In this instructional video, Paridhi Dhingra presents Mitesh Khatri, a Law of Attraction coach, who shares a practical Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP) anchoring method to train the mind to wake up early and enjoy it. The technique involves a short‑term rehearsal using a 1‑minute alarm: while lying in bed, the viewer repeats a specific affirmation, stays silent until the alarm rings, then immediately gets up, declares love for waking early, and washes their face. This sequence is repeated three times to create an anchor. After the rehearsal, the viewer sets their regular morning alarm (e.g., 5‑7 am), repeats the affirmation once before sleep, and goes to bed, trusting that the brain will now respond automatically. Khatri mentions his related book available on Amazon, which expands on the method, and encourages viewers to like, share, subscribe, and report results in the comments.

How to wake up early and love it at the same time. That's right, today's topic is about how to wake up early by choice and love it. Like, I used to not love waking up early in the morning, but then I learned an amazing technique from NLP. NLP is known as Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I learned this powerful science, and in just a few minutes, I was able to learn how to wake up early and love it. Like, I was not feeling lazy anymore. Want to learn that technique? Let's do it now. My name is Mitesh Khatri. I'm a Law of Attraction coach, and let's begin today's video. So how do you really learn this technique to wake up early and still love it? In NLP, we call this anchoring. Now, what anchoring is— there's a complete detailed course on NLP on this. If you want to learn the introduction of what NLP is, in the description there's a link over there. Don't worry, you can register yourself completely free and learn what is NLP in detail later. For now, let's directly learn the technique of NLP called anchoring. All you need to do is take your mobile, for an example, like this, and put an alarm for 1 minute from now. How much? 1 minute. Just 1 minute from now. Quickly switch that alarm on, keep it next to you, lie down on your bed. You need to do this in your bedroom where you're going to sleep. Lie down, close your eyes, and say this affirmation: When I wake up in the morning listening to this alarm, exactly the moment I hear this alarm, I will wake up feeling healthy, fresh, and fully awake. Say this affirmation, keep your eyes closed the way I'm keeping my eyes closed while I'm talking to you right now, and just stay silent until the alarm rings. Now, the moment the alarm rings, here's what you're going to do. The moment the alarm rings, you're going to quickly get out of the bed and you're going to say, yes, I love waking up early in the morning! Rush towards the washroom, wash your face, come back. Now, what are you doing here? You're training your mind that when you wake up in the morning with that alarm, this is how you're going to react. This is also called as a simple rehearsal technique to train your brain. In detail, it's also called as anchoring. So what do you do with this technique? You do it 3 times. Second time, once again, switch an alarm for 1 minute. Keep the alarm down. Lie down in your bed. Say this affirmation: When this alarm rings in the morning, exactly the moment this alarm rings, I will wake up feeling absolutely healthy, fresh, and fully awake. Now stay silent for 30 seconds until the alarm rings. The moment the alarm rings, what are you going to do? You're going to quickly wake up, get out of the bed, and say, I love getting up early in the morning. Go to the washroom, wash your face, come back. Third time again, put that 1-minute alarm, put it down, lie down, say that affirmation, get up again with that alarm. The moment that alarm rings, go to the washroom, wash your face, come back. Repeat this 3 times. I gave you this 3 times right now, and then immediately after that, fourth time, don't put an alarm for 1 minute. Now you switch the alarm for whatever time you want in the morning. It can be 5 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 7 o'clock, doesn't really matter. And now, before you sleep, once you put that alarm next to you, tell yourself that affirmation one last time. When I hear this alarm in the morning at 7 or 6 or 5, whatever time you've decided, I will wake up feeling absolutely healthy, fresh, and fully awake. And just go to sleep. I guarantee you, you will be able to wake up in the morning exactly the same time because you've now trained your brain Believe it or not, this was the first book I wrote after I learned NLP on how to wake up early. You'll probably see a picture here right now, which is if you go to amazon.in, not .com, actually you can even go to amazon.com over there. If you search Mitesh Khatri, How to Wake Up Early, you'll find this book. And I still make passive income through that book because people still read that book where I've explained more in detail exactly the same steps that I've told you right now.
