifestyle was not good. I always ate in the night and slept. I was really irresponsible, so I'm guilty that I did that. I should have not smoked so many. I have not drank so many. Like, how many of you operate with guilt? And go talk to anybody about diabetic, how they got it, and they'll tell you that, you know what, I did not pay attention during my work hours. I was eating out all the time and I got this. And many of us operate from that. The moment you get a health challenge, your first go-to emotion is guilt. The next go-to emotion when it comes to your health is many of us operate with fear. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Now what will happen? What should I do? Oh, ये होने से क्या होता है? So I will also have this. Will I be able to do this? Would I be able to accomplish that? Will I be able to have family? Whether we like, can you see that there? Will I have my child? You'll also get you operating with fear. Now the first and important emotion when it comes to operating your own health is. Not from guilt, not from fear. You need to be operating from the sense of responsibility. You need to become more responsible rather than reacting with guilt or reacting with fear. You need to operate with sense of responsibility. And how do you do all that? So there are many ways of doing it, but we have cracked the easiest and the fastest way to work on it. And that's why I'm in so much in love with this beautiful science of handwriting analysis and graphotherapy. Are you all with me on that? Yes. Okay, so we have designed a lot of it. In fact, we are the only people in the training industry who uses physical course material in this online phenomenon. So we have designed books where we make you write in a specific way every single day. Okay, so all you have to do is write one page. And the best thing is we have also designed this material in such a beautiful way that you actually get a facilitator who helps you to go through this beautiful journey. So if you're really keen and interested in understanding, Imran, how I can become responsible towards my health, and let me start by mastering my emotions, and let me start by writing graphotherapy, which is the easiest way to work on my subconscious mind, I do this session tomorrow. Uh, join me in my masterclass and I'll see you on the other side. And to more about this, we'll continue learning this in the coming session. How many of you will be interested to explore new dimensions of it? But I know what, promise me one thing before you go to bed today, have this conversation with your own self. Listen to your body. How many of you promise me to do that? Right? And one of the fundamental focus should be See how you can bring this marriage, you know, beautiful sync together between the mind and the body. And every time you have this miscommunication, every time you have this, you know, unbound, every time you have this misalignment, see how you can bring the sync. Are you all with me on that? Okay. Thank you for being so patient and listening and being open for having a new dimension about your health, wealth, happiness, because this is what we are committed towards. And thank you for being part of our community. And thank you for being be so regular for DMP. I'll see you soon. Bless night, everybody. Take care of yourself. Take care of your emotions. That's more important, right? Yeah. And those of you keep getting angry, remember the seven hour. Remember the seven hours. Yeah. So you should stop getting angry. Not for others, but for your own self, because body is getting heated up. Yeah, it provides coolant. Thank you, Yamini. Thank you, Savita ji. Thank you, Sheetal. Thank you for all the wonderful messages on the chat box and so much of love and gratitude. God bless you all. Thank you, Sharmista. Thank you, Poonam ji. Thank you, Sangeeta, for the wonderful way of demonstrating to others. You know, that was beautiful, right? Thank you, Sandiga. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Nirajat. Thank you. Thank you.
