I waited that long. Not because I didn't feel ready, but because I felt like I needed to really master all the different areas that make up a successful agent. Great at representing buyers, great at representing sellers and have the right knowledge and experience with investments. And so I waited that long to feel like I had those foundational concepts taken care of before I can teach it to other people. Once I do open my own team or my own brokerage, I'm going to have to teach others how to do something. And if you are going to be teaching others, coming from a place of just, you know, teaching it without really have experienced it, then you're kind of full of shit.
