I always knew I wanted to have a team. I came from an industry. I had a team. There's 13,000 people on my team. I understood team building. Where I live in Maryland, you can't have a real estate team unless you're an agent for three years. But literally my first day in, I was like, all right, let's start the team. And my broker was like, no, let's make this clear how this actually works. And I'm happy it happened because it gave me three years to figure out everything.
