Short YouTube clip (Real Estate Team OS with Preston Guyton) offering an email-marketing tip: use a 1–3–2 reading pattern to structure newsletters and place calls-to-action (CTAs) in the middle and bottom. They report that placing a home valuation CTA at the bottom yields about 20–30 new home valuation leads per week.
Success with your email marketing is about more than just what you write in those emails and the subject lines. It's also about how you structure those emails. Here's Preston Guyton with the 1, 3, 2 formula and what it means for how you structure your emails.
You know, people typically when they read a newsletter, they start at the top, they jump right to the bottom, then they go to the middle and then a lot of times they'll go back and actually read it. So when you think about that like your call to actions, you know, we always place call to actions in the middle and the bottom. You know, our home valuation call to action is always at the bottom. Every single week we get about 20 or 30 new home valuation leads. We use fellow there's a call to action at the bottom because I know people typically they read, you know, 1, 3, 2 and then they might skim through the whole thing.
