In this live guided meditation, Paridhi Dhingra leads participants through a detailed Maha Shivratri ritual. The session begins by asking everyone to stand, place their hands on their heart, close their eyes, and focus on breath. Participants are guided to visualize walking through a grand passage toward an immense Shiva temple, entering its gate, and feeling Shiva’s vibrations. They chant "Om" and "Om Namah Shivaya" multiple times while imagining their feet lifting toward the summit of Mount Kailash, where Lord Shiva appears amidst clouds, accompanied by shankh and temple bells. The meditation continues with a series of gratitude expressions, a symbolic Abhishek of a Shiva Lingam using an imagined vessel of milk, and a tactile visualization of touching the Lingam with the forehead. Shiva then bestows blessings, touching the participant’s forehead and affirming his eternal presence. The guide emphasizes that the divine presence resides within each individual, regardless of religious belief, and invites participants to recall the experience whenever they assume the namaste posture. The session concludes with participants sharing a one‑word feeling in the chat, offering mutual blessings, and a brief inclusive apology for non‑believers, reinforcing the intention to honor Maha Shivratri.

All right, for a few seconds. In fact, on my request, everybody stand up again, please. Let me see if everybody is standing up. I'm checking you on the gallery view. Yes, some of you are still sitting down. Come on, stand up. Mahashivratri, let's honor Lord Shiva. All right, everybody ready? Perfect. Let's begin the beautiful experience of Mahashivratri. First, what I want you to do is hands on your heart, close your eyes, follow exactly what I'm saying. Keep standing, and whatever I say, keep visualizing and repeat whatever I'm saying if I ask you to say something loudly. Close your eyes, focus on your breathing, and smile. Now I want you to imagine you're walking through a grand passage with a garden on your left, with a garden on your right. And it's a grand passage. Keep walking. And as you're walking, in front of you is the most divine, the most massive, and the most grand Shiva temple you have ever seen in your life. It's beautiful, it's grand, and I want you to keep walking towards it. Visualize it. It's in front of you. Walk. Now, as you're approaching the temple, in front of you there is a huge gate. Enter the gate. And as you're entering the gate, you can feel the vibrations Of Lord Shiva inside. Om Namah Shivaya. As you enter, you can't see anything yet, but keep walking, keep walking, keep walking, keep walking. And in front of you, there is a place which is a beautiful place to stand, where there are 2 feet, as if those are feet of Shiva. All I want you to do, just stand over there. And as you stand, take a deep breath. Focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and say, Om. One more time, Om. Chant 3 more times. And as you're chanting, imagine that your feet are floating above the ground, as if the ground below you is a lift taking you up and up and up and up. As if going to a higher floor of the temple. And as it's taking you up and up and up and up, imagine you've reached the top of a mountain. And when you reach the top, suddenly realize you're on the top of Mount Kailash, on the very peak. And all you can see is clouds around you, nothing else. White energy clouds, like milky white. And in front of you, all you can see is clouds. And from the clouds, there's a beautiful grand vision slowly emerging from the clouds. And as it's coming closer and closer and closer, You're suddenly realizing who this is. It is Lord Shiva coming closer towards you. In the moment you will see Lord Shiva himself, you will hear the sounds of Shankh and temple bells. 1, 2, and 3. Om Namah Shivaya. Hold your hands in the namaste position. Imagine the grand figure of Shiva right in front of you. Join your hands and bow your head and repeat exactly what I'm saying. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Today, dear universe, I don't ask you for anything. I only express my gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Now take a seat, but keep your eyes closed. As you're sitting down, imagine the beautiful face of Lord Shiva right in front of you, and he's talking to you, and you're telling him, I'm only here to say thank you. Bow down again and say, thank you, thank you, thank you. Now I want you to bow your head, and as you are saying thank you, imagine in front of you Lord Shiva transforms into a beautiful Shiva Lingam, allowing you to touch it, coming closer to you and closer to you. And when you hear the shank again, I want you to bow your head as if you're touching the Shivalinga with your forehead. Are you ready to bow down on this beautiful day of Maha Shivaratri? Go! Feel the touch of your forehead on the Shivalinga. Remember this feeling every time you bow down your head. Every time you feel the touch of this Shivalinga on your forehead, you'll be transported back to this moment anytime you want in your life. Hold the Shivalinga with both your hands. As if Shiva is allowing you to hug it, touching your forehead and holding the Shiva Linga at the same time. Now hold a vessel in your hands. Imagine it's filled up with milk. And as you see the Shivalinga in front of you, I want you to express your gratitude by pouring not just milk, but your heart of gratitude to the Shivalinga. 1, 2, and 3. Give your Abhishek to this beautiful Shivalinga. Now keep the vessel aside. Hold your hands in namaste position again. saying to Lord Shiva, thank you, thank you. All I have to say is thank you, thank you, thank you. And now imagine Lord Shiva transforms back from the Shiva Linga into his grand image of Shiva himself. Imagine that beautiful image. You can't even take your heads up and But you know he's right in front of you. And imagine his grand right hand now coming and touching your forehead. Receive the blessings of Shiva himself on your head. Feel the touch on your forehead. Feel the touch as you bow down. And now imagine Shiva is saying only these words. I am with you always. I am with you. Forever. I am with you always. I am with you forever. And now imagine that before Shiva goes— he's not going anywhere, he's just submerging inside your body. Receive him with both your arms open, as if you're submerging into Shiva, as if Shiva Is submerging inside you. Feel the touch, feel the vibrations of Shiva inside you, and for a few seconds, with your hands on your heart, Feel Shiva inside you, knowing you are one with the universe. The universe is one with you. It doesn't matter which religion you believe in. The universe is inside you. You are inside the universe. Feel the vibrations of the massive universe inside you for a few seconds and just sit in peace for a few seconds. Allow the joy Allow the blessings to overwhelm you as if you are drowning in the love of the universe. Feel it. Remember that whoever you believe in, whether it is Shiva or anything, any other figure of Maha Universe, is always inside you. And whenever you will put your hands in the namaste position and bow down your head, and you will remember the touch of your forehead on that beautiful Shiva lingam, You'll be transported back to this moment of blessing anytime you need, any time of the day. Feel it one last time. Bow down your head. Imagine the touch of your forehead on that cold, beautiful feeling of the Shiva Lingam, and go back into that moment. Aum. Now slowly open your eyes.
