Real Estate Team OS wants to fix real estate's reputation by offering agents stable full-time jobs, reliable leads, and steady paychecks instead of the hustle culture norm. The company focuses on work-life balance so agents can have families while working for a company that actually cares.
Real estate hasn't always had the best reputation. Real estate agents haven't always had the best reputation and I wanted to change that. Having a stable career in real estate always hasn't been known. So when I say we want to do things differently, I want people to know that they can go into real estate, have a family within a company, they can be part of something greater that the company that they work for genuinely cares for them. But then they also don't have to worry about can I do this full time? Am I going to have to have a part time job being leads provided we have worked an enormous amount of time in being able to make sure we can convert these leads. So making sure our agents have a stable income, stable, you know, paycheck and everything is a little bit outside the norm for real estate from who we are to how we're doing it. We, that's my mission is we are going to do this differently. We're going to let people know you can have a work life balance.
