The Regret Pattern That Keeps Successful People Stuck (Even After Achieving Everything)

In this hour‑long coaching episode of the "Manifest with IMK" series, host Paridhi Dhingra guides senior Dubai radio presenter Parikshit Balochi through a deep exploration of his lingering grief over his mother’s death and a long‑standing pattern of regret. Parikshit describes feeling unable to talk about his mother without choking, a pervasive sense of missing, and a compulsive drive to achieve material goals (multiple homes, dogs, children) without genuine satisfaction. Paridhi repeatedly reframes the issue as a "regret pattern" rather than pure grief, tracing its roots back to an early loss of his father and a habit of "should‑have" thinking. The dialogue uncovers an underlying energy imbalance: a dominant Yang (hard‑working, achievement‑focused) energy suppressing Yin (emotional, receptive) energy, leading to limiting beliefs that success requires relentless effort and that effortless outcomes are impossible. This imbalance fuels the regret habit and creates a toxic cycle of over‑work, fear of failure, and chronic dissatisfaction. The coaches employ several techniques: setting intentions, visualizing having already achieved four‑year, three‑month, and even lifetime goals; identifying the desired core emotion (freedom); recognizing that the brain protects familiar emotional habits; using acceptance as the opposite of regret; and a responsibility exercise where Parikshit repeats affirmations taking 100 % responsibility for past regrets. Throughout the session, the group validates Parikshit’s progress with a "test passed" moment, celebrates his willingness to laugh and make jokes, and highlights his shift from a habit of regret to a state of acceptance, freedom, and balanced energy. Paridhi also shares personal anecdotes about his own manifestation journey, mentorship by Tony Robbins, and the purpose of the "Manifest with IMK" series, establishing credibility and context. Additional moments reveal Parikshit’s past mischievous behavior (WWF games, cousin pranks), his departure from a long‑running breakfast radio show, and his emerging focus on content creation versus pure freedom, all underscoring the therapeutic blend of humor, self‑reflection, and group support aimed at transforming his relationship with effort, achievement, and emotional well‑being.

What do you feel about your mom?
Only one thing. I hope she was here to see what I'm creating, what I'm doing. I just wanted to make her proud.
You're struggling with a combination of regret and grief. What you really want is not the 2 homes. Not the two dogs and not the two children. You want is an emotion you're looking for, but because you don't know that is the emotion you are looking for is why you're not getting it.

In today's deeply personal episode, Parikshit confronts the profound grief of losing his mother, a loss that triggered a heavy pattern of regret and a grueling 19-hour work cycle. But in just one transformative hour, watch coaches Meetesh and Indu as they guide him to a breakthrough. Parikshit finally releases his burdens and steps into true freedom.
Crisis and opportunities don't make you feel anything; they only multiply what you already have.
So your perspective is very balanced in life, which means too motivated, you're totally demotivated. Everything you want from four years from now, you will feel as if you have it at the end of this hour. Welcome to Manifest with IMK, second episode. Today our guest is the biggest RJ in Dubai, and he's someone who has dealt a lot with grief. Imagine, 3 years ago his mother expired, but in spite of having 3 years gone, every day he misses her. And he says that every time he thinks of her, he cannot stop crying. And he cannot hold a conversation talking about his mom for more than 2 minutes because his throat gets choked and he's not able to stop crying. So he avoids that conversation. And that is why today's episode is about transformation of grief within 60 minutes. So if you're someone who's dealing with grief of any kind, or your friends or family is dealing with grief of any kind, watch this. And when you watch this today, please make sure have zero interruptions for full 1 hour, and I'll tell you why. As you are watching Parikshit go through this transformation himself, I want you to believe I'm not talking to Parikshit, I'm talking to you, and I want you to go through that transformation right now. So when I do an exercise with Parikshit, I want you to do that exercise as if I'm doing it with you. So before we start this episode, will you make me a promise? Create an intention with me right now that whatever grief you are dealing with right now in your life, that is taken care of at the beginning of this call, right now during this video. Make that decision. And when we start the conversation with Parikshit, we are also starting with setting an intention of what he wants to achieve by the end of this conversation. I want you to write down what is your intention at the beginning, as if this video has already finished. So be ready to manifest the best part of your life today. Parikshit told me very clearly that he's such a happy human being that for him, words like anxiety never existed before all this situation. But after his mother expired, he started realizing what is anxiety What is this feeling of missing someone so much that you can't tolerate the feeling, you can't bear the feeling? Today, when he goes through this amazing transformation of not only healing through that but realizing that he's much above that, and now when he can talk about his mom peacefully at the end of this video, maybe you can also talk about something or someone As comfortably as he can at the end of this video.
He's
playing with the cat. Crazy. I genuinely am telling you, I was here.
Not many people even know the term human design.
Yeah.
Done. So, बोलो भाई। Let's start with the manifestation of let's say this conversation is done. Okay. What did we achieve?
Yeah, I I know I'm at a very good place in my life. But I'm not able to enjoy them.
So start saying Exactly that as it is done. That till yesterday, or until this coaching, I was not able to enjoy every day in my life. But now suddenly I feel that I can enjoy every day. So what else would you want to happen after the call?
I also you know before sleeping I have a couple of affirmations I say and I I know that things are working out for me and I but the problem is I never start. I want to start.
Okay, so let's manifest that at the end of this call before you sleep today you would have started.
That's it.
Before sleeping start is done. Whatever is that action? Do you want to define the action?
अच्छा explain to the action to me. I have a life. I work for myself. Correct. Because you love working. That's the one.
Correct.
Correct.
कि एक एक you know just not money but you're not saying the lifestyle and the life.
So think of it this way how technically speaking if you had to give it a timeline which you must have already to some extent right?
Yeah.
How far do you see this goal right now?
Four years.
What if I tell you guaranteed by the end of this hour you will feel as if it's now? We'll close the gap for
you. Let's go.
Okay, that's one promise. Okay. So intention number one, you're able to live your life happily the way you really want to every day. And everything you want from four years from now, you will feel as if you have it at the end of this hour. Intention number two. Intention number three about your mom. What would you like to achieve?
Oh my God! This is the same thing where I told you that I want to be happily discussing her. Like when I discussed How long ago was that
when
your mom died?
3 years ago. Okay. And were you with her, or—
I was here.
You, you were here and she was—
all of a sudden it happened and I just got a call.
And so you were close to her?
I was, I was very close to her. And, uh, with her also, now it was, it was a relationship I have. It was— still I do. Um, there are times where I still send her a voice note on her WhatsApp. I do.
So end result would be you're talking about her For five minutes long, yeah. Telling me details about her without feeling choked.
Yeah, yeah. Hundred percent.
Right now, if you were to start talking about her before the coaching call, how sure you are that you'll get choked?
Depends.
The reality is what the
reality is.
Because मेरे को ना मेरे को एक एक also the thing that kind of Worries me about myself is I don't want people to feel pity towards me. I'm a self-made man. I've come from literally the school Today I'm whoever whatever I'm doing, That's how I am. I don't want feel people to look at me differently.
I don't want that
I don't want
that okay would you agree you wouldn't be able to stop the world from doing that if they had to
they had to yes
you wouldn't be able to stop no hundred percent but I think the problem is not that they would or they should the problem is I wouldn't be able to handle
it
so the problem is not the problem the problem is how you feel about the problem right
So, correct. What if at the end of that call I could call you बेचारा and you could deal with? Wouldn't that be nice to have that freedom?
Yeah.
I don't feel so small that a word, a word I can't handle.
Fair enough. But it's just not बेचारा. You know what I mean? It's the whole story and the whole journey I've lived with my mum. Right? And, um, as a kid, as a kid, and since now, I hate, uh, being emotional, vulnerable in front of people. Also because that was when my, when my dad passed away. That was the first introduction of me being strong in front of my mom because I saw my mom in the hospital I saw my mom, you know, losing all of it all of a sudden. Like we had a we had a decent childhood. Like we were well to do. We were you know decently recognized in the community in in Jodhpur. But all of a sudden, all overnight was gone, was taken over by someone. So that introduction to me was तो since then my introduction to being strong has been that and that's the only thing I know and I don't know anything else. It's not that you know what I'm saying right? It's just that हाँ I'll handle it. Losing your dad early is like shave It's just that when I become a parent I don't know what to like how a dad is or what's the template to be a dad.
Correct.
That's the whole situation with me. I'm just telling you what my background is. It's not that word.
So let's begin with something beautiful. Um, what do you feel about your mom?
The best mom ever, man.
Okay, so one is obviously you feel blessed.
Yeah, 100%. I think she's still watching over, for sure.
So you feel taken care of by her even now, right?
100%.
But when the tears happen, or when you feel choked, what do you feel?
Missing. Now I know where the water is for. यार Only one thing, I hope she was here to see that. What I'm creating, what I'm doing. Don't want to cry.
No, that's fine. But the feeling behind that is what? What is it? What are you feeling? What's the— yeah, what would you word it?
She worked really hard for me, and, uh, you know, for her even getting A six thousand rupee job in radio in two thousand six was a big deal. For her, it was.
But that she saw.
She saw. She couldn't even imagine what I'm doing these days or what I'm doing right now because she's still from Jodhpur. Correct. तो मैंने उनको दिखाना चाहता था कि अब it's like I've got my own house. These are very small things for everyone, right? But for her, she'll be very proud. I just wanted to make her proud. Just hope she was here to see all of it. Okay. And she was a very like when I love the open-minded she had. I give you a story where My wife and I met here in Dubai, and I'll tell you how open-minded Toshita's mom, which is my wife, and my mom were. She called her mom saying They met for the very first time a day before our wedding in Jodhpur. For the very first time That's how much trust they have in us. That's my mom for me. Like मेरी मम बहुत ही वो थी यार कि you know I don't know how woke culture will react to this but she was like बेटा कभी झगड़ा हो गया है ना पहला थप्पड़ अपना होना चाहिए फिर देखेंगे That's how she raised me Right And that's what I love about her She was you know open-minded She was from a very small town जहाँ पे आज भी घुंघट पढ़ता system है but she was still open-minded and that's the vision Can
I ask you how do you deal generally with letting go? Not only with Mom.
Not good.
So I want you to know something beautiful. What you're feeling with Mom is not about Mom. I, I know hypothetically it feels that if Mom was here, you wouldn't feel this. Hypothetically it feels that way. I guarantee you it's not true. It's not true, and I'll prove it to you right now. You've been feeling like this before Mom went. The difference is Crisis and opportunities don't make you feel anything. They only multiply what you already have. So mom is obviously gone, so that's a crisis. Now that crisis multiplied what you already had inside you, which is the ability to not let go of things and not let go of people and feeling missing factor. And missing factor has been part of your life. Long ago before mom went. Let's find out how. Close your eyes for a second, and this emotion of feeling missing— someone is missing, right? I wish she was here. I want you to go in your earliest memories of when do you think you were acknowledged or you were introduced to this memory first?
Of missing?
Of missing. That I missed this, I wish this was there, I I wish he was here. I wish he was. The situation may be completely different.
Uh, the feeling of missing— it was my dad, of course. Okay. Uh, when—
how old were you?
I was in 3rd standard.
Okay. What was the feeling?
I don't know, man. It just— I was too young. Uh, I was like not even young. I was a child.
Yeah.
But I always loved traveling with him. I did travel fair enough after that. That also comes from how my dad wanted me to travel, and I loved traveling with him, so I kept traveling. But I missed him on my trips.
Okay, so now as you open your eyes, you'll realize that the feeling when you missed him, in the nature of the feeling, is the same. So whether you get hurt here or whether you get hurt here, Hurt is hurt. So the feeling of missing has been there since then, and that has nothing to do with the situation of dad gone. It is just who you are as a person, of how you deal with letting go. Example, would you think that every person on this earth would feel exactly the way you are feeling when dad went or when mom went? No, obviously not. Why? Because everybody has a different emotional pattern. Yeah, right. Like, I remember that beautiful story of— and it's a true story— of a reporter finding out about 2 brothers who are twins, one being a millionaire, one being a beggar, literally staying in— and this is a Mumbai story, uh, the guy, the second guy lives in Dharavi, right? And he went and asked the millionaire, saying, how come you're a millionaire? And he says, my dad was a drunk. He always used to beat me up. And he never treated us properly. If with a father like this, if I wouldn't become who I am, then who else would I become? And then the reporter goes to the drunk guy, the beggar who's living in Dharavi, and asks the same question, how did you turn out like this? And he says, my dad was a drunk. He used to beat my mother. Correct. He never took care of us.
Yeah.
With a father like this, if I wouldn't become this, then who would I become? So you see, everybody takes based on what they are, not what's happening to them.
Yeah, fair.
So you've been having this pattern of missing since many years for whatever reason. I don't like to— so one of the things I don't do in coaching is I don't like to do analysis of why this pattern was created, because that's irrelevant. But the analysis that the pattern is there is very critical, that this is how you deal with things anyway, irrelevant of mom. Dad, and many other areas of life. So now, as I'm saying it, you're remembering memories.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm—
yeah, go back to memories of something as simple as a small opportunity and the feeling of missing out. I wish I had done that. Yeah, you know what that emotion is called? I wish I had done that. I wish I had not left my key, man.
Yeah. Oh my God, I go through this a lot.
See, I, I can understand all your patterns now just because of that emotion. I can read your life like a book, that you would forget a key and you'll get frustrated.
Oh my God. Oh, I would like—
you would say something wrong. What's your wife's name, you said?
Toshita.
Toshita. You will say something wrong to Toshita and you'll feel like, I wish I had not done that.
Yeah. Oh, a lot of times.
Yeah. So the word here is regret. Yes. Yeah. It's not Mom. It's your pattern of regret. It's your pattern of feeling, I wish. And yep, even if Mom comes back, you'll find another reason to feel regret.
Yep.
Well, the proof is Mom was there. No, 100%.
I wish I spent more time with her. I wish she was—
all that is regret.
100%, right?
So if when Mom was there Regret was there. The reasons were different. Like you said three years ago, mom passed.
Yeah.
What was the month?
February.
Year?
Twenty twenty three.
Go to January twenty twenty three in your mind. Tell me what was your regret in January twenty twenty. The reason must have been different.
Generally.
Go to the memory.
You'll get it. Must have.
You'll get it. Where were you? India, Dubai.
I was here in
Dubai. You were in Dubai. Try and remember what was the goal, situation, job at that time.
There wouldn't be a big yeah there'll be a big regret but there won't be a big regret. Yes, mom hundred percent agree.
Of course, big one. But before that, there will be small or big reasons to feel regret.
तो वही problem है कि बहुत सारी छोटी-छोटी इतनी हैं कि regret has become part of your system.
Yeah.
It's like a drug addict.
Oh my God! I wish I said this at that time. I wish I did this at that time.
Yes.
I wish I didn't say this.
Yes.
Oh my God!
And for a drug addict, no?
Oh my God!
You will find a reason to regret. You you gave me a very beautiful insight in your life. You said, Mitesh, I'm in a hurry, I have this big goal. Because the pattern is, I don't want to regret. I don't want to die knowing I didn't achieve my dreams. But here is the truth: if we don't deal with that pattern, you will achieve the big house, the two dogs, the two children, and yet while dying you'll say, "I wish."
Oh my God! It's getting too heavy, man.
So it's not about mom.
You know, मैंने कहा किसी को बोला था कुछ दिनों पहले विदेश के जहाँ मैं अभी हूँ ना अपनी लाइफ मुझे as a kid growing up in Jodhpur ये मेरा dream भी नहीं था मेरे पास passport भी नहीं था
You're already far beyond your
goals
that you
had imagined But I'm still not happy with this
That's because regret is
a pattern
and what you're doing is Because you feel hypothetically, and we all feel that.
So that means the regret is so powerful.
When I made my first million, and I've said When I made my first million, And I'm talking about cash million, not sure. I just went up, hugged my wife, baby, congratulations. And I'm like, let's move on.
Back to work. I'll give you an example. So this thing that we're doing has been a dream for me for the last ten years. Not ten years, twenty years. And I'll tell you where this dream came from. Tony Robbins. Have you heard of Tony Robbins?
100%, I know Tony Robbins.
So Tony Robbins has a beautiful movie on YouTube, on Netflix, I Am Not Your Guru.
Correct.
And he does things like this. I've attended his programs, I've been part of his Platinum. And I had this dream that I want to bring manifestation and coaching to the world with celebrities like you on live television like this. Today we are on YouTube, same thing. Yeah. When we really started this, And thank you for being part of the episode.
It's generally an honor. You're helping me more than—
believe it or not. And Neet is here. Thanks to Neet who made this happen for us. It happened so effortlessly that literally 4 days before we are talking right now, we had the first conversation with Neet in a coffee shop right next to here in Dubai.
Yeah.
And I told him I would like to do this, and he said, I had a similar idea for you. I said, it's too big an idea. Celebrities coaching, it's not easy. He said, I can make it happen. He calls me the next morning and says, 2 guests are ready. And I said, are you mad? And I— it happened. Now, that's not why I'm telling you the story. Here's the best part of the story. Today morning, he says, I've got some bigger guests lined up for the next month from Bollywood. I said, dude, I'm not available. You know why?
Why?
I've had this pattern of yours and I've broken through it.
How?
I'll show you that now. But what I'm showing is the proof that I'm in the biggest opportunity of my life talking to you right now, experiencing my dream which I got from Tony Robbins.
Yeah.
And I can very peacefully say no, I'm going for all of it.
Wow.
And, and I'm not saying no to him because no, there is some work I'm literally going for a holiday and it's not like I have not gone for a holiday for the last four years. I just went for a holiday three weeks before. मुझे अच्छा लगता है महीने में एक बार मैं छुट्टी के लिए जाता हूँ and I love doing that। You're still trying to achieve a lot, and what you really want is not the two homes, not the two dogs, and not the two children. What you want is an emotion you're looking for, but because you don't know that is the emotion you are looking for, is why you're not getting it. Can I tell you what that emotion is? Yes. Freedom. You're looking for freedom. You said it in your words. Yes.
I have to go and meet people, stop and roam. But that's that's the point.
That's what you want. You want freedom.
I want freedom.
And unfortunately you have created rules that I will achieve and experience. By the way, freedom is just an emotion.
Yeah, that's—
but you've created a rule that I will experience freedom and I will allow myself to feel free when I have achieved this, this, this, this. And then here is the weirdest part. The day you reach that—
oh my God, don't say it—
you get into regret.
Don't say it.
I would have had more. I want to make my mom more proud. So now you'll create a bigger goal. I've seen people dying like that, and that is why people like Steve Jobs when they die don't leave the world with a message: Create another Apple. They say, "Please live your life. Don't do what I did." But nobody listens to his message when he's dying. They only listen to the message he's lived by, which is run behind your goal, live by regret, How do I convince myself this regret is justified? तो what subconscious does is gives us very beautiful reasons that even we cannot deny for living our pattern because the pattern is an addiction।
ये ये सब बहाना है regret का and it has nothing to do I apologize for saying that but no it has a lot to do with twenty thirty years of habit agreed शायद नंबर भी नहीं है कि कितने साल की practice है रेग्रेट की
The fact is you're not struggling with grief. You're struggling with a combination of regret and grief. The regret, the grief in itself
But वो grief is हाँ regret है मुझे दूसरी चीजों का
I will prove it to you right now. You asked me how?
Yeah.
We will break that regret for a few minutes.
I want to.
And then we'll remember mom.
Yeah.
Without the regret. And let's see what happens. Okay.
Okay.
Yes. So चलो. What is the opposite of regret?
I don't know. Proud? No. What is it? I don't even know.
Opposite of proud?
I don't even know regret का opposite. What is it?
The reason you don't know the opposite of regret right now is not because you don't know the vocabulary of it.
It's not the regret का opposite का vocabulary problem. The problem is जो word हम practice नहीं करते वो word हमको याद ही नहीं रहता। Fair, correct।
It's just like a burden on my shoulders all the time. Yeah.
Correct.
So what is then the opposite of regret?
What is it? I don't know.
It happened.
Acceptance.
Acceptance. Oh my God! Oh my God, yes. Fuck yes. Sorry for my language.
I forgot the key. I forgot the key. Okay. I forgot. And I'll tell you why I'm saying I know you because this has been my pattern. And Indu's sitting here and she's laughing.
हाँ, because
छोटी चीजों के लिए she's seen my regret and she's like, अरे
है and you know this is also putting me in overthinking mode मैं मैं गाड़ी चलाते-चलाते चार हजार दूसरी चीजों के बारे में सोच करें मैं travel कर रहा हूँ मैं दुनिया में एक ऐसी country में हूँ जहाँ मेरा dream था मेरे को pronounce करना नहीं आता था जब मैं जोधपुर में था मैं उस country के अंदर हूँ उस city के अंदर हूँ मैं वो moment enjoy नहीं कर पा
Oh my God!
Right acceptance. So since you have not practiced that, the statement I love to say is okay say it with me. I need to heal. I need to heal my capacity. My capacity to feel the lower vibration emotions.
To feel the lower vibration emotions.
I need to develop my capacity.
I need to develop my capacity to
feel. To feel the higher vibrational capacity.
The higher vibrational capacities.
So regret is lower. You already have that capacity, correct? What I'm about to tell you will blow your mind. Because you have the capacity to regret, you will manifest situations to regret.
That is true. That is— I believe in that. And I believe in universe, and I've seen your work before, and I do practice.
It will manifest on its own because you are that powerful. You will manifest good and bad both. So you'll manifest a situation where something will go wrong, and then you'll practice your ability to regret and say, "मैंने बोला था यार कर लेना चाहिए था।" Like why didn't I listen to myself? I should have done it.
Oh my God, yes.
So we need to heal that capacity first, but we also need to develop the capacity of feeling the higher vibrational emotions acceptance. Okay. Feeling regret is not a bad thing, by the way. The problem is not the regret. The problem is the pattern of regret. Agreed.
Agreed.
Okay. So let's break that for now, for a few seconds, and let's see what happens momentarily. Okay. Now here is the weirdest part. You can never stop feeling regret. You know why? Because you can only start something. You can't stop something.
True that.
Half the journey of life people are only wasting in trying to stop something. Don't stop. Start something.
Beautiful man.
A strong body cannot have a sickness in the body.
You know what I'm thinking right now, Pradeesh? It's just, and I'll tell you something, okay? Because आपके बीच ना law of attraction book पढ़ा है पीछे, ठीक है? I watched you in one of these podcasts, right? And मेरा goal है to start a podcast. And I promise you, I promise you right now manifestation I will do a podcast one day. Which probably will be the biggest podcast in the world, top ten in the world. I'm saying not India.
Wow! That has
to. Will be. Will be.
Done.
And the reason why I'm talking about this, and there's a law of attraction book behind you as well. There's I actually. There have been so many times where you randomly appeared in my life on on a. On a screen. Okay. I'm like, yeah. Okay. And I'll be honest with you. Can I be honest?
Please do. Please do.
And please, please.
Absolutely. I love both sides of life.
Yeah. Before that, I was like, bro, yeah. मेरे पास ना life में and इतने सारे friends हैं, इतने सारे life coaches हैं। मुझे लगता था अरे यार Where I come from, ज्ञान दे रहे हैं। Right or wrong?
True, hundred percent।
मेरे दिमाग में था कि ज्ञान, मैं जब मैंने and my problem is also that कि जब मैंने सबने खुदने सब कुछ learn किया है, सब कुछ there's nobody who's been a figure for me।
Yeah,
right?
Yeah,
I grew up like that।
मुझे क्यों सिखा रहे हैं बातू मैं देख लूँगा अपना ठीक है move move and then I first time this is what happened the second time when this happened I heard you okay I heard you properly and then I realized कि यार आप जिस तरीके से एक बात बोल रहे हो ना that's simplifying it and that's very important तो this
Thank
you. Everyone, everyone else. I heard you that time. Then I got a little more trust with you. And third thing I said, I'll call you for sure.
How sweet of you. Thank
you. No hundred percent.
Thank you.
And then when you called me, you said, Mitesh. I was like, yeah, I know him. Remember? When when Neet called me, I was like, I know him. When when did the call? I was like, yeah, I know him. And I did not expect this. Even when I started this, Mitesh, I was not very open.
Thank you.
I was—
thank you for your honesty.
I was not very open.
Thank you for your honesty.
Um, now that you're talking to me about these things, I'm realizing things about me which were very important.
Can I share something that can Feel like it may look like I'm disrespecting the last five minutes of what you said. पिछले twenty minutes we spoke about patterns. You never broke the flow of the conversation.
Correct.
Correct. And then just when we said, okay, let's begin to break the pattern of regret.
Correct.
You got into a beautiful conversation of giving me compliments and reminding me all this.
Correct.
Your brain has one job. Self-preservation.
Correct.
It's to protect itself.
Correct.
And it will only protect what it already has. It can only protect what it already has, right? And the one thing that the brain protects the most is familiarity. And if there is ever a sign that what I'm used to is taken away from me, whether it's good or bad, the brain's going to do everything in its possibility to break the pattern, to go in a different direction, anything randomly. What your brain did right now, 5 minutes ago, was just when we were about to break the pattern of regret, protected you by taking your away from that conversation.
No fair.
Yeah, it's, it's very unconscious.
Oh my God, explain regret to me in the simplest terms. Simplest terms. Like, I'm flying.
As simple as, why did I do this?
Why did I not or I should have? I shouldn't have, I should have. These are two words. I shouldn't have, I should have. She should have been here. It's it's always the shoulds and the should nots. And I don't want to Die where I say, I wish I would have achieved.
It's very liberating, by the way, what you're
saying. Once we let go of that capacity to feel that fear, every emotion at the essence is fear.
So I wish the Who has not yet become परीक्षा, starts realizing that वहाँ से यहाँ आने के लिए अगर बिना regret के आओगे तो और मजा आएगा। Yes. Yes. करें break. Please. Done. So first part is to heal. The second part is to develop the capacity to feel. Right?
Okay.
So hands on your heart and repeat with me. I take hundred percent responsibility. I
take 100% responsibility
for practicing regret for so many years.
For practicing regret for so many years.
I take 100% responsibility because—
I take 100% responsibility because—
I'm not feeling this.
I'm not feeling this.
I'm creating this.
I'm creating this.
I take 100% responsibility because—
I take 100% responsibility
because— absence of mom is not making me feel this.
Absence of mom is not making me feel this.
I'm just Practicing feeling this.
I'm just practicing feeling this.
I am sorry.
I'm sorry.
For believing.
For believing.
I missed someone.
I missed someone.
Or I missed something.
I missed something.
I'm sorry for realizing.
I'm sorry for realizing.
Because as I'm realizing this, I'm regretting.
Because as I'm realizing this, I'm regretting. Why did I regret for so many years? Why did I regret for so many years?
And I'm sorry.
And I'm sorry
for believing there is no other way,
for believing there is no other way
to live life,
to live life,
than to achieve more,
than to achieve more,
and wait to achieve more,
and wait to achieve more.
Please forgive me,
please forgive me
for fearing regret,
for fearing regret.
There's nothing wrong in feeling regret.
There's nothing wrong in feeling regret.
Please forgive me for forgetting, please forgive me for forgetting. I don't even need to regret about regretting.
I don't even need to regret about regretting.
Please forgive me. Please forgive me. For thinking of so many things in life.
For thinking of so many things in life.
As a regret.
As a regret.
For the first time now.
For the first time now.
I choose to say.
I choose to say.
Thank you, I missed it.
Thank you,
I missed it. For the first time now,
for the first time
now, I choose to say,
I choose to say,
thank you it was not done.
Thank you it was not done.
I choose to say thank you.
I choose to say thank you.
I missed something.
I missed something.
Because nothing is a curse.
Because nothing is a curse.
Everything is a blessing.
Yes, everything is a blessing.
Thank you for reminding me.
Thank you for reminding me.
I'm not actually missing her.
I'm not actually missing her.
The truth is, the truth is, I'm not remembering her properly.
I'm not remembering her properly.
I'm just practicing regret.
I'm just practicing regret.
I now choose to love myself. I choose to love myself for all the things I've achieved.
For all the things I've achieved.
I choose to love myself. I choose to love myself and honor myself. And honor myself, knowing, knowing I already have achieved.
I already have achieved.
Everything I wanted.
Everything I wanted.
Including.
Including.
Freedom.
Freedom.
And I choose to love.
And I choose to love.
And love and honor my freedom.
I choose to love and honor my freedom.
Because the biggest regret I've had.
Because the biggest regret I've had.
Having the freedom and not practicing.
Having the freedom and not practicing it.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Please forgive me. Thank you. Love you. I love you. Now close your eyes. Think of mom.
You know when I closed my eyes, what happened? I just saw my mom smiling.
She's the most loving memory of your life.
Oh hundred percent.
How I know that is because when you started only you said she's an amazing person. I have an amazing relation. That's how you started. You have a beautiful.
Oh wow!
You have you reminded me of how your mom told me No
hundred percent.
All the all the memories. So pattern is what? The word pattern means something that repeats. You told me minimum ten things about your memories with mom. Nine out of ten were all good memories. Yeah. So the fact is you remember your mom with so much love, so much honor, so much beautiful memories, strong memories. The last part was just regret. The the crying was happening out of that fear. I miss her. But what if you didn't have that capacity to regret?
I want to know
that पता तो हूँ give me two minutes I'll tell you because I want to first take you back from understanding to practice चलेगा
hundred
What we only worked on was healing our capacity to feel regret.
Wow!
Now let's practice the capacity to feel acceptance.
Wow!
Okay. Okay. So hands on your heart again. Say yes.
Yes.
I accept.
I accept.
I accept.
I accept.
I accept.
I accept.
Yes, I accept it.
Yes, I accept it.
Of course, I accept it.

Acceptance is easy.

As I'm practicing this.

I'm realizing.
I'm realizing.
This is the feeling I was waiting for.
This is the feeling I was waiting for.
This is true freedom.
This is true freedom.

I accept it.
I accept the biggest podcast success in the world.
I accept the biggest podcast success in the world.
I also accept it not happening.
I also accept if it does not happen. I do.
Because what I really wanted to feel—
because what I really wanted to feel is acceptance.
Close your eyes. Allow yourself to feel acceptance and keep your eyes closed. And imagine if you left from this call and if you practiced acceptance, how would you live the rest of the day? Just look through your schedule. How would you live through the acceptance day? How would you sleep tonight? And how will you wake up tomorrow morning with the feeling of acceptance? Who would you be tomorrow morning? And if you practice this acceptance for the next 24 hours, how would life be? Just keep visualizing. Let's take it to 3 months. Acceptance. You're a master of acceptance now. Now let's take it to 3 years. You got the dogs, you got the children, you got the homes, and still you're practicing acceptance. Now let's take it to 30 years, maybe with few more wrinkles, or maybe may not, I don't know. Now take it to 100 years. Now take it to your deathbed, and before dying, doesn't matter what you've achieved or not, you've practiced acceptance all your life. Allow yourself to even accept death and accept all the failures and success, including regret moments. And what would you tell your family, your grandchildren sitting in front of you while you're dying about life before you leave. Now imagine you're dead and you're taking birth, probably to the same mom somewhere else. And with this frequency of acceptance, what kind of life will you be born in? Lack or abundance?
I don't care, to be honest. I don't care, generally.
Stay there and open your eyes when you feel like it.
Everything is brighter right now, by the way. Just letting you know, everything is brighter.
I can relate to it. I've done this. I've broken my pattern. So I've done—
everything is shining right now. I don't know how you're doing.
Thank you for allowing me to do this.
Wow. Fuck me, bro.
I was telling Indu, I was More excited for today because and I wasn't able to tell her yesterday why was I more excited for today. Now I know why because the moment you started speaking, I realized.
Oh my God! Oh my God!
Wow,
thank you।
मतलब the most difficult part for me to say was ये नहीं होगा तो भी चलेगा। And then I realized higher.
Now you'll be able to enjoy the holiday, and you'll be able to talk at length right now about your mom, telling me all beautiful memories about her, and there will be acceptance of. Her, because acceptance is not about her. It's just acceptance of everything. Work the pattern, I mean. So again, it's not about mom. It's just about acceptance. So I said thank you to you because somewhere in healing you, Thank you, Mitesh.
You're welcome.
Thank you. Coming to your question of
Because you had to grow up very early, because of your situations that you've told me, you had to work hard at a time when you were supposed to play, you were supposed to have fun, but you had to take mentally you started taking responsibilities very early. So your yang energy became very strong, which was supposed to because I don't call that toxic, I call that necessary. तो yang energy is responsible for practicality, for growth, for professional life success by the way which is where you are. But in the pursuit of and that is why you will be it'll be difficult for me to manipulate you.
Yeah.
I mean मतलब लोगों को लगेगा कि ये बड़ा प्यारा बंदा है but they try but they won't they won't be able to manipulate you. उसका एक रीज़न है यांग एनर्जी स्ट्रॉंग है जिसकी यांग एनर्जी स्ट्रॉंग होती है वो बनाने वो it's not easy to fool you
correct
and
that's
why I
come across is sometimes in my colleagues and my circle also okay because I know
मेरा हाँ हाँ हाँ so यांग एनर्जी also is able to practice harshness Look, people run away from it. Actually, it's required at certain places, and you would know that because you practice. Because you know that there are certain people जिनके साथ अगर harsh नहीं होगा ना, he'll take me for a ride. So and and I learnt and respect that when I learnt from Hindu. I didn't have that naturally.
Yeah. पर हम यही जो मेरे को आप आप जो बोल रहे हो ना, यहाँ पे exactly मैं and I'm also in the job when I have to people please.
तो I'll tell you why. यिन एनर्जी का मतलब होता है, तो there are five six qualities which women have predominantly emotional sensitive family oriented sacrificing pleasing people pleasing right? Women do that naturally with most people not all women some are yang energy
yeah I but I people please but
फिर, if I let my ये एनर्जी आउट, yeah, I know I will trust people so much, yeah, कि फिर माँ के बंद कर लूँगा। Yeah.
Oh my God! Yes. Oh my God! Can I say something? Please. One more.
full on चले जाता
हूँ करेक्ट full on मतलब full on करूँ क्या है फिर कुछ नहीं हमारे करेक्ट उसका एक reason है जब yang energy बहुत strong हो जाती है तो एक नया emotion आप practice करते हो बिना yin के तो how How would you define this position right now?
It's not balanced. It's not balanced.
हाँ, so it's called imbalance.
Correct.
We love positivity. We hate negativity.
Yeah. Oh my God!
We will love to be happy all the time.
Oh my God! Oh my God! Yes.
That's called imbalanced. So your perspective is very imbalanced in life, which means too motivated. You're totally demotivated.
Yes.
Oh my God!
Yeah.
तो this is imbalance. तो imbalance is a kind of another bad habit pattern of human beings.
But these are just dialogues to convince ourselves. Hundred percent. Balance perspective.
Hundred percent.
Because we have to justify to ourselves that our pattern is right.
Yeah.
And because of that imbalance perspective, now the guy will go complete all out towards her. And then when the marriage happens or the relationship happens, for a few days she will continue to be that perfect. But then eventually she will show the other side, which is the balance side.
Yep.
Everybody has negative and positive.
Oh. Yep.
And problem क्या है? The problem is not that the girl has the negative and the positive both. The problem is I have the habit of being imbalanced.
Correct।
Like you broke my heart. What? How did? How can you do this to
me? Yeah. Yeah,
that hurt becomes into anger. Anger converts into regret. I wish I had not trusted.
Oh my God, everything is coming to that.
And then finally, breakup. But the problem is not the breakup. The problem is the continued regret after the breakup. I wish I had not. And now here is what happens because of the imbalance and because of the continued imbalanced pattern. There is hurt. So every new girl I will see with that light. Now imagine every guy who's going through this or a girl who's going through this. Every new potential person we meet,
And I will manifest it so powerfully कि वो इंसान उस समय पे जब मैं उसका नेगेटिव देख रहा हूँ हर एक के साथ अच्छा होगा सिर्फ मेरे साथ बुरा होगा और मैं परेशान हो जाऊँगा सोचके कि एक मेरा कोई पर्सनल बदलाव क्यों why why me like you're being so nice to everybody else Correct. And then you'll ask yourself,
and I've been
at that zone.
And I've been in that zone for so I don't know how you're getting this.
It's all patterns. Just the way you get your radio show.
That's because not my wife. It was just work things and people around me.
It's an imbalance pattern. What is balance? Balance is I'll tell you something which is little scary, so I'll feel like hell. हाँ, क्योंकि you know that you will go through hell when the wrong comes.
Yeah, I've seen.
And that's the imbalance pattern. So the problem is not you're not able to share. The problem is you know if you share and if you get that relationship with somebody now, फिर तू फिर वो लाइक देखो पता है मेरे कितने अफेयर हुए सब बता देगा बैठे-बैठे बता दिया है और बैठे से डर इस बात का नहीं है कि ये बता दूँगा सब बता दूँगा and now combine this imbalance pattern with the pattern of regret oof deadly combination Now we can feel that.
I'm gonna walk out as a different man today।
And the beauty is So you have a limiting belief about
and
that's your mode by
the way correct it is
I've never met you before this but I think you're you have this belief in yourself
पाएगा die and मैंने बहुत proudly अभी पता नहीं गलत बोलता हूँ सही बोलता हूँ बहुत proudly बोलता हूँ कि never outwork me
That's the
statement. I'm like, okay. Now it's like, is this a good thing or a bad thing?
By the way, it's good to have a belief that you can work hard, but the problem is the belief behind that. Everything worth achieving is worth working hard for. Yeah. Oof! Limiting belief.
Oof!
But because the deep inside you want to be free. And get up in the morning whenever you want to, but then your mind says,
Oh my God! Oh my God! Yeah. वो
things come to you with difficulty. Oh my God! But that's your manifestation. Although what you want is
freedom. I am not a पंडित guy at all, at all.
But you wanted
हाँ, वो the emotion you have here is the pattern. Everything is an emotional pattern. Struggle is the emotion.
Hundred percent.
Ahh, wonder
absolutely.
Hundred percent
imbalance.
Extreme. I'm saying extreme. But the fact is, if you look back in your life, you have deleted memories of effortless success.
Hundred
percent हुआ है। उसको consciously delete करते रहते हो, because your pattern is नहीं नहीं, वो वो जो हुआ ना, वो तो वो तो luck था। तो लक था यार लेकिन लक रोज़ नहीं होता भाई मेहनत करनी पड़ती and then you will manifest struggle extreme hard work but you can actually sleep peacefully wake up at ten o'clock this is exactly opposite to what people teach by the way कि नहीं नहीं सुबह उठो पांच बजे the successful people get up in the world in the morning at five o'clock दस बजे उठो आराम से हो जाएगा काम सारा कुछ आप करते भी नहीं हो जो जो कुछ हमने पाया है, वो हमने अकेले नहीं पाया है।
I, I can't explain how I'm feeling right now. I've not felt like this in a long time. How do I explain this? What am I feeling? I'm not joking.
That's your vibrations. Your frequency is changing. You're going through a transformation of who you were to who you are. It's an internal thing. You can't explain that. It's a shift happening.
I've done everything, right? I've done everything to feel this feeling. I've done. How do I say it? I've done like I've been to like 120 countries to because I've done I've done a lot of other things that I can't say on this podcast on camera to feel this feeling. I've done oh my god! I've worked hard. Oh my god! I've jumped off planes with a parachute alone to feel this feeling. I have. I have, I have. But I can't, I can't begin to tell you what I'm feeling right now.
What you're?
It's just freedom right now.
Freedom.
I don't know.
I thought about that.
But it was difficult for me to experience then. Now it is. So you're experiencing that freedom that हो जाएगा।
Effortless is something I really
सीखना नहीं है याद करना You were born effortlessly.
How did this happen is when when I was telling you कि when I was looking at you on a screen some time ago I didn't trust you and then slowly I kept trusting you and मेरे लिए ना एंजाइटी कहाँ से आ रही थी वो इम्पोर्टेंट था जानना।
Correct.
Yep.
And
regret। क्योंकि this is not okay। I want that। Yes। Absolutely।
What
next? Right, so let's practice that for a bit.
Yes.
And again, the same part— healing what we have practiced so far and then creating a new practice. Okay, so hands on your heart again and say, I take 100% responsibility.

all the struggles in the past.
For all the struggles of the past, present, present, and future.
And I accept.
And I accept
struggle. Struggle. An effortless book.
An effortless
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry
for believing.
For believing
I have to be extreme to achieve extreme.
I have to be extreme to extreme achieve. I'm sorry for achieving extreme. Sorry?
I'm sorry for believing.
I'm sorry for believing.
If I don't wake up,
if I don't
wake up, things won't happen.

I'm sorry for believing.
I'm sorry for believing.
