Yes, it was the Lisa Stafford team and then two years ago I said this doesn't really fit my model. So my model is identity. You have your own identity but everything is the Lisa Stafford team. Email the Lisa Stafford team. Is a seasoned agent going to want to come and be the Lisa Stafford team when they have their own name out there? Or why is a new agent who feels they need to start their journey with everything in their name going to want to be under my name? And while yes, we have agents that were doing that, my core team was the Lisa Stafford team and they had no issue with it. I came up with the idea because this has to be a team. It's not me. It's all of us outside in that world. It's all of us working together. My name shouldn't be on it.
