Greetings and salutations, friends. Tis I, Raffolito, coming to you live. What is today? Wednesday, May 28th. 2 PM Eastern time. All right, how you guys doing? Me? Oh, you know, good, hanging in there, keeping busy, doing all kinds of fun stuff, trying to spread the gospel, DSO and Help for Men. Thank you all for joining me here today. Usually takes a little bit for folks to file in here. Uh, first of all, a big thank you to everyone for making my last live which was a little joint interview thingy, whatever, with Michelle Langley, the author of Women's Infidelity. Um, that was probably my biggest live yet as far as, um, oh, what do you say, uh, interactivity— people liking, leaving comments, and all that stuff. I think that was my biggest one yet. I don't have the data to back that up, but that's just my, my hunch based upon the activity during that chat. And she had a lot of controversial things to say, which made for a lot of really good, um, clips. You know, I clip these things and put them in little clips, and one of them has already done pretty well on TikTok, for example, where she said, you know, we really don't ever see low-income job guys with hot young women as wives. It's like, oh boy, geez, sure enough, I was right, that's going to get a lot of people, uh, commenting. So thank you all for, uh, joining me on that one. You know, a perfect example of even though you may not agree with everything Miss Langley has to say, or anybody else, myself included, maybe there's a few little nuggets of wisdom or some aha moments that come from that. And that means it's, it's worth the time as far as I'm concerned. Uh, there are some early comments that were left before we even got started. I always like that. So hello to Jack Lumen and hello to Husu Sam. There's a name. Welcome guys. I know Jack's a regular. Um, some business out of the way, shall we, before we get started here. Uh, if you're not aware, just a quick rundown for those that may be new to this, probably watching this later in the recording. That's— we get thousands of people that watch the recordings later versus just a few dozen folks sometimes on these lives live. But, um, my name is Ralph Brewer Brewer and I started doing content first a blog, books, and then eventually videos and a men's group and all kinds of really cool stuff, um, under the name of Dad Starting Over. Done that for over a decade now. As of, oh, a couple years ago, I think now, we started the brand of Help for Men. And basically all Help for Men is the actual business organization. All the business is done under that. I sell books under that. If you want to buy books directly from us, you can go to helpformen.com. There's also courses there, uh, there's free articles and videos. And the biggest thing that we do, the best thing that we do, in my, my opinion, is, uh, the Brotherhood, which is a private support community for men. There is a small fee to join. To join, if you're a dude looking help from other guys and just joining other dudes out there, you want to go to help4men.com/join. That's help4men.com/join. Join. And, uh, there— some of the benefits you get from joining the group is we have a private discussion forum. No one knows that you're in it. No one can see what you put. No one knows that you've been a part of it. We utilize a private Facebook group as well as Discord, and those are very, very active 24/7, 365, with hundreds of men from around the world. And then we get together in live Zoom meetings every week, usually, unless there's some kind of, uh, vacations and other family stuff coming up, whatever, of which I am the first half of June, I'm going to be gone on vacation, going to Italy with the family. But, um, usually we have like 6 to 8 live Zoom meetings, usually an hour plus for each, uh, every single week. Then we record all those. So if you missed a meeting, you're like, this, uh, darn it, this meeting was on something I really wanted to talk about or to hear people, other people talk about, hear Ralph talk about or whatever. We record them and you can listen to them. We archive them all. We have over 1,200 hours of meetings recorded. A lot. So you'll never run out of stuff, and we keep adding to it every single week. You'll never run out of stuff to listen to. Um, I've authored 4 books, and members of the Brotherhood get access to all those books at no additional charge. They get to download an ebook version, or they can listen to the audiobook version of each, again, no charge. And then we have some, uh, courses, video courses that are for free to our members.. And then we have some courses that do cost, but they're a lot cheaper for our members than they are for the general public. Same with one-on-one coaching or mentoring. It's one price for the general public, a lot less for members of the Brotherhood. So check it out, help4men.com/join the HFM Brotherhood. I should say, I don't say this enough, we started utilizing this language in some of our promotions, but what the Brotherhood is not— there is a, uh, There's a lot of men's groups out there. God bless them if this makes them happy, whatever, but this ain't us, okay? We want to put this out there. There are some groups that are like, let's go out in the woods and hit some bongo drums and all sit around and chant and so forth. That's not us. Let's all sit around the bongo drums and cry and scream at the, at the moon and get in touch with our inner wolf or whatever. That ain't us either. And then we have these guys that are, uh, let's go to a boot camp, like a literal military boot camp type thing, and pay some dude $10,000 plus. I saw recently There's some video clips going viral. I think they said the cost was like $18,000 or something. No shit. That these grown men pay— like, I would assume some past military dudes, if not current military dudes, like drill sergeants and stuff— to basically scream at you and treat you like shit for so many days or weeks. And you go through the boot camp process. I guess the thinking is, is that, but they tear you down and rebuild you, just like the military does, a grown man. And people pay really good money for that. And that ain't us either. If that's your thing, then it ain't our group. There's plenty of groups apparently that do that. So if you want some dude in a way too tight t-shirt to scream in your face and call you a wuss and insult you and throw you around or whatever, that's your kink or whatever, more power to you. That's not the Brotherhood. What we are is real men, real discussions, real meetings. We do get together in person. I forgot to mention that. We call our annual gatherings in the United States Bro Fest. Brother Festival, BroFest. Um, we have similar gatherings annually in Australia, and we call those MateFest. Get it? Bro, mate. Yeah. And we just had one in the US, over here on the US side. We had the latest one was in Charleston, South Carolina, 2025 BroFest. That was awesome, loved it. Smaller affair than usual. We kept it small on purpose. We sold out like in no time, which was awesome. Um, all stay in a big beach house together. Very cool. But this next one, we're shooting for a bigger crowd, a more traditional conference, presentations, workshops, getting together in person, hanging out together after hours, all that good stuff. And this brofest2026.com, check it out. It'll be myself, I'll be there obviously, the rest of the Help for Men team, and then some special guests. Dr. Robert Glover, he's the author of No More Mr. Nice Guy. You may have seen him all over social media.. He's been in all the huge podcasts. He will be there in person. We're on really good terms with Dr. Glover. He's done a lot to support our group and help us out and collaborate. So he will hang out with us for the entire weekend as well as Lauren, the Dadvocate. You know Lauren, very big in our world, big social media presence. She is going to be there for the weekend. And then we have another gentleman that you may have seen. He's been in some of my material. He's starting to get out there more and more. I think he's going to be a big shot in our world eventually. His name is Adam Nissenson. He goes by the brand of the Betrayal Shrink, and you can learn more at betrayalshrink.com. As his brand implies, he helps out dudes that have been cheated on going through betrayal and have— go forward in life, how to deal with all that, as well as men that are concerned that, um, they may be dealing with sex addiction. Like, legitimate sex addiction is a thing, and Adam is certified in helping out men with that too. He will be there hanging out with us, putting on presentations the whole night. So we got Adam, we got Lauren the Advocate, and we got Dr. Robert Glover, known as Mr. Nice Guy, will be hanging out with us really big shots in our world. So we're pretty lucky to have these guys be able to hang out with us, to learn from, experience the, the brotherhood, if you will, of the camaraderie, and, uh, all of us guys helping each other out. So check it out, brofest2026.com. We have recently added the ability for you guys to sign in for what we call our VIP house option. If you want to do what we did for Charleston, where we all stay in the same, uh, big Airbnb home, we're going to do the same thing., uh, for BroFest. You don't have to stay with us. It's an extra option. Yes, there is an extra cost involved. Um, one of the benefits of that is we'll pay or take care of the, the transportation from the house to the event space, so you don't have to worry about all that nonsense. Show up and enjoy. So that's one of the benefits of brofest2026.com. Check it out. What else we got going on here? Something that has been getting more and more popular DearTso.com. Um, you may have seen some of my videos. I post them on Facebook, YouTube, everywhere. People write into me and say, what do you think about this dude? Why would they ask me that? I am not a therapist. I'm not a psychologist. I have no degrees in any of this in any way, shape, or form. But given my life experience and talking to hundreds and hundreds of men— I keep saying hundreds and hundreds— thousands of men at this point, and starting the men's group, authoring books, one of which I'll get here in a second, became very popular. A lot of people like my advice for whatever reason, and they write into me all the time. So because of that, I created this thing called Dear DSO. You fill out a form, and if your story is good, I'll create a video out of it. And then they even give you the option of talking to me one-on-one. They were— we record our conversation. Um, nobody will see you, they will just hear your voice, like a radio call-in show kind of thing. So we've been doing that for a while, and that's been a big hit. I get Dear DSO submissions every single day. And just recorded one this morning and got more to do before I head off on vacation to Italy on Saturday with the fam. So dearDSO.com, check that out. The book I mentioned, my most popular book of the 4 that I've written, the most popular one, so much so that I've written 3 editions of it. The 3rd edition just came out last year and the book's called The Dead Bedroom Fix and it addresses the number 1 pain point for men. Married men specifically all over the world. Of all the things that men talk about and complain about, you know, about being a married dude and everything else, the number one thing that hits men below the belt— no pun intended— more so than anything else is the old dead bedroom. Not getting enough, not getting any, and not getting enough action from the wifey. So pretty, um, emotion-laden topic for sure. So much so I wrote a book on it, became very, very popular. That's what brings more people to my world, if you will, of Help for Men and Dads Starting Over than anything else I've ever done is that book, The Dead Bedroom Fix. And that's not— it was just one of many topics that I've ever written on, but I struck gold with that one. DeadBedroomFix.com. A lot of people like that one for sure. It's available wherever you, you know, if you just search for Dead Bedroom Fix, make, make sure it's the third edition. My other editions are still available out there and still selling. Second one's still out there, uh, but make sure it's the third edition that came out in 2024. Make sure you got the right one.. If you're concerned, I'm not sure if I got the right one or not, just go to the website deadbedandfix.com. You can buy it directly from there in PDF format, or you can go to any of the retailers and get it there. Um, uh, we got Fight for Better Now is asking a question. Hold on just one second, dude. Keep— it looks like you got more parts to your question coming. Keep them, keep them going. Um, Let's see what else we got here. Dear DSO, dead. Oh, okay, here's a good one. Um, we have something called the, uh, free courses online. This is one of them, deadbedroomfixcourse.com. Dead, it's a long one, I know. Deadbedroomfixcourse.com. If you're not the kind of guy to sit and read a book or listen to a book or whatever, you like the video course thing, you can take your time, watch one little video. There's like 10 videos in this free course, by the way. Absolutely free, no strings attached. All you got to do is give your name and email address, we'll put you on our emailing list, and you get to watch the Dead Bedroom Fix course for free. And if that's not cool enough, I'll throw in an ebook version, a PDF version of the Dead Bedroom Fix book at no additional charge. You sign up for that, you get the PDF, you watch the videos. There's no reason why you shouldn't be well-versed in all things Dead Bedroom Fix. In addition to that, we have one more I call this one like a mini course because it's only like 3 videos. Mywifecheated.com. Check that out. Mywifecheated.com. I think the course is called So Your Wife Cheated. Other than the dead bedroom sexless thing, the number 2 most popular topic is cheating wives. 2 very emotion-laden topics, aren't they? And they're both related to sex. Sex sells. It's the most emotion-laden thing there is, it seems. Mywifecheated.com. If you've gone through that, going through that, need a little extra help for free, check it out. Mywifecheated.com. It's only 3 videos total, but check that one out. I'm going to leave this one up here, helpformen.com/join. Let's see. All right, we got Fight for Better Now, a frequent commenter and follower on YouTube. Thank you so much, brother. Um, I got a question that's outside your normal, he says. A lot of people have been talking about testosterone replacement therapy. I have a question that's out there. I'm sorry, I already read that one. Your testosterone is falling. Thank you, Mother Nature. Some of us, that happens more so than others. Do you know of any natural herb supplements? Um, you don't like the idea— I missed, I skipped it. Okay, you just doubled up on your questions here. That's why I got confused. You don't like the idea of messing with your hormones, so you're like, maybe there's some natural herbal supplements I can use that will help raise testosterone. Okay, you say this is kind of outside of my norm, but no, dude, you're probably relatively new to my stuff. I've talked about this a lot in my past material because it's such a huge topic for so many dudes, especially today. For those that don't know, testosterone replacement therapy is just what it sounds like. You go to the doctor, or you can do it on your own, by the way. You can get a blood test on your own, pay out of pocket. There's services online that allow you to do so. You pay for the test, you print off the little requisition order form or whatever, you go into like a the LabCorp or Quest. Those are the two brand big brands for blood testing facilities. And you hand them this piece of paper and they go, okay, have a seat. And then you go sit down and they call you in, they draw your blood, and they go, we'll let you know what the results are. And then a couple days later you get an email saying, here's your blood test results. Really? You don't have to see a doctor at all? You can do that? Uh, just do a blood test. What are some websites that do this? I wasn't expecting this question, so I don't have it off the top of my head. But anyway, I probably just search for a blood test out of pocket and you'll find it on Google. But anywho, um, so it's become very, very popular thanks to, oh, popular culture and so forth. Everybody wants to be their best, most youth— it's hard to say— most youthful version of themselves. So, uh, men seem to be really jumping on this. It seems to be more so than women, ironically, because women seem to be more preoccupied with youthfulness, makeup, cosmetic surgery, and all that other stuff. But as far as a hormonal thing, at least in my world, it seems that men are really jumping on this a lot. And there's such a demand for this, and there is such a— oh, um, a lot of men are experiencing that their general practitioner, their family doctor, doesn't know dick about any of this. They go to them, they're like, 'Ah, you don't want any of that stuff.' 'No, well, my blood test shows that I'm like 200.' 'Nah, you're fine.' You're not a He-Man dude. You're not some athlete steroid dude. Just get out of here. It's like, okay, well, the market has recognized that there's a demand for this, so we have independent private clinics that have popped up all over the place. Right now where I'm at, I'm about 40 minutes from, uh, the city of Louisville, Kentucky. If I go there, there's probably— I won't lie— 10, 12 hormone replacement clinics in that city alone. It's a metro area of about a million people. There's a lot. Then you go places like Chicago, New York, and they're just all over the freaking place, dude. Some countries there haven't jumped on that, but the US has really jumped on that. It's all over the place. You pay them monthly, you get your testosterone, and yes, your testosterone will go up. There are some negatives. Anytime you monkey around with your hormones, there are negatives. Testicular shrinkage, yes, for most that happens. Fertility for a lot goes down, not everybody.. There are some side effects such as you may take a testosterone and some corresponding hormones such as estrogen go up. I'm oversimplifying it, but you raise this one, the body says, oh shit, I better raise this one too. And it raises this one and you know, next thing you know, you have edema, like a lot of water weight gain, breast development, and you know, a lot of the, you become very emotional and anxious. These are signs in men like your estrogen's too high. Some guys on, some guys on testosterone therapy experience this. Some guys don't. You don't know until you try kind of thing. All right, that out of the way. Fight for Better Now is saying like he's, he's learned that your testosterone is low but you're scared. Uh, that's my word, not yours. You just don't like the idea of monkeying around with your hormones, but you want to take something like natural. Dude, whether it's natural or not, you're monkeying around with your hormones. And by the way, no, there's no substitute for the testosterone. There are plenty of supplement companies that will sell you on They'll take your money and it'll probably end up being in the long run more expensive than if you just took the actual testosterone and gave yourself a shot. But they will— the results will always, always, always pale in comparison to the, the real thing. There's no substitute. Now, with that being said, there is some evidence for some men, like get a good sleep, get your diet in check, exercise, and then your body naturally starts to raise your testosterone. And something— it's almost like Mother Nature's way of saying, oh, I see you're healthy, now let's make sure everything's working as it should. Let's get you in baby-making mode, get you nice and horned up and full of testosterone. But that doesn't happen for a lot of guys, especially after a certain age. Some guys are just naturally predisposed to testosterone going down even at a young age. It could be like your late 20s, early 30s, like, I don't feel good. And they go to the doctor, doctor's like, oh shit, dude, this is low, prescribes them or tells them go to a clinic or something, they get it done. Nothing you take over the counter will be a legitimate substitute for the real thing. Sorry, Mr. Fight for Better Now. Giving yourself a shot ain't no big deal. People all over the world do it for a myriad of different physical medical ailments. Um, it's nothing to be scared of, and it's, uh, something if you do it right, probably once or twice a week you give yourself a shot and that's it, and it takes all of 2 seconds. Not a big deal. So if you really think your health and well-being will benefit from it, just go for the real thing. Don't waste your time and money on the supplements and all other horseshit. Uh, Mr. Shane, how is it best to deal with a smear campaign? We don't see each other at all anymore, but we have children together. Okay, so X and her father does the changeovers. Oh, so the exchanging of the kids, the dad, not her. Okay, cool. So we never get to actually talk. Cool. Should I just give up on trying to co-parent? No. On a side note, I have a feeling that she has met a new guy. Good for her. She was like this beforehand. She always plays the victim, which seems to be a common thing, I suppose, nowadays. We're separated 20 months, by the way. A lot of— what happened to the smear campaign? And now you've gone into this, like, where's the smear campaign? Is she bad-mouthing you to people? Welcome to— there's— what's the phrase? Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. And you're like, who's scorned, dude? Wasn't she the one that cheated on you and left you and all the good stuff? Well, still, life didn't quite work out the way she wanted. You weren't quite the man she wanted, whatever stuff she has in her head going on. But she's lashing out at you potentially and talking bad about you to people, as long as it doesn't, um, interfere with you being able to make a living. So for example, let's say that you're a guy who, uh, I don't know, you're a landscaper and your ex goes around telling everybody, you know what, this landscaping guy, he doesn't know what the hell he's doing. He doesn't— he has no clue. All he does is go and take a shit in people's bushes or whatever it may be. You'd be like, okay, can you stop lying about me please? And maybe go to an attorney and get a nice little cease and desist letter written up saying if you continue this stuff, we will sue you. It's like a legitimate thing. Otherwise, I can say whatever I want to say about whoever, you know, he or she's an idiot. He or she's a bad parent. These are all just opinion things, and it's a freedom of speech thing, so you have no legal grounds on this. Uh, the only thing you can do, just smile and nod and go, good for her, sorry she feels that way. Take the high road. You don't play in that nonsense world. You're bigger than that. You're a man. And if somebody just wants to do gossipy horseshit, let them, whatever. Um, and the co-parenting You don't see her in person, cool, thumbs up. But you probably should communicate— you definitely should communicate things about the kiddo, um, or kiddos, plural, I don't know, did you say in here, um, via text or email, just so it's a matter of record, so you get it out there, and just so you can better be a better parent. Hey, Wednesday the kids have this thing, uh, for school, uh, I packed I don't know, like they're supposed to wear a special— like my kids often do this. Um, wow, listen to me, I have two that are already out of high school. One's going to graduate from college soon and the other one's going to college next year. And then I got one left. The kid often gets the thing where the school will send a thing saying they're supposed to wear their house shirt that they have. Like they separate the school into houses or clubs or whatever, so they wear their little club or house shirt. And on Friday, so I will send like a little note to the A mom sometimes saying, hey, I packed the son's house shirt, you know, in his backpack, just so you know. Okay, thanks. Yeah, done. That's like a communication thing and things you just do because you're— oh, you got quadruplets? Jesus H. Christ, dude. Okay, um, you're glutton for punishment, man. So, uh, but, uh, yeah, that's gotta be tough. But yeah, you're gonna need to communicate with her about all this stuff. And while Bush doesn't communicate with me, I just take the high road, dude. Just cross your T's and dot your I's. This is what's going on. This is what I'm doing. This is— I packed their this and this. Just a reminder, they have this on Saturday. See you on Sunday, or whatever it is, or see your dad on Sunday. Yeah, just, you know, don't get caught up in all the emotional horseshit. Uh, good question so far. Thank you all. Appreciate it. Let me see if there's anything else I forgot to mention here. My wife Gina did a BroFest. I think I covered it all, guys. HelpForMen.com/join. HelpForMen.com/join. Check it out. I'm gonna get rid of this. There we go. Hide. Cool. So it's just little old me. Um, anybody else? Any other questions? Oh, I forgot to mention tomorrow live 6:30 PM Eastern Time. Weird time, I know, but this is the only time that worked for, um, myself and Dr. Psych Mom Samantha Rodman-White. And Dr. Samantha Rodman, excuse me, will be here live talking, blabbing to each other, taking questions. We haven't done one of those forever. We had a good run there for a bit. We were doing those all the time on a regular basis at least. But you know, things get away from you and you move away from stuff. And hopefully you guys will enjoy that. So tomorrow, 6:30 PM, same time, same channel. It's not right. Same channel, it's an old Batman thing when I was a kid. Uh, yes, I'm old. Anyway, um, so check it out. That'll be, uh, wherever you're watching this, 6:30 PM tomorrow. Dr. Psych Mom, Samantha Rodden-Whitton, and I will be blabbing away on here. If that is any interest to you, bring your questions. Uh, what is this? Show comments on Chat overlay lets you do booms. Oh, that's cool. What does this look like? Okay, interesting. I'm sorry, just talking to myself. Sneeze coming up. No, I swear I felt a sneeze and it went away. Well, that doesn't happen. Let's just pretend I had an awkward moment. Phantom sneeze. All right, anywho, let's get rid of that. Did that— oh, I see. So the little thingy, I don't know, can you guys see in the corner? It says like, uh, comments are supposed to show up live. It'll be down here in the corner. I sure shit don't see it. I see a little dark spot where they should be. Anywho, any other questions, ladies and germs? If not, I'll hang it up. Don't make me turn this car around, kids. Um, I'm here for you. It's not for me to blab, but it's to commiserate with the commoner. By adoring fans, all 17 of you. Ah, guys, anything else? Oh, hold on a second. It looks like I missed something. Mr. Jesse from earlier says, Facebook group veteran here. Thanks for straightening me out a few years ago. Well, very good. Much needed positive pro-marriage voice amongst the increasingly negative manosphere. Oh, Jesse, yeah, good point. Thank you so much, I appreciate that, brother. Um, and that is from— oh, I didn't think that I could do this. So that's a comment from X or Twitter. I didn't think that would show up here. Cool, good to know. Um, but, um, yeah, there's some— I have talked about this in a lot of stuff. Uh, pause that train of thought. Fight for a Better Now is asking Is there availability? Look how I put it up on the screen. Isn't that cool? Is there availability at BroFest? Yes, plenty. brofest2026.com. I'm going to get rid of this, hide that banner. Boom. Yes, um, we have, uh, what do you call it, room for as much as 100 men to show up as guests. Visitors, whatever, you know what I mean. Attendees, there, that's the word I'm looking for. Plenty of room. So brofest2026.com, check it out. Yes, still have plenty of room. We would love to have you. Who is it? That's Mr. Fight for Better Now. Oh, if I could meet the Fight for Better Now, the guy behind the name, assuming we haven't met before. You never know. Anyway, back to Mr. Jesse's thing, um, Hi, did you hear me? Um, yeah, there's a lot of, uh, here's— am I pro-marriage? Yeah, from a very— here's the thing, I'm pro-marriage from a personal point of view. For me and some people that I know, oh yeah, marriage works for us. Knock on wood, right? Um, we seem to have the temperament for it, personality for it, uh, I like to think some skills and tools for it. Maybe not. Time will tell. Not everybody does, and that doesn't make them bad people, doesn't make them substandard romance people. It just means they're different. Maybe at this point in time in their life, they're not ready. For example, would you tell your average 21-year-old male, "You should marry like now"? Most people in today's modern day and age would say, "Nah, dude needs to live life a little bit more and be a little bit more mature." meet a lot of people, meet a lot of women, and, you know, before committing to one of them and settling down and starting a life. And he's kind of dumb right now at 21 years of age. I've been 21 before, I know how dumb I was, etc., etc. Well, at that stage in his life, he's not quite ready, doesn't have the tools presumably in his toolbox to make it happen. I think that's a lot of people out there. So for those people, maybe they got a lot of chaos in their life, a lot of dysfunction, maybe there is addiction, who knows what's going on in their life, right? You You would say to them, cool it on the marriage, long-term monogamy thing for now. You got some shit to work on. Or, dude or gal, you know, after getting to know you, I realize your personality is such that you probably flourish personally, emotionally, sexually when you're single. You like that single life. You like the traveling, not being encumbered by a spouse and kids and family life. You're a very independent person, probably very avoidant in that way. Then maybe you should stay single for the time being, in the foreseeable future. So, um, that's kind of my message. It ain't for everybody, but for those that is, here's some positive stuff for you. Here's my— here is my, uh, message. Here's my, my material that apply to some of you. And we can learn from the single people. Single people can learn from us. Those people that are, uh, oh, what do we call them, poly-whatever people, open people, we could learn from them. They can learn from us. We need to learn from everybody. There's little nuggets of wisdom everywhere. Everywhere. Um, some people hear that and go, dude, what can we learn from those poly open marriage people? Well, we can learn that novelty is pretty important because you know what those people all report? Even though oftentimes their relationship ends in a complete shit show of chaos, they have a lot of fun up to that point, don't they? So there's something to learn about that fun part. And they will tell you that novelty is very important, keeping things new. That's why they're doing that. They recognize that themselves. They need that novelty to keep the engine going. Well, can we, you know, take some of that and mimic some of that within the marriage? Oh yeah, keep things fresh and fun and sexy and all that good stuff. Anywho, that's kind of been my message for a while. So thank you, Mr. Jesse from X or Twitter or whatever you call it, for leaving that message. I appreciate it. In case you're wondering, guys, on my end I can see all of these, um, messages on Facebook, YouTube, X, and all that stuff. It combines them all in one spot here on the side of my screen. So if I'm looking off to the side and you're like I don't see that message in mine. Yes, probably because it's coming from some other platform. That's what I do. I got the cool little StreamYard is the, uh, software I'm using. Anything else, ladies and germs? If not, I'm going to call it quits. Oh, before I forget, if you guys could do me a favor, a big fat honking juicy favor, if you would be so kind, click on like wherever you're watching this right now. Go and click on the little thumb up thing here, however the hell it works. That tells X, Twitter, or yeah, whatever, YouTube, Facebook, that this is worthy of others seeing. And that, that tells them that, oh, that I should show probably other videos that this guy makes to other people too. It helps grow the audience. Okay, so if you could take a moment just to do that, I would really, really appreciate it. It takes all of the split second of your life to go like. If you want to share this, some of you have left comments. All these things help a great deal. Thanks big time. Thank you so much. I appreciate it. Um, trying to grow the social media thing sounds like a who the hell cares thing, but that's basically how I get the word out about our organization, my books, and all that good stuff is through social media. The time of putting up billboards and TV ads and stuff is way too expensive, and it doesn't reach nearly as many people. I can create a little video for free, just takes my time, and reach millions of people potentially. You know how this works. Writing's on the wall. I don't know how those radio ad and TV ad people still stay in business. Nobody freaking watches them anymore. I mean, they do, but not nearly as much as what they used to. Like a Super Bowl ad these days, I can reach the same number audience with dumb little TikTok video or something like that. Anyway, a little digression there, ladies and germs. Ralph Brewer talking about, uh, marketing. That was my world for years, marketing stuff. So I find that very interesting. All right, anything else? Going once, twice. If not, thank you all again. I appreciate you all joining me today on this very— at least it's rainy here— rainy Wednesday afternoon, kind of gray and depressing out there. I am going to get some work done, hit the gym, and then I get my kiddos back tomorrow from mom's— and the kiddos from my first marriage— and then, uh, Friday we all get ready. Boy had the smallest boys football camp, and then we all head out Saturday for Venice, Italy, and then we stay there for a few days, and then we take a train to the Dolomites, the mountain range there in Italy. So it's going to be cool, gonna be fun. Fight for Better Now, we're gonna see you at BroFest. BroFest2026.com. Would love to have you. That goes for all of you. Yes, we have plenty of room.
