Short excerpt from a Real Estate Team OS YouTube interview (episode promo) in which Jordan Korezma recounts an anecdote: a client, unsure about a waterfront home two days before removing conditions, told Jordan they didn’t think it was right; Jordan immediately released them from the transaction and walked away. That decision built trust with the client and helped kickstart two businesses. The clip ends with a promo to listen to episode 64.

Two days before they're ready to remove their conditions, he calls me. He sounded very nervous on the phone. Yeah, we're like, we're all good to go. We like it. It's going to be good. It's going to be good. And I could tell he was like, this guy does not like in this house at all. So I said, are you sure you want to buy it? You don't seem too excited. He's like, oh, funny you mentioned that. No, I don't think it's the right one for us. I said, no problem. We will. We'll just release from the transaction here. Let's walk away from this. He's like, what? And I'm like, yeah, yeah, no problem. We'll walk away from. I didn't know any better. I just was helping the guy out. He didn't seem very happy with his transaction, so we backed out of the deal. It would have been probably triple the amount of volume we would ever done in the before in the past.
