The entire firm is established off of agents getting deals from us. But we very much embody and embrace an ownership culture. While we're at teamerage, we also aren't micromanaging our agents. What we do is we allow them the opportunity to succeed, and we allow them to set what their goals look like. We hold them accountable to what they say they're going to do. So it's very important for us to allow the culture of entrepreneurship to thrive. And we tell people in the onboarding process, if you need us to call you in the morning and ask, are you going to get the job done? Respectfully, we are not the place for you. That is not the culture that we've created. And what we're watching is we're creating really successful business owners under our model. They're bringing agents in, they're recruiting agents under their team. They're building teams off of our opportunities. And it's really exciting to watch.
