Are leaders born or are they made?
The blanket answer is leadership isn't for everyone and what do I mean by that? Is that leadership is its own. It's its own little beast and it's separate from real estate sales and so you don't have to be great at sales to be a great leader. It certainly helps. Some of the characteristics are parallel and in addition to that someone that's saying well maybe leadership isn't for me I also would argue with them and just challenge them on their thinking a little bit is that leadership can also be a learned trait. People aren't born great leaders. There are skills that are and traits that are learned and acquired to become a great leader just like become a great salesperson or become a great entrepreneur or another word that I love a great intrapreneur and so I think that leadership is looks differently for different people.
