In a brief French dialogue, Speaker A describes his first day as a newly appointed leader. The existing founder did not inform any team members about the upcoming leadership change. A quick introductory tour is conducted, during which the founder is supposed to accompany A for three months. However, that same evening (around 16:30‑17:00) the founder announces he is returning to Marseille, where he lives, and proposes to meet again in three weeks in Côte d'Ivoire. Despite the abrupt handover, Speaker A views the situation positively, noting that it allowed him to meet the teams directly, understand their work, and begin building relationships with them. Speaker B reacts with surprise at the lack of prior communication.
