Should you modify or customize eos? There is a difference between customizing and modifying. The system should be and the tools should be customized obviously to fit your very specific needs. Maybe you have two different operations functions. Maybe you do real estate sales and you do property management and maybe you say okay we do have a sales function for listing contracts and we also have a sales function for agent recruiting. Okay, so we're just customizing this accountability chart for what you're doing. Modifying sounds to me like okay, we're not going to do this part of the EOS process but we're going to add this random thing and we're going to start bolting on. You can do that too. There's no traction or EOS police that are going to jump out of the bushes and nab you. You can modify until your heart's content. I'm here to tell you that the more you modify the slower you move.
