In this motivational video, Law of Attraction coach Mitesh Khatri argues that hard work by itself does not guarantee success or wealth. He introduces the concept of "right frequency," encapsulated in the FTBA framework—Feel, Think, Believe, Act—asserting that actions must be supported by aligned emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to produce results. Khatri illustrates how negative feelings (frustration, desperation) and limiting thoughts or beliefs can sabotage even the hardest effort, using examples from construction laborers and workplace scenarios. He differentiates fleeting thoughts from enduring beliefs, emphasizing that only beliefs that reinforce action can sustain success. The speaker urges viewers to align their FTBA before working hard, promotes a free advanced Law of Attraction masterclass that teaches deeper scientific strategies for frequency alignment, and concludes with typical YouTube calls to like, share, and subscribe.

Hey, in today's video we are talking about hard work. Yes, hard work doesn't necessarily make people successful or rich. I'm going to prove that this is true. Hi, my name is Mitesh Khatri. I'm a Law of Attraction coach and a national best-selling author of the book The Law of Attraction. Let's understand why hard work itself is not enough to make anybody successful or rich. Because action without the right frequency is irrelevant. Write this down: action without the right frequency is irrelevant. Haven't you met these kind of people around in the world? Maybe you've even experienced it yourself. 2 kind of people, let's say, working in an office. One person who works very, very hard the whole year doesn't get a promotion. The second person doesn't work that hard but still gets a promotion. Why? The difference is not just in the amount of work that they do. Now, does it mean that hard work is not important? No, I'm not saying that. Work is important. In fact, action is very, very important. But the wrong action is not going to give you success. The action without the right frequency will not give you success. Let's understand what that means. FTBA. Write this down, please. FTBA means feel, think, believe, and act. Then you start attracting your success. I call it FTBA as if you already have it. Let's understand. Let's say a person is working very hard. So out of FTBA, he's working very hard on what? A, action. But his feelings are not supporting his actions. Means he's working very hard the whole day, but while working, he's feeling frustrated all the time. He's feeling desperate all the time. When will I succeed? When will I succeed? And he's working hard, by the way. A classic example is people who work in the construction labors. They're working hard the whole day, but if you go close to them and you interact with them, you'll always be able to sense people's feelings when you talk to them, right? So if you talk to them, many of these laborers you'll realize are tired, irritated, feeling bad about their life, feeling that they are doing a job which they don't want to do. Now you would say, but Mitesh, anybody would feel that. Not necessarily. There are some people in the same business, in the same profession, whose feelings are not so negative. Their feelings are positive. And because of that, they are able to excel from that field. So if I have hard work, coming back to that point, and a lot of negative emotions, will I succeed at the action that I'm doing? No. So we need the right combination of not only action but the right emotions supporting that action. Another example out of FTBA is thoughts and beliefs. Now, our thoughts are what? Something that comes and goes. A belief is what? A thought that remains with you for a long time. Example, I know this will work. Now, this is not a thought, it's a belief. I think this will work. This is not a belief. This is a thought. So if I have thoughts and beliefs that support my action, then obviously I will succeed in my life. Example, if I'm taking action towards this video and I'm believing that this video will help a lot of people, it might work. But if I'm believing, I don't think people will like this video, I don't think people are interested in this kind of a topic, I don't think people will like what I'm saying— if I believe that, which means if I have a lot of self-doubt and then I'm taking this action, chances of this video working are very less because my actions are not supported by the right frequency. Every time I use the word frequency, what do I mean? Feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and actions. All of it. Our actions also have frequency. So make sure from today, don't only work hard. Work hard, but don't only work hard. Make sure that your FTBA is perfectly aligned to give you results from that action. Make sense?
