In this 10‑minute guided meditation, law‑of‑attraction coach Mitesh Khatri (joined by his wife Indu) leads listeners through a heart‑centered breathing exercise and a series of affirmations that focus on absolute honesty with oneself. He argues that self‑honesty is the sole source of clarity, energy, and the ability to manifest desires in health, relationships, career, and finances. The session repeatedly emphasizes that when one is truthful about needs, failures, and imperfections, external judgment loses its power, fear dissipates, and personal energy increases, enabling the manifestation of any goal. Listeners are prompted to identify a personal problem, confront it with brutal truth, and repeat affirmations such as “I can do anything,” “Failure is temporary,” and “I am the universe.” The meditation concludes with a final affirmation that honesty brings clarity and empowerment.

Those of you who are meeting me for the first time, my name is Mitesh Khatri. I and my wife Indu Khatri, we are law of attraction coaches and national bestselling authors of this book, The Law of Attraction. Ready? Let's go. Talk to the universe spontaneously from your heart. Tell the universe what would you like to attract for your health, relationships, career, and money. Hands on your heart, close your eyes, relax your energy for a few seconds. Breathe and just focus on your breathing. All right, if you're ready, give me a thumbs up. Perfect. Hands on your heart, relax your energy, and now repeat with me. The only time I am lost in life is when I'm not honest. With myself. I can never be honest with other people. Nobody can be honest with somebody else. We can only be honest with one person. And who's that one person? Me. Me. And now repeat with me. If I am honest with myself, everything is clear. When I am honest with myself, it's even okay if others are not honest with me. I need my honesty For me, if I am authentic about my needs, then I am okay if others judge me. But if I doubt myself, then others' judgment disturbs me. But it is not their judgment that is disturbing me. It is my dishonesty, my doubt that disturbs me. So today, I promise myself, when I sleep tonight, I will be honest with myself. Honest about my needs, honest about my desires, honest about what I like, honest about what I don't like, honest about my imperfections, honest about my failures. The more I am honest with myself, The easier it is to live life powerfully. Everything is clear when I am clear. Everything is honest when I am honest. When I am honest about my weaknesses, it's easy to listen when other people talk about my weakness. When I am honest about my failures, it doesn't matter when the world reminds me of my failures. I am never stuck in reality. I'm only stuck in my mind. I'm only stuck in my dishonesty. The more honest I am with myself, the more energy I have. The more energy I have, the more I can manifest anything I desire, anything I want. So I declare, from now on, I will never be scared. To be honest with myself, and when I'm honest with myself, how can I be scared with other people? Nothing can scare me if I'm honest with myself. Now, with your eyes closed, I want you to think of a particular problem in your life. And everything it scares you for. And I want you to be honest with yourself about this problem. Can you handle it? What is your truth about this problem? Forget about what the world says. Forget about what your situations say. Be honest with yourself. Are you strong enough? Is there a God inside you? Is there a universe inside you? Can you stop lying to yourself that you are helpless? Can you stop lying to yourself that you have no option? Can you go beyond this lie? Can you be honest with yourself? Then tell yourself the truth and repeat with me. The truth is. What is the truth? Say it. What is the truth? The truth is I can do anything. The truth is failure is temporary. The truth is nothing is permanent. The truth is I am the universe. I am honest with myself. Now everything is clear. Now everything is fine. Feel that energy for a few seconds. All right, open your eyes and repeat with me one more time. When I'm honest with myself, everything is clear.
