Self-Love Challenge: Day 3 Secrets Revealed! | Mitesh Khatri - Law of Attraction Coach

In this 11‑day self‑love challenge video, law‑of‑attraction coaches Mitesh (Paridhi) Khatri and Indu Katri guide participants through Day 3, which builds on the Day 2 exercise of listing expectations from others. They ask viewers to revisit that list and place a check‑mark next to each expectation they already fulfill for themselves—such as praising oneself in the mirror, enjoying one’s own company, or cooking for oneself. The hosts provide concrete examples (e.g., “Do I compliment myself when I get ready?”) and clarify the purpose: recognizing gaps between what we demand of others and what we give ourselves, thereby fostering self‑love and self‑healing. A participant’s testimony illustrates the breakthrough when she realized she never praised herself, leading to insights about her relationships. The video repeatedly urges viewers to keep the exercise private, share reflections only in the comment section, like, subscribe, and invite three friends to spread the practice. The session ends with a teaser for Day 4.

Hey, welcome back for day 3 of self-love challenge. We are going to do this for a full 11 days, so remain committed with me and Indu. Now yesterday, if you remember, on day 2, we did a very powerful exercise on writing down the expectations that we have from other people, correct?
Yeah, we just wrote down, remember that?
Yeah, we didn't do anything else. Some of you have shared your comments, we are reading that, so keep sharing your results with us. Today's day 3 exercise is a connection of day 2. You remember what I said yesterday? That you will sometimes not understand why are we doing this exercise, but you will see the connection when the whole sweater is done. To give you another example, like she's wearing a chain right now, right? Sometimes एक मोती की माला होती है, तो वो मोती की माला जब पूरी बन जाती है ना, तब सुंदर लगती है। Just like that, all these eleven days will work perfectly beautifully for you when you do the entire exercise with us. So here is the day three part of that mala. Of that series of self-love. Day two, you've already done. What is day three, Indu?
Yeah, before I go ahead with the day three, if you are joining us for the first time, go please watch day one and day two and then come for this video. Don't start with this video directly; otherwise, you'll be little lost.
Yes, and if you don't know us, my name is Mitesh Katri and that's Indu Katri. We are law of attraction coaches and national bestselling authors of this book, *The Law of Attraction*. Let's begin with. Self-love challenge day three. Yes, Indu. What is day three?
So yesterday, remember, we had written a big list of expectations from others. Remember, we have from others.
Yes.
Yeah, we have from others. Now today, you're going to sit, read every expectation, and tick if you are fulfilling that expectation for yourself. Let
me not for others.
Not for others. If you are fulfilling that expectation for yourself.
This is a beja fry exercise. Okay, hold on. Let's take an example. Yeah.
हम बोलो example दो। So example is Amitesh should praise me when I get ready. Do I actually praise myself when I get ready? Do I see myself in the mirror and say, "Oh, Indu, you're looking beautiful." Do I compliment myself?
You do that. Okay.
So if you have the expectation of say praising to you. Then do you do that for yourself? If you have the expectation of having good time with you by, say, your spouse or maybe your family member—
You mean I expect from my spouse to have a good time with me?
Yes.
Okay.
So do you have good time with yourself? Do you enjoy your own company? Do you go for shopping with love with yourself alone?
If you expect others to shop with yourself?
Shop with you, yeah. Like, for example, I have a very close friend, very, very close friend. She enjoys shopping. And she goes alone. You're talking about me? No.
I thought I was the only close friend you have.
So I'm— she goes out and she shops alone on her own. She goes, she shops for herself, she shops for her mother, and she ends up shopping for me as well, a lot. So if you enjoy shopping for yourself, then you can expect from others. So let's write down from the list which you had written yesterday what all expectations you fulfill For yourself.
So this is a checkmark exercise. You remember that long list that you have? Before you proceed, here's what I'd love you to do. This exercise needs to be spread to more and more people. So remember right now to not only like this video, but share this video with at least 3 of your friends so that we can spread this self-love exercise. And hey, remember to subscribe to the channel right now and hit the bell icon. And now let's proceed with the exercise. What do you really need to do? This entire list which we wrote yesterday, you need to do a checkmark That how many of these things do you do for yourself? Let's take another example. Let's say I expect Indu to agree with me when I have an idea. Okay, do I agree with myself every time I have an idea?
Now you're saying, do I discard it?
Or do I discard it? Or do I have a conflict with myself? Now you're thinking, तुम्हें देश ये checkmark करके करना क्या है? बताऊँगी मैं कल बताएँगे कल बताऊँगी करो आज का exercise सिर्फ इतना ही है do a tick mark of All those expectations that you have from others,
which you wrote yesterday,
which you wrote yesterday, that मुझे आपसे ये expectations हैं. You wrote that yesterday. Do I do that with myself? Whatever you expect from your mom, do you do it with yourself? Whatever you expect from your dad, do you do it with yourself? Whatever you expect from your life partner, do you do it with yourself? Whatever you expect from your children, do you do it for yourself? It's a beautiful exercise.
Like you. I mean, most people expect that others should prioritize them. I have a question: do you prioritize yourself?
Yeah.
And if you do, then tick. If you don't, don't tick. Okay?
After you go through this exercise of ticking, you'll see a lot of those things are not ticked.
Yes.
It will put you into a chain of thoughts, a very different kind of thinking, a very different kind of realization that you've never had about yourself. That is also part of self-love. Stay with it. Go through that experience. Whatever you experience, share it with us. Don't go and share it with everybody else. They will not understand. They'll think you're going nuts. Okay, especially that day 2 exercise. Don't tell anybody what you expect from others. This is only for you. Share only with us in the comment section. Do you want to share one result of anybody who— what they felt on day 3 after they did this exercise?
Yeah, so I, um, I have a Participant, platinum participant, and she's a good friend also for me. So she said that when she went through the exercise, she was expecting her spouse to compliment her after she gets dressed up, after she gets dressed and she wears something. And she realized during this exercise that she— it's been ages she has not even seen herself properly in the mirror. She never complimented herself. She said it was just question of putting on the dress, putting on the eyeliner.
So she may have just seen herself in the mirror just to get ready, but not in the way that she's expecting from her husband.
And when she looked at herself, and then she realized that oh, I never give compliment to myself. She's a beautiful lady. She never got a compliment from herself. How can she expect her husband to give her the compliment? Then she also realized that she cooks really well. But she never, when she ate, she never said oh, ये बहुत अच्छा बनाया। Like I always say बहुत अच्छा बनाया because I make it. So then she never said that to herself. But she expect her two sons to compliment her कि मामा खाना अच्छा बनाया। So then she realized that, and this kind of realization, lot of realizations have happened. But this is one of the examples.
So each of you are going to go through a very different experience. So don't compare this experience with what you're going to go through. Don't expect anything. Just do the exercise. जो होना है अपने आप होगा। और बताओ। It's a beautiful self love and self healing exercise.
और बताओ हमको कि आपको क्या experience आया?
We are looking forward to read it. Okay. See you soon on day
four.
क्या कर रहे हो day four में आज तो बता दो।
नहीं।
नहीं बताएगी। See you on day four.
