I've been with Jenny eight and a half, almost nine years. It'll be nine years in May. Jenny and I, they call us Gemmalee. Sometimes it's a joke because we've sort of melded into a human us. It's now it's not just what Jenny's building, it's now what Emily's helping Jenny build. And as a leader, I can't imagine how that feels when this has been her thing for over 20 years.
