Short interview clip from Real Estate Team OS in which a top agent describes searching many brokerages in San Diego, finding most lacked support and systems, and ultimately choosing to join Whissel Realty after attending a meeting led by Kyle that demonstrated collective effort, tools, and resources. The clip highlights Carly Van Dyke and Whissel Realty.
How does a real estate agent find the right team to grow with?
You know, I interviewed with probably every brokerage in San Diego, even small teams, boutique brokerages. I joined one for a short amount of time, but there is no support or systems in place to actually be able to support what I wanted to do with my business. And the team member here at Whissel at the time had reached out to me and invited me to a meeting. And that was what I that's what did it. It was just coming into a meeting and realizing this group here, collective effort led by Kyle, we have the tools and resources, anything that we need in order to serve those. And that was a game changer. So I knew right away, learn from.
