In this 10‑minute guided affirmation video, Paridhi Dhingra leads viewers through a self‑love meditation that begins with breathing and hand‑on‑heart grounding, followed by a series of spoken affirmations asserting unconditional self‑love. She uses a metaphorical “relieving letter” to fire family members, friends, and colleagues from the responsibility of loving the viewer, and an “appointment letter” to appoint the viewer themselves as the sole lover. The session incorporates a Hindi school chant “TTMM (तू तेरा मैं मेरा)” to reinforce the idea of mutual self‑love. After the visualization, Paridhi invites participants to comment on their experience and promotes her “Daily Magic Practice” community, offering a free trial lesson and a paid membership described humorously as costing “2 vada pav per day,” promising accelerated goal attraction. The tone is instructional, motivational, and conversational, blending English with Hindi cultural references.

Just take a seat for now. Hands on your heart. Close your eyes. And whatever I say after my video is off, simply repeat with me. But for now, hands on your heart. Close your eyes. With that, everyone relax your energy. I hope your eyes are closed. And now repeat with me. I love myself unconditionally because I was born to be loved unconditionally. When I was born and when I did not know how to talk, was I given love? Did you get love? Yes. Yes. Was there any condition for that love? Did you make mistakes? Yes. But did you still get loved? Yes. Did you always pass in school? No. Did you make mistakes there also? But did you still get love? I want you to remember that when you were a little child, you got unconditional love. But as you were growing up, somewhere along the way you were trained that now if you want to be loved, you have to make others happy. You have to behave yourself. You have to make money. You have to be successful. Only then you are going to be loved. But when you were born, were you born with these conditions? So then repeat with me, I was born to be loved unconditionally. So today, from now, I declare no more tax. On my love for myself. No more GST, no more TDS. Enough of these conditions. I love myself only if I look good. Do you want that condition? Can you love yourself unconditionally? All of you repeat with me. I have been making other people responsible to love me. That is why I get hurt when they don't give me love. But it is not their role. It is not their responsibility to love me. It is not their job. Their job is to love themselves, and my job is to love myself. It is my role to love me unconditionally, not their role. So I promise myself, from now on, I am firing all those people from their jobs. Whom I had employed to love me. Mom, dad, friends, brother, sister, life partner, children, colleagues. Repeat with me, I fire all of you. You can all resign from now on. I let you loose. I relieve you of this responsibility, of this job of loving me. I want you to imagine in front of you there is a relieving letter with the names of all those people whom you are asking to Leave as your employee to love you. And I want you to imagine signing that paper physically right now. Imagine you're signing that paper with your hands. And the moment you've signed it, from now on, say it with me, these people officially are no more responsible for loving me. No more responsible for loving me. They are only responsible to love themselves. So are they allowed to be selfish? Yes. Do they need to be responsible for loving you? No. Now there's another letter in front of you. It's called an appointment letter. Whose name is written on that appointment letter? It's your name. Say it with me. I now officially appoint myself for loving myself. From now on, I and only I am responsible for this job, for this role, for this responsibility of loving myself. And in this letter, I am declaring that I love myself unconditionally. Whether I succeed or fail, whether somebody loves me or not, whether I look good or not, I am appointing myself for loving myself unconditionally. Giving myself the same right that I was born with. This is my birthright, loving myself unconditionally. This is my job. This is my role. Imagine that letter in front of you and sign it if you choose to take this responsibility. If you choose to take this role and take it in your heart and say, I love myself the way I am, unconditionally. Nobody else is responsible. And from now on, people are allowed to be selfish, and I am allowed to be selfish. They will love themselves. I will love myself. TTMM. You remember TTMM in school? तू तेरा मैं मेरा, तू तेरा भर मैं मेरा भरूँगा। You love you, I love me. How many of you ready to do TTMM in love? Awesome. Open your eyes and repeat with me one more time. I love myself. Unconditionally. Nobody else is responsible for this. All right, how was that? Tell me in the comment section because I'm waiting to read your comments of your experience today.
