In this live coaching segment, Paridhi Dhingra challenges the audience to rethink love beyond conditional expectations tied to life stages such as marriage, children, or financial status. She argues that love is an innate, unconditional feeling that begins with self‑love and can be expressed freely to anyone, regardless of whether one has a partner or not. Paridhi urges listeners to practice self‑love, call family members during breaks to verbally express love, and to recognize that love is an internal reflection rather than dependent on external validation. She uses a Hindi song lyric (“तू है तो मुझे”) to illustrate that love for oneself enables love for others. The talk also normalizes heartbreak, suggesting it is part of the love journey, and encourages a cycle of love → fun → balance → action.

How much love is there? A lot. Where is love? Everywhere. It's all around you. We just made these conditions that love has to be from this person in this way, now, then, later, before marriage, after marriage, after children's marriage, after retirement, after financial freedom. So many conditions. What if you could just lose the purpose? What if you could just live life the way you were born? For no reason. Did anybody give you a reason to be born? Anybody give you a vision statement, mission statement? We just here. We are feeling beings. You were born to love. You forgot that. And you were born to love everybody and anybody around you. When you were a child, you loved your uncle, your auntie, anybody who took you in their arms. You looked in their eyes like they were your universe in that moment. Yes. Why can't we do it now? We want to become coaches, we want to become healers, but how will we do it if we only love conditionally? Let's love unconditionally. And the only way to do it is start with yourself and give, you'll automatically receive. How many of you are willing to love? How many of you are willing to call your family members during break today? And express love, and express love like you've never expressed before. And again, that doesn't only have to be a life partner. So many people who love you. We've not said I love you to them for a long time, haven't you? How many of you ready to call two three life partners? Unconditional. You want to make one here? I don't mind. See, going from love to fun, fun to balance, balance to action.
It's
completely okay to not have anybody in life. It's completely okay to have everybody in life.
But in
both conditions, if you can just feel love, it has nothing to do with having somebody or not having somebody. And the song about "तू है तो मुझे" that "तू" is you. Not the person next to you, because through their eyes you were looking at your own reflection. You're not looking at them. That love is for you. If you can give it to you, you can give it to anybody else. So don't be confused.
Be generous.
