Hiring an ops leader? Look out for THIS 💰

If you're looking for an ops leader consider someone with sales experience.

A lot of people do come from an ops background but a lot of times agents themselves are like they have like a sales hat on right where it's like they don't want to do all the paperwork and that's part of the reason why ad, real estate, admin people have jobs, right? Like we need the agents just as much as they need us and we keep their head screwed on straight and all that stuff right? So it's very much a mutually beneficial thing But I do think it's, it's a unique kind of skill set to have done both and done both at a high level and, and being able to understand and kind of marry those two things together in the way that they really need to be connected.

We're going inside Whissel Realty in a special nine episode series including director of operations Shannon Youssefi. Check it out Right now on real estate team OS.
