From new agent to top producer? Sounds too good to be true 🧐 #podcast #realestateagents

Greg Harrelson (guest) explains his talent-development approach for real estate agents: he claims it’s easier to train brand-new agents (fresh from real estate school) up to 35–40 transactions in their first year than to convert mid-level agents who already do ~15 deals to that level. He uses a pottery metaphor: starting with raw clay is simpler than breaking down an existing vase (an experienced agent’s habits) and reworking it. The clip ends with a promo directing listeners to episode 37 of Real Estate Team OS.
