Here's how you do it. You start saying this affirmation: I am comfortable making ₹2 lakhs a month. Yes, the word here, the master affirmation word here is I'm comfortable making, and then you fill in the blanks. Then it can be ₹2 lakhs, it can be ₹3 lakhs, it can be ₹5 lakhs, whatever you desire. Why is this the master affirmation? And I always say your frequency is what you're comfortable with right now. Example, if you're right now making ₹1 lakh a month, and when you say I am making ₹1 lakh a month, how comfortable are you saying that? Very comfortable, because you're already making that. Now, if you're not making ₹2 lakhs a month right now and you're saying I am making ₹2 lakhs a month, the moment you say that, there's self-doubt, correct? So what we need to do is Whatever is beyond our comfort zone, we need to bring that inside our comfort zone. How do you do that? By using this affirmation: I am comfortable making 2 lakhs a month. But first, get into this habit of taking any number, saying I'm comfortable with that number, and mastering that ability to say the word comfortable— that I am comfortable with that number— and believing it.
