Your Handwriting Reveals Hidden Health Issues + Free DMP

In this live masterclass, host Paridhi Dhingra introduces Imran Bigg, a handwriting‑analysis coach who claims that handwriting encodes a person’s frequency and that small changes can upgrade it. Imran then shifts focus to psychosomatic health, defining psychosomatic illness as physical symptoms without clear medical cause that arise from chronic stress and emotional states. He explains how stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol) and the vagus nerve mediate the mind‑body connection, leading to common psychosomatic symptoms such as back pain, digestive issues, migraines, IBS, skin conditions, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Emphasising personal responsibility, he warns against over‑reliance on medication and urges participants to develop self‑awareness through a simple three‑part body‑mind check‑in exercise. Imran presents handwriting therapy (graphotherapy) as a practical tool that engages brain regions involved in emotional regulation, improves neural connectivity, and can alleviate psychosomatic stress. He invites attendees to join ongoing DMP (Daily Mind Practice) sessions, webinars, and graphotherapy programs, positioning regular handwriting practice as a preventive habit comparable to brushing teeth. The session concludes with gratitude, encouragement for continued practice, and a call to take ownership of one’s health.

And we are ready to roll. Great. So hello, everybody. Those of you don't know, my name is Imran Bigg, and I am a handwriting analyst. So what does a handwriting analyst do? I can look into anybody's handwriting. I can identify more than 128 characteristics about them. So when I say characteristics, it's basically their behavior, how they think and how they evaluate themselves and how they show up. But today I have something very interesting to talk about. So let's get you all started. So I'm going to be using my another camera to show you something amazing. So what we're going to be working today is something very interesting. It is the need of the hour, but not everybody is focusing about it. So when I talk about handwriting, as a subject. So our core specialization is many dimensions of handwriting, and one of the core dimensions of handwriting is the analysis. What is analysis? Analysis is if I'm able to look into your handwriting and your signature, I can identify your behavioral traits, how you think, how you react, and, you know, what are— what is your decision-making process, All this can be identified just by looking at your handwriting. But today, apart from the analysis, we're going to be identifying something related to your health. How many of you are excited to discuss health with me? And I want to tell you a word of caution before I get started with the word health. Today's session is not going to be the most exciting session, but the most important session. Why do I say that it's not going to be exciting? Because Things which are important in our life, we are not excited about it. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Because that's a hard truth, and we are not designed for truth. So not really, really excited about it. But some of you are going to resist this conversation. Some of you think, oh no, everything is fine with me right now. But even before I tell you how your handwriting can be identified, how your handwriting can help us in identifying your health or the challenges you're experiencing, Let's discuss a phenomena which is being right now talked about, discussed about in the entire world. So are you ready for it today? So we're going to be discussing something which is called as your psychosomatic diseases. How many of you have heard this word before, Imran? Yes, I have heard this word before, psychosomatic diseases. So everybody on your screen right now, so what are we discussing right now is the word called as Psychosomatic. Today we're going to be discussing the health aspects connected to the word psychosomatic. Hey, are you all with me on that? Give me a biggest if you're with me on that. What is psychosomatic? Psycho means I have broken this two words down for you. So psycho means is the mind, and the somatic is the body. So today we're going to be identifying the health challenges we have started you know causing to our body. which is on the psychosomatic level. Now the question is, Imran, what is psychosomatic and how is it different from the health challenges what the doctors have been talking about? So are you all with me on that? Give me a big yes if you're with me on that. So psychosomatic is not new to the world of medicine, but this is something which you need to really identify about the psychosomatic aspect of it. So when I talk about psychosomatic illness, We are basically referring to the physical symptoms, okay, which are not clear medical cause. Be with me, please, because it's a little challenging subject, but it's a very important one. My promise to you is today, if you understand this as a concept, you will have better health tomorrow. You know why? Because the control, the possibility is in your hand. The problem is we don't have the education. It might be a little dry as a subject for you today, but I want you to be present because it's important. And not only important, it is also urgent. Are you with me on that? Give me a big yes if you're with me on that. So I'm referring to something called psychosomatic illness, and psych— the physical symptoms are not clear medical cause. So what do I mean by this word? Let me explain you with an example. How many of you Have come across situations or scenarios in your life, or maybe people in your life who have a particular knee problem or particular back problem or a particular, you know, tummy issue. And they go through all the medical process of evaluation. They got the testing done, they got this report done, they got that report done. All reports came normal, but the person is troubled, still troubled with the pain. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Type in me on the chat box, right? Like, I personally know about a person who has a bad knee pain, like so bad that he can't stand for a long time, he can't sit for a long time. He went through the best of the doctors, every test done multiple times, all reports came normal, but that person is still in trouble. You know why? Yeah, this is what is called as— so when I— when we talk about the psychosomatic illness, what are we referring to? There's no clear medical cause. You know why? Because this is basically influenced by the person's emotional state. Write down this word, everybody. It is caused by the person's emotional state. So the problem, it's visible on the body, but the cause of the problem is not the body, it is the mind. It is not the body, it is the mind. So today we're going to be identifying the conversation Why do we cause these problems to our body which the doctors are not able to identify? But the problem is true, the problem is real. And by the way, today's session is not about, you know, uh, debate about what doctors are doing it right or wrong, or what we have to do it. No, doctors can only do what doctors can do. Are you all with me on that? With all the respect to them and their education to the process, today the idea is about How do I bring in the ownership onto you so that you help yourself to heal yourself? Because the doctors are working on our body. Everybody raise your hand. Where are the doctors working? On our body. But what you need to focus on is in your brain, your mind. Are you with me on that? Because my belief is— write this down if it makes sense to you— a healthy mind cannot have a diseased body. So my conversation today is about how do I help you to empower your brain so that it can take care of the body. So how many of you like that? And I want to tell you, remember, I have been always emphasizing on this. I am not against medicines, but what I'm against is the dependency of medicines. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Because I know many people in my life. I'm sure you know so many people in your life who can't go to the bed without taking that particular dosage of tablets, who can't complete their day without the tablets. And then, you know, I always give this example. Whenever they're traveling, wherever they're going, the first thing goes into the travel bag is the tablets more than anything else. So that's the level of dependency we have developed. So my invitation for all of you is that if you are a person who has invested in health insurance, thank you for doing that. But what is also important is that you need to invest in educating yourself about your own health. Because health insurance comes handy when something goes wrong. This education comes handy so that nothing goes wrong. Are you with me on that? So no matter what the scenario right now is, whether you're interested, whether this conversation is going to be dry or too much for you, think, pull up yourself. This is the need of the hour because these— there are so many things which money can't fix it because it's you need to fix yourself because the onus is on you. Nobody else can do that. So everybody Remember this: your health is your personal responsibility. Nobody can do anything other than your own self. So stick back and make notes. So what are we discussing today, Imran? See, the conversation is very simple. Where does the psychosomatic diseases start? How many of you have come across scenarios, situations in your life where you felt the butterflies in your stomach? How many of you know what I'm talking about, Imran? I know what you're talking about. How many of you felt situations and scenarios in your life where you felt your heartbeat racing? You know, you had sweaty hands, you had shortness of breath, and you know what? All these are normal. Okay? And when it happens, do you know what happens? It triggers a release of a lot of chemicals in your body. But the problem is Now imagine the butterflies in the stomach, the racing of the heartbeat, the sweaty palms, short breathness becomes a routine in your life. So what was happening occasionally, what was happening situationally, now it has become normal. Like every time you're entering your office, every time you sit through the, you know, conversation with your spouse or your business partner or your, you know, family members, you're experiencing this emotion on a continuous basis. And so much so that, you know, it has now become part of it. By the way, I want to tell you this. Whenever you are experiencing all this, your body releases chemicals which are basically called as your hormones, right? It releases your hormones such as your adrenaline, your cortisol. All these are good. You know why? Because it helps your body to fight back. It helps your body to get activated. Do what is required to be done and fix it. So this is basically called in psychology as fight or flight. For example, imagine there's a tiger who's walking towards you. So are you going to stand there and think, oh, such a cute tiger, oh, what lovely stripes he has, oh my God, look at how huge it is? What are you going to do if you find a tiger out in open in front of you? Hello? Are you going to look for something to feed him, or are you going to run away to save yourself? So this is called fight or flight. So that moment you chose to flight, not fight. Forget about a tiger. All the wonderful people out there, for you the cockroach does the job of a tiger. Are you with me on that? Like one cockroach you see, you know what happens, right? The entire home shifts from this. The vastu of the home shifted because you're screaming so much, you're you're you're jumping so much. So whenever you come across situations like this, your brain— everybody raise your hand up— your brain releases chemicals. And those chemicals, once in a while, your body knows, oh, it is used for activating, it is used for, you know, bringing that power. Do you know that if you really want to know the potential your body has, if you really know the speed at which you can run, just make sure there is a dog running behind you? Are you with me on that? How many of you realize that that can, you know, break your limiting belief that you can't, you know, run that fast? So can you see that those chemicals are, you know, uh, responsible for us to give that activation? But now what happens is that because this is overflowing as a chemical, now it has become a new normal. Your body is not used to handling it. So when your body is not used to handling these chemicals, which is actually supposed to be good if it is coming in a little You know, smaller proportions. But now what is happening is that now it has become a routine. And now when it becomes routine, what happens is this. Everybody on your screen right now. What happens is that it becomes psychosomatic. Now what causes psychosomatic is the excessive amount of stress hormones. What we call these hormones as the adrenalin, the cortisol, which we're talking about. These are called as your stress hormones. So when you're experiencing stress on a consistent level, what happens is that you're basically causing this to your body on your screen right now, everybody. You are causing psychosomatic problems to your body. And by the way, this word is not just one. It comes with a lot of other siblings. The first sibling is psychosomatic illness, psychosomatic disorders, and psychosomatic symptoms. How many of you are hearing all these words for the first time? Give me a big yes on your screen right now. Yeah, because what you like is taking tablets to relieve yourself, because we all need instant gratification. But what I'm asking you to look into is the root cause of all these problems. Why it is happening? Why do we have psychosomatic illness? Why do we have psychosomatic disorders and the symptoms? You know why? Because it is caused by the high level of stress. It is caused by the high level of anxiety. It is caused by the high level of depression. And if you don't take care of this, and if you don't know how to handle and channelize all these aspects, very soon you're going to have a lot of health challenges. Some of the things which you don't even know why you have it. You don't even know why you have it. And there is no gauge to, you know, identify that. There's no gauge to really focus on that. Now the question is, Imran, what are the symptoms of it and how does these stress hormones impact me? So can you see that here? The stress hormones are the hormones which are causing you the uncomfortable symptoms. So let me ask you this. How many of you have issues with your digestive system? Very often I'm experiencing issues. Okay, let me direct this chat to all of you right now because I think it is only directed to me right now. So let me check if I can make it for everyone so that you know that you're not alone in this journey. So everybody, whenever you're replying, use everyone there. How many of you have digestive issues? Imran, very regularly I have tummy upset. Very regularly I have constipation. Very regularly I feel, you know, you know, my tummy is not supporting me. Congratulations. It's one of the causes of psychosomatic symptoms. How many of you have issues related to your heart? You know, your blood pressure has not been consistent. You're taking tablets, but it is, you know, the problem remains the same, but the dosages of tablets has gone up. How many of you know what we're talking about? Right? So all this, look at this, including the shortness of breath, chest pain, all these are symptoms of you're exposing yourself To a scenario of your life which is causing you all these psychosomatic symptoms. Are you with me on that? And that's why when you go to the doctor and when you explain him that, the doctor has no choice but to increase your dosages because he knows you have a problem. But why the problem is not being able to control is that he thinks by giving you higher dosage, it will really help you. And this is the biggest of pitfall we are experiencing in our life right now. The pitfall is that You're not looking at the cause of it. You're looking at fixing this problem, not at the root level, but on the surface level. Not on the root level, but on the surface level. Now, this is what is happening. And do you know, now let's assume your body as a pressure cooker. How many of you know the pressure cooker? You know, a lot of Indian kitchens use pressure cooker to process particular, you know, food items. Now imagine the food, the cooker, the pressure cooker comes with an element where quite often at different intervals, the steam is released. How many of you know what I'm talking about? So there is an outlet where the steam, after a particular temperature, the steam releases itself. Now, though, imagine if it can't release the steam, the pressure continues to build until the lid blows off. Now imagine that cooker is under pressure already. And you apply more pressure to it. And that's where we reach a breaking point. Everybody write down this word called as breaking point, because like the pressure cooker giving away at the weakest point of its structure, stress-related illness is most likely to develop where your body is already weakened. Someone who is under stress does not, or unable to vent their emotions will eventually reach an emotional breaking point. How many of you know what I'm talking about? How many of you have been there? Yes, Imran, been there. Emotional breakpoint. Like, how many of you have lost out on a relationship? How many of you have lost out on a business relationship? How many of you lost out on an opportunity because that very moment you had an emotional breakdown? And you know, the worst part is you did not even realize it was an emotional breakpoint until after some time. You know, remember, because in the sway of emotions, your intelligence does not work. How many of you know what I'm talking about? How many of you have done stupid things in our life because you're emotionally high and intelligence level was low and you did all these things? And you know what is a beautiful part of what human beings is, that you attend programs like this, you're part of Platinum, and you get your maturity high. And you know what you do with your maturity high? You go back and evaluate your past mistakes. And then you realize how stupid you were, and you know, should have not done that, and you're so sorry and apologetic about it. You're wasting your time. Let me say this again: if your maturity is high, use the maturity in building your future. Don't waste your maturity in evaluating your past mistakes because past mistakes are already done. Are you with me on that? You can't fix that right now. How many of you have done that? If you've done that, like. One slap on your face, single hand. Yeah, we've done that, right? We use the maturity to evaluate the past mistakes. नहीं नहीं बोलना चाहिए था। Like मेरी गलती थी, you know. तब मेरे को नहीं लगा था। Then you can you see that all is there? So identify that. Use the maturity to work on it. So let's come back to the conversation. So when you reach that emotional breaking point, that's what is happening. That's what is happening. And you know what? You may not recognize some warning signs. And some of you have not been there, and if you still want to learn, Imran, how do I know where is my breaking point? Listen to me very carefully. You may recognize some warning signs that a break was coming. For example, if you tend to strain your neck, you might experience increased neck pain when you're stressed. How many of you have actually seen yourself doing this? You do this when you're stressed. And naturally it happens. By the way, ऐसा नहीं कि आपने plan किया इसको। Naturally the hand goes back at the brain, and some of you don't even use your hand. You actually do this. How many of you have seen doing that? Yeah, that's why you need to be self-aware. Say this word, everybody. You need to watch what happens when you are exposed to different emotions, how your body responds. How your physiology impacts your psychology, and sometimes how your psychology impacts your physiology. And forget about the big health challenges. Let's start with this, you know, including the back pain, the stomach troubles, the headaches are common ways of— for stress to take up the residence in your body. And sometimes if you're not taking care of your stress levels, everybody on your screen right now. The back pains, the stomach troubles, the headaches, all are part of this because your stress has made residence in your body right now. Now, common ways for stress to take up residence in your body, and it also goes to a level of impacting your immunity. How many of you realize off late you get cold, cough, infections, allergies? You catch it faster. But it takes longer to go away. How many of you know what I'm talking about? You catch it very fast. You know, throat infections, urine infections, UTIs, you know, bloating, and all these are happening just like this. It happens faster, but it takes a lot of time for you to let go of it because your body is not getting focused on the immunity because your immunity system is also broken right now. Because your immunity system is also broken right now. How many of you? It's making a lot of sense to you right now. Yes, Imran. It makes a lot of sense. Now, if you're still not there and Imran, no, I'm fine. Everything is working well for me. No, yes, सब नहीं होता है. Thing like that. So let me ask you some series of questions and see if it makes sense to you. Are you okay with that, everybody? Remember, this conversation is not a good one, but It's an important one. Okay, so be with me, everybody. Yeah, some of you are already stressed out. Yeah, this conversation is about helping you to come out of stress, not to cause you stress. Are you with me on that? Yeah, this is not a stressful conversation. This is not a stressful conversation. So be with me, everybody. So a person with psycho illness, let's go through your mindset. Okay, I'm not saying that this is For you, it could be one of this in your in your life. You don't have to make a note of all these things. Just be with me, and if whatever resonates with you, type in with me. Okay? Type in it's with me. So what are we looking at right now? We're looking at a person with psychosomatic illness has excessive thoughts, feelings, or behaviors related to those symptoms. Like number one. Constant worry about potential illness. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Like you're worrying about the illness. आपको लगता है कि something is wrong with you, and especially if you have a diabetic patient at home. Like let me give you my own example. My mom is diabetic for quite some time of her life, and every time you know I know so much about diabetes right now. If I feel constant hungry, sometimes I'm feeling too thirsty. Where does my brain go? My brain goes, hey, all these are symptoms of diabetes. And you remember my family doctor has been always telling me that, Imran, you have the seed in you about the diabetes because your mom has it, then you will also get it. So my brain always gets activated. How many of you, small things happen and you think, oh, this is a symptom of that? Because sometimes we are too educated about the problem. Okay, number 2. Viewing normal physical sensation as a sign of severe illness. Like, आपको thyroid नहीं हुआ है? कोई thyroid के बारे में बोलता है तो आपको लगता है ये मेरे साथ भी हो रहा है यार. Like, I also feel this. You know, मेरे को भी ऐसा लगा. मेरे को भी चाहे test कराना पड़ेगा. Like, how many of you had this thought at least? If you not say it, but you actually felt that यार मेरे को भी कराना है. Thank you. Those of you raising your hand up, thank you. That means you are acknowledging it. It is also a sign of participation. Those of you not even doing anything, I don't know what is happening to you. Okay, so can I see your hands going up? Oh, it works! Your hand moves. Do you know that your hand moves up and down? Oh my God, very good. Thank you. Yeah, it works. It really works. Yeah. Number 3, fearing that symptoms are serious even when there is no evidence. Yeah, it's okay. We all are family. It's okay. You don't have to look stupid when you're acknowledging all these things. By the way, all human beings undergo these emotions in one other way, and I'm preparing you right now, preparing you right now. Number four: thinking that physical sensations are threatening or harmful, feeling that medical evaluation and treatment have not been adequate. How many of you went to a doctor? He ruled out everything is normal. You don't have to worry about it, and you actually made the doctor wrong. उसको कुछ नहीं आता. I think I have to go to the specialist. How many of you direct? I made the doctor wrong. Everybody said D wrong. Yeah, I made the doctor wrong. Yeah, उसको कुछ नहीं याद है. Like आजकल के doctors हैं ना उसको कुछ समझ में नहीं याद है. मेरे को मालूम है problem है. मेरे को पूछ मेरे को मालूम है. So can you see that there? It's happening. And every time you take a treatment, you think it's not enough. Fearing that physical activity may cause damage to your body. How many of you have started talking to yourself like this? You know what? And I want to tell you, your age has nothing to do with diseases. That's a notion which somebody has put into your body. And some of you are just waiting, and it's like the moment the disease happens, it's like मेरे को मालूम था ये आने वाला है. It's like you're so happy. It's like you're acknowledging yourself. देखा मुझे मालूम था. I knew this was a problem. Stop causing diseases on the mind level. Stop celebrating you giving in to the real, you know, diseases. Your mind and your body is stronger than your age. Are you with me on that? It has nothing to do with your health. I want to tell you this, trust me when I say this. Repeatedly checking your body for abnormalities, frequent healthcare visits, you know, for every small thing you want to get it checked. Being unresponsive to medical treatment or unusually sensitive to meditation side effect— sorry, medication side effects. So all these are problems. Are you all with me on that? How many of you are able to resonate at least with one of it? Everybody. I'm sure there's more to that. So can you see that rather than fixing the health challenges, we are focusing on the cause of the health challenges? And this conversation, nobody does that. How many of you know everybody does this? Nobody does that. Because everybody sits in a session to like, मेरे को ये constant pain है। How do I relieve that? So you want to do the healing, you want to do that. I appreciate. Yeah, you do that. But it will come back to you. Let me tell you this. It's a real life example. How many of you? We all have, you know, survived through the pandemic. How many of you realize during the pandemic people got impacted? They went to the hospital, they got treated, they came back home only after a few weeks to realize that they got infected again. How many of you know what I'm talking about? How many of you saw people who have kidney issues, like they got kidney stones, they did the flush therapy, laser therapy, only to see after 6 months the kidney stones came back? How many of you know what I'm talking about? How many of you fought cancer? Only to realize a few years down the line, the cancer came back. Why? You only— the vaccine was created for the body. Nobody worked on the mind during the pandemic. But the mind was the most impactful one. Remember when you got infected, people looked up to you as a criminal. People saw that you committed a crime. There was so isolation, there was closure. They were sealing your apartment complex. They were blocking your corridor. Nobody addressed that. Everybody was only focused on the thing, and the same thing is happening with your health problems. Everybody's focusing on the body. Nobody's focusing on the mind. And the moment we talk about the mind, you're sleepy. The moment we talk about the mind, you're resisting. The moment we talk about the mind, no, you don't. You don't. You need instant gratification. Thanks to the blinket. Thanks to the swiggy. Pain होता है. Some of you very smart people, even before headache happens, you have a tablet before the pain. You know I'm feeling feverish. मैं एक tablet खा के सो जाती हूँ. Are you with me on that? Wow! Look at you're basically telling your body, भाई तेरे से नहीं होगा. And the body also under you know agrees to you. Ah yeah I think so. अभी age हो गया है. अभी problem हो गया है. अभी हम लोग India में. अभी हम लोग Delhi में. So can you see that the regional politics happens? No, when was the last time you put your faith into your mind and your body rather than the medicine? You know, I'm going to tell you, no, it's not like I know everything. That's why now, you know, I'm married to a wonderful lady. I have 2 wonderful boys. And in the initial stages of my wife being the new parent, whenever my boys used to develop any fever and things like that, she used to give them the medicine. And not waiting for the medicine to work. And the next second day or third day, she's directly going for antibiotics. Are you all with me? How many of you are able to relate to what I'm just saying? Now you're not even allowing the body to fight. And forget the age here, he's growing up, he's supposed to be having more better immune system then. And this is not a pattern only with the mothers, this is a pattern with all the grown-ups also. Are you with me on that? So can you see that you put your faith in instant gratification rather than actually allowing your body— and I want to tell you this, many people come for healing, many people come for solution for their health challenges. I want to tell you this, you want us to fight for your health challenge, but the tragedy is you and your mind and your body has already given up on that health challenge, but you're expecting us to fight a defeated war. Let me say this again. You have given up on your own self. You have given up on the disease, but you are coming hoping that we will fight it for you. How can I help you? That's why no wonder hope nope no will not work for you. No wonder ETF will not work for you. No wonder all these healings will not work for you. You know why? We are fighting a defeated war, already lost it. That's why, how many of you, after a couple of months and years of you having a particular health challenge, you have embraced that health problem so much so that you're basically right now what you're doing is called as disease management, not fighting the disease? You all of you congratulations. Diffusion, no disease management. Why? You stop fighting because you accepted. You accepted. Why did you accept it? Because remember, you know, if diabetes happened to me, my mom already has diabetes. The moment I get the diabetes, what is my mind and body is telling me? ये होना ही था। ये आ गया। हम दो हैं। आइए वर्षों से आपका इंतजार था। Finally you came in. So the moment it came in, I'm embracing it. Then I start doing the disease management. Oh, I'm eating it right, taking tablets on time, you know, visiting doctors, you know, getting glucometers, better, better glucometers. You know, I'm getting that patch also done right now. So are you all with me on that? I'm sorry, you know, I'm talking the truth. It may not be welcome, and some of you are going to resist saying that नहीं नहीं इमरान हम लोग अच्छे लोग हैं या अच्छे लोग हैं आप अच्छे हैं लेकिन संसार अभी भी परेशान है, तो we need to really work on it. Are you with me on that? So my invitation for all of you is that I know some of you sitting there and telling me, "इमरान मेरे को already problem है, अब इसका परिणाम बताओ।" Like how do I fix this in handwriting? See this is the problem with you. You're looking for a solution without even understanding the problem. And if you don't have patience, we have lost on patience on it. And the problem cannot be solved at the level at which the problem got created. Are you with me on that? Either I have to elevate you to a higher level so that you can treat the problem and you can see the problem differently, or I have to elevate the problem because the problem has to become big or you have to become big. And congratulations, many a times the problem becomes big, you are still remaining the same thing. That's why when you attend DMPs, when you are there in the Platinum, when you are attending graphotherapy programs, when you're learning handwriting analysis, You're elevating yourself so that you look at the problem differently. And this is our biggest challenge. We want to help you, but you know what is happening? Everybody look at this. This is your problem. And what you do with this problem is you don't keep the problem the level at which it is created. You keep it here. Now, everything I see, what do I see? I see a new person. Do I see an opportunity or do I see a problem? Everybody, I see a problem. I attend programs. I don't listen to the trainer. I don't receive what I want to receive. I am finding faults with the trainer. How many of you have done that? So for you, everything looks like a problem. You know, your wife is telling you something, but आपको लगता है कि वो problem है. Your children are not. So everything becomes a problem. So now tell me, how do I help a person who is Not allowing. So you need education to first keep the problem where it belongs to, then only I can heal it. And the problem with most of us is that— I'm sorry I have to say this— you want solutions to your problems. How many of you want that? But the problem is you want solutions in your own way. Let me say this again. You want solutions to your problem, but you want solutions in your own way. Yeah, yeah, मेरे को सब आता है. You know, I have read about this. I have. I know this. You know, I thought you wouldn't tell me something new. Like, how many of you have done that? Yeah. So it's important to identify all these things. See, I can go on and on and tell you many things about it, but. The more, more important thing is that, you know, it's very important for all of us to be present. Everybody on your screen right now. The more important than the specific physical symptoms you experience is the way you interpret and react to the symptoms and how they impact your daily life. And many of us, the biggest of solution for all your health problem is that you need to basically develop this beautiful connection between the mind and the body. Everybody, are you all with me? The mind and the body. How many of you seen we start our DMP sessions with the dancing? Why? The body. And all of a sudden, Miteshi says, everybody sit down. You know, we're going to be closing our eyes, experience what we're doing in mind. Then again, we say, let's pass on the healing. Then we say, you know, let's read the affirmation. So can you see that what we're doing is we are marrying the mind and the body? And some of the times, the biggest of solutions to all our health challenges is that the sync between the body and the mind, which needs to bridge. And look at this, everybody. The connection on your screen right now— and by the way, all the information I'm sharing with you on the screen, on the PPT and everything, it is not something which I figured it out. It is a research paper published in the biggest of medical journals. Are you with me on that? These are not the information you'll find on Google. So these are something which is the simplest form of understanding. So please be present. The connection between the mind and the body is a fascinating Understanding this connection is incredibly important. Understanding that emotional states can impact our physical health and can even cause illnesses is important. It is the basis of the psychosomatic disorders. What are the disorders we are referring to right now? Psychosomatic disorders can trigger or give rise to different symptoms and illness, both physical and mental. Are you all with me? Now, this includes IBS. How many of you remember I talked about the issues with your bowel system? This is called IBS. IBS is basically irritable bowel syndrome. How many of you have known people, they eat, they immediately have to go to the restroom? So they have irritable bowel syndrome. Sometimes they have to go multiple times to relieve themselves. That's IBS. You know, psoriasis— how many of you know what are the health challenges, skin-related issues? And there's many people have not still figured out the actual treatment for it. Chronic pain— what is chronic pain? It is the pain which keeps coming back again and again. And sometimes it's seasonal, sometimes it's situational, sometimes, you know, anytime you get the trigger, it happens. Asthma, you know, chronic fatigue, you know, anxiety, depression, All these are part of the psychosomatic aspects of it. So now we have to work on it. Now the question is, Imran, what happens? Why are we able to create all these problems in your life? How many of you like to understand? So I'm going little biology right now. Are you all with me on that? इतनी क्षमता है समझ पाएंगे आप लोग? Okay, so I'm telling you the root cause. So whether you like it or not, my responsibility is to educate you because I know some of you waiting. Imran, which letter to write? Imran, which Y to write? Imran, which T to write? Now, are you with me on that? So let's focus on thing. Do you know there is one important nerve which is connecting our mind and the body? How many of you know what we're talking about? Do you know the name of this nerve? What is this nerve we are talking about? Do you know the name of the nerve? Very good, Kimi Singh. You're the first one and the right one. So let me explain to you, those of you don't know that. I appreciate it. The nervous system is an elaborated network controlling all the different processes in our body. Understanding the nervous system and its relationship with the stress is very important. So what happens is that every time you have the impact of stress or the episode of stress, this nerve system, which is very crucial for us, It's actually becoming very sensitive. That's why it's causing you pain. See this? However, studies have shown that the vagus nerve, a key part of our nervous system, is directly involved in mediating a multitude of processes. However, overwhelming amount of stress can overactivate this nerve, causing symptoms such as pain and sicknesses. So let me show you how it shows up on the mind. So this is the vagus nerve. Are you with me on that? Yes. So that's why sometimes migraine is the mildest way of psychosomatic, but people also experience seizures. How many of you know what I'm talking about? Epileptic episodes. People experience that. People have digestive issues. People have obesity. People are able to have cluster headaches. People are causing depression because you are overwhelming your vagus nerve, but episodic incidences. Are you all with me on that? How many of you have a bell pond moment right now? Imran, I never knew all this is happening. And that's why either you get out of that situation which is causing you stress. That's why health, you know, uh, work hazards, you know, chronic issues coming from the, you know, environment of the work. Sometimes we are in a relationship which is not helping us or empowering us. Sometimes you're exposed with, you know, financial issues, emotional breakdowns. All these things are building upon us. So that's why you need this lifestyle where you're working on your health, your body, you're empowering your own self, you're taking actions. All these things are very important. So how do you work on it? See, there are many ways of focusing on it. You need to really focus on simple answers. Could be break a pattern or get yourself out of the situation. So let me help you with the solutions right now. Can we discuss that, everybody? Yeah. So just be present. So what are the solutions we are working on right now? So before I go to the solution, I have this very beautiful thought. I want to share this with you. They happen for a reason. When words are not available, Our bodies sometimes speak for us, and we have to listen. Are you with me on that? You are undergoing stress. आप किसी से बताते नहीं हैं. You want to deal with on your own. You think you're a hero. You can handle it. But your body gives up, and your body starts communicating on your behalf, asking for attention, asking for something which you can do for yourself. So the solution is very simple. But let me explain you and educate you. So the psychosomatic symptoms arise in the subconscious. Which part, everybody? Everybody say this with me: subconscious. That means you're not even aware where it getting stored. Our subconscious is filled with memories, with past experiences of illness, what we know about the body, and what lessons life has taught us. How many of you know every time you experience something, you go back to the past references? Ah, मैंने कहीं पे पढ़ा था. Or have seen somebody who has these issues, and you relate to that because it's all there in the mind there. Now, there's no single solution to psychosomatic illness. There's no single answer because there's no single cause. Sometimes you just have to figure out what purpose the illness is serving you. Find what is missing and replace it. If illness seems to be helping to solve the problem of loneliness, Then treat the loneliness and illness will disappear. How many of you realize a very beautiful unlocking happened there? Many times we cause diseases because it serves a purpose in your life. Write down this, everybody. Now the question is, Imran, मेरे को माइग्रेन हुआ. What purpose does it serve? It serves a purpose like this, everybody. Let me give you an example because I have worked with many people. I came across a couple and they were very troubled because the wife was having migraine attacks quite often, sometimes very severe, so much that she's locking herself in the room, not really communicating, and does not even go out for walks because all this thing happening. How many of you know people who have severe migraine? You know, Imran, They play very safe, you know, they're very thin. Now they went to doctor to doctor, they underwent medicines for 6 months plan, 3 months plan. How many of you know migraine requires 3 months of consistent eating tablet? They did all that, but they're still not able to get out of it. So what I— what is my job? To find out what is this illness, what is it serving. This illness is serving some purpose. So over the period of a conversation, I realized this couple are not able to conceive. They're not able to have a child. And this became a social stigma, social pressure for them. So much so that this lady started developing migraine because migraine से क्या purpose सब होता है? आपको बाहर जाना नहीं पड़ता। You don't have to go to social gatherings. You don't have to meet people. You don't have to interact with people. Because when you go out only, you have to meet people. No. See, can you see how to cover up one aspect of her life? She caused diseases to her body, and she never knew this. She did not realize this. How many of you had a bulb moment like that, Imran? And never knew a disease actually gets into our body because it's actually serving a purpose. Yeah, go back. Just when you're supposed to get that promotion, just when you're about to shift over to a new organization, you caused a health challenge to yourself, and you told this to yourself: "No, no, my health is not supporting me to take the promotion right now. I don't think so. I'm ready for it yet." And you're not alone. Look at the chat box. That's why when you sit through programs like this, do you know we started with 1,000 people and now there are 200, 300 people? You know why? Because you had to listen to this. Nothing is coincident. Are you with me? It's important that you need to really identify that. Thank you for acknowledging, everybody. Now let's go to the next level of the conversation. So look at this. If illness seems to be helping to solve the problem of your loneliness, then treat the loneliness and the illness will disappear. So my conversation with that lady was help her Either to accept that they're not going to be conceiving or to work towards creating a healthy mind and body so that they can be ready to conceive, so that they're still more being more hopeful rather than actually shutting down herself, the people. So can you see that I'm filling in the gap? And many times we miss out doing that. That's why you need to break the pattern of the fear and avoidance. Psychosomatic disorders testify the power of the mind. So now let me talk about what is my specialization. My specialization is handwriting. Handwriting therapy can significantly, significantly impact the management of psychosomatic challenges. Here is how emotional processing and stress reduction can be possible using handwriting. Writing by hand engages the brain. Everybody raise your hand and say, writing with the hand engages the brain in a tactical and a sensory motor way. Promoting mindfulness and relaxation. This process helps reduce stress, a major contributor to psychosomatic issues. By activating the brain regions involved in the emotional regulations, regular handwriting creates mental clarity and emotional stability, which are crucial for addressing the mind-body elements. Are you all with me on that? So there are many evidences which we can talk about. Like, it also improves your neural connectivity. Remember I talked about the vagus nerve? So how do you calm that up? How do you, you know, increase the stability of that? By using handwriting. Because handwriting stimulates multiple brain regions, including those involved in memory, learning, emotional regulations. It creates the stronger neural pathways compared to the handwriting. Because handwriting is not just the handwriting, it is the brain which is writing using the hand. This is particularly helpful for individuals experiencing psychosomatic symptoms caused by chronic stress. Cognitive-physical coordination— remember I talked about mind-body coordination? All this can be identified by handwriting. All this can be identified by handwriting. So there, there's so many validations I can talk about it. Are you with me on that? Give me a big yes if you're with me on that. Yes. So the homework which you need to do right now when you go back home is see if you can do this as an activity. Whenever you have a health challenge right now, whatever health challenge you're dealing with in your life right now, operate from this. One basic practice that everyone should be able to do is every day close your eyes, feel your body, and ask yourself these questions. What am I feeling right now? Divide it into 3 parts. First, at the level of the body, how is my body feeling right now? Is it tensed or is it relaxed? So what are you doing? You're focusing on what part? You're focusing on the body part first. Second part is you're focusing on your thought level. Remember, it's between the both the mind and the body. So the next question is What are my thoughts? What am I thinking right now? And because of these 2 things, what are you feeling right now? Why we— why you need to do this exercise is this will help you to develop sensitivity towards your body. You will start listening to your body. You start honoring your body. It serves as a tool to understand where you are right now. And this becomes a foundation to working on it. Are you all with me on that? Are you all with me on that? So what are the questions, everybody? Let's go back to that again. Let's do this right now. Everybody, go ahead, sit straight, feet flat on the ground, hands on your thighs. Sit straight. Now think about any health challenge which you are dealing with in your life right now. Dealing with your life right now. Now the focus should be on what am I feeling right now? Go ahead, everybody. Focus on your feelings. Focus on your feelings. What, what are you feeling right now? I'm feeling You don't have to answer it to me on the chat box. Just be present. You're making a mental note of it. Now focus on your body, especially the part which is causing you discomfort right now, and find out how is that body part— yeah, closing your eyes will help you, please. Closing your eyes will help you. You can be more self-aware when you do this. Now focus on The body level first. How is my body feeling right now? Is it tensed or is it relaxed? If it is relaxed, it's a good point. Start acknowledging and celebrate that it is relaxed. If it is tensed, just listen to it. Why is it tense? What caused it? Listen to your body as if you're talking to another human being, because it's communicating to you. It's communicating to you. Now that you're focusing on your body as a part, the challenging area of your life, of your health, look at what are the emotions, the thoughts. What are you thinking about it? Is it because you got this because of the genes in your family, or because you did not take care of yourself? It's coming from the emotions of guilt that you were not responsible towards your health. Is it coming from the space that you were not aware of it? You can spend some more time there, but don't think too much also. If you give yourself too much of time, you get on to losing the flow. Now, what are your feelings right now? Many of us feel guilty. Many of us feel inadequate. Many of us feel helpless. So what is your feeling right now? What is your feeling right now? And you need to repeat these questions. And by the way, okay, whenever you're ready, please gently open your eyes. Whenever you're ready. You may not get the answers in the first go, but if you regularly start spending some time using this technique, you realize you develop a relationship with your own self. Are you with me? Yes. You start developing a relationship with your own self. Now, what will happen when you develop a relationship with your own self is that your body— you start listening to your body, you start getting present to it. So there's a, you know, beautiful connection which you're going to develop where you work together as a team rather than you working as 2 different parties. Makes sense, everybody? So what opened up for you from this activity? Give me one word on the chat box. Awareness. What opened up from this activity for you? How many of you felt that, okay, there's a relationship which you need to build with your own self, right? There's a relationship which you need to build for your own self. Thank you. Thank you for all the answers. Yeah, take care of your body because that's the only place which you live in. That's the only place which you live in. And it's not a one day's job. How many of you realize that? You know, we have been, you know, our average age group is about 30, 40 years of living, and all of a sudden you want your body to start speaking to you. No, you need to develop some relationship. Are you all with me? It's like, you know, first date, second date, third date. Maybe on the third or fourth day, the person will open up, the body will open up and share with you. But if you really want to do much more easier and a faster way of focusing on your health would be to start working on your handwriting because it's coming from your brain. And with my 19 years of experience, I figured this out. The easiest and the fastest way to work on your subconscious mind is through your handwriting. And trust me, it's better than taking tablets every day. Just get up in the morning, write that one page of graphotherapy, and fall in love with the writing process because when you write, you're not just writing for your brain, your body, your mind, everything is coming together. Everything is coming together. So it's a very beautiful thing. So those of you who are, you know, curious, you know, Imran, can I develop this in my life? We have a webinar which we do on a regular basis. My invitation is to be there. If you already attended my webinar, I welcome you to sign up and receive the material because we send physical books for you to write down. And those of you already done my first level program, I invite you to bring this as a habit, enroll for the next level so that you have more books to write, more continuous writing of the graphotherapy. So the idea is it's not a one-day job, it's not a, you know, one-month job. You need to constantly do this. Prevention is better than cure. Are you with me on that? Yes. So you need to up your guard every time. It's like I cannot just, you know, do exercise once and, oh, that will be taken care of. No. You need to regularly do this. It's like brushing your teeth, everybody. No, you can't say, no, I brushed it yesterday, I brushed it 10 days back. No, you have to do it on a regular basis. So similarly, writing graphotherapy in different levels, it works on it. Are you with me on that? We can, we can cure some of the issues by handwriting only. Yes, Dinesh, possible, because more than the My faith in handwriting is my faith in you, because if I can empower you, your brain can heal anything in every aspect of your life. I'm very confident about that. I'm very confident about that. My faith is in you. You're very, very powerful. Allow the handwriting to make you realize the power you have, and then you become unstoppable. And it becomes unstoppable. Okay, I know I took a little longer time than normal, usual time, but thank you for holding up your patience because How many of you realize this conversation was the most needed one because it brought in certain level of onus and ownership that I need to really take care of it? Are you with me on that, Nilu? Any health challenge, dear. As I said, my faith in you is more stronger. So if I can empower your brain, anything can be taken care of. Okay, when you attend my sessions, you— I'll show you some of the results which cannot be explained medically, but it is possible. But it is possible. Okay. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for holding that space for me to share all these insightful things, because very rarely people are open to have conversation because everybody's looking for treatments, everybody's looking for solutions, but nobody wants to understand the problem. So I, I, I respect you for, you know, being here, and I honor you for your commitment for your own self. So God bless you all. Thank you so much for holding this space. I look forward to see you on the other side. Where I can have a longer connection with all of you. So take care of yourself, everybody. Thank you, Induji and Miteshi, for making me you know part of this wonderful learning system. I'll meet you on next Wednesday. Take care, everybody. Bless night. Thank you, Arunima. I read your message. Thank you. More power to you, dear. More power to you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for all the love and gratitude on the chat box, everybody. Blessed night. Please take care of yourself. See you all soon. Thank you, Kamalaji. Thank you. Thank you, Ranjita. Looking forward to getting you started. Thank you. Thank you, Amini. Good to see you there.
