From behind the scenes to front & center - how real estate teams have evolved 📈

When I first decided to form a team, that was a time when there were actually teams out there, but they weren't declared teams. Whether it was an assistant and an agent under them or maybe a few, they weren't declared teams. A lot of managers were getting pushback from that agent. They didn't want to declare themselves a team, because if they declared themselves a team, it was going to take away from their identity. Fast forward. All of a sudden, teams started taking off, and everybody was a team. So when I said I was going to form my team, at that time, the structures, those who were declared teams were very team leader, buyer's agent, everything went in the team leader's name. Now we're in 2025, and I could probably name several teams that are structured like mine.
